I conveniently ordered in my app, then jumped in the car went and sat down and ate it in the restaurant. My food was ready and it was hot and delicious 😋

I went in and ordered meals for my family of 6. I completely forgot to ask for my son's cheeseburger to be plain so I went back in to get him a new one. When I told the cashier what happened she replaced it free of charge. Most places would have had attitude about it, but not her. The cashier was awesome and the other workers seemed to be in a good mood aswell. I have never had a problem with the customer service there. I will definitely continue to go to this Burger King 😁

Very very good place for breakfast lunch and dinner. I was starving so I decided to stop into a local burger King and have breakfast, I must say, I was impressed. It was delicious. I got a full breakfast with a drink for $6.05

Love the Whoppers, but I tried the fish sandwich and was pleased with it. Though the tarter sauce could have more dill pickle in it for me, or possibly a little touch of lemon. Over all it was good, wish they'd bring back the Satisfries they were really good. Service was horrendous, think the teenager said 2 things to me. When she handed the Hershey pies, she's said "Your pies". Then a few minutes later she passes some drink & didn't say anything. Then when she passed all the food bags, she didn't stay a thing. I had to kno on widow and ask if thar was the rest of my order. She's say "I guess if your ordered that" The teenage boy in the car before me got better service for a frozen drink. She hung out the window smiling & laughing talking to him. Plus my online order wasn't even ready. Waited 10 minutes to get food. You would think with 5 employees in the store it would have been better. Plus ordered burger no cheese it had cheese. So the person in our home that can't do dairy only had fries & I had to make them something to eat.

Had a craving for a flame broiled burger. The food was disappointing, and the service was outstanding. Is it possible to get the meat freshly heated by the broiler? I was the only person in the drive-through. It was 8pm on a Friday night

My recent visit to Burger King was impressive. The burgers were hot, juicy, and packed with flavor, while the fries were perfectly crispy. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly and efficient. However, the wait time was a bit longer than expected, even though it wasn't very busy. Despite that, the quality of the food made up for it. Overall, a solid experience and I'll definitely return. Four stars!

I my coke was flat or something. It tasted nasty. The fries and burger were OK. The Service was about the same and the place was clean and neat. Half the tables were clearly marked as closed for Physical Distancing. I didn't complain. Altogether an OK experience.

Not the best service, front staff were very polite, but I received my order wrong twice, even if the front lady were bagging the food she should make sure the items are right, the other two persons waiting also had problems with their orders and another order were made double. Food is ok but personel needs more training.

Went through dive through and was asked to wait on other side of restaurant which I did. Man came out with food and had to go to every car to see what order he had. Need a system to identify what order belongs to which customer. A simple order number would work. My order finally came out with the food but not the drinks, so he had to go back inside to get drinks. Very unorganized. Food was good except fries were cold.

Went today for a early dinner. It appeared today, they had more staff working this shift, than they had customers. We were the only 2 in the building. Seen one cashier that helped us and a cook. 4 people standing around a booth, while the manager I am guessing was eating. Our cashier He was very nice helpful and fast. Could not see the name, but it began with a Q. Burger King does have some good Food Coupons and we used one tonight. Food was good as I expect, fries fresh and hot. Just needed a change from the normal fast food places we go. Floors were swept, restrooms stocked. Parking lot was empty of cars besides employees. No trash anywhere.

Whopper was dry and was a pre-cooked beef patty and was not very warm. I had to dust off and clean my own table. No tea dispensers put out in the lobby which is underwhelming as compared to their competitors. Access to tea is a must to stay competitive in today's Texas Market!

I asked for combo with a chocolate shake. I asked the lady why was it so expensive when she gave me the total. She told me it was an extra 2.49 for the shake. So I wanted my drink that came with the combo since the shake was separate. I let her know I want the orange juice and not coffee. I get my food, no shake. She said i thought you wanted orange juice instead. So i asked if i can add the shake, she seem to be bothered by it and I just told her to forget it. In my opinion, they should have someone working the driveway who understands both Spanish and English because if she understood both, I would have my shake.

The young workers they have working in the front are too distracted over gossip instead of taking people's orders. One person in the kitchen was somewhere in the back that they had to get her so she could make our order. We sat down and our table felt extremely sticky, also noticed small children dining here with no guardians which I assume may be related to one of the employees here because of their interaction. The small children got up and started running around dining and kitchen area and the employee had to whisper to them to sit down. I'm not sure what's going on with this location but whoever is in charge may want to be careful on whose running the facility if they want their business to survive.

It's burger King so no problem with food quality but multiple times I have ordered something and they don't have it..... what? Then I'll order and it takes forever to fill my order. The staff isn't bad but there is definitely something wrong with the kitchen.

Just ordered the whopper and fries. Whopper was ok. Fries was terrible. They was cold to start. Tried to warm in microwave. Do not have a picture due to the smell after I warmed them. Went straight to trash and lite an incense. Only tried to warm for 10 seconds. Had to have been over a week old

Had one younger guy & an mid 30s guy working the drive-through and they need to work on team work & their delivery system. The older guy did not know if I had gotten my card back or my food twice. I had to go back through for fresh hot fries and ask for a fresh burger because the bun was cold, old & flaky. The veggies where all piled up in the middle. It was a mess. When I was waiting for my fresh burger from the drive through window, I could hear the cooks complaining loudly in the kitchen & when the older guy came to give me my new food, he just stuck his arm out the window with his body sideways, not looking at me & just said..."here" & that was that. I said, thankyou so much". & drove off. I was not causing any trouble or being rude. Where is the customer service training anymore?

I generally love this location, food has always been great. However this last time the gal working behind the counter couldn't have made my experience worse if she tried. She was completely rude! I didn't understand a special they had, and she acted like I was a complete moron for not understanding it. I was polite regardless, even though I had thoughts running through my mind on what to say to this obviously socially challenged, shouldn't ever be allowed to represent the company on the front line of the company. Possibly never on the back line either. There's a reason why unemployment is at a certain percentage, and this poor girl is why

You'd expect a clean and well performing establishment by their curb appeal. But instead the service and food don't meet expectations. Witnessed Manager giving food away to, what seemed to be family, not paying attention to the paying Guests. I should have went through the drive thru.

It is now 10:10pm and every light in the parking lot including the menu, is off. A customer in front of me knocked on the drive through window and blared his horn several times; no one responded. He approached us and said he saw someone in there. We also saw an employee IN the restaurant, but no service. This is the THIRD time this has happened. There is a dodge ram truck parked near the front door. (Employee???) Is it any wonder burger king is shutting down city to city?

I just stopped by after visiting my mother in the hospital. I haven’t eaten a saw this Bk first so I drive thru and OMG WORSE EVER!!!!! My drink was warm and maybe had 3 ice cubes, my fries cold same with the burger. The short Hispanic girl in the window was not friendly AT ALL! Where the hell is the manager???? Never again!!

The food OK but cashier horrible attitude plus she went who knows where and left us waiting for too long, saw one customer ordering and canceling their order than left angry which I don't blame whatever she experienced look like not the best for her. This place needs to have some adjustment with their employees on attitude, serving the food properly and cleaning. Won't eat inside anymore just ordering drive through hopefully food won't be so bad this way because I don't need the attitude, I have my own 🤨

Food was good. Service was horrible. Waited for our food only to find out the cook did not get our order. We finally get our order and it's wrong. I understand that mistakes happen. The cashier there is so rude and has a terrible attitude. She didn't apologize and rolled her eyes when I had to go up to her TWICE because our order was wrong. She does not belong in customer service.

Went on a Friday night for a quick meal, ordered with the app and drive thru. Took ages to get the food, and at the window the worker was also giving us an attitude( which I get it's not an easy job but we were polite and asked if she was ok). Fries were cold and you could tell the oil was old. I'll avoid it as much as I can.

Came here for the whooper Wednesday deal and the initial moments were great. When I asked to get 2 more combos to take home. I was charged around 22 dollars. I was confused as to why since my first 2 combos were only 14-15. When I brought this up with the cashier she said I didn’t specify and she couldn’t refund or change the order since it was already put in. She didn’t even print out a receipt. Didn’t feel like making a scene but I felt some type of way like I got scammed. Didn’t even get a receipt so I can’t even take it up with the company and got refused a refund. Unfortunate

I used the drive thru. I ordered the original chicken sandwich and it was terrible! It was swimming in mayo I was not able to eat it, it was disgusting and this has happened twice, needless to say I will not be visiting this location again.

The store seemed pretty clean but the service was not that great. The ketchup dispenser was empty and the associate didn't seem to care when notified. She just motioned to the ketchup packets by the register. The spicy chicken sandwich was very dry, both the patty and the bun and it contained a poor excuse for lettuce and tomato. There was no offer to provide sauce with the nuggets so I had to go to the front to ask for ranch. Not a big deal but the same careless employee, annoyingly handed me 2 packets. The play area was large and my son had a good time. Certainly would never visit again nor recommend.

I don't understand how this place is still running with no customer service. I place my order when I received my order it was wrong. I got asked 3x how I wanted my burger. It took 3 co-workers to figure it out.Top it off the manager on duty look at me crazy when I politely asked her to remake everything. Never again will I stop by service has gone sloppy fries never cook correctly and burgers are sloppy or uncooked . I wish corporate would handle this matter.

Got charged twice, $23. I needed that $ for today since most of us live paycheck to paycheck. Now i have 🔟 bucks in my acct. When i should have 33. So i cant go to my brothers bday party cuz i have no gas. THANKS burger king for screwing up my whole day and making my family pissed at me for not attending party. By looking at reviews, this happens to other people, with no resplution. I called this mirning three times. Just rings. No answer. Thanks alot.

I’d give a 0 rating if it was possible! They always screw my order up. They barely speak English. And 15 minutes ago I ordered my food with onion rings and a sweet tea. She gave me unsweet and French fries. There was also a friggin bug under the lid of my drink!! I’m complaining to corporate this time!

I ordered a number 6, 8/17/16 which is the whopper burrito an they gave me some hogue sandwich then cool fries, drink was disgusting an the meat tasted like it was reheated. They never give a receipt so u can tell on they assess. Please don't waste u time eating there.

Very terrible service. They had my food and decided the drive thru was priority. So they gave my food that was read to them. When I asked if I could please have my food the lady pointed at someone else and said she can help you. Very rude. Won't be coming back. New management needed.

Don't go!!! Very slow, cold old food (unless they microwave your Burger with all the veg and everything making it nasty) ... I mean, who makes a burger then dresses it and puts it in the microwave for 3 min. Limp hot lettuce, soggy hot tomatoes. Take more pride in your job.

Pulled up at 10:10 and I was told they were closed until 10:30 due to shift change. So I waited then pulled back up and it was the same people in there .. About 15 cars left so they missed out on money just because they don't want to work .. I like this Burger King cause it's very close to my house but looks like I'm going to start going a little further for better customer service.

I was handed my cup of coffee at the drive thru at 10:11 am and hot coffee spilled on me because the lid was not put on right. All the lady said was oh. She didn't ask if I was ok or if I needed help. Good thing they have a camera there.

The ABSOLUTE WORSE experience and food I have ever had at any Burger King on my life. Why did it take 3 time to fix and whopper junior correct and the the bun was stale and the burger was dry. The person making the sandwiches need to go back thru bacic training. I will NEVER visit this location again. I should have gotten tacos and been completely satisfied.

Terrible service, took forever to get the order taken with no line, then was told the app didn't work at this location. I opened the app and it worked fine. The restaurant smelled like burnt food and bleach. Now we are both sick from what my girlfriend described as old meat. As a fan of Burger King and fellow member of the food service industry I am disgusted by how I was treated.

Day manager (short Hispanic older woman) has horrible work ethic. She needs to practice her customer service and do it with a smile on her face 🙂 otherwise she shouldn’t even be considered for the manager if she can’t handle a small problem 🤷🏽‍♀️

This place has CS issues I came in today around 8 pm to pu a mobile order and caught strays from a flustered employee.she got upset because when she gave me my order I opened it to make sure everything was in bag and she got upset and told me I didn’t have to do it since everything I ordered was there and then got mad when I told her I was missing some sauces she said I only ordered ketchup to not waste her time because she has drive thru windows to care for.. it was empty .

Made my order wrong asked for no mayo no pickles they put it on there. Then sat there for 5 minutes to get 1 burger replaced. The management sucks, manager stood and argued with a customer for 20 minutes in front of customers. She sent him on his way with out replacing his order. I was like wow. Then their customer service is terrible, the employees and managers cussing in front of customers. I will not return there. Place sucks!

Poor service!!! Immature teenagers that cannot get a order right!!! Our family went through the drive thru tonight. We ordered a #1 Meal, 3 Jr Bacon Cheeseburgers, 3 SM Fries, a SM Onion Rings & 1 Oreo Cheesecake (they were out of shakes, lol). As soon as we paid, the drive thru girl had us pull forward & to the side (all while her & her co-workers were goofing around). This confused us because no-one was behind us. 5 to 10 mins later she brought our food out & still no-one behind us. Husband checks the bag & NO Onion Rings or Oreo Cheesecake. He backs up back to the drive thur & the employees are laughing. They don't apologize, just laugh as they "correct" our order. She gave us a lame sorry as she handed us the rest of the order. At the light my husband asked how many fries. They gave us only 3 when it should of been 4 because the 1 with his meal. We turn around & go back through the drive thru. Two customers in front of us was cursing the workers out because they screwed up her order. They were laughing as they served the Mustang directly in front of us. Again they are laughing as we get to the window. My husband told them we still were short on our order. They just stood there with grins & giggling. Then my husband said that if that is how they were going to act, just give us our money back. I told them we would be reporting them to management. We handed them the food & she said she didn't want the drink. My husband goes to place it on the ledge as he thought she was reaching for it & it fell to the ground. She then said, "You don't have to be rude!" I told her that they continued to mess up our order & laugh everytime we came back through ; so who is really being rude. I sternly told her, "give us back our money now!" She stood there & looked at her co-worker & giggled. Still not refunding our money. I told her again & they hysterically laughed. She still stood there never reaching for the register. By this time we were very heated & I yelled to give us our F'ing money. Nope, they just laughed. My husband asked for the receipt & we would get our money back one way or another.... you guessed it... they laughed & laughed. We drove to another parking lot adjacent from BK & called the non emergency police (cause I already had my seatbelt undone & was reaching for my door & was about to catch a case). The police can not make them return your money. The officer did go inside to see if they willing would return the money or refuse. He said a very young looking girl claimed to be the manager & wouldn't talk to him about the situation. They still have our money but ya betta believe I will be getting it back or your jobs or both!!! The two teenage males & two teenage girls I believe were high. I have dealt with plenty of punk teenagers but none as arrogant, ignorant, lazy, rude & horrendous as them. I would beat my kids behinds if they treated customers or anyone that way! We ended up going to McDonald's on W Walnut St & Garland Ave & were treated with respect! The night crew there were polite, cheerful, worked fast & did an outstanding job!!! I guess the mother's of the McDonald's teenagers raised them right!!!

Bad customer service. I waited a long time to have order taken. I yelled "hello" 3 times until a guy in the kitchen saw me .He didn't tell anyone I was waiting nor did anyone else come to the front at all. Plus lady didn't give me or ask if I wanted my receipt. The food was barely warm.

The lady at the Order speaker was trying to talk with a Mask on. Hard to understand. Kept asking me to repeat. (Not listening). Picked up order and paid. No receipt. I checked bag for accuracy, no nuggets. Double Whopper Jr. Deal. I was told by her that I wasn't specific. I asked her Why she did not clarify. Then she handed me my nuggets and slammed the window. $0.60 worth of nuggets. NEVER AGAIN AT THIS PLACE. 1/20/2022

AWFUL PLACE! I see in others reviews y'all have the same problem. Never getting receipts, food is always cold, how can burger king have these folks running this store???? Terrible terrible service. I guess corporate will get the hint when they have no more customers there huh??? Then we'll see who's laughing when they end up having to shut it down. 😁

Between drive thru and Ubers, this location has single handedly made me hate BK. The crew messes up your order. Requests due to allergies aren't followed. Half the rest of the time you don't get your complete order. Employees don't know how to answer the phone, and when they do there's majestically no Manager in the building. Nor do they care that they sent out food that could potentially kill someone. 10 out of 10 avoid this restaurant at ALL costs.

The lady denied my services because i did t give her a code through the speaker, she said she was not going to re do it because she will get in trouble. I asked if i can speak to a manager and she said she was the lady in charge and denied me services. I was polite and hungry and had to go to the quiktrip accross the road to get food. Ordered 1 Whopper Jr and a Whopper with cheese meal. Got a DBL Tx whopper meal mind you and a whopper. No where near what we ordered. To top it off the Double whopper has jalapeños on it. My gosh, can you at the window not get it right????? $20 when it should have cost about $15. Won’t go back?

By the time I got home which was 10 minutes maybe, my ride left and my order was wrong. I ordered a Ch' King sandwich and I was given a regular chicken sandwich. I had a Whopper with extra dressings. Did not get either. I had one meal and was given two drinks. It went to waste. Two people were handling the menu board ordering and window but could not insync. And to add to the disappointment, no one answered the phone for hours and I can get my order corrected. Will not return to this location again for any reason. Thumbs down.

Everyone at this location always has an attitude. The food is mediocre and they don’t even bother to make sure it’s cooked right. My burger was missing cheese and instead of making a new one, the guy just added cheese to that same burger and microwaved it!!! They should just close this one or hire better people😒

Staff is terrible and uninterested in working. The line was long and there was only one cashier. She had no interest in speeding up, getting food, taking orders, or anything that might resemble her job. When I did get my food it was cold because they took so long. They messed up and gave me a plain burger instead of a plain cheeseburger. I'm not sure how you mess that up, but they did. It took 10 additional minutes to give me the correct cheese burger. I only went because my child had a coupon that she wanted to use. I will not go back.

I ordered my Whopper and Senior coke and was changed for the meal. Before I could say anything the girl who took my order hustled off to help drive thru. There were 2 customers waiting who had ordered before me and both ended up with messed up orders. If you go, order a softdrink they can handle handing you a cup... I think??

If I could give negative # I would. The 3 employees have the door locked and said they are not open due to being short staffed, as they all 3 sat there playing on their phones, completely ignoring the drive thru and the people knocking on the door. They only let me and my bf in and became angry when I opened the door for other customers. Refuses to use the fryers because they "don't want to clean that fryer" essentially stealing company $$ from the company. If you're closed... clock out and go HOME! OR at least clean that dirty store. Maybe pickup the dead crickets in the bathroom. Such poor work ethics

I enjoy Burger King but this location needs some assistance. My food was great. The issues I had were that the play area was dirty and reeked of dead crickets. There were 2 kids hopping from seat to seat, walking on clean table tops, standing and propelling themselves in a high chair from table to table. Come to find out it was one of the employee's childrenor grandchildren. I understand the need for and/or lack of childcare but this is unprofessional and unsanitary and it makes me not want to visit this location anymore.

Terrible service! Last week I went over to bk, had actually been a while. As a kid i used to love going here. But just last week i had a bad experience... so i had gone around 11pm through drive thru. I had placed my order and ordered a pie. I didn't stop to check my order while in the car until I was finally home. I usually avoid checking my order while in line because I don't want to make people wait but I made a mistake. Should've checked while in line due to the fact that I went the next day trying to get my pie back... even had receipt. But the girl in drive thru said there was no MOD. Obviously a lie, she said to come back in the morning when there was a manager. And not only that but they took forever to give us our order and the large combo isnt even worth it, lg fries are more like a medium. If I came back the same hour, what makes them think I have time to go in the morning. This place steals your money!!!!

Worst burger King I done been to in Texas! I ordered a whooped meal and sat in the drive through for 40 mins. I was late back to work. And I couldn't even get out of the line. This is sad . I wouldn't recommend this burger King to no one!

Horrible service. My mom, my brother, and I went here for dinner and went through the drive through. The guy on taking our order kept talking over us and couldn’t hear our order because of it. Then when we got to the window to pay we weren’t given a receipt with either of our orders. The same guy who was taking our order wouldn’t stop mumbling so we couldn’t hear anything he said and acted like asking for extra napkins was far beyond his capacity. The food was cold. And when we got home my mom had the wrong sandwich. You can’t even call to talk to a manager! The phone number doesn’t work!

I usually never rate low reviews ever, but this one has taken the spot for it. On July 5th (Monday) went to order my food at this location through the drive through and had an incident were my card didnt read the 1st transaction, supposedly. So the employee decided to run the transaction again and gave me my card back. Didnt think much of it since I had incident like this. I went home and they missed an order. I went ahead and went back to get my order inside the place. The order was sitting there. I told the cashier and he gave me my order. 🙄 A day goes by (July 6th) and I decided to check my bank transactions and notice I got charged double for my order on that day. I called the place, no answer. I went after work that day, the assistant manager couldn't do much and said the General Manager can take care of it. I left my name and number to coordinate a good time frame to discuss over the phone or schedule a day. The next day(july 7th), no call. I went back after work and the assistant manager said the GM will be in tomorrow morning at 6am -4pm. I coordinate my schedule to make it there at 6:30am the following day. I arrive that morning (July 8th), the worker there tells me the GM wont arrive until 10am. I went ahead and left another note with my name and number and a side note as well. The next day goes by and No call, no response. The lack of communication, customer service, cash handling I have received was absolutely absurd. I understand it's a fast food and I been there before, but the situation should have been handled more properly. At this point I have spent more time and more trips to the place. Its July 12th today and still havent received a call or any sort of communication. I would just recommend another place unless customers would like to get robbed from this place like I did. I highly Dont recommend this place at all.

They WERE SO RUDE!! The cashier was the worst she was not paying attention to us. We had to repeat our order to her so many times to her. Then we pull up to the drive thru window and this teenager was giving attitude and she said “$12.64” pulls her hand out. And snatched the money from my hand. Then hands me the receipt all crumpled up with my change in it and slams the window on us. Honestly it was the worst service EVER. Plus the food was sloppy and horrible. I honestly IM NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS BURGER KING EVER AGAIN.

If I could give them zero stars I would. They messed my order up left bacon off ,I got home took two bites and realized it was no bacon went back up there was told I couldnt get my money back couldn't get a remake or the bacon I paid for and then the worker threw my burger in the trash! It was no Manager on duty so I went back the next day, and the same Manager who took my order but was allegedly gone when I went to take my order back now lies and tells me she was on FaceTime with the worker,my correction a 3rd worker who isn't a Manager nor was working the night before comes out and says the Manager was on FaceTime and saw my burger which is a lie . If the burger was correct why would you throw my food I paid for in the trash instead of giving it back to me? This will not be let go!!!! To keep the bacon I paid for ,not remake or refund and then throw away my paid food. It's black history month and we get treated unfairly in every way still. Called the police to assist they did nothing because it's a civil matter, so I will pressed this issue until something is done!!! You have no right to keep my money nor food I paid for and then trash my food, I've reached out to the bbb and corporate will be taking any nesscary actions til something is done!

So ummm...I ordered. Three times they got my order wrong. I wanted an Impossible Whopper with Cheese. So then I had to be drive through again. No big whoop. They got it wrong twice. Then after 10 minutes of waiting each time they asked for 60 cents for the cheese. Look, I'm not asking for lot when it come to Burger King or the employees. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Girl working night didn’t acknowledge us at the window. Had an attitude. Was plain rude. Roller her eyes at us. Don’t come here save yoursel the experience of the RUDE EMPLOYEES. Drinks were not even filled up. No straws! Cup was all full of coke. And did I mention the wait time in the drive through. Burger King do better. Placed a mobile order today. Went to the drive thru to get my order that was already placed and bought for. The lady who was taking drive thru orders told me that my order wasn’t there and told me she couldn’t help. Double checked my order. Same location. Had to go inside to confront her and get my order. This location really needs review, immediately. Almost 20.00 for 2 double whoppers and a drink. Almost 30 minutes of waiting, both burgers were wrong. More waiting after going in to get order fixed. I was as polite as possible throughout entire process. Thanked them for the food and drink. Found out burgers were wrong. Not even a hi from a single person. Not a sorry for having my order messed up. I wasn’t given a receipt, they found it and I confirmed it was mine. They had to ask me multiple times what my order was even though I showed food and they could clearly see it did not match receipt. I only wanted ketchup and cheese, receipt showed this. Burgers had everything on them. I had to explain this multiple times. I’m also a type 1 diabetic. I ordered a Diet Coke. The drink does not have top popped showing that it is not a Diet Coke. I just need to know if it’s diet or not so I need to know how much insulin to give myself. Horrible experience that took way too much time.

I have ordered the same meal over ten times through DoorDash. When I lived in the south, the Royal Four (which includes four Whoppers) was always made correctly with mayo, onions, pickles, lettuce, and tomato. However, the staff at this current location consistently leaves off the mayo and lettuce. After investigating, I discovered that the issue might be due to a character limit in their order system. The printed orders do not have enough space to list all the ingredients, leading to incomplete orders. It is disappointing and frustrating that they continue to send out Whoppers without all the standard ingredients. It feels as though online orders are not given the same attention as in-person orders at this location.

I had ordered a plain whopper with just cheese and tried to use a code but the employee yelled at me saying “your supposed to give me the code in the beginning” very frustrated but in an aggressive tone and I said “I’m sorry I didn’t know” and then to the window she repeats it again and snatches the money out of my hand, fast forward I get home and realized she got my order wrong so I drive back and tell them the order was incorrect and she refused to fix it bc she said that’s what I ordered and I was said no it’s not. Online order system dose not take our order, my husband who placed the order whent inside to talk to them and the manager refused to talk to anyone. even the cashier was rude and did not explain anything and talked over him. we placed a order all we got from them is “we do not have it.” Kept saying “we don’t have it.” Did not say anything else kept saying it. Manager did not even communicate with anyone that this was a problem. no apology. Nothing.

I came here today on my lunch during my route. And the lady with the mustache was very rude, she kept interrupting me while I was trying to order got my order confused and wrong. Gave me the wrong food. And was very disrespectful I told her my drink came with a drink she told me I was lying cause I didn't order that but she wasn't listening. But she treated the Mexicans that came in there with respect maybe it's cause I'm black but I never will come here again and dont advise anyone to do so. Terrible customer service

Edited to add, **oh look, just a short while later my card was being used online fraudulently, I had to shut down my card and get a new one and dispute all the charges. They need to investigate this location and put a stop to it** There was zero friendliness. No smile from anyone, no have a good day, thank you, nothing at all. Wouldn't even look at me. Then, took FOREVER to charge my card. So I was watching closely because it took so long. This girl went to the back, back to the kitchen where I couldn't see her, with my card. For about 2 minutes. Came back finally, handed me my card and then food without a word. Then took my receipt and put it on a big collection of other receipts on the counter. I had to tell her to give me my receipt. There is something going on at this store. And now I get to watch my account like a hawk to see if they just stole my card info. Unprofessional, none of the people I encountered have any business working with customers.

Workers just standing around talking to each other, hiding behind the wall while customers wait. They acknowledge you when they want, like they're doing you a favor. Wifi is always broken. Soda machine always broken. There are many options out there, don't go to this place.

Caution!! From my personal experience: 106 1st St., Garland, TX 7504.I drove through got a whopper jr apprx 6:15 pm Tuesday 2 wks ago. And shortly after I ate it I was throwing up and had severe diarrhea. I knew something was wrong, but I was so hungry that I realized the meat looked gray . Also there’s never any cars there in Line when I pass by . I see why . I tried to send a msg to Customer Service to Please check food safety - food handling - food freshness inventory everything! I was meal prepping at home. I went back to that after this experience!

I went to get a lunch the fried pickle whopper I was not told that Wednesday’s the whopper is a reduced price. She did not share that with me. I advised her of the drinks the soda fountains three of them were not working it spits out water. she said oh yeah, and she turned her back, that was the worst service she could’ve given me. I asked for ketchup looks at the ketchup on the counter and then she hands me up and she walks away and I told her you did not share that I can get a whopper for more reasonable price she said it’s not that whopper you’re getting and her back , that was the worst service. The fries were brick cold, so displeased with the attitude from the young woman and then if she really wanted to do great service, she would’ve communicated with me, but there was a Hispanic young man that walked in there and they began talking to the man Did not pay attention about the drinks and the cup at all I will never go there again

Came here with family. Had 3 different orders. All 3 were incorrect. Items that were on the menu and ordered they later stated they didn’t have. I would avoid this location Editing review to clarify just how bad the experience was: - play place was closed due to “mess” (understandable) - there was a mop bucket just left in the middle of the floor the entire time we were there out in the eating area. - when I mean every order was wrong. I really do mean it. Not a single meal was correct with multiple items forgotten. - food was cold This is the worst fast food experience I’ve had, I am very understanding having worked 5+ years in fast food myself, but this was terrible.

There was redheaded woman at the drive thru window. She was so rude on the speaker. Was super impatient and when I got up the window snatched my money and slammed the window. I really thought it was going to shatter. I didn’t have any sauce for my 2 8piece mozzarella fries and 8piece chicken fingers. When I asked for sauce she gave me 1. I’m not a rude person so I asked if I could please have more because I have 3 orders of 8pieces and she huffed very loud and obnoxiously grabbed more sauce. I told her thank you and she huffed at me again. Super rude. If you don’t like your job please find a new one.

3 of us dined in September 13, 2024 - at around 8:30pm. Ordered and sat down. Noticed manager on duty that night was rude and treating her employees badly. She refused to remake my burger after showing her my receipt. She made the cashier go remake the burger, even though she had sent him to mop and sweep the floors. Her attitude that night made customers walk out that night and left me not ever wanting to go back. Terrible leadership. I won’t be going back there nor telling anyone to go back there. Manager had family or friends with two young children walk to the back of the kitchen. Watching that happen made me lose my appetite.

I’ve been a patron of this restaurant since the mid 80’s, back when my dad brought me here after picking me up from daycare. Back when it was a 5 way intersection, and Payless Shoes was where the QT is now. Back when “99¢ Whoppers” was on the sign itself. This restaurant has really gone down hill lately, and it’s 100% the fault of the staff. They obviously don’t care to work there. Some days service is good, some days they act as if you should feel privileged to be in their presence. But what really ticked me off, is these employees are now stealing the mobile orders that come in, and then toss around any excuse they can think of as the explanation. What they don’t know is I work in tech, have a degree in networking and software development. I’m no fool, and I know things don’t just happen the way they claimed. Two days ago, I ordered food on the mobile app. When we got to the restaurant, their excuse was “Sorry, we don’t have your order. The Broadway restaurant has it.” I wasn’t born yesterday, so I tried to do some digging, which set really made the high school aged employees uneasy. Me: “How do you know my order is at the Broadway location?” Cashier: “I don’t know. It’s over there.” Me: “Can you call?” Cashier: “No, there’s nothing we can do. You have to go there.” As I kept asking questions, the excuses started to change until eventually it became clear they just wanted me to buy their excuse ending with “there’s nothing we can do.” You can’t even check the computers to see if you can find my order? Assuming maybe she’s just inexperienced, I asked to speak to the manager, maybe he/she knows how to research this problem. The girl standing next to her, with a teardrop tat under her eye (I know what that means), claimed to be the manager, and every time I tried to ask anything she would start talking over me. What kind of manager can’t be bothered to help customers?? What kind of ‘manager’ can’t be bothered to even hear the questions a customer has to ask?? We eventually got into a shouting match with me yelling “why can’t you listen to my questions?!” and “Why can’t you even listen to me?!” It was met with “you need to leave or I’m going to call the police!” She’s going to call the police because I’m asking questions about my order that magically disappeared?? Psychology suggests in her mind, something illegal has happened, but she wants to blame it on me… I spent my money, you gave me nothing, and want to call the police on me for questioning it?? Where did they get these kids? They need to fire the entire staff and start over. I’ve never been so disappointed in an interaction. I try my best to friendly with restaurant employees, because I know how the job can be, but these individuals are doing something very shady and they shouldn’t be left in any business unsupervised. I hope the owner sees this, because he/she is losing money letting this crew run his/her business. I’m sure there stakeholders would not be happy to see what transpired that evening.

This is what i received when i ordered the number 7 which is suppose to be a chking sandwich it was hard an tiny i paid 11bucks for this meal total trash. i didn't receive a receipt but it was 6pm on fri night when i went back up there the boy in the drive through window kinda laughed when i showed him. i was told no manager was on site an doors to dinning room locked at 9 fries were cold nuggets were over cooked an i was offered my money back or a new sandwich. no apology no remorse an i chose the money they gave me 4 bucks back when i asked why only 4 dollars he said you ate everything but this sandwich so my time an hunger is completely unimportant im going to bed mad an hungry thanks burger king

It used to be great years ago. But everytime I come by here- I get a bad experience every visit. This is for sure the worst experience, there were only two workers and my order took more than 45 minutes! But that's not the worst part, the worst part is the amount of crickets, stickiness and just unsanitary this place is! (I even stepped on a cricket) will not come back and do not recommend this Burger King!
