Pretty much self serve but the people there were great. They probably have better attitudes because they don't have to deal with people at the counter. The food is always good, I mean it's the Bell were talking about here! If you hit this spot your order will be correct and always timely. Go get you some bell you deserve it.

My daughter's and I were so impressed sitting inside eating watching them take the orders and almost immediately they were done. I've never seen service so fast and to top it off, it was correct! The lady at the counter had a great attitude and made sure the order was correct. Facility is very clean, we will be back.

Went there on a Sunday evening, and it was crazy busy as it was May 5th. The food was nice and fresh.

For the value of what you get, it's not really worth it anymore. Food is bland and servings are too small. Not sure what's going on, hopefully things will improve over time.

Just ate there on Wednesday. A nice and friendly fast food joint where you can sit and eat. split personality fits the menu being you can also order KFC in the same restaurant, same counter.

Quick service. Very little wait time. Place was clean and neat. This particular Taco Bell is very busy but run with efficiency. Clean restrooms which means a lot to me.

This restaurant shares a location with KFC. The benefit is that you can order from both menus, but the drawback is that you can't order from the app(s). All-in-all, it's a nice location with friendly staff.

The employees seemed generally irritated and didn't do a very good job hiding it. Food was what you expect from fast food, good enough.

They did good, service wasn't to bad, food was made exactly how I ordered it, and it was on time BUT I would have rated it five if it wasn't for the fact that the employees there do not really make you feel as welcome as there supposed to, multiple times I'll see the employees just sitting around, sometimes on there phone or talking to another employee instead of doing there job such as treating a customer, making food, or cleaning the restaurant.

Nice time and the food was good. The Muzak that was playing was one continuous Ad about some age cream. Also, they seemed a bit short staffed. Otherwise, everything was correct and good.

This Taco Bell/KFC establishment isn't bad. It's definitely one of the better Taco Bells I've been to. Everything is pretty fast and accurate. The only thing I recommend is, do not come to this one during lunch or dinner rush, especially through the drive thru, since there is a long wait most times and sometimes the get the order incorrect. Definitely not bad though

Ever since Covid, the line of cars to go through drive thru is to the road. It was at least 15 min wait until you got to order. Food was quickly made once ordered and very little wait time after you place your order

Cashier was super helpful and friendly. Kids adored her. Food was a little overdone and dry but service was quick enough to let you know your food was made before you got there. Tables were clean and atmosphere was quiet, bathroom was clean and all functioned as it should.

Great Taco Bell Location. They have the pseudo-Mexican food that we all love at a very affordable price. You can't go wrong with T-Bell! However, I give it 4 stars for being a KenTaco, which is not a bad thing, but KFC just makes it more crowded and slower than it should be.

My husband and I love this combination of the Taco Bell and the KFC. I ordered from one he ordered from the other. He got the famous bowl and it was not as much food as usual and it was all mushy. I got a hard shell taco because. (I forgot to ask for a soft shell) and the taco shell was broken in three spots and so it was a mess. ALL THE REST OF THE FOOD WAS GREAT. We had a take out order. The girl that took our order was very impatient. We will definitely go again.

Staff wasn't the most polite, several people had their order wrong, I'd be willing to drive to the next closest taco bell just for better service.

What's there to say about Taco Bell, its fast food and satisfies a craving. It is very filling...and can be low cost if you get the special.

Taco bell was my ride or die until someone found a maggot in their food, showed the manager, and still got refused a refund until they called the taco bell customer service line. "Yeah sir I see the maggot but what I'm failing to see is the problem?" I generally like this location. It's clean, fast and convenient. However, I went there early this last trip and the shells were stale. I could tell they were left over from the day before.

Went thru the drivethru and ordered KFC. They got more wrong with our order than they got right. Ordered mashed potatoes and gravy got fries. Ordered ranch dipping sauce, got bbq sauce. Ordered chicken slider with no pickles, you guessed got pickles. It seemed like we would have made out better by throwing darts at balloons to place our order.

Super big potholes at the entrance of the restaurant are damaging people's cars. Please be careful when pulling in and out of here. Wait time is hit or miss depending on the day and who is working. They do not pull cars forward to move the line along faster. If you go on days where there are specials (like Tuesday) wait times are much longer.

Cashier was training and did very well. Can't say the same for the young lady making the food for taco bell. Very rude, and was throwing all the customers food on the counter. Mexican pizza smashed, soft tacos not wrapped and falling out. Do better.

Went there on break to pick up my sister. After ordering my food, i asked where she was and the male manager was very rude and not professional. The food was great but the way they treat their employees is very disrespectful. Especially infront of customers.

Went through the drive through tonight, very disappointing!! Firstly, the window service took a good two minutes to speak whatsoever. And with no one in line it was ridiculous! And then going through and picking up our order it was a completely different thing! Cheesy rolls and fiesta potatoes not cooked properly. Mac-n-cheese bowl was only half full and cheese on top was not melted. Pot pies and potato wedges were good. Asked for ketchup and given hot sauce.

Substandard service. Need to figure something out comparatively speaking all the local Taco bells in the surrounding area have much higher levels of standards. Food from the Geneseo location either comes out half right or in the worst case with grilled items burnt. Items are dry that are supposed to be saucy tacos are half-heartedly made and not prepped correctly. Hands down just sloppy lazy service

Hands down the worst taco bell I've eaten at. Old food, mistakes on orders, it's always something. The next time I'm in the area and nothing else is open I'll check the dennys dumpster quick first before I hit the taco bell drive thru.

Planned on dine in. After we ordered we were td take out only. There was nothing posted on the door. When we said if we had known we would not have ordered the cashier only laughed. Very disappointed

Drive in (restaurant currently closed) at lunch time. Super fast but Crunchwraps weren't crunchy at all and tacos were soggy by the time we were home. They seem to pre-prepare items to deal with lunch rush - but maybe the Crunchwraps are not designed to hold up to 10 mins delay before eating them.

I go there about once a month and it's about a 15-minute drive from my house usually I don't have any problems but the last few times I went there I'm either missing something which I'm clearly not going to waste my gas to drive back over there for or part of it is wrong. And I usually go back through the order with them to make sure that is accurate.

We came through the drive-thru and they told us they were out of potato wedges and we had to pull forward and wait. After just shy of 10 minutes they come out and hand us some *barely* warm wedges, saying that they were fresh out. They were dry, warmish, and seemingly none of those seasoned. As a side note, it sounds like the person on the drive-thru has the microphone inside her mouth and has her volume cranked up to 11.

They don't have real nacho fries. They put the dust onto KFC fries and it tastes awful. When I asked about it they said "it's cause we're a a double resturant" I said "well you should tell people they aren't actual nacho fries cause I wouldn't have wasted $5 on two orders. Got my Cantina Bowl and the chicken was dry and disgusting, call the store and they offer to replace it, go back to pick up my food, explain to the employee the situation (who appears to be absolutely clueless), she rings it up and the rest of my order and charges me for the bowl I was told I wouldn’t be charged for, after some waiting I was given a refund but after all the wasted time, I’m never going back to this location again

I usually get a bean burrito as a quick snack. It's never been more than $2.14 (after tax).. at any other taco bell. It was $3.12 (after tax) here, obviously because it's a kfc/taco bell restaurant. The burrito was good. The lady at the counter was nice. This place is just.. a ripoff.

PLEASE elaborate this in trainings for all vegetarians sake. When asking for beans subbed for beef on literally ANY item, 50% of the time the person taking my order rings it up as “ADD” beans instead of “SUB” beans. I’m so sick of having to check my food every time in the drive through and the one time I take a gamble and drive off, I’m eating a Crunchwrap with beef on it and getting sick. Really frustrated with this reoccurring issue.

Nothing like food poisoning! I don't know if it's Geneseo food in general or what. Came here one day, ate dinner, the next day my boyfriend is laid up with severe stomach pains, chills, a high fever and relentless bathroom trips. The restaurant itself wasn't very impressive either. Will NOT be returning here. My boyfriend is convinced he had a touch of salmonella.

We arrive 30 minutes before their closing hours and no one waited on us. Wouldn’t even come to window or tell us they’re closed. Then when we circled back around, they staff came out of hiding and started closing up. They literally hid from us, me and three other people in the drive thru. I don’t understand how customer service this dismal is tolerated.

Every time I come here the potato’s are rock hard!! Very few times I’ve had good and soft potatos. The employee at the window is always rude and I ask for fresh ones and they say they will always come out hard!! No I’ve had soft and good ones from this store before! Horrible people and service!

Was told that due to a pandemic, I cannot wash my hands in their restroom. I cannot tolerate the alcohol in hand sanitizer. Nothing is more disgusting than not being able to wash your hands before eating. This place doesn't take covid or hand washing seriously. The lady working the counter also kept running her mouth until I was completely outside. She also admitted even the employees aren't allowed to use the restrooms to wash their hands. What does that tell you? Totally unprofessional.

The fact that this ring mistress can't even effectively run her circus is beyond me. The last 12 times I've been there it's been filthy overflowing garbages, drink bar so sticky my cup actually stuck, tables dirty and workers standing around with there hands in there pants practicing there newly choreographed circus acts. The "manager" simone literally stood there behind the counter and trash talked me a "paying customer", but couldn't come up and address the situation herself as she should have being the store manager. They never give utensils or condiments /butter even when asked. I guess that your supposed to eat mashed potatoes with your fingers 💁 other then that and telling us they dropping our food on the floor oand to pull up and then giving some one else our food and then give attitude after waiting for 15 minutes and going in asking when they said it would be 5 minutes tops. First i will start with the fact that 90% of the time you go there they will mess up your order someway some how. Then they try to kick customers out by 9 when they close at 10 which is pretty dumb for a "fast food" resturant. On top of that the people that work there are miserable and dont care whether you have good service or not. I do not recommend this place to any one. There are plenty of other fast food joints and resturants in geneseo go there first. Make this place your last resort.

Stopped by as a last minute , starving decision. Ordered the spicy potato taco and what I received was , is the simplest terms -the most disgusting , not even the least bit edible collection of atoms I have ever come across. If I absolutely had to list a silver lining from this visit , it would be I discovered a new combination of aggravation and revulsion I didn’t know existed.

For $9, you would think your 3 Doritos Locos tacos would at least put a dent in your hunger. Unfortunately, mine had about 2 tbspns worth of meat in each one -- the rest was all lettuce and a little cheese. Definitely not worth it.

Every single time me or my employees go to this location the order gets messed up. Today we had 4 orders. Two chalupa cravings boxes and 2 normal combo meals. The boxes didn’t have the tacos that come with them in them. I asked for no beans on the burrito, chips and cheese instead of twists, and a side of spicy ranch sauce. I got a burrito filled with beans, no taco, and no spicy ranch. My boss asked for no tomatoes on his chalupa and there were tomatoes, and again he was missing a taco. I understand that it was busy but I promise putting the extra 15 seconds in to check the order is well worth it because now my team refuses to go there. Disappointing, for sure.

I'm a door dasher, I came to taco bell in geneseo ny yesterday and was treated with the worst service from the manager. I was told that door dashers get their food last. I waited for a half hour and they would not make the order for my customer. Then I let them know that I was reporting this behavior. And the manager threw the bag of food at me. My customer, paid in advance, had a little child at home, waiting for her lunch, and should be treated with more respect, than what that manager gave her. I was apauled and saddened to think , THIS IS THE WORLD WR LIVE IN. this manager should be setting an example not only to her customers, but her employees. She at this point, in my eyes should be reprimanded, or fired. I will back my customers fully and will not be treated or let them be treated in this manner.

This KFC location is a complete disaster. The staff closed the store three hours earlier than the advertised hours and were openly smoking and vaping while on the job. When we tried to enter to get food during what should have been normal operating hours, they refused to let us in. Absolutely unacceptable and a terrible experience overall. This branch needs serious attention.

Every one was on there phone when my family walked in . The service was so slow and they for got to ring in food we ordered . The food was so gross over cooked and under cooked. I never write reviews but felt compelled to because the service I just received was so bad. Sat in drive thru for 25 mins, window worker was extremely rude, didn’t receive a straw so went to the door to ask instead of waiting another 25 mins and since it was after hours they just stared at me blankly. I understand the restaurant closes but these were the worst workers and service I’ve ever experienced.

Ordered a 7 layer burrito and it didn’t have any guacamole on it (the best part). Also had small amounts of cheese (cross contamination) when I requested no cheese. And they charge substantially more than other Taco Bells. Adding black beans costs 80 cents here vs 30 cents on the app. They have opted out of the app/online orders.

TL;DR- This location used to be good, but it went down hill quick over Winter 2024-25 and has never recovered (it's now August). This goes for both the KFC and the Taco Bell. There's always some kinda issue with this location, both the KFC and the Taco Bell sides. If it's not slimy and under-breaded chicken, then it's undercooked Taco Bell beef. If it's not soda that's flat, then it's the wrong soda altogether. If they don't feel like making something, they'll just tell you they "can't sell it unless the store manager says so" and tell you to get something else. They're constantly sitting outside their backdoor, playing on their phones and watching cars line up in the drive thru, and then they wonder why people complain that their drive thru lane takes too long.

Arrived at location at 8:22pm on 1/4/25, lobby doors locked but drive through going and chairs up in lobby. There was a women sweeping. The sign on the doors says Lobby open until 11pm. No other signs. Knocked on door and pointing to sign that says they should be open!! Women then imitated me to another man pointing her fingers!! Man approached door unlocked it. There was 5 young ladies freezing, and myself asking why the doors are locked!! Was then told only drive through is open. These young ladies drove from Buffalo and didn’t want to eat in the car! I said it says lobby is open til 11pm?! He said sorry, closed the door and locked it! So rude!!!!

The last couple of times were terrible service the 1st time they forget to give me two of my items. Of my meal the second time I got KFC and asked for extra crispy chicken I got soggy not all the way cooked chicken it was so gross I didn't even eat it terrible! Then this second time they said I will get part of my 1st order they forgot and had to wait 25 .minutes for them to drop the cherry bites . I'm so frustrated! This is very disappointing. I know they wouldn't like that done to them.

This Taco Bell is terrible. It seems to be run by high school students, as I have yet to see a manager. Every time we go they mess up our order. The tacos have barely anything on them, minimal at its worst. Tonight the chicken soft taco had literally 5 pieces of chicken on it. In the few times we've been here (I'm guilty of giving it a couple chances) I have seen workers chasing each other around the kitchen laughing, a cashier stick her bare hand in someone's drink, a cook take my money with gloves on and return to make food, tacos with no meat, and sounds of laughter and horseplay from the kitchen. This would explain the diarrhea my family got after eating here. Where is the manager? Where is the owner? Where is the adult? There are serious quality control and food safety issues happening here and it's because of a lack of supervision. Needless to say we will not return to this location. Hopefully, OSHA and the Health Department will visit real soon and help them clean up their act before someone else gets sick or injured.
