I like Tim Hortons. The food is generally tasty and the coffee is delicious. The location is comfortable, and it's generally always crowded. It's nice to work or chat with family, friends, your partner, etc. It's clean and feels warm. It's missing a star because it's not exactly the healthiest place in terms of calories; don't go overboard.

The cashier with glasses and the girl with red/pink hair finally gave me my order of two simple coffees after 20-30 minutes and skipped ahead of me. They delivered all the orders that came after mine first, leaving me until last. It was really unpleasant having to wait so long for two coffees.

Very poorly organized. 🤬 I went on a Saturday afternoon, ordered a measly coffee and a donut. They kept delivering orders, except for mine. It turns out they didn't have the dark roast ready, and no one was making it. They looked at my cup, drank it, read it, and then ignored me. I noticed they were scrambling with all the orders. They also left the register alone for a long time, and there were lines. The employees were very relaxed. Consider this before going to this branch.

This is the second time I've ordered through an app, and it's a total failure. The first time I ordered a chicken sandwich combo and I got two frappes. This time I ordered again hoping to get the order right, and again, it was the opposite. I ordered the same combo with a large drink and a croissant. The croissant didn't arrive, the large drink didn't arrive, and the sandwich came without vegetables or the extras I ordered. If you order through an app, it's to save time and the trip back, but it's the opposite. They should better train the people who come in and double-check the orders when they're packaged.
