whoever was making sandwiches at 7:30 pm on tuesday january 10th is a truly a blessing. i have been having bad luck with the quality of my sandwich with the subway i normally go to so i decided to switch it up. this is the most delicious sub i have eaten from subway in my 10+ years of eating at subway. thank you so much guys.

Subway is what it is, but that Chipotle sauce is one of my guilty pleasures. I personally like the Chipotle sauce on Tuna. The sandwich maker at this location was very polite and pleasant. The ingredients looked fresh, which isn't always the case (in most locations) he even went to the back to make sure my tuna was fresh. My favorite part and one that is worth celebrating is the last time I went in they actually accepted the coupons that come in the mail. They will now be my go-to place as no other location seems to take them.

Subway is an old standby for me. How can you go wrong with a quick sandwich, a bag of chips, and a soda or bottle of water? You can't, really. The one downside at Subway is that you can often tell that products have been exposed to the air too long. That's a deal breaker for me. I get scared when the vendor scoops a noticably brown clump of tuna onto my sub, and it scares me more that I have to ask them not to use it.

Negatives: exceeding slow service on every occasion, have to ask you multiple times the same questions, and when asking for a salad the sign says “make any 6” sub into a salad,” yet this is what occurred: I ordered a tuna salad (should be $6.99) and got maybe 1/4 bowl of greens, some cucumbers, tomatoes and banana peppers, was charged cost of a whole sub ($10.99) bc they put 4 mini scoops of tuna on it and claimed it was a footlong. If you’re going to do that, CLARIFY with the customer the size! That is NOT a $12 salad.

Old bread, old spinach, sandwich lazily put together, not a good experience at all
I placed an online order and went there to pick up my food but the store was closed (at 6:40 pm on Sunday, whereas the store hours were until 7:00 pm)......and while I am outside of the store trying to figure out why the store is closed the app shows that my order has been cancelled :/ Very inconvenient and disappointing.
They closed over a half hour early and I was unable to eat for my break at work. Completely unprofessional.

The bread was hard as a rock the employee offered to make another one but I was already home at that point and didnt bother. hopefully they will refund my money next time I will go to the one on main and Eggert.
My sub was easily a 2 day old stale bread. I thought they accidentally toasted it because it was rock hard. Bread ruined everything. The bacon was basically hanging out of the sub and drenched in mayo. The mayo wasnt in the sub, but all over the sides. Worst prepped sub ever had.
I wish i could give negative stars...This Subway is horrible, thank for the 5 black olives and NO cheese on my subs. Called there and told them there was no cheese on either of our subs and they argued with me that there was. I also asked for extra olives, they gave me about 5, there was about 10 pieces of spinach and enough mayo to feed an army. The girl who answered asked the person who made it and said "mom here talk to this person" The women came on the phone was rude and argumentative calling me a liar, i asked who the manager was and she said, "my daughter" WHAT IS GOING ON? Seriously these subs are all roll. Spend the extra 3 dollars and go to a real sub shop. The subs and service STINK, don't eat there!!
I arrived on my lunch break that’s only 30 min , there was nobody else in the store , and there was no urgency to help me at all. After taking her time she then came and asked for my order and immediately cut me off to say they only have wheat bread , when I asked for flat bread that wasn’t an option either. For a small store that isn’t having a lot of traffic , you would think bread is made ..very unhappy
This subway has one good staff member who knows what they’re doing and she’s never working anymore don’t even know if she’s still an employee everyone else is horrible. I walked in to get lunch and instead of stopping what she was doing this worker took her sweet time finishing filling some drink dispensers then went and took bread out before doing anything to help me. I get 30 minutes to eat I don’t have time to watch you do these tasks that can very clearly wait until after I’m gone. It wasn’t like it was busy I was the only one there and she was moving so effing slow. Last time I’ll be getting my food here.
***This review below is NOT about the actual taste of this restaurant. Just had my worst restaurant experience here after three years living here in the US. Late in the evening yesterday my wife told me to grab a subway sandwich before going home because she's so busy and had no time to cook. Upon arriving there were already two customers ahead of me, and I saw only one employee working there, looking very nonchalant and unwilling to help. I waited, because he was slow. How slow? Before I was able to order, three customers came in. Two, who are friends, stood behind me. To keep the spot, they went to the restroom separately. I was still waiting, when they both came back in the line. Okay, I saw there was only one person working inside. Slow but understandable. The clerk looked like something really pissed him off. The two female customers ahead of me were kind enough to encourage him, saying something like "try to have a good night," but I was not interested in knowing any about that. Just want to buy and leave. This is a "fast" food restaurant anyway. My turn, finally. I ordered a footlong veggie, and here came the worst part. When he finished packing my sandwich. He did NOT go ahead and let me check out. He put my packed sandwich down there and turned back to the two customers behind me who made two different orders. He made their sandwiches and let me wait there. I was shocked to be treated like this. I was thinking if I should just leave and let him know I am very dissatisfied with his attitude. But with my hungry wife at home (whose favorite is Subway veggie) and after a whole day's study, I really didn't want to spend time driving in the snow to another Subway. I was tired. But seriously, it's no doubt my worst restaurant experience ever here. I cannot help but wonder if I would be treated like this if I were an American and not an Asian. I am not sure about the reason why I was treated like this. I feel he might be taking the advantage of the fact that I do not speak English fluently. So he might have assumed I wouldn't complain and argue with him. But perhaps I am too sensitive about the ethnicity issue, but it's more than obvious that the guy brought too much emotion to work and treated the customer in one of the most disrespectful fashion. I will never, never come here again to be humiliated. Never.
Went in on 6/28/21, got a 12” ham on wheat. Additional toppings (green peppers & olives) were scarce, lettuce was browning…. I also noticed all of the metal containers that held the meat all had frost on them - guess we’re NOT eating fresh!?!?! Maybe try a different location?
STOP, DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! You can drive to any other location, Get your sub and eat it in the time it will take this location to START your order. I had 2 people ahead of me when I arrived and had to leave without getting anything because my lunch break was over. Terrible service.
