SCAMMERS!! I placed an order on Glovo and they called to tell me a delivery driver (from their store) was on his way. I waited half an hour on the street, didn't eat, and the app marked it as delivered.

I'll start by saying that both the pizza and kebab are very good. When ordering by phone, they advertise a 1-hour wait. On a Saturday night, that might be acceptable. When I called, after 1 hour and 40 minutes of waiting, the cashier, in a mocking tone, told me to wait downstairs for the delivery man. Finally, after a 10-minute wait in the freezing cold of 8°C, he arrived gloriously with my incomplete order, demanding that I pay for my order in full regardless of the missing items. Finally, after a call to his superiors, he told me a 50-cent discount. I wasn't expecting 5-star service, but at least a more polite manner and a heartfelt apology would have been enough to make up for the disappointment of this terrible experience. In the end, I paid in full, since they seemed more needy.

I was waiting for the delivery man for over 20 minutes. I called the pizzeria, and someone answered. When I asked for an explanation, he said the guy had stopped by and, not finding me, tried to call the number because he couldn't reach me. A double lie, considering I'd been waiting at the gate for 5 minutes before delivery. I explained the problem, and he said they were busy and didn't have time. I told him I wouldn't buy anything again, and he said, "Thank goodness." Absolutely never again, and I've been a customer for a long time.

And one time I ordered kebab pizzas for my kids, I specifically ordered them without spicy food, and how do they serve them? All spicy. You ask for Coke and they don't bring it. And tonight... Hair on the pizza I really think I'll change pizzerias.

Pizza and kebab so cold they were inedible, missing ingredients, I called back and they told me I'll remake them but in half an hour, it doesn't seem like correct behavior to me

Today, for the second time in the last two years, I "enjoyed" a disgustingly awful pizza. Add to that the panino kebab filled mostly with lettuce, which I had the "pleasure" of trying two weeks ago, and you'd be forgiven for thinking I'd try to avoid this establishment.

We ordered pizzas for a special evening (all different ones). There were four of us, and we all felt sick: nausea, vomiting, stomach ache, and we practically spent the whole night in the bathroom. I don't know how something like this is possible. Some of us couldn't go to work because we were completely weakened. Never again. Truly disappointed and angry.

About 3 weeks ago, I ordered two pizzas. I called at 12:15 and asked if they could have them delivered at 1:25-30 PM (it's 3.5 km away). They even responded with a positive response. A guy on a scooter (they couldn't even get the address) arrived at 2:15 PM. The pizza was cold, the chips were thinly sliced, and, no joke, they were still frozen. I don't see why I should give it a good rating. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ALL THEIR PIZZAS.
