First experience at the brewery and was not disappointed one bit. Great staff and 🔥🔥🔥 beers. Definitely come through if in the area and keep an eye out on this brewery as some great things are in the work and their beers have just been going upwards in quality and taste. Definitely one of the top breweries in long island right now!!

Best beer in town Noble Savage in Glen Cove. Highly recommend trying a brew. Frank is the brew master and will discuss with you the flavor profiles of his unique beers. Great tunes and total chill atmosphere. All there lagers are brewed with NYS hops and malt. Noble Savage is a NYS farm brewery which uses all NYS ingredients. Highly recommended

Totally different IPA's. Tasty, hoppy, a bit of vegetal but in good way, like with fresh cucumber, horse raddish, weirdly good! I don't know if its only hops work, or more - yeast. But totally worth to visit and try! For beergeeks and hopheads for sure!

I have not had the opportunity to actually be on site. But I have a source that allows me to experience these liquids that I believe is the nectar of gods!!! Was sold after I tried slick demeanor and have not looked back .. keep up the great work and hope to get my hands on more of these quality delicious beverages. Love from Illinois!!

Genuinely the best hazy IPAs I’ve ever had personally, and the other beers are very high quality as well. The owner is smart and passionate and it really shows in the final product. Everything and everyone affiliated are top notch. As someone who’s super picky and seeks out the best of the best, this is it. Only complaint is I wish I lived closer!

Beautiful little brewery in the middle of Glen Cove. Six beers on draft that were all really good. The focus seems to be on perfecting a few well-established style rather than just following the latest trends. The also serve cider, mead and wine so there should be something for everyone. Bonus points for the music selection!

Cool brewery in the heart of town with some very solid brews. The owners are hard working and involved with every detail. They even have a few guest taps available. Food trucks on certain days as well. Support your local brewery and head on over. Cheers!

Noble Savage has the most creative and delicious IPAs on Long Island. However, if IPAs are not your thing, their corn kellerbier is a crisp alternative to anything hoptastic. The music played in the brewery seems like it’s every song I ever was in the mood to hear from the 60s to today. Hoist a brew while listening to The Doors “LA Woman” or The Talking Heads “This Must Be the Place.”

This brewery is amazing! Love the relatively low 6-7% abv beers while still being rich in flavor. The Bomb Johnson, $#*%'S Legit, Puzzle Bug, Liquid Haze all great. Liquid Hype, higher ABV but still just as delicious and juicy! Will continue to make the hour long commute for their beers!

Whenever we are on vacation I search for good brewery options. We are staying in Hempstead visiting from Delaware. The reviews I read pegged this as the best option for beer quality in this part of Long Island. Untappd agreed, so we went. Long story short, this is the highest quality place I have found on the Island so far. Located in Glen Cove, Noble Savage has a small bit excellent set of beers. Their IPAs are particularly strong. I actually regretted that I was unable to take anything with me since we are traveling. The ambience is nice. It's an old school tavern look with a lot of dark wood. The person behind the bar was great. She made recommendations and we talked a little bit about the brewery. I rarely go back to places that I vacation because I like trying new places but I will go back here. If you are in the area check them out.

Best place ever - I love how everything is brewed in small batches and the owner and Lauren really care about making your experience special. The beer and ciders are great, the space itself is really awesome, open and a perfect spot to host an event or gathering. NS also organizes food trucks which perfectly complements the beer and atmosphere. Definitely worth checking out and becoming a regular!

Absolutely adore this place and glad it's finally getting the notice it deserves. Nothing against the other larger breweries in the general vicinity of Nassau County, but as someone who has been part of the craft scene having spent my 20s in WIlliamsburg, Brooklyn, Noble Savage just produces better beer in my opinion. Some of the best NEIPAs in the state are coming out of this gem - PERIOD. Absolutely worth a visit to Glen Cove. Wish NS nothing but future success. If my wife doesn't complain about the visits (she's never drank a beer in her whole life) then they must be doing something right with the setting and atmosphere. Bring your own food - it's always welcomed. Chill music list, and love the work ethic put forth. Might not be the biggest brewery but they are producing liquid that is honestly standing up along side some of the bigger names both on the island and city - and by bigger names - well, if you know craft, you should know what breweries I'm talking about.

My favorite place on Long Island to have a beer! They have a great tap room with lots of quality options between ipa, lager, cider, wine, and more. Very Quick & friendly service always. A hidden gem that should be recognized more!

Delicious brews, great bar, awesome staff. A really fantastic addition to the downtown area of Glen Cove! They always have new home brews on tap and some new guest taps to try out. There’s wine and mead on tap, too, if that’s your speed. If you’re in the Glen Cove area, go to Noble Savage!

Great new spot in Glen Cove with friendly service. Good beers, wine and cider, a lot of space and has a dartboard (could use a light however, just an idea for you). Great to hang out in a chill atmosphere. Also pet friendly a huge plus!

Had a great night w friendly service. Tried a wide variety of beers. I started out w the lagers before I got into the juicy hazy ipas. I enjoyed everything I tried and I could appreciate they try to use a lot of NY ingredients. I will definitely be back. I especially recommend this place if you are into hazy ipa for sure it’s the best in the area!

Long overdue me chiming in here but this place has become a staple in glen cove. An absolute must try if you are in the area. Beside the great beer Frank/Lauren and staff are some of the hardest working people I know and experts at their craft. Stop by and grab unreal, dank, IPAs as well as some of the best lagers and darker beers you’ve ever had✌️

With the abundance of the ever growing market of micro/craft breweries on Long Island. This is one of the better ones. I can tell the owner takes pride in his brews. Great atmosphere. The music playlist while I was there was also great. If you find yourself in the area I suggest stopping in.

This place basically has unlimited potential all it needs is a soundtrack of some Vikings in the background and have the screen playing like a nature show

One of the best breweries on Long Island. Every beer is spot on from the lagers to the IPAs. Frank hits it out of the park as always and Lauren is a delight to chat with!
