They refused to serve us or provide service 20 minutes before closing time, even though the complaint number was posted on the door and no one ever answered. We went hungry. They don't respect opening hours. I don't recommend them.

I haven't tried many dishes here, only one combo, I'm so satisfied with this one that I haven't tried others. It's a combo of meat, tortilla chips, guacamole, an option to choose from, with flamed cheese, delicious and at a good price, for 2 or 3 people.

The place is relaxed, they serve you well but honestly nothing special with inflated prices, around the places where they offer you the same food and maybe with better seasoning at least 40% cheaper than there.
They serve reheated food and the customer service is terrible. The food is just like the bagged junk food you get at the store.
Terrible food, it only has the name left, arrachera, which doesn't taste like arrachera and is burnt, the beans are tasteless and cold.
Terrible. I ordered a chicken salad and it came with fried chicken and no tomato. I called to complain and they didn't offer a solution. I will never order from them again.
The burgers were absolutely terrible—the meat was papery, the tomato and lettuce were rotten, and the bread was soggy. The flautas were like something you'd find in a bag 🙄. The burritos had raw tortillas, and the so-called "prepared" charro beans were all dry. To top it all off, you get home with an incomplete order 😡
The burger made with the legs and mortadella without avocado and its beans 🫘 with stones and only beans with salt, a slice of ordinary sausage and it's the first and last time I order from that place, disgusting 🤮
Terrible service. The waitress was rude, and it was incredibly slow to bring the mixed grill we ordered. We finished eating and the potatoes and roasted chiles, which were supposed to be appetizers, never arrived. The salsas were too sweet and lacked variety.
Yesterday we went to dinner there, believe me, I don't recommend it at all: poor quality cheese, the meat was burnt and of poor quality, the charro beans were awful too, the sauces were too full of chemicals, in short, it was a very bad first impression of the place, not at all recommendable.
