Conveniently located off Hwy 101 always fast and friendly service even when its crowded there's never really a wait restaurant has large dining area with booth and bar seating along with traditional tables and chairs

It is the first time that I am there I had the pleasure of greeting and congratulating Andrés Piedra personally and I would like to do it again due to his excellent attitude and passion towards his work and for giving my wife and me an excellent service Andrés thank you very much and once I congratulate you more!!!

The new guy was nice the manager was kinda rude just because he made a mistake. Everyone needs to be patient if u can’t assist your workers then don’t be a lead.

Just a note. Clearance is 8ft 6in. A uhaul van in front of me placed her order and then pulled forward and stopped before hitting the overhang. It was 10ft high. The crew on duty and the manager guided her back out which too about 30 minutes as the driver was very nervous. Good job by crew. Thank goodness she didn't have a trailer on it. Know how big your vehicle is and read the clearance signs. By the way the sour dough burgers are pretty good.

I had the Double Western Bacon Whopper Combo large size. It was delicuous. The order came out correct and fairly quick for being busy. You still can't serve yourself soda at the soda fountain though. Location is good, next to the freeway. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They even gave a homeles guy a free snack. Lol! Good eats overall!

Burger King on Tues you're able to get free breakfast if you're homeless, outside there's services for the homeless, showers and laundry. Gilroy Burger King. This community service is here to help us, no questions asked. Between the hours 9am to 12 noon.

Friendly nice good patience with deaf written on paper from our order foods. Passed! Wonderful workers! We like them kind manners and good serves meet us table. Thumbs up

Been hitting this spot up for convenience. Out here in the Bay Area it's seriously hard to find good service anywhere let alone a BK. Most of the time at most BKs the food is poorly made. And service is always terrible! This particular BK rocks. They seem to be consistent for me. And mind you. I've gone there at different times of the day and no matter what the service and staff are always welcoming and the foods always awesome. Whether considered a quick truck or travelers type of BK. It doesn't seem to matter at this spot. No matter what they wanna please their customers and not do things other people's ways. Here they straight up do it your way!

Great BK, I have had many last minute dinners from here. A little slow but the courteous employees make up for it.

On the night we released Normis we drove here shamefully, but we are served with such care and professionalism, we forgot Vantana Row was at Burger King! Never thought it'd be leaving a review for a BK drive-thru. 4 stars because it'd would have been 5 if the burgers were great.

I have to say, the chicken nuggets are good but I think they should add more chicken fires to the item. Not very good value for price. but it gets Montagne seal of approval.

We got the two for $5.00 special and an order of onion rings. All the food was good and hot. We really enjoyed it. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because they originally got the order wrong but fixed it fast.

The fries are the best and always hot. Drinks are a bit expensive but food is hot & tasty. Staff is helpful and very respectful.

I have handicap sticker so I parked in handicap and the girl told me to park in another spot. They use the handicap spot for people waiting for their food. They are going to cause someone to get an expensive ticket. That’s against the law. They need to move the handicap somewhere else.

I give it three stars for the cost of the, quality of the food. Plus they have fair pricing. What more could one want. They just make it happen were other are not. I got in, I got out one happy customer. Is not what we all are after. Check the newspaper for discount coupons. A buck saved is a buck. It was fast food clean. Had a fair amount of help. Everybody looked happy. It helps now a days.

I came here for a quick bite after work. Only used the drive through, so I cannot speak about the internal state of the place. Line wasn't bad when I arrived. The service was not only swift, but polite as well. Definitely a plus since I've dealt with numerous workers who don't care or have attitudes. Would gladly stop by again when I'm in the area.

Hamburger was good. I wish the burger had more lettuce and tomatoes with pickles like their pictures. The hamburger would have been great!

Came in @ 9:52 pm, right before dining room closed. Restaurant had about 8 dudes dining. Food all over kitchen/dining room floors. Straw container empty. Coca cola out. Drunk guy haggling over a guarter with employees for a honey mustard sauce. 8 cars in the drive thru. Outside, sitting in my car, I was interupted by some one wanting " a nickel or a quarter, so me and my homies can get something to eat".

The dining area for the most part is clean & well kept. Bathrooms need more attention. Too pricey for a fast food restaurant

Just another fast food chain however, in my opinion, the best grilled chicken sandwich around & their fries are much better than McDonald's.

Good burgers, fries and awesome drink selections. I ordered a plain cheese burger for my Mini Fox Terrier Rhaella and she loved it. I am gluten entolorent so I ordered two cheese burgers for myself with no buns, disappointed that they don't do lettuce wraps but good fast food never the less.

Guy that took order was nice but confused. He could not figure out what I wanted. I was pretty sure I was making myself clear. How come every time I order the exact same thing the price is different by 10, 12, 22 cents???

It's been better than it is right now. They need to pay more attention to keeping the tables and floor clean. It did take a very long time to get our food. The food was ok, it's gone downhill from how it was just 4-5 months ago

I like whoppers. This service was slow. I think I waited 20 min to get my whopper meal. It would be great to understand how they prioritize who they serve.

Food was good. Service was quick. Prices were crazy! $11 for a breakfast meal! $11 for one measly breakfast! No wonder there was no line at prime breakfast business time….

Went through the drive-thru. 2 cars ahead of me and it wasn't a long or slow wait. Decided to order something else when I got to the window to pay. Young man was very nice about the change. Onion rings were VERY greasy and undercooked. The Chocolate milkshake was good but only filled 3/4 of the glass. My bag when I got home was entirely greasy even though I had eaten the onion rings 4 hours earlier.

The only reason why I did not give Budger King 5 starts was due to the fact that the drive-thru always has an incredibly long line that never seems to move any faster. And they are short-staffed. Otherwise, the food is incredible and my orders are never incorrect.

Convenient pit stop right off Pacheco Pass Hwy 152. Usually very busy. Food staff doesn't have much time to be cordial or welcoming. Food quality is acceptable but considering they are always busy, fries and side orders may not be delivered fresh as they probably cook in bulk and let sit for longer periods of time. Wouldn't recommend bringing a family to eat here since its a popular travel stop. Restrooms are kinda gross and emit a strong odor of urine.

Food just thrown together spicy chicken wrap would have been good if prepared correctly.

People were great and patient, food was typical fast food and I remember why I don't eat it anymore. 😕

Can't comment about food as I just made a quick pit stop for the restroom but probably one of the most scary ones I've ever been. I swear I felt like I was going to get jumped by one of the several hooligans hanging around inside and outside smoking weed. I'm pretty I also witnessed a drug deal. The restroom was all tile and stainless bolted steel, no mirror or windows. Clean at least.

They won't let you use the bathroom unless you buy something. Got a 8oz Coke for $4 and the ice is broken so it's lukewarm. Total ghetto BK.

Fries were the only thing dine right chicken sandwich was over fried nd greasey I believe they need to change the oil . The place wasn't even busy only had one other person. The bathroom was not recently cleaned nd resturaunt needs a real cleaning booths were grimmy grease visible on walls...

Restaurant & restroom were dirty. They take a long time to get your order ready. I order regular hot coffee snd it was super cold.

Super slow - we were at the window waiting for our food for 15 minutes even though they're was no line. An employee finally checked in with us after 10min, wondering why we were still at the window. The order was wrong, too.

The worst drive thru in town! Staring at options with no prices for 5+ minutes with only one car in front of me, then no time to see the actual menu once I got there. The burger was tasty, but tiny, (like a slider) so no bargain. It would probably be faster to park and walk in.

Was the food good? Yes. I placed an order for 2 Double Whoppers with cheese n bacon, no onions or pickles. "Ronald" charged me for 1 order first, the second separately, adds pickles and onions. Ridiculous!! Oh and he told me I was good to go before he gave me my second bag and second drink.

Drive thru is crazy...it avg 10 min per car. Service is very slow

The fries were burnt. Like, dark, dark orange/ red. They still served them. At least, to drive thru customers, anyway. Maybe hoping they'd just go away. Cooking a fresh batch is easy and quick...the most basic of the basics. Whoever was working there that day clearly just didn't care at all. Multiple employees just let it slide. It's actually pretty pathetic, the more I think about it.

Food was fresh and good. We were ignored for at least 5 minutes. 5 employees just pretending we weren't there. Unfortunately that seems to be more normal these days. But the food came out pretty quickly and was good so what can I say. 2 stars mostly for the attitude of the employees.

I really do not like Burger King food, so 99.9% of the time I will only order a drink, ad that only happens when all other drive-thru restaurants are closed. I am only say this because this Burger King is no better or wore than any others. I have stopped here but hope to never again.

This place is always a mess. The tables are never clean, the trash cans are always full up to the top with trash dangling from it. This place needs renovation immediately. Not to mention I walked into the Men’s bathroom and there was no soap dispenser. Makes ya think, where do the employees wash their hands????

The young lady who took my order was completely staring through me at a young man who came in and got her attention. I ordered a burger with no onions with medium fries and an apple pie. Another lady brought my order up which had "onion rings", and seems like "extra onion" on the burger? The lady who brought the food asked "you can't just take them off!?" Im like "HELL NAH! Thats not what ordered". Anyway they made me another burger and changed my rings back to fries. I qas happy till I got to my hotel room only to discover the apple pie I ordered turned into a "twix" pie. Bad experience with inattentive staff.

To be fair, I think this Burger King off Leversley in Gilroy was suffering from the same thing many restaurants are"no workers after covid". There were 5 cars in front of us in the drive-thru. We waited about 25 minutes and only moved one car length, so we pulled out and went to the Morgan Hill Burger King off Coccoran and got our sandwiches in about 7 minutes. The chicken sandwiches here are always delicious and hot. The staff is efficient and friendly. We will try the Gilroy Burger King again when we are in that area. The "Lone-Worker" at Gilroy deserves a medal for sticking it out for all the people who were there.

The Burger King in Gilroy is horrible. Went thru the drive thru, and it was a long wait. Then the food was barely warm, no napkins, no sauce for the chicken nuggets, and no receipt. I'm not even sure I was charged correctly. Terrible terrible service. U won't see me there again.

Google Maps says it's 24 hrs went in about 1am waiting I asked hello shortly after they turned off the menu lights I waited just to make sure it wasn't a mistake ten minutes later somebody comes on the mic to tell we're closed sir, should have had the lights off and told me it was closed already instead of had me waiting for a response.

They used to have killer chicken nuggets made from real white meat now due to "Brilliant Biden" s self made inflation up the wa hoo, they downgraded to ground up earth worms just like McDonalds always had. GROSS!!! (THE RODEO BURGERS ARE STILL THE BEST VALUE IN ALL OF FAST FOOD)

I had the WORST customer service! The manager was rude! Not only was she screaming, threating me and also slamming the window but she scared my little brother in the back. He never wants to go back there again or to any burger king.

Day manager needs lessons on customer service and how to talk to people. Ordered ice cream cones but ran out of cones, so he shoveled ice cream into plastic cups. When asked if he would drizzle flavor over ice cream in trade for missing cones he did no that it would cost 79¢ for that. Instead of charging extra he houkd have offered the flavoring free bcuz there were no "cones.

This place is slow. Slow service, bad attitude from staff and manager. Food - we were missing two sandwiches, they took forever fixing it. Got it wrong again.. Please save yourself time/money and go anywhere else.

They actually deserve a zero. The service was terrible and the drinks from soda machine were awful. We sat there for 30 minutes before going to the counter only to find out they threw our food out and then the manager lied and said, she called our number twice. I finally got angry and requested a refund. Also, all the tables were dirty and had receipts and food on them. This was the worst fast food experience I've ever encountered!

05/24/2022 : they turned away a family of 5 and claimed, at 2 30pm, that the store was closed and was drive-thru only. I'm sitting in the store already, they took my order 15 minutes ago. Why you always lying? I've had other reviews about this exact place doing the same exact thing. Someone just shut this place down, they're always closing their door anyways.

Allergies to a condiment that I clearly asked to not have. Drove off and seen it was in two of our meals. Manager Julie said "don't come back" when I returned to have them correct order. Awful management. I was not loud, nor rude and she went off. Zero is what I will give.

My drive thru experience was not so good!! My fries were under cooked even though I asked for well done! But what really mattered to me ways the inside was gross & discussing. Filthy dirty fries smashed,spilt coffee, papers/napkins/straws etc...all over the floor. Surprisingly/Hopefully no one slipped & fell!! To bad it's the only Burger King near by. I loved BK,pass tents!!

Drove right up to the drive thru and immediately ordered a burger and fries. It took 18 minutes to get my food after I placed my order!!! I don't expect great food but I at least expect relatively fast food. I live a few blocks away and when I got home, both the burger and fries were cold. What a disappointment. Obviously this place needs different management. I won't be going back and I reccomended you go somewhere else.

It took 30min in the drive through. If it was int 95 degrees and I had my dog I would have gone inside. But I was trapped on the drive through. Hope this is not the normal. But that night it was terrible. Food was okay nothing special. Did not make any effort at window to address how long we have been waiting. I dont normally leVe bad reviews but this was bad. I went to this place the other day and was so disappointed in service these days I spent 53.00 all a meal for my family the 2 whoppers that we had the meat tasted raw and not good at all my mozzarella sticks were cold and they had been sitting there in the warmer for like 4 hours or more I had them make them again... The lady was not happy that she had to make them again and she rolled her eyes I'm sorry my motto is if u won't eat it don't serve it to me

Waited 20 minutes in dtive through. Ten minutes waiting for someone to take my order. Never did. Drove to drive throught window...took another 10 minutes to get there. The staff said they were short handed. Never ever experienced this in any drive through. Was ignored. No one even had the courtesy to say, I will be right with you when I was waiting to place my order. All I wanted was a drink. Very disappointed. Not happy with the experience. I wonder who was managing this place. Poor management.

Lost a customer. Waited 20 min, just to order. We were told "we will give you your total at the window." OK cool. Next window, "sorry we're only taking cash." Our luck we had no cash. So we kindly suggest letting people know before they order. This kid says "we told you man." Really? He wasn't even the one who took the order, so no he didn't and neither did anyone else. Also, I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt this is his 1st job... but next time something along the lines of "I'm sorry about that, someone was supposed to let you know. "

Very unsanitary, bathroom's smell of urine an dirty sewer water. Staff is unprofessional, management needs to be retrained in customer service skills. I'd give it a zero but 1 is the lowest rate. Don't eat at this location please.

Had to go out of town on a budget feeding 5 people only to find out I was over charged for my food. Left the receipt in the hotel. Didn't know I was over charged until I tried to use my card and found out my 56.00 dollar meal was charged 76.00. SMH. You can give them 20.00 doller raises but the service is still the same

Rudly told to pit mask on or they wouldn't serve me. Floor is disgusting and sticky, tables aren't clean, no ice tea, no lids for coffee. Very dirty kinda scared if this is how they clean dining room how they could clean a kitchen.
