Dutch Bros. Coffee

First time ever at Dutch Bros and I loved it. Got the seasonal Caramel Pumpkin Brulee iced chai and it was delicious! I wish it was an ice cream lol. I appreciate they let you order drinks with less ice. The prices are also really decent, and seem to be cheaper than some other places. I also love all of the different kinds of drinks and flavor options they have. My only wish is they also had some breakfast sandwiches or something lol.

BEST DUTCH ON THE FACE OF THE PLANET. they got my coffee out lickidy split. 10/10. emma helped me every step of the way and made sure i felt happy and accommodated. if they gave nobel peace prizes for coffee shops, the window signs also look very professionally done. i will never go within a 3 mile radius of a starbucks ever again.

I love my little family over at this Dutch! They have all become important to myself and my daughter. They truly care about things going on, and share in victories, but also sit with us in any storms. 💙💙 Hands down my favorite crew!!

The manager (Cassidy) took our order one day and remembered us by name every visit since! We stopped by to see her again before our move and she left us the sweetest note on our cups! Been here 3 days in a row! LOL can you tell we love our Dutch Bros. Hubby and I walk here and give a shout out to Addie for being so helpful and friendly! I love the Golden Eagle and hubby (not a coffee drinker) has tried the Peach Ring Rebel, passion fruit tea and Mango smoothie. The smoothie was really good!

Love their drinks. Service is almost always quick and friendly. Occasionally have a longer wait during peak hours. Staff might have extended conversations with friends which can hold the line up.

The drink was on point, with the price being about average (seemed high until I remembered Starbucks pricing), the service was friendly. The only feedback I have is that the drive thru was confusing and there should be a clear communication of which drive thrus are being used.

Went there earlier today and was greeted outside by Sydney. I appreciate her customer service after being outside in the heat all day, she was delightful! I wanted something sweet and she came up with it on the spot! Wow! I normally get the picture perfect and she recommended a vanilla chocolate mac picture perfect freeze. My friend got a tiger's blood with strawberry real fruit and they said it was so refreshing. Definitely coming to this location again next time I'm in the area!

I just wanna say I literally just got done going through the drive-through here at this location and the girl that greeted me took my order and then when I went to the window, another girl was in the window come to find out her first date and that position, and she was super sweet complementing me on my hair even And then funny enough a flew in the window, a crack, a joke, saying that the girls are so sweet. They just wanna eat them up. It was so adorable services so sweet there. Been to this location twice now and even the girl that was making my drink as I didn’t get to talk to her she put caramel in my golden eagle and made the comment of she asked for extra so I’m gonna give her extra and I said thank you literally that’s what I love But the girl that complementing my hair. I love her. She was absolutely adorable and sweet. They definitely need to keep her there.

I go here 2-3 times per week. I always have a great experience. They are super friendly and I have never had any issues. I have started requesting light ice due to the cup being completely full of ice for a $7 drink. I had a different experience than usual this morning. The “broista” at the window let me know they gave me “a little extra room” since I asked for light ice. Very interesting since this has never happened before. A little disappointed in this.

Always a good time and no issue expect I do get soft top which I pay extra for…which is already to much. At least cover the top of my drink with enough the photo for it has like 1/2 a cup of it but only a tbps in the actual drink. Please

Update weeks later: issue is still a big problem. Today I ordered my coffee at 12 pm and got there by 12:07. I checked in and didn’t receive it till 12:21 and it’s watered down. Will be limiting how much I come as this is an ongoing issue at any time of the day. Coffee is great but the drive thru is 8/10 times a headache. The double lines makes no sense and when there’s 6-7 cars out they should send more than one person out to check on both lines. You don’t get noticed in the far lane.
