Ordering from the Atlanta Highway location is hit or miss but, mostly miss. Occasionally orders are delivered quickly and still warm. More often, they sit in the store 30 minutes to an hour waiting on a driver to make the delivery. Then the driver may make a couple of other deliveries on the way to your house so, your order is ok and cold. Keep your expectations low and you might not be disappointed.

"ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS." The app marked my order as "Delivered," but the pizza never showed up. When I called the store to ask for an update, the staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. They told me they were "too busy" to deal with my call and literally hung up on me while I was mid-sentence. I paid for food I never received and was treated with zero respect. This is by far the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Stay away from this location!

Waited almost 15 minutes at the drive through to get my order .. there wasn’t any customers and they were sitting down laughing and talking . 3 cars in line waiting . It’s ridiculous

The delivery address is only 1.5 miles from the location of this dominoes. I know that they won't deliver for some odd reason so I chose Doordash. 45 MINUTES later I get a phone call from dominoes saying that they don't deliver to my address and would I wish to pick it up. I told them no thank you but I asked why wait so long to tell me? They stated they didn't realize it until after they got the pizza made. That's why I ordered it through doordash. The girl was polite so I'm not blaming her however, I don't understand why dominoes would give up a $70 sale to a customer? Not to mention possibly disposing of 3 pizzas (either that or someone got it cold). Got some kind of beef with doordash? Or is there some kind of very strict policy on delivery grounds? If so, why? Again, I was only 1.5 miles away. Yes, I canceled the order and ordered from somewhere else. I want to say again that the girl that called was polite I'm just not sure that the training of your employees is not up to Parr. Got to use common sense. Doordash would've picked it up and brought it to me if this location would have let them but instead they chose not to and are out of a $70 sale plus cost of pizzas.

Manager is the rudest person In the world, ordered 3 pizzas for my family and they took 3 hours to deliver it. Pizza was cold, asked for delivery time and I was just told to wait since the delivery was already out. And I got my order wrong. Called again and the manager got mad and said there was nothing el could do because it wasn’t his company.

Last night, my children's father ordered two pizzas, some breadsticks, and a 2 liter bottle of Sprite. Someone delivered everything but did not knock the door. My sons and I did not receive notification on our phones. Today, I discovered everything outside of my door. Someone stole half of the second pizza. My children's father contacted them, and someone promised him that they would redeliver as long as the receipt was provided. Two hours later, no one redelivered. I called, and the manager said that he could not reimburse me. This location should be avoided. We were customers for over five years. No one in my family will ever buy from them again.

Employees are nice but it’s constant issues with this location. This time my hand-tossed pizza is super thin and cracker-like. Not what I ordered.

called because they forgot my sauces i paid extra for , thought they would’ve been in the boxes since they usually are . When i called i told them they forgot my sauces a man picked up and literally said ok and we just sat in silence for a good 2 minutes . Was atleast excepting a we are sorry about that but no , just an ok . then i asked if i could get an accommodation maybe just an extra ranch or sauce wasn’t expecting them to give me a free pizza but the he said no . Finally get there and i’m pretty sure it was the same man i talked to on the phone , he had a missing front tooth. He then raises up something to let the rest of his staff know i was there i guess trying to be funny then laughs super loud when i pull off . Very unprofessional and i guess as a grown man he thought that was cute . lol

Absolutely terrible customer service. Ordered pizza from here over an hour and an half ago. The app says the pizza has been on the way for over an hour. (I live 5 minutes away) concerned, I called the store. They told me the driver couldn’t find my pizza so they left the store. I asked for some type of discount on the order or in the future, refund, etc. and the person on the phone said “the best I can do is give you a 2 liter of soda”. Almost 2 hours later, we finally got our order… no 2 liter... We order from here frequently and this is becoming more and more a common occurrence.

Absolute Trash. I order through Uber Eats app. These people know that they can’t see our instructions so we have to call in to pass on delivery instructions as it is very difficult to deliver to my complex. They have delivered to the wrong address before and never called for delivery instructions. I’m literally on hold 40 minutes currently waiting for you to answer to make your job easier. Answer the phone. I mean, get rid of the phone and read Ubers instructions if you are going to do this each time.

I don't think I can begin to describe how brittle and rough this pizza was, I was beyond dissatisfied, and baffled by the quality. I usually always order from dominos and never have really had an upsetting or bad experience but this is beyond disappointing. The cinnamon twist weren't any better either, none of them were soft and very rough on the ends, and in addition to that there wasn't even any, icing. By far the worst experience I've had.

This place is very terrible, I wouldn’t waste money on what they call “pizza” or anything you order from there really. We thought we would try the new dips that they have and while they weren’t terrible the so called bread that they serve with it is just nasty, undercooked and doughy with NO taste. I’m short go for Little Italy for pizza
