Not terrible, but not great either. The service is quick and friendly. The burger is very juicy, but mostly fat and quite salty. The fries are just okay. The milkshake is extremely thick. The Coke tastes a bit off.

tots cost the same as the burger. better off ordering the burger and going to new york fries for fries combos.

Burger was very mid. I order an O.F.D. and it lacked flavor entirely. The meat was of good quality but the lack of flavor took away from the entire experience. At $22.42 for a so-so burger with a bottle of water is a bit steep. I should have at least recieved some fries at that price. Staff was nice but save your money, the mall has better options.

Ordered fries with chili from Wahlburger and this is what they gave me. Additional charge for chili with fries as well. Kind of disappointed. Burger was okay. Don’t recommend coming here.

Purchased the bbq wings while @ Simon Roosevelt Field Mall in Long Island, NY. I could tell that the wings were precooked frozen and the sauce was just splashed on after frying. The wings might a great addition if they were fresh raw cooked wings and tossed in the sauce. The sweet tea was fire tho!

I asked her why she did not give me the sweet potato fries and she said they were out. She could’ve at least told me that they were out so I could make another choice. The service is terrible. They expect you to give copious tips but their attention to detail and ability to fill the order as you requested is lacking.

Ordered the pepperoni smash, and it was a horrible burger, no flavor not even a pinch of salt or pepper, the beef tasted soggy from being frozen still, the sauce (not even sure why there is marinara sauce on this burger it's supposed to be the pepperoni smash not a pizza) tasted like canned sauce not a bit of Italian flavor, and the pepperoni chips were not crispy they were chewy and soggy, also the fries were still chewy not thoroughly cooked, giving it a 2 star only because the person over the counter was friendly. Not worth it, sorry Mark Wahlberg

Wow. That was so embarrassing. Looks like school cafeteria food. The burger fell apart after 2 bites, the patty was thin and dry, and the bun is the type you find for 4 for $1 at the grocery store. I can’t believe they’re selling this. The mac and cheese was horrendous, but edible at least. The fries weren’t too bad but they were almost $11. Won’t go back. Disappointed as we really wanted to like this place!

Came here with my wife and children and the food was horrible frozen turkey burger patty had no taste I was better off going to shake shack or smash burger the totes was nasty cheese fries with onions 🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️ so disappointed

I had mold on my chicken tenders!! When I went to confront the employees for a refund they didn’t even deny that the chicken comes frozen, so they’re not sure how long or how old it sit in the freezer. Shortly after eating I was vomiting repeating at my job and had to go home sick 🤢

To say I was extremely disappointed would be an understatement. I watched the show Wahlburgers and had always wanted to visit the restaurant. I don't know if it was due to its location in a mall's food court, but the food was far below average. I wanted to try a few items. I ordered the sliders with fries, a large drink, and a kids meal with sweet potato tots. There are no combo meals available. The kids meal does not include a drink. The sliders lacked flavor. If I had my eyes closed, I wouldn't be able to distinguish between the chicken meatball slider and the hamburger. Well, perhaps I could identify the hamburger because it had a jalapeno on it. The sweet potato tots had no taste at all. The fries 🍟 were unseasoned. Additionally, instead of ketchup packets, they provided nearly empty Heinz Ketchup bottles. It was quite strange 😳. What puzzled me the most was the absence of soda refills. Even just one refill is standard at every fast food establishment. It is highly unlikely that I would return. The one positive I can say is the kid's meal was a nice size portion. I can see why the other two locations are no longer in business.

I don’t want to see homie in the kitchen blowing up gloves just so he can reuse the gloves. He needs to flip them with new ones. There should be a rule to change gloves every 1-2 hours
