Dolly's Garrison Reviews
All three workers that we came in contact with were very polite, sweet and attentive. The drive thru wasn't as quick as McDonald's but I don't think that's a bad thing. We'll be back:)
Stopped here when traveling. Staff was amazing. Restrooms very clean. Food good.
Waiters were super nice and professional especially Antonio who was a amazing waiter and was very helpful and knowledgeable.
Whataburger 11845 Milton Wilson Dr : Arlington's Best Burger, Hands Down Forget the rest, this Whataburger on 11845 Milton Wilson Dr is the real deal. Juicy, perfectly cooked burgers with all the fixings, crispy fries, legendary spicy ketchup – it's all here, and it's all fantastic. But what truly sets this location apart is the incredible staff: friendly, efficient, and always serving up smiles. Don't waste your time anywhere else, this is the Arlington Whataburger experience you've been craving.
I haven’t been here since I was a kid so it was nice coming back and sharing memories with mine. The food was great and I have absolutely no complaints. If I was to complain lol it would be that they were cleaning while we were there which greatly impacted our ability to move around. The issue with that was the degreaser they used and you could barely walk to get anything extra that may have been needed because we were completely surrounded around it. (I almost fell several times) Although the atmosphere was very clean music was nice etc . I wish( I was raised don’t clean or dust around people who are eating) they would have held off until we finished up.
The night crew is outstanding. The burger was picture perfect even at 1 a.m. Excellent customer service as well.
I grew up in the 70's and Whataburger was always the #1 place to go. It was disappointing when they closed up shop, but I'm so happy to have them back and it appears they are making a strong and visible statement with the new restaurants. I go at least once a week and they do have the BEST Onion Rings as well as other menu items like shakes, welcome back and THANK YOU 😊 I do get breakfast, lunch & dinner and occasionally I just go for onion rings! Oh and the breakfast burritos as well as the biscuits and sausage gravy are also very good.
After seeing so many poor reviews I'll be honest in saying my expectations were low. However, upon finally visiting in person I couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised. The wait was short and the man working the drive-thru, Sidney, could not have been better. He took the time to answer my questions, didn't seem rushed, and was profusely apologetic about the shake machine being down for cleaning. As for the food, it was as expected and the fries were nice and hot. Overall a fantastic experience and so happy to have Whataburger here in Arlington!
I love the atmosphere and the workers there are good.
Always have the food fresh and correct, love the prickly pear and wish it was permanent!!
Bring back the mushroom swiss!!! I went there late night. The guy who took my order was friendly and nice.
Lakayla was wonderful. Very welcoming, nice, prompt, and great customer service.
Friendly staff offering quick & accurate service helped to make this a very pleasant visit. They even gave me coupons to save money on future visits!
Whataburger has the best burger and shakes around, our order was spot on (no issues), Staff was friendly they great you upon arrival, to top it all off the place was clean, highly recommend
The staff was amazing. Great customer service. The restaurant was clean.
La’Kayla and Antonio were super nice and supportive and service was extremely quick
great food and great service! La’Kayla was awesome!
Antonio Garcia it was amazing, helpful and at all time he was cleaning and taking care of every single customer show up. The food it was really good and in point! Clean bathrooms and the dinner as well! Well done to the manager and crew!
This is easily the best fast food experience I have ever had. Everyone on the staff was overly nice, and everything was so clean
Went on a Friday night with a large order and they got my entire order right! Which never happens when we order elsewhere, something is always forgotten or messed up. Our food was correct, hot and fresh! Also, they were so kind. Best whataburger experience by far.
I went through the drive thru to get a couple of shakes and Elijah was over the top kind to us and made our experience great. Thanks so much Elijah! 👍🏻
They're awesome here. The wait time is a little long through the drive thru at certain times. But they were pretty quick on the inside. Food is always delicious! We go every time we're in Arlington. Highly recommend for a quick meal. Chicken strips and fries are very good.
Enjoyed dinner here around 7p on Monday. The food was hot, the employees were very polite and the inside appeared clean and well maintained. The ONLY downside was the burgers really needed more salt but we took care of that ourselves. I would definitely go back again!
Great customer service! Very friendly and professional. LaKayla was especially nice to us.
La’Kayla gives exceptional customer service! She is genuine and calls you by name. Whatabutger you better keeps this gem!
My experience was Great the staff was friendly the restaurant was clean and my food was fresh ....
The Whataburger in Arlington is great. I always get the breakfast bob with sausage. The bun is always soft which helps to make the sandwich delicious
Lakayla was very nice and professional. The food was delicious. We would definitely be back.
This cruise is amazing! They always take great care of us. We come in with a group of 15 and order online, they always have our meal ready for us when we get here. La’Kayla Jones and her crew are a phenomenal Whataburger experience. La’Kayla even stayed after her shift to greet us at the door, made sure that all our meals were correct and had places set for us with straws and napkins.
I dislike the way they make the basic burger but everything else on the menu so far that I have tried has been delicious. I think I will try the standard burger again Edit: I have tried the Whataburger original again and it is just not to my taste everything else I've tried though is still stellar.
Our meals were made correctly, and the food tasted good. I'm not sure why the wait is so long at a fast food restaurant. 15 to 20 minutes isn't a crazy long wait for food since we were not in a hurry, but for those on a time crunch for work, it's a problem. My husband's co-worker had waited more than 20 min in the drive thru to get a completely wrong order and had to bring it inside to be re-made. The wolfchase location was so slow the one time I tried to go that I didn't even stay to order food.
The food was good, burgers were better than the usual fast-food establishments, the onion rings where on point. Milkshakes are good. Service, well anyplace has good service or bad service depending on who's working, when.....
Food was good. Service a little slow.
Food was great, happy to have them in town. But the workers obviously were not happy. Napkins could not be found. Sauces are sometimes brought to you when you’re good comes. All the chairs were up at noon on Sunday. Soon all the tables were full and customers had to pull the chairs down themselves. Very clean dining room.
I went through the drive through. My fries were not fresh or hot, and my burger was room temperature... The apple pie that I ordered was hot and it did taste well. I was really disappointed because I was visiting the town with this business and I do not have this business in my hometown so I can't go there very often.
Food is always good and staff inside is very friendly and kind. They go above and beyond what most fast food places do in terms of both quality and service. The only thing I can say negative is that at night their drive through is very slow.
Chicken sandwich is great and service was good. They forgot a sauce I asked for but after going back through they hooked me up. Would recommend the spicy chicken sandwich.
The initial transaction went a little awry, I asked for the Promotional Chili Cheese Burger which I didn't even know was an option until I saw it on the menu sign, then was told they don't have the Chili on hand. Cool, back to what I usually grab. I ordered a Double Bacon Cheeseburger Combo. Then the Cashier didn't know how to put an extra party on and at this point I wished I'd used the app UNTIL a beautiful lead by the name of Mariah swooped in and got the order input correctly. When the food arrived it was presented by a polite gentleman that reached the table before I was able to get to my feet and meet him half way. The burger itself was well made cheesy, greasy goodness with plump bacon that fully reflects the Whataburger name. Combine that with a prepacked Brownie that was surprisingly good I left fat and happy.
I was so excited to finally get a Whataburger in the area after awesome experiences when I was Austin, TX years ago in my college days 10-15 years ago. I don't know what has changed since, but the best item on the menu in my opinion is the patty melt. The proper burgers taste like Sonic, and that's not a compliment. That being said, the times I've visited the Arlington location has been mediocre at best. My main complaint lately has been the drinks. Any soda is weak and pretty much just soda water and a small splash of syrup. It happens, I've worked in fast food jobs a lot, but it's becoming every time I go. So I switched to sweet tea today because I'm not super picky. Three sips in and it tasted like mildew. So now it's been three or four times I've had to drive to another restaurant to get a drink that's properly mixed or brewed in a timely manner. The employees are pretty nice and courteous and the Whataburger's declining quality of food is not on them, but management needs to be checking the drink fountain and tea for proper cleaning procedures and syrup levels.
Great food but still very very slow service.
I was expecting a great burger...what I got was mediocre...I expected a juicy tasty burger...I got a dry burger with no taste...on par with burger king...was priced a little higher than your other burger outlets...I probably won't be going back
Overated,Burger thin and dry. Between all the toppings and the big bun you can't even taste the thin burger, kinda like the bigmac. Not the same place as in the 80,s.Everything else is good though.
Never going back. 3rd strike. Every time, long wait. Average of about 20 minutes in drive thru. Only a few cars in front of me. Finally get my order to find cold soggy fries...AGAIN!! The young lady who brought my order out was friendly at least. I knew when they started building this place they were going to have staffing issues. Wendys closes at 7-8p sometimes bc no employees. Kids in Arlington dont want to work. This will be closed in 2yrs
The food is good but the service is poor. The lady at the window wanted me to pay but couldn't confirm she had my order correct. She thought I only had one kids meal, but had ordered two but said she could verify until after I paid. All of the fries we ordered were only half full, so don't order a small or you won't get any, if you order a large expect to only get a half full container.
I ordered breakfast and was more than disappointed. The cashier seemed to have a slight attitude when I asked for a moment to look over the menu. After paying I waited for about 5 minutes before receiving my food. I didn't mind because I assumed it would be HOT and fresh. My sandwich was luke warm but the hash browns were cold 😑. This was my second visit to this location and it was also my second disappointment. I doubt I'll visit again. The food is not good and costs too much for constant disappointment. Why such a long wait if the food still isn't going to be fresh?! Do better! Pick better cashiers as well.
Food is always good, but I have never waited longer for fast food in my entire life and it happens almost every time I go there. Currently, I’ve been in line for 20 minutes and there are still six cars in front of me. I mean we are just making burgers, right? If you’re going to go there, make sure you leave yourself plenty of time. So an update it took me 50 minutes from the minute. I entered the drive-through until the minute I got my food and this was at 8:40 at night. Ridiculous.
Slowest people ever and rude customer service. I’ve worked in the food industry and it’s not that hard to be nice and to smile. The lines in the drive thru are also confusing. The lady rudely told me to go to a different line and acted annoyed. Management needs to fix their workers
Burger was decent and the onion rings were pretty good. They advertise a limited edition banana pudding shake. I ordered it and they said they only had vanilla. I asked politely for a refund and they went to the back and tried to make a vanilla shake with the banana pudding syrup mix, I think.... It was terrible. Half of the drink machine had the nozzles soaking in a metal bin right next to the drink machine. The selections that had no nozzles would spray in all directions if you tried to use it. I think someone likely started cleaning it and then walked away.
This Whataburger too too long to open when in on a Monday they said it would open on Wednesday when and they said till Friday I came the following Monday and not satisfy :( I love Whataburger but this location there fry’s and not cook right drink with Pugh gas and chicken tender needed to cook longer
Dude. Went last night (10/30/23) around 7, after track or treat at the high school. Wasn't busy, 2 or 3 cars in the drive thru; couple of patrons in the lobby. Walk in the doors and immediately notice the air conditioning is running and it's about the same temperature inside as it is outside (low 50's high 40's maybe). We get our order placed uneventfully, got drinks and sat down. Noticed the garbage can is over flowing and there's exploded ketchup on the floor. Waited 30 minutes and no food. Husband goes to the counter to check on the order and notices that the two families that arrived and ordered after we did have been served. It took several minutes to be acknowledged at the counter to get a status on the order. They immediately hand him a bag of food. His order is missing (but there's a burger combo), my daughter's order is missing (but there's a 3piece tender dinner in the bag) there's a kids meal for my son (requested dessert is missing) my meal was missing half the fries. Store appeared to be fully staffed with manager on register and 5 employees in the kitchen. Management boot camp is needed for this location.
Rude staff thru drive thru & they were out of change thru drive thru. Obviously management not paying attention or they do not care. Sad that service is bad already with such a new location.
The food was subpar; with cold burger patties and just less than basic taste on the chicken sandwich. The service was terrible because teenagers shouldn't be allowed to deal with the public. Should have stopped at McDonald's.
Why???? Why??? Why can’t they EVER get our order right? We had an order for 4 adults and two kids but I don’t think that should be too difficult to follow the list of items we’d like on our burgers. 3 of the 4 burgers were made wrong and they forgot the sauce on the child’s chicken strips. The only part that had no mistakes was the drinks and that was because we filled them ourselves. Everyone was very friendly, but I’m just tired of having the food be wrong every time we go there.
Ordered the pancake breakfast. Unfortunately, there was no syrup. I called the restaurant they hung up the phone when I attempted to let them know about the missing item. I called back again but no one answered. When you're the only person in the drive thru and it takes 15 minutes to get your food please ensure the order is correct.
Pulled right up to the menu, gave my order, then it took 47 minutes to get to the window for my food. 47 minutes? I can run this entire restaurant by myself and pump out orders faster than these overpaid fast food workers and I don’t even work in the industry.
This place looks new. It ran by a bunch of kids. No body actively working to get your food out in a timely manner. Took 45 minutes to get a chicken sandwich and fries to go.. I could have saved time by cooking in Walmart parking lot. I never plan on stopping here ever again.
Breakfast is advertised as starting at 11p - we arrived after 6 hours on the road at 11:47p and was told we would have to wait 15-20m for a breakfast bowl. Has to be a Memphis area disconnect. Dont have this issue in Nashville or Knoxville.
Before this franchise came to the local market, It was mandatory for me to have a burger at this chain whenever I was in a market that served them. As expected the labor force in the Mid-south market has ruined the experience. HORRIBLE customer service well as the TERRIBLE( Looked like a pile of old trash) food presentation has made me come to decision to no longer waste my money at this establishment.
Waited 20 minutes to watch 6 cars pull off with no one’s order taken. We pulled up to get our order taken and waited another few minutes for nothing. We left too. Can’t even get your order taken here. They should close the drive through since apparently their staff doesn’t know how drive through works.
I gave this location 4 stars before but today I had to change it to 1 star. I ordered the WhataChicken 3 piece strips through the app and on the app it clearly shows that you get toast and gravy with it NO EXTRA CHARGE. I wish I could upload a picture but I don’t have the option. One of the workers wanted to argue with me and the worker that was helping me that I would have to pay extra for the gravy and that the toast doesn’t come with it. She had a bad attitude for no reason and all she had to do was look it up on the register to see what comes with the chicken strips. In the end she went ahead and gave me the gravy and the toast but I had to leave this negative review so they don’t make this mistake again with another customer.
Avoid the Arlington Whataburger. The service is terrible. Simple orders take 20+ minutes. They advertise on the menu and yard signs shakes they apparently can’t make. If you buy through the app and they can’t make it in store, you have to go through a long arduous process to get your money back, and it takes days.
waited in the drive-through line for 10 minutes at 5:30 in the morning said hello multiple times and no one responded. There were employees inside and one car in front of me waiting at the window. i just drove away:
I pulled up to the drive thru and waited for about 6 minutes no one came to the speaker, so I drove around and went in the building and ordered a sausage and cheese biscuit that I waited another 14 minutes on and was not even busy it was one couple sitting on the inside and no one in the drive thru, I will never come to Whataburger again
The food here is lazily prepared. Ordered the boneless Buffalo wings. They barely had the sauce on them!! And not given in the orange container but a paper container, and I had to pull over to wait a long time to get this this mess!!! Smh !!! My hubby wanted this mess because I'm still eating my Christmas Dinner and could care less!!!
I thought everyone had to be exaggerating about how bad this place is. I placed a mobile order and it took one hour to get my food with four cars in front of me at the drive thru. I sat at the order box for 35 minutes (occasionally being told that they are shorthanded, and will get to me when they can). There were no cars in front of me in the drive-thru lane for 20 minutes. There was no one there for them to wait on in front of me (inside is closed). I finally pulled up to the window and honked my horn. They tried to tell me again that they’re shorthanded. I pointed out that might be the case, but there is no one in front of me for them to be waiting on! He then handed me my bag of very cold inedible food. I should have left, but they had already charged my account because it was a mobile order.
The food here is usually great if you actually receive what you order.. The Supervisor/Shift Leader at this location that works afternoon/evenings is extremely rude and unprofessional.. I thought the 1st time she was rude she was maybe just having a bad day.. But a couple weeks later she acted the exact same way and always has a dirty look on her face for some reason.. Unfortunately I will be taking the time to drive out of my way to a different location the next time I want Whataburger..
When we arrived at this location we had to blow our horn at a car sitting sideways in front of all of the handicap parking spots. The car pulled forward and then an employee got out and walked inside. We were waiting at the unmanned registers when the employee walked in. He clocked in without saying a word. He should have said someone will be right with you. We waited for a few minutes more without anyone ever coming to assist us and take our order. We could hear and see several workers in the back but none made any effort to come to the front. We were there at 12:00PM on a Sunday. My wife and I eat at another location on Winchester about once a week and are always greeted by very friendly employees. We will not be back to this location again. We do enjoy the Whataburger food but I would recommend staying alway from this location.
Service is horrible!! A take-out order with a particular time window took >30 minutes longer to make than the estimate, and items were missing. There are at least 2 “Family Members” whose job must be to stand around and do nothing. No apologies for the missing items, just, “I think we’re out of that?” They were not out.
2 cars in line at the drive thru window that had already ordered, waited 10 min for someone to actually come to the speaker to take order, then waited another 20 to get our food. It’s beyond slow. I can get a quicker meal at a sit down restaurant than getting a combo meal from this “fast food” place. The quality of the food is terrible. I’ve given it 4 chances and that’s more than I should have. Slimy wilted lettuce, the tiniest amount of sauce or condiments on the sandwich and it’s a roll of the dice if it’s hot or cold or dried out with the meat. It’s pitiful that we just got whataburger in Arlington almost a year ago and the first day of opening was probably the best day of production from this location. I don’t know how they are staying in business.
Very disappointing service for being open for 4 months now. Traveling through stopped to eat. Waited 30min for food only 2 others in dining room. Fries we fresh but all meals cold. Drive-thru almost every car came back in for something last customer came in complaining about waiting for 30 min also in the drive-thru. Love Whataburger but this place was not at all enough to coming back eating 1 star. Never felt necessary to leave a review for a place but for this one it was that much upsetting.
We were traveling for baseball and stopped by at 10:05pm on Friday, March 22, 2024. As we pulled into a spot we saw several girls that worked there sitting down. One got up, looked us straight in the eye, and locked the door. She turned around and went back to her coworkers. They sat and just stared us down. We then attempted to go through the drive thru but nobody ever took our order. We went down the street and had excellent service at McDonalds.
Stopped by for a burger on my way out of Memphis back to Nashville. Had to wait several minutes at the window to get my food, get 20 minutes down the road to find a chicken sandwich and chicken strip meal in my bag, no burger to be found.
This location is disgraceful to the Whataburger company. The food is always cold and improperly prepared if you have the audacity to ask for alterations, the workers are often snippy and short, and take forever just to deliver you the wrong meal. Forget it if you want sauces that you pay for, those are never included. I have to pass by often and love whataburger, but every experience I’ve had with this location has been poor at best. Just today, I ordered the Large chili cheese fry. I opened it excitedly, all to be met with the saddest, most disappointing plate of fries I have ever seen. Barely any chili, and what I can only describe as a sneeze of cheese on top of unsalted fries. If I could, I’d give zero stars.
Went for lunch. Sat in long line. Finally ordered from young man with tablet. I was discouraged from using cash, card was preferred. I used my debit card and was charged twice for my meal. I was told I would be refunded the cost of one meal but it would take 3 days or more to show up in my account. I ordered a chicken sandwich meal with drink and cinnamon bun. The chicken patty was very thin and had little flavor. I took a few bites and threw it away. I never got the fries that were supposed to come with the meal. It took so long to get the food, I wasn't going back for the fries. The ice was melted in the drink. The cinnamon bun was ok but a little doughy. Definitely not up to the Whataburger reputation and I will not be returning. Thanks anyway.
Didn't even eat the would not come to counter to take our order. Women yelled from the back and told us there was a kiosk to order at.
The guy that took my order acted like it was a complete inconvenience for me to be there. Had anything else been open, I would have left. This place is trash.
Second and last time trying this location. Placed an order online for pickup, arrived after the ready time and still waited 30 minutes for the order to be wrong. There was one customer in the lobby and a few through the drive thru so it wasn't busy. They really enjoyed their personal conversations. If you want to hear about basketball or the party last night you have found the right place. Two trays of burnt pancakes, one tray of almost raw pancakes, iced coffee that had turned to a watery mess since it sat for so long. This is not the quality or service that Whataburger is know in for. Rename the place WhatAMess so customers know what to expect!
I was the only one in line and waited 20 minutes on a sausage biscuit
The food was cold , the service was rude and unprofessional when I tried to add to my order the guy said bad words they can go back to the cameras I was there around 7:35 PM today 9/1/2025 . Disappointing experience
The website and the sign say "open 24 hours". The employee at the drive through said they could not currently accept orders because they were unloading a truck. If you don't have enough employees to run your kitchen, you're not actually open.
My family and I enjoy whataburger. It is one of our family favorites, so we looked this one up because it was the closes. But boy did we regret ever stopping here. From a distance it looks clean, but the tables were dirty and we stopped in during the morning hours and it was not busy. It took 30 minutes plus to finally get our order. When she brought out our food, she had the attitude of not wanting to be there nor serve. All whataburger places offer condiments after bring your food out but not here. We had to go up to the counter and ask for them. Then we asked for honey, no honey, but wanted to charge me $ for honey mustard (that I did not want). Even after telling them they can keep the change when I payed for my meal. Our meal was cold, was not made right and didn't get the stuff that was suppose to come with the meal.
1 star just to draw attention. 2 full orders of onion rings plus several burgers and such- forced to pay a seperate .44 cents for a RANCH. Seriously whataburger, you can't even give ONE condiment for an onion ring order?? This was pathetic. To run a credit card for .44 cents and print a recipe probably made you LOSE money. Somebody at corporate is seriously challenged in a very stupid way.
we came in around 11:30 just to sit there for 15 minutes to eventually find out they aren’t taking orders? but they’re working so anyway… as we were leaving i guess one of their coworkers walked in and wanted some ice cream, and they happily made her order. just downright terrible
Ordered a salad and a burge,r meat and cheese only and have been waiting over 20 minutes was asked to pull up just for the cars behind me get there food and go. Then after 20 minutes brought me the wrong order outside so still waiting. Do not come here u have somewhere to be. Also was here the day before yesterday just to wait some more
This location just opened this year (2023). Very slow, I never wait less than 20 minutes. Just sat here and watched an employee eat out of the fryer with gloves on, then use the same gloves for everyone’s food. Employees always standing around on their phones. Food is sometimes incorrect and dining room is usually gross. Get the patty melt and they often forget the sauce and/or onions. Employees curse a lot from the kitchen and it is audible in the dining room.
Very slow service. And I haven’t been able to get a milkshake for 2 weeks due to broken machines.
This franchise clearly does not do regional secret shopping or track throughput times accurately.. I have gone to this location on 5 separate occasions and never spent less than 25 minutes in the drive thru. I genuinely enjoy the food everytime I've eaten at other locations. I waited at the intercom for 8 minutes(had to time it) without greeting before leaving at 1210 pm while the 3 cars that were there in front of me received their food. Fooled me for the last time.
Lost a customer. Didn’t have the opportunity for an experience. Waited 5 minutes at the order counter. One lady yelled two at the counter two men walked by us. No one took our order. Last chance. I’ve been there for breakfast and they had no coffee. Enjoying Waffle House.
------- First experience --------- The food was great, but it was disappointing that all the tables were dirty. There wasn’t much staff around, so we had to clean the table ourselves before eating ------- Second experience ------- This was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. I placed an order through the app for pickup, and when I arrived, my food was handed to me as if it had just been prepared. By the time I got home—less than 5 minutes away—the fries were already ice cold. On top of that, I had ordered several ranch sauces, which I was charged $0.40 each for, and none of them were included in the bag. Then came the burgers: every single one was drenched in mustard to the point of being inedible. One burger that I specifically ordered as a double meat came as a single, and another had all the vegetables spilled across the packaging. When we called to complain, we were told to bring the order back and they would remake it. Upon returning to the store, we were met by a very rude woman who was aggressive from the very beginning. We showed her the receipt with the correct order, yet she kept repeating, “What’s wrong with it?” even after we explained multiple times. She then argued with us, gave us another incomplete order, and insisted that it was correct. Instead of simply checking the receipt, she ignored us and walked away, leaving us standing there. Eventually, we had to call another employee over to finally get what we had originally ordered. The entire experience was a complete disaster. The food quality was unacceptable, and the service was unprofessional and downright disrespectful. We will never return to this location again, and I strongly recommend others think twice before going here
Absolutely the WORST experience! I ordered online and they messed up everything — wrong items, missing items, and the food was stone cold. I had to drive all the way back just to fix THEIR mistake. When I got there, the lady at the front desk didn’t even bother to say hello. She just looked at me and rudely asked, “What’s wrong?” (Excuse me, I am not a child!) Instead of apologizing, she tried to blame ME, even though she had my order ticket right in her hands. This place clearly doesn’t care about customers. Cold food, wrong orders, zero professionalism, and staff with terrible attitudes. Disgusting service — NEVER again! If you have money for food expend it in other place that really appreciate you as a costumer ! Arlington deserves better!!! I reached out to customer service! I hope the owner cares about client.
First time ever at Whata burger. Was very disappointed. Ordered a single with mayo, lettuce, and onion extra mayo, medium fries and a medium drink. The best part was the coke. I received my meal... single with lettuce , onions and little mayo. Cold fries and a creat coke i got myself. I went back up for mayo the guy stated that they had no mayo packets. He could get me some mayonnaise in a small cup. That took some time, meanwhile my burger is getting cold.
Never again this place is terrible. Employee trying to sweep at our feet while we eat and then proceeds to dump water all over the floor the flung water on us as he was mopping exits were blocked with water. The “manager” was very argumentative when we complained. No diet drinks at all. Biscuits were hard as rocks.
Do not! And I repeat Do not eat at this What-A-Burger in Arlington,TN. My wife and I found a piece of reddish/purple weave/hair in our food. Whomever was making the sandwiches it was their hair. I am going to officially file a complaint with Corporate and I will return tomorrow morning to speak with a manager. I cannot believe I found a piece of purple/red color hair/weave in my food! How disgusting. I drove across town to come to this specific What-A-Burger because it always seem to have great food and service. Tonight was awful. Furthermore, the fries were stale. I asked for fresh fries and the young man with the afro said loudly, "these fries are not stale, I'm cooking all the fries fresh". That was true, but the lady at the front counter and I both agreed it was probably old grease. I am just in disbelief as this What-A-Burger is located in the subrbuan part of Memphis. Will not return. Again, Whomever hair it is should be easy to identify.
Every time I try to give this place another chance I’m disappointed because I love the food here. The woman named Brittany is the ONLY person here who has good customer service. Now the food is starting to lazily be prepped and made. Nobody wants old, brown, slimy lettuce on their sandwich.
First impression - I’m not impressed with the security guard chasing, literally chasing me away from the parking lot upon arrival. Apparently you can only use the drive thru and there are no signs or directions indicating… just Grumpy the Guard that will chase those kids off his lawn!!! I can’t imagine the burger will be worth the 55 minute wait, but I will report back! UPDATE: Large order of onion rings = 5 onion rings??? Clearly the guards are here to protect the onions! Burger was tasty, service is struggling - clearly because it’s a new set up, new team, etc. I’ll come back in a few weeks, hopefully they find their groove.
