I have eaten here several times. Never been great. Today the food was awful. First time I didn't even finish it. Got a number 1. Nothing had cheese on it. By bean burrito tortilla was so hard I couldn't eat it. Disappointing

Chips and taco shells are all stale! 25$ wasted on old food! Don’t order to go or drive thru! They will sell you stale chips and you can’t do anything once your home! Town east location does the same! Love bueno food, but the quality has become so disappointing my family never wants to go anymore! -Ex Buenohead

2 stars because food was edible. Service was bad.. hire more staff if long waits for customers is an issue. We were waiting 15/20 minutes. That's not fast food. And the quality of how they made it was poor. The juat slapped the tacos together. They only filled my rice HALFWAY and the salsa bar was questionable. The cilantro was getting low and the stuff at the bottom was BLACK completely rotten they don't use the first in first out method they just put new cilantro on top of rotting.. It's probally the same with the salsa to. My advice to cooperate is staff the facility better and enforce regulations better. The quality from the service, to the food was bad.

Food tasted fine, besides the stale taco shells. But was charged for a muchaco we never received. I had a free coupon, but the cashier didn’t know how to apply the coupon. Order is messed up almost every time we’ve been. Won’t return to this location.

The gray haired lady that is in the drive thru or at the counter is very unpleasant. Why does this location pre-close 2 hours early? Dont expect to get unsweetened tea any time after about 7:30. You will be told it is all gone. Make more it costs you about .40 to make and charge $3 for a larger.

I had ordered a whole lotta platter and the food was so stale and old it seemed like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for days. The taco was so stale the shell was curled out, the guacamole was black and sour. The chimichanga was so greasy it made my hands stink. The only thing decent about the whole meal where the chips and then they didn't even put any hot sauce.

It was supposed to be their 50th anniversary, and Tacos and Buritos were supposed to be .50 each to celebrate, but this rude place did not know anything about it ,nor were they about to call a manager either. So we do not ever have to go back there. We were going to dine in but just left.

Food was horrible. I ordered a taco with meat and cheese only and there was little to no cheese. I asked for more cheese since it was basically a meat taco the lady told me to pay extra I said we'll what about the lettuce and tomato that I didn't get, you saved money on that. I should get a decent amount of cheese considering the store kept my lettuce and tomatoes. The meat by itself Sucks. I'll never eat at Bueno again. High prices, bad customer service, poor quality food. There are flies in the place landing on my food

This is the absolute worst food I've ever had delivered in 60 years, what's supposed to be a chicken quesadilla is got 1 little piece of chicken that taste spoiled,that sauce is so thin and taste spoiled .I opened all of them, it's absolutely disgusting,I had it delivered by door dash, it's not eatable ,I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, period

Terrible late night visit. Placed an order around 8:20pm and was supposed to be ready around 8:50pm. Got there and waited 30 minutes just to get to the speaker box. Waited another 30 minutes just for someone to speak to us from the speaker. Got to the window and waited for our food only to have a bad attitude from one of the employees. Received our food which was completely wrong. Nothing was what we ordered. Manager could not give us a refund and brushed off the employee stating she is just new. Terrible service all-around.

If I could give 0 stars to this location I would. It isn't being managed or they simply don't care. Got simple chips and queso and the chips were stale as an cardboard hard stale wouldn't event come apart. I'm nervous now to eat the rest of the food. Definitely won't be back to any Taco Bueno.
