Croissant sandwiches are so crisp and fresh, I love them. Delicious croissants. Yum yum croissants. I bet my rats would love them too, but they were so good I ate them all myself. Definitely coming again for sandwiches. Yum. Croissant.

I accidentally left my phone in the store Saturday morning and the manager on duty was nice enough to see that I got it back. Thank you for such outstanding customer service, I'll never buy coffee and donuts from anywhere else !!!

I love Tim's coffee, you can travel from Rochester, Buffalo and Toronto and the coffee is always great. Large Menu for all your tastes. Try it, you'll be hooked to.

Clean & not crowded at all, customer service is great. When I walked in, there was no one at the counter to help me so I thought I would have to wait a while, everyone was busy doing something else but someone helped me right away. I appreciate that because I was on a time limit.

Clean store with ample staff to make transactions smooth even with a busy drive through. You have to go early for the doughnuts as they diminish quickly.

Have been going here since it opened. Staff is quick and friendly. Once they know you they even try to have your order ready as your walking in. Everything is always fresh.

We visited on a sunday morning and noticed the parking lot was full of people. We got inside, and every introverts' nightmares were indeed confirmed - it appeared to be a Senior Trip Day or something like that. Im talking at least 50 people were in there lol. And im not talking about 18 year old high-schoolers, lol But we saw the line of people and thought this was going to be the longest coffee run ever. Even the drive thru was packed 😂 I was able to run to the bathroom (also packed with seniors..) and hop back in line with my boyfriend. He had already moved to 4th in line during my 5-minute getaway. Soon enough, as the line moved fluidly, we ordered a fair amount, including donuts, two coffees, and two breakfast wraps. The food came out faster than the coffees, and before we knew it, we were in and out in 10 minutes 😂 As we walked to the car, the bus picking up the seniors blocked my car in. I was like, "Ah, i knew this trip was too good to be true. We're gonna be blocked in here for another 15 minutes." NOPE! the guy driving the bus moved so we could get out without us having to say anything! All in all, even though there were 50+ seniors packed into the building, the crew handled the wave with ease. I even pointed out how the sandwich station was very clean for being as busy as it was and how smoothly all of this went down.

I was driving by and had to stop at Tim Hortons! I have never been to a store outside Canada. Of course I got Timbits; I like the texture of the original better than the chocolate, which comes out denser. Loved their breakfast sandwich, better than Dunkin'. I'd definitely get it again if the opportunity arises.

Tim Hortons is a Canadian based fast food place. The food is good. A bit different menu with soups and sandwiches on wraps, flatbreads,Artisan rolls. Breakfast and lunch. My favorite. Is ham and swiss sandwich on a wrap. Also they have a large selection of fresh donuts, muffins, and drink. They are more popular in the way up North East side of US and of course Canada.

I am a local and this was my coffee shop of choice. I averaged about 2-3 visits a week in the afternoon in spite of the slow service and lack of attention to cleaning tables. I ended up needing to find a different coffee shop when they started closing the dining room at 4:00 pm! Ridiculous! I complained to corporate and they said I would be contacted by the manager but I never heard anything at all. UPDATE ON 2/1/23: Thankfully this store changed their hours in more recent months and I was able to come back again. ALSO, the wifi speed here was so terrible that for some time I had to quit coming for that reason as well. But that has certainly been resolved, they now HAVE GREAT WIFI HERE! Thanks Tim Hortons! UPDATE ON 7/3/23. Soon after the 2/1/23 update, the Wifi was no longer available, I have tried it over and over again, but after a number of visits I gave up. I now go to the Dunkin which has super fast Wifi. ANOTHER UPDATE: This Tim Hortons recently came under new management, and this is only the second time I was here since. The FINALLY have GREAT wifi here, very reliable and fast. And so far the staff I have interacted with here have been great!

I have been to Tim Hortons in Canada but this was the first time trying the chain in the US. I am quite impressed by the service at this location. Our server was very friendly and prompt. The berry blast muffin and the honey dipped donut were akin to what can be found across the border. The only drawback was that their tea is still stronger and richer in Canada than it is over here. Otherwise, sitting in a Tim Hortons even in Geneseo, NY makes one feel like they're in Canada.

Went to tim hortons in geneseo. The girl that helped me was amazing her name tag said Pearl. Great service. The doughnuts were amazing. She was polite fast and friendly. Hope pearl is the one that takes care of my order next time. I will definitely be going back.

This was my favourite Tim Horton's experience ever! 4 breakfast specials with coffees, muffin/biscuit sandwiches with freshly cooked eggs, not those frozen rubbery things (like DD or S makes) the bacon was crisp, steaming hashbrowns, and fresh donuts! 😋 All 3 of the staff who helped with our order were efficient and very pleasant! It was busy but well managed so minimal wait!

Drive thru is quick and efficient. Food is nice change to typical burger fare. Donuts are great!

The drinks were made perfectly but the cashier never told us our total at the drive thru

Tim Hortons has been my choice since they opened, always clean, friendly and very business oriented. The restaurant in Geneseo N.Y. has problems; If you don't have 15 minutes or more to stand in line to order, pass it by. I have left the store on several occasions and drove to the next T. Hortons on my trips. It appears that this store is the only one with this problem in the greater Rochester area. If they are busy look out..... The employees seem to be lost, Management non existent.....Thanks

Donuts we're yummy -drinks decent- service friendly and attentive to customers - but it wasn't very busy and the tables and such were dirty and in need of attention. If subsequent visits that improves would gladly add a star

Tried the new cold Mocha and it was delicious. The dining area was not as clean as expected crumbs on the tables could use a wipe down.

Tim Hortons employees are slacking in services. I asked for two sugars and two creamers I notice one of each. Couldn't go back there was a long line so I left. It happened twice in a week.

Great coffee, great donuts. Moderate size location. Incredibly friendly staff. Sit down tables are clean. Parking is fine and the place is easily seen from the street. A perfect place to grab a mid-day coffee and a donut, helping you get through the "let's visit another college" summer experience.

I went in to buy a cup of coffee and a jelly donut. I waited a good 7 minutes for this simple order. It was not busy. Employees were on their cellphones and I guess drive thru customers are more important than walk ins.

First time at Horton’s, as I’m from Philly area. I give it 3.5 stars, IMO most chains won’t reach 4. Much better than most Dunkin’s I’ve been to. Bagel was fresh, unlike Dunkin. Coffee was good. I was acknowledged by cashier then taken care of promptly. Hopefully I’m in the area again and can stop.

I love Tim Hortons but lately it has been hit or miss when I go to this one. You could sit in like for 15 minutes or be in and out in no time. Also have had issues with them getting an order or two wrong but still my favorite coffee shop to go to.

If there is a place where 4 employees serving only a few guests, make sure that someone wipes down the tables. The floor wasn't overly clean as well. Food was ok. Nothing outstanding but ok. But that place was too dirty.

Visited this place back in Sept 2022 on my way to Niagara falls. Had ordered timbits and mocha latte but unfortunately their latte machine wasn't working that day. The staff though is very polite which is the total opposite to what I usually see in the NYC area. Timbits were good and the mocha would have been better had the latte been there but nevermind it was a great experience. What I really loved was the locals greeting us around here and trying to strike a small talk. I loved the culture and the countryside vibe of this small town.

The decaf coffee was Luke warm. If they make a fresh pot every 20 minutes it should not get cold that fast!!

Really hit or miss with this place. There’s been times when we get a breakfast sandwich with no meat. Or they just completely mess up the order. The timbits we got today look disgusting. Deflated. Why would you serve that to a customer?

On Easter we wanted to get a peppermint mocha latte. After we received it it was just coffee with a squirt of chocolate so we drove around again and complained. After waiting several longer minutes, we checked our lattes and they were the same as before! By then we were running late for an appointment so gave up on the idea !

What happened to this place? Service is usually very good...no complaints there. For the last several weeks, my cold brews have been pure sugar! Undrinkable and a waste of money. I tried changing the number of sugar I asked for and it makes no difference, they are all too sweet. Any other Tim's location makes it correctly but this one. I tried one last time today and it is the last time I'll go there. I went to Dunkin' down the road for the past week and they have yet to make my order incorrectly. Such a shame and my loyalty has shifted to DD.

For the last 4 years, the coffee produced from this Tim's location have been the most inconsistent, unreliable product of any restaurant chain I have ever been a patron to. The coffee is far, far too often burnt, or missing cream, or missing sugar, or has way too much sugar. And it's not something I can taste-test before leaving the drive-thru window, because it's far too hot to taste when first handed to me. So I only discover the issues with my coffee when I'm home or at work. They aren't horrible ALL of the time. But a constant ~40% success rate over 4 or 5 years is not a redeeming figure. I think I'm just done with this location. It used to be very reliable, as late as 2015, but in the years since it has been a spiral downward. I can't stand to keep forcing myself to drink ruined coffee, or keep dumping product I paid for down the drain. --- To their credit, the building interior is clean and the staff are always helpful and friendly, and I appreciate that they always wear masks (and correctly, over the nose). This is the only reason I havent rated a 1-star review. But I pay money for a product, and I'm just not happy with it from this location.

Store was understaffed on noon time on a Sunday. Had to wait at least 10 minutes to get my order taken. The food came out fairly fast but it was not very good. Run out of hashbrowns, the donut was just tossed into the bag without any wax paper or anything. Tasted like a bland piece of bread at least the Bagel BELT was decent.

Came in the other day and the pregnant girl was incredibly rude to me and very disrespectful. However thanks to the guy with glasses who was making my food and came over and fixed everything and was very polite to me it made up for the other horrible experience

At 8:30 pm, Decaf coffee was cold, had to ask clerk for another. She had make another pot, they gave me cup of leftover cold decaf. This was not the first time it happened. I stop here every few weeks and this is the third time it happened in past year.

Coffee was absolutely atrocious, tasted burnt, horrible flavor and I asked for it tan and sweet like real sweet barely any sugar in it, will never be returning to a Tim Horton's

Asked for a sleeve for my coffee because the cups burn your hand...the kid looked at me and walked away. I don't understand why they never give a sleeve, it must come out of their personal paychecks.

There is no one here. I arrived at 1:10 pm and have been completely ignored. An older lady with zero orders on the screen is just ignoring me, while another person is busy talking on the phone.

The ladies who are behind the counter were not very polite. My son didnt get his order of 2 sandwiches, we told the employee this and she then started yelling at us saying she did in fact make them 15 minutes beforehand. I tryed telling her if she did then she didn't give them to my son she must have given them to someone else. She then yelled some more about how she made them already and cursed profanities to another employee with my son and 1 year old in ear shot of everything she said.

This is the second time in a week that I have tried to go here to get a latte to find a sign that says the latte machine is down. This is by far the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to.

If I could give 0 stars I would... I used to love going to this Tim hortons but lately its been horrible.... I wanted a bacon egg and cheese on a pretzel bagel, instead I got a pretzel bagel with globs of butter, took it back in they were rude, and made it the right way, but this time it was cold with so much butter it poured off the sandwich

Been to a lot of tim hortons always good service. They were really backed up which I understand but stood here waiting for 15 minutes for food and people come in who know the girl making the food and get their food right away. They didn't have their ducks in a row. Won't be coming back to this one

Under staffed, great employees, but bathroom smelled horrible, like 2 homeless tourist's out house bucket. Do staff even attempt to spray in there?? I highly recommend to higher a expert cleaner to come in and even their done..... sell the place!!! One really attractive employee doesn't help with sales, you should hire more. Needs better managers who put in harder work than part Timer's.

This is maybe the 5-6th time I have came through all ok different occasions of course and everytime without a doubt they messed up my coffee, I repeat it to them and it still doesn’t make a difference they are too worried about everything else rather than making sure the order is correct.

I go to Tim Hos on a regular basis and lately they’ve just been disappointing. They get my order wrong EVERY single time I go lately. Either my coffee tastes bad, they forget some of my order, or they put the wrong things in my order. I usually don’t write reviews but I’m gonna write them until this place gets it right.

Fire the crew from the morning of 3/28/25. Messes up our order and then proceeded to argue about the order. The girl at the register doesn’t know how to handle pressure, guy making the food was disrespectful and doesn’t listen. Geneseo Tim Hortons is losing its ability to be seen as good anymore.

I ordered 2 dozen donuts for 3 pm for my daughter’s sweet 16. I ordered at 10 am they said they would be ready. They were not ready and in fact the pm staff had no clue about the order. So I had to wait 30 min to get my order. Not happy

I went there today and ordered 2 coffees. I had cashier Amber and told her 4 times what I wanted. She messed my coffees up multiples times then had bad attitude when I asked her to fix it. She snatched them out of my hand and informed me I never told her what I wanted when I did. I did not appreciate the attitude when I know I told her what I wanted 4 times.

Went in this morning (2/3/26) through the drive through woth my 14 year old daughter. I was completely disrespected by the guy with all the tattoos all over him and the greasy looking dark hair. Messed up my order and I politely asked him to if it could be fixed and he gave me attitude and then he smiled and winked at my daughter. I will not be coming here again and ill make sure everyone knows how theyre treated when that man is working

I tried to get the $6 Tim trio deal and the girl did not know she was doing told me it was $10 when the sign clearly says six and then she said I'm still getting a deal told her to cancel it and she still rings it up forgets the sandwich and then goes and hiding the back when I'm telling her you forgot something terrible customer service her employees was working harder than her when I finally got the food everything was not as it was described and I never go to Tim Hortons first time experience really bad

Me and my mother came I'm 7/8/25 and the 2 main employees that way interacted with (john and Michelle) were just downright rude and disrespectful to not just myself but my mother too. Then made our coffees all wrong and didn't even charge us for the food we asked for. Honestly we didn't even want to talk to a manager because she probably has to deal with these brainless employees all day and probably constantly has to apologize all day to other customers all day after all the mistakes and disrespect they cause. I also noticed before making this review that somehow they got good reviews... talk about making fake accounts or having family and friends fill your ego... also might wanna look John up I saw his name all over facebook.
