HANDS DOWN BEST DUNKIN IN LOCUST VALLEY! I am never disappointed by my coffee or food at any time of day! Not to mention the staff is friendly and sincerely care if you enjoy your order. This dunkin was hard to get to the first time because it's in a funky intersection. Easy to see if on your right but if on your left be prepared to turn right when to see it. But once you figure it out there is plenty of parking. My mobile order was ready to go when I arrived and the staff were really friendly. The store was clean and not busy.

They're always friendly here, whether you come early in the morning or right before they close. They always get my tea and coffee orders right. I've used their curbside service, mobile order and regular indoor service and all great! Good coffee and good service is always a plus!

Love their coffee and egg wraps. They are a little more expensive here though than at other local DD's, which is why I gave them only 4 stars. Also, if you order decaf you need to ALWAYS double check that it is decaf. I've gotten regular by mistake on multiple occasions.

Life runs on Dunkin! Wish there was sugar free caramel syrup offered at Dunkin! Not enough workers. Had to wait a long time to order.

I am usually very happy with the service I receive here but today it was a bit different when I went there to buy a pre-made graduation cake for my brother. They asked me to write down word for word what I wanted written on the cake. I assumed it’d be spelled correctly since it was about $40. Got home and opened the box to see the word “congratulations” was written as “congrututions” and a small print (assuming it’s from a finger) under the first “r” in my brother’s name. I’m guessing they tried correcting a mistake and putting icing over it. Very disappointed because it was for a special event.😕

Like every other DD on the planet!!! I love the cheddarbagel twists and iced tea but I pay something different for the same order depending on the neighborhood. What's up with tbat?

Best place for frozen vanilla yogurt. Staff appeared to be distracted. Looks like the manager was having some challenges with a male staff which caused some disruption in her customer service.

Parking lot is small. But, no over crowding inside with long lines or occupied tables. I'm not sure if that's due to the quick service that get's customers in and out. Or, maybe it's not receiving the same attention from customers as other DD locations in town and near by. Parking or turning into entrance traveling from the opposite direction, there's a short divider. So, you would have to travel a short distance to turn around. Most may not want to be bothered and choose to patronize another DD. This makes it great for people in town, less crowded and a chance for an establishment to have repeat customers they can know by name or order. Their not the most friendly staff, even when engaged in customer conversations. But, their promptness and getting your order correct is what matters the most. But, you do notice negatives. As a side bar, reduction in size of coffee roll is not there fault, it's now the same size as a donut.

Lattes are a bit on the weak side and I always have to add an extra shot of espresso to have it look like coffee, otherwise it's so light that it looks like a cup of milk. Service is usually pretty quick. I use my app for coupons and payments and haven't had any issues...

The items for my Breakfast Sandwich was cold, even though, it went through the Convection Toaster and Microwave.

I went for ice cream and one of the flavors that I ate had a funky flavor, clearly it was not good anymore, so I told the employee about it but he didn’t do anything with the ice cream. I arrived home immediately to vomit so it was definitely spoiled.

They told me and other propels to get out of our seat when we were sitting and every time we they make a big deal about we go there almost everyday but not anymore after the tremendously horrible aerobics I cannot be alive that the MANAGER told a guy to sit somewhere that where already suiting there we go to order there ok food and then our seat are gone also we were in the back and she moved all of our stuff
