A family dinner to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. Reservations made over the phone, and a table for four was available within an hour. The waiters were exceptionally helpful. The wait staff took a bit long, in my opinion, but the quality of the food was truly top-notch. Even an off-menu request, like saffron rice, was handled flawlessly.

I had dinner with my husband; we had a fish appetizer, a fish main course, and a dessert. The food wasn't great; the fish wasn't great, it seemed of poor quality. I wasn't very satisfied; unfortunately, we won't be returning. The service was very friendly and fast, and the girl who served us was really nice.

I went to this restaurant with my family for dinner: I had the risotto with scampi cream, and it was very good, but I can't say the same about my mom's Nautilus pizza, as it was full of tomato sauce and, aside from the fish on top, the pizza was almost inedible. The service was good, although one waiter seemed a bit arrogant at times... I think the atmosphere could be improved: the view is unique, but I would pay more attention to the greenery, especially by putting flowers on the netting next to the tables instead of leaving the fake hedge that's there now. At checkout, however, everything was fine; the 30% discount was applied without any problems, and the girl at the cashier was very kind.

So let's start by saying that, overall, the food wasn't bad, but in my opinion, they were a bit slow in preparing the food you ordered (no pizza). There were three couples and a table of three women, and they served us after almost an hour. We had an appetizer of mixed cured meats with fried gnocchi (a bit dry) and a beef tartare, and then we moved on to the main course of sliced ​​beef with arugula and peppered fillet steak. There were four waiters in the dining room; I can't imagine how long I would have had to wait if there had been more people. Plus, two appetizers, two main courses with sides (spinach and potatoes), two medium-sized lager beers, and a bottle of water, €117... A bit too expensive, we didn't even order dessert. My personal opinion: improve the cuisine and lower the prices a bit.

Unfortunately, we had a pretty bad experience. The waitress who brought the dishes didn't open her mouth; every request or question she'd make some kind of gesture and then simply disappear. The food, being Italian, being Italian cuisine, was definitely not up to the standard of a restaurant. It's a shame because before the change of management, I had a good experience and it was good. Now, the food just wasn't good. I'd say not recommended.

We ate at this restaurant and were severely disappointed by several factors. First, the wait; arriving at around 8:45 PM, it's inconceivable to be eating a FIRST COURSE at 11 PM and a SECOND COURSE at 11:30 PM... ABSURD. The black waitress was surly, rude, and uninterested in our dining experience. I'll just say this: If you don't know how to handle different orders when there are people, don't do it; just make pizzas. I would urge the owner to review her staff and improve the service overall.

We came to this restaurant for Easter specifically for a specific dish we'd arranged over the phone in advance. They ultimately refused to prepare it, saying they were only serving the Easter menu that day. Had we known this, we wouldn't have even gone. The service was extremely unpleasant: the waiters were rude and dismissive. We weren't Italians, we were visiting from Latvia. Even the presentation of the dishes was inconsistent: the generous portions at the tables next to us were quite meager, and we had to wait 20 minutes between dishes. We also had to wait a long time for someone to seat us and take our order. It left a bad taste in our mouth.
