Always a guarantee...an honest pizzeria, without ostentation or delusions of grandeur...we talk, or rather, we eat with facts. The pizza is excellent, light, digestible dough, never undercooked and well-seasoned...the service is fast, but not overly so, and extremely courteous. Family-friendly, both for the price and for the care of the little ones; their pizzas are usually the first to arrive. The only precaution is to make a reservation to guarantee a spot, as the place is not very large and very popular, especially on weekends.

A quiet pizzeria where you can enjoy excellent pizza. They have a wide selection of pizzas on the menu. The dough is light and easy to digest, and the toppings are of high quality. I really appreciate the local selection of draft beers; they have a good selection of Poretti to pair with their pizzas. At the end of the meal, they always offered us limoncello, leaving a bottle at the table, a feature not often found in other places. For pizza in the Varese area, Don Diego is a guarantee. I recommend booking at least a day in advance on weekends. Excellent value.

Solo servizio di pizzeria, la pizza buona, impasto basso che non diventa gommoso, condimento abbondante e dimensioni generose. Il servizio veloce ed il personale cortese. Rispetto delle norme Covid e dell'igiene. Possibile il giro pizza per almeno 2 persone.

Not a large pizzeria, but you can eat outside. Unfortunately, being on a provincial road means you're often caught in traffic. Very good pizza, and friendly, attentive service. Prices are a bit higher than average. There's a small dirt parking lot owned by the pizzeria, behind the restaurant.

The experience at Don Diego was quite positive. The pizza dough was excellent and cooked perfectly. The toppings were generous; you have to like a somewhat heavy pizza, but the quality of the ingredients was good. The place was well-kept, and the waiters were friendly.

Excellent pizza! We tried the pizza tour option, offered for tables of at least four people. It's a good idea, but it only offers the advantage of trying more pizzas. It's definitely not worth it if your guests aren't big eaters! 4 stars because there's no air conditioning, and with the scorching heat of this July, dinner was like a sauna! Excellent, but on cooler days!

The pizza was okay. Maybe I chose the wrong one, but it had too much onion. It's true that you asked for it, but there's sauce underneath that white stuff. The other pizzas were well received. I'm sorry it went that way. The dessert was good.

Abbiamo acquistato 2 pizze da asporto farcite, premetto che non si tratta della nostra pizzeria di fiducia, ci sembrava caruccio rispetto alla media ma abbiamo comunque testate per capire se ne valesse la pena; direi proprio di no! Condimento ridicolo, davvero pochissimI ingredienti e l'impasto nulla di che. SCONSIGLIO
