Llegamos al restaurant y no hay quien te reciba a la entrada. Te sientas y te llevan la carta. Luego entonces pides y que ocurre ???? No hay lo que pides y tienes que esperar 30 min a que se caliente el carbón para que puedan preparar tus alimentos. Esperamos 45 min a que llevarán nuestros alimentos, las bebidas te las dan desde que pides. Nos llevaron los platos y los cubiertos todos mojados. Entonces pides ketchup y te llevan 1 tazón. Antes ponían el envase ahora tienes que estar pidiendo las porciones y es molesto. Los baños están sucios.

Tengo media hora aquí y no han venido a atendernos tampoco nos recibieron en la puerta. El lugar está semi vacío así que no hay excusa. La mesera está preparando bebidas. Se tardaron mucho en servirnos. Que les paso alitas antes eran chéveres.

The food I wanted was not available so the server recommended something else in its place. It was decent. The place was empty and it took so long to get my food to my table that the fries and burger were cold. Not a good experience. 2 hours later I got really sick feeling and had to go back to the hotel to throw up and spend much of the night in the restroom.

This time this branch gave me one dissapoiment on the quality of the boneless. The portion was too small and is tasted kind of burned the oil was over used. Over all was not a good experience this time.

La comida de buen sabor, pero tardan muchísimo en entregar la orden 1 hora y la comida fría, te dan 4 alitas por una orden de snack. No volvería.

La comida regularsona pero el servicio SIPER DEFICIENTE Y LENTO. 30 mins y nuestra órden jamás llegó y el gerente tragando mocos en otro lado haciendo quien sabe que.

Oigan no dejen morir el restaurante así, mesas hiper sucias, desastre en la barra donde hay poco staff , el chavo lavando al momento los vasos y mega lento porque supongo que además cansados. Atienden exageradamente lento, las bebidas más de 25 minutos en llegar y eramos 5 mesas en todo el restaurante 😦. No parece haber un gerente aquí, porque no hay organización y mucho menos supervisión. Creo que por ahí andaba un chavo que pudo haber sido el gerente , pero yo lo ví bastante despreocupado. Se nota que el problema de su decaída es la mala administración y atención, porque al personal le falta capacitación, el problema es de raíz! Necesitan reformular sus protocolos de servicio y neta echarle ganas. No tome fotos porque me dió pena. Saludos

Hacía mucho que no iba a las Alitas y ahora que regrese después de años recordé porque, muy poca atención de los empleados, la comida muy reseca y procesada, la salsa súper picante que no disfrute la comida y los precios caros comparado con el muncher y las aliadas , la vdd no vuelvo jamás

Demasiada demora para ser atendido, después la demora de la comida y el personal se ve que está de un lado a otro porque no hay suficiente! Espero que esto se pueda solucionar en lo particular fue una pésima experiencia.

El tiempo de espera para que nos trajeran los alimentos fue excesiva. Cuando los llevaron las alitas tenían un sabor y textura como si estuvieran guardadas por bastante tiempo. La hamburguesa que nos llevaron no tenía nada de sabor. Prácticamente comimos porque ya llevábamos mucho tiempo esperando y teníamos bastante hambre y ni así nos comimos todo lo que pedimos de lo mal que estaban los alimentos. Jamás regresaremos

Te tratan pésimo... No tienen higiene...son bien cochinos y x algo no les gusta que grabes XK son asquerosos...cómo clienta y como repartidora ni se diga....no lo recomiendo para nada está mucho mejor el Buffalo Wild Wings, lo recomiendo 100%

You should go to this restaurant already having eaten, haha. It took 48 minutes to get our dinner, and it was already cold. I know this service is slow, but I think it was excessive here. Obviously, they prioritize orders from the app because they have a limited time. There were only two waiters for everyone in our party. If you have the chance to go, don't take it; you'll leave with a bad taste in your mouth. The waiters aren't to blame, but the customers take it out on them. A bill of $520 for two people.

Almost horrible. I came to my nearest chicken wing restaurant because I had a craving. I arrived and they weren't slow to serve me (Lesslie, the waitress, is very friendly and provides excellent service). The waitress came and took our order, but 40 minutes passed and the food didn't arrive. Then, after another 40 minutes, the order arrived incomplete (our order was ribs, 1 kg of wings, and two orders of kids' tenders). One order of tenders was missing, and another 40 minutes passed. My ribs were cold, and we ordered the wings with two sauces, but they didn't care and only sent us one. Besides, it was obvious they put them in the fryer frozen because they tasted like junk food. We called the manager to complain about the service and the food (it's worth noting that after ordering, they changed our waitress from Lesslie to another woman who looked at us with hatred). We told the manager that... The food arrived cold and tasted bad, and they offered no solution other than to make us reorder. We didn't even ask for the wings to go because of their awful taste. I really liked this branch, but this is the last time I'll be coming here.

It's so expensive and they can't even serve decent plates; they serve old, rusty ones, and you'll get tetanus if you're fishing. Definitely not a place I recommend. The service is incredibly slow; after 40 minutes the potatoes finally arrived, and I was already getting sleepy.

My experience with Las Alitas today, November 18, was very disappointing. I placed an order at 7:37 pm for an order of boneless and another of strippers. The boneless never arrived, and the strippers arrived in very poor condition: few potatoes, little chicken and no dressings. Also, after almost 2 hours waiting (it's 9:36 pm as I write this), I still haven't received what I was missing. I tried to find a solution, but neither the staff nor the manager took responsibility for the problem. It is frustrating to pay $274 for an incomplete order and in such poor condition. I hope you take this as an opportunity to improve your service and customer support, because what happened today leaves a lot to be desired.
