A great gluten-free (GF, sin gluten) place in Girona. About 90% of the menu is accessible to coeliacs - the galettes (savoury crepes) are made of buckwheat - and the friendly staff were careful to ensure no cross-contamination happened in the kitchen. I would highly recommend La Vedette. We eat here every time we come to Girona. It's such a cute little restaurant with a great vibe. The food is amazing, best crepes in Catalonia and the nicest cider I've ever tasted. The staff are so friendly too :)

Wonderful restaurant with amazing service. The Duck salad was top notch with lots of Duck slices and wonderful pate. The Currante grilled pork loin with Roquefort dressing is to die for. When in Girona Spain a must stop!!

One of our favs in Girona. The atmosphere, decoration, food ,staff and several options vegan and non vegan. You can add ingredients too. We had as well the sweet desert and was super good. Can only recommend this place a must go!!

We ate at La Vedette two times during our visit to Girona. The food was so good we had to come back for a second meal! We loved the fondue with sausage on the side. The crepe with chocolate and ice cream was amazing. The four-cheese crepe and the pork crepe were very good. Great service! We highly recommend La Vedette!

Amazing place. Very clean, well decorated, great ambience, clean kitchen. The food was delicious, just the right portion. You can order galettes, which are crêpes made with buckwheat and decide what to put inside. The duck is a very interesting mixture of taste with goat cheese, duck meet, pan fried onions and honey. A tease for taste buds. The palta which is salmon was really good as well. The atlas crêpe for desert ... well there are no words to describe this mixture of tastes with the perfect texture. Must. Get. It.

Excellent food, excellent service. We showed up an hour before closing on a Tuesday night and the service was the best we've had in Spain so far. The crepes were delicious, I only wish I had time to try more because it was so hard to choose one! Our waiter helped with great suggestions for food and drinks. The prices were good as well, and the portions were huge. We sat outside and it was absolutely lovely, candle-lit medieval alley ambiance. The inside of the restaurant is beautiful as well, with raw stone walls and arched ceilings. Highly recommend!

Un muy buen lugar para ir a comer de una manera econòmica. Por 18€ comes primero (como una entrada pero grande), segundo (plato fuerte), bebida de tu elección (vino, agua o late de soda/gaseosa) y postre. Super recomendado El hombre que atiende es muy atento y la comida estuvo muy buena, el sitio es pequeño y sencillo, no es para quedarte pero te vas a gusto

Este bar esta situado en una zona muy trankila y tiene una gran terraza. Un buen lugar para desayunar, almorzar o cenar. En especial los embutidos son buenos. El menu esta bien. Si pides cerveza te sirven unas aceitunas. El servicio es rapido, simpatico y agradable. Pero si cenareis con tapas, no pidais ni las bravas, ni los calamares romana. Las croquetas buenisimas, el embutido, pan con tomate, todo bueno y del dia. Recomiendo las croquetas de rostit.

Es un sitio genial para comer. Nos sentimos muy bien acogidos y nos gustó mucho conversar con las personas que nos atendieron.

Stumbled upon this great restaurant while looking for a gluten free (celiac friendly) options while traveling in Girona. Fabulous buckwheat crepes (one we had with delicious figs and other pesto). The avocado salad was amazing with the most fresh goat cheese I've ever had. Highly recommend even if you don't need gluten free. But if you do a tasty restaurant where you can feel confident in eating almost everything on the menu.

Everything good, except the fact that the kitchen is not well separated and you will end up smelling like food. But the food is good, good service, nice place.

Moscas, moscas y moscas. Vinimos mi pareja, su hermana pequeña y yo, y toda la experiencia se vió arruinada por el incesante y constante aluvión de moscas. La comida correcta, sin mas. Pedimos el menú que resulto abundante pero sin ningún punto que lo hiciera destacar. La atención tambien correcta, aunque con algún momento en que dió la impresión que molestábamos al camarero, pero el ambiente… Moscas, moscas y moscas. Si venís a comer aquí, comereis un menú abundante y correcto, pero ni se os ocurra comer en la terraza.

Un poco grosero el chico que nos atendío, no había mucha gente en la terraza y se tardo en tomarnos la orden. Unas bravas deliciosas, un pan con tomate ...que bueno, parecía el pan de un día anterior, duro !

Menú de 15€ pero cuando te sientas ya te dicen que son 16€, la comida que te sirven no está mal, pero mucho tiempo de espera y la camarera pidiendo disculpas a todas las mesas por la tardanza. El problema viene cuando vas a pagar y el propietario se pone a levantar la voz y a tratar mal a la camarera ( pobre chica) diciendo que con esos precios pierde dinero👎👎👎👎👎 parecía que estaba en un programa del Chicote Los precios los pones tú que para eso eres el propietario!!!! Y no se puede tratar así a tus empleados

Pedimos lasaña de primero y pollo y butifarra de segundo. La lasaña congelada y la carne muy requemada. Pedimos menos hecho y nos traen quemado por fuera de nuevo y crudo por dentro. El pollo sabía a otras carnes, como si todo se cocinara en la misma sartén. Las patatas fritas semicrudas. Dejamos los segundos y nos cobraron igualmente el menú al 100%. El comensal de otra mesa también se quejó de lo mismo. No volveremos ni lo recomendamos.

Ha perdido mucho Antes era para los trabajadores. Ahora sus precios son de alto estanding por la zona, pero el sitio da pena. O baja los precios o mejora el lugar para que se ajusten a lo que cobra por las bebidas: una caña 2.20€. Y el sitio, bien situado es deplorable.

Ayer me senté en una mesa de este local junto a mi pareja y un grupo de amigos. Vino un señor a tomarnos la nota. Mis amigos pidieron varios “cubatas” y cuando me tocó el turno pedí una infusión. El señor procedió a reirse descaradamente de mi petición delante de toda la mesa y a preguntarme si queria que le echara alcohol a mi bebida… Soy del gremio y me parece un acto muy arriesgado y completamente innecesario, careciente de profesionalidad, respeto y educación por su parte teniendo en cuenta que desconoce absolutamente mi situación y/o mis motivos; pudiendo así ofender gravemente a alguien. A modo de reflexión, gracias.

Nos sentamos a tomar un café y no pudimos aguantar al soberbio del jefe, que hace las veces de camarero con una estupidez impropia del servicio que representa. No recomiendo parar allí en ningún caso. Lamentable servicio, nos tuvimos que levantar antes de poder tomarnos el café.

I was waiting for 10 minutes in front of the restaurant for a table, all of a sudden, a manager comes up to me and tells me “No, no chance no no no, sorry, there’s no chance of you getting a table, no no no, sorry” the most weird thing is that I were first in the line, and the manager told just to me this, when there were 10 people behind me. Unacceptable!
