Crazy Greek Glendale Reviews
To all my celiac and gluten free friends . When I tell you this is my favorite restaurant as a Celiac I'm not even joking. The food was delicious. Everything was safe. Told them about my allergy. They have a disclaimer in the end of the menu and tells you like the stuff you cannot eat and it made it so easier to pick dinner. I would totally recommend it 100%. The atmosphere was amazing. The waitress was so nice. We will definitely come back again.
If you’re in the mood for Mediterranean food, CRAVE is the place to go. Depending on the time, it can get fully packed. The hummus and freshly made pita bread are a must-order. Their meats are also delicious, particularly the lamb — tender and perfectly seasoned, served with grilled jalapeño and tomato. Highly recommended.
From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and kind — you can tell they care about their food and their guests. The flavors were fresh and authentic — the chicken kabob was perfectly seasoned, and the hummus was some of the best I’ve ever had (creamy, flavorful, and served with warm, fluffy pita!). Portions were generous, prices were fair, and everything came out quickly. It's a great casual spot for a relaxed lunch or dinner if you're craving Mediterranean done right. Highly recommend Crave if you’re in the Denver area and want something delicious and satisfying. We'll definitely be back!
this restaurant is an absolute gem and quickly became my favorite! from the moment you walk in, you're greeted with warm hospitality and a beautiful atmosphere. the waiters are always so kind and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a wonderful experience, especially Sukaina and Hiba. the food is always fresh and delicious. the atmosphere is beautifully decorated, cozy, and clean- making it the perfect place for any occasion. if you're looking for amazing food, top-tier service, and stunning ambiance, come here <3
Stayed in the area for 34 days and hit up this place the last night. It was awesome! I had athe kafta plate, it was delicious and was quite filling. It came with rice, salad, peppers, hummus and a basket off fresh baked bread. Service was very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend this place.
Crave is hands down one of the best restaurants around. The food is always amazing, fresh, flavorful, and consistently delicious. The owner, Fadi, is great and always makes sure everything is perfect for every guest. Their catering is also phenomenal and always a hit at every event. Everyone I know who has tried Crave absolutely loves it and keeps going back nonstop. It is definitely a place you will want to visit again and again.
Hands down my favorite Mediterranean restaurant! I drive 20+ minutes for it whenever I’m in the mood for Mediterranean. Their chicken is always so juicy and their pitas/hummus hits the spot every time.
The decor was very beautiful, they have traditional middle eastern lights. You were able to see all the food being prepared to include the bread oven. We had the eggplant salad as appetizer, I typically don’t like onions, however this dish was prepared well. We had the Greek salad and rice as sides and ordered a variety of meets for entree. My favorite was the lamb chop it was seasoned well and came right off the bone. The server was nice and attentive. I strong recommend trying this place!
I cannot say enough about how amazing this food was. It literally stopped any thoughts in my head and I solely focused on the taste. Simply divine. I had the chicken shawarma. The hummus was out of this world! Highly recommend asking for the pomegranate molasses to go with the shawarma.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 Crave Mediterranean is such a gem! The food tastes incredibly fresh and flavorful — you can tell they use quality ingredients. Every dish has that authentic Mediterranean touch that keeps you coming back for more. The prices are perfect for the portion sizes, and the atmosphere is warm and family-friendly. Whether you’re dining in or taking out, Crave never disappoints. Highly recommend!
I am gourmand and find good food in Ohio is a challenge! So my daughter chooses this one. And it was so nicely surprised about the taste of the food! It’s hard to impress me! But this food was amazing! Super fresh, just grilled, meat melting in your mouth…. I will never forget this taste! I have never eat something that good Mediterranean! The service was excellent! I am telling everyone in Ohio how good that restaurant is! Also, what shocked me as well, we paid $37 only for two of us! Also, I would underline super tasty garlic souse! Ask your waitress next time you will be there! ❤️❤️❤️
The food was full of flavor and perfectly grilled. The rice was soft and aromatic, and the meat was juicy and tender. The grilled vegetables and fresh salad added a great balance to the plate. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere was warm and lively. Definitely one of the best Mediterranean meals I’ve had highly recommended!
Have been here a few times recently, and it is so good in every regard that I feel the need to leave a review. The service is great, really great (family run?) place. Prices are reasonable, the portions are generous, and the food is so flavorful and delicious. Best hummus and pita I’ve ever had. All around, I think this is the best Mediterranean food in Denver. Keep up the great work!!
I did enjoy my experience here and the food was great. Shrimp and beef skewers were cooked well and the ingredients tasted fresh. I did expect more with the cheese pie, but I am also used to Turkish pie which was a little more robust. The service was great and the staff were very attentive. The atmosphere was great to be able to sit down for lunch and not have to compete for volume in the dining room. Will definitely be back here soon.
I recently visited Crave Restaurant and had a lovely experience overall. The ambiance was warm and welcoming, with a stylish and comfortable setting that made dining feel special. The service was excellent—staff were friendly, attentive, and truly made us feel taken care of. While one of the dishes wasn’t fully cooked to our expectations, everything else—from the presentation to the flavors—showed real promise. With such a great atmosphere and dedicated team, I’m confident our next visit will be even better!
If I could give this place 6 stars I would! Absolutely amazing. Service was fabulous and value for your money was even better. Portions were huge and oh so tasty. Best hummus I've ever had, so creamy and flavorful. The gyro was also the best! Overall this was just an absolutely amazing choice for lunch while we waited for our car next door to be finished.
An excellent spot to satisfy your Mediterranean craving. We enjoyed a wonderful meal with prompt service excellent food with huge portions. The whole family was satisfied, and we left with multiple to go boxes. All of the food was cooked very well presented nicely on the plate. The atmosphere does leave a bit to be desired as it is just basically one open room, but they have tried to keep it comfortable by adding nice decorative touches around the space. Great experience with great food; highly recommended .
Dined in for lunch (on a Sat) and was not disappointed! We ordered the lamb kabob, gyro, a side of fries, pita bread and garlic spread. Everything was tasty. The service was a tad slow with one waitress working the entire floor, but she was professional and friendly. And, the 🚺 was clean!
Our food was great and tasted good. The atmosphere is Mediterranean, with Southern European and North African influences, such as the decor and showing Soccer on TV. The problem is the bathrooms - they're almost 3rd World quality. The men's bathroom does not have a door that closes properly. So when my friend with IBS went to use it, he had to stand and wait for women's bathroom to be available, in order to close the door for privacy. Based on this alone, my friend said he'd never return here, despite how good the food is.
I’ve never been there before my sister took me there for lunch because I was craving Mediterranean food. It’s easy on the wallet and I’m telling you that the portion sizes are humongous so be careful what you order when you’re ordering for a table because I have multiple dishes to the meal And they’re huge. The Kafka was amazing. The hummus was very good, but the hummus plate is very large so again be cautious on what you order. The spinach pie was very good but it’s like pizza style so it’s not like a closed up turnover. I really enjoyed the mint tea that they offered. It was very good. It’s like you’re in the garage that I felt like I was in the garage. It had a garage door atmosphere to it a very busy place good for a quick bite, but I’m telling you that bite is gonna give you like three leftover. Boxes.
Came here just for a Gyros sandwich on a Friday noon. A little tough to find parking during lunch hours. Very nice atmosphere at a busy location. Many empty tables, waited awhile until someone offered a table to be seated because they seemed short staff. Customer services feel more like I was ordering foods at a McD with someone who not very polite. The guy looked like I owe him money. Anyway, my food came very fast and its taste not very impressing. I recommend anyone who looking for Gyros, find some places else, such as the one in Park Meadows Mall's food court or Felafel King or Gyros King even better than this. Good to try but I don't think I would recommend this restaurant to others.
After a long day, we were excited to try Crave, expecting an authentic Mediterranean meal. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of our expectations. When we arrived, there was no one managing the door, and a few other guests were also waiting. After asking to be seated, I was directed to a manager who simply told us to wait. A short while later, he mistook us for a DoorDash order, despite having spoken to me minutes before. Once seated, we noticed the plates and utensils were dirty, with what appeared to be hummus residue on them. After requesting clean replacements, the second set had the same issue—it seemed like they were quickly wiped down in a rush. As for the food, I ordered the beef kabob (tenderloin pieces) but was not asked how I wanted it cooked. Our table also ordered falafel, hummus, tabbouleh, and a chicken sandwich. The falafel was especially disappointing—clearly undercooked, frozen or raw in the middle. Even after sending it back, the replacement was no better. We ended up taking it home and cooking it ourselves for five more minutes to make it edible. The beef was just okay, though one piece was chewy, and certainly not worth $30. The tabbouleh was neither fresh nor authentic. It tasted bland, and the dressing appeared to have been carelessly tossed in, pooling at the bottom of the bowl. Overall, the salad lacked the crisp, vibrant flavors that one would expect from a Mediterranean dish. When we mentioned the undercooked falafel to the management, they dismissed our concerns, claiming that it was how customers preferred it and that they were too busy to prepare it differently. Rather than offer a solution, we were met with excuses. Given the pricing, this level of quality and service is unacceptable. For both taste and health, I cannot recommend Crave. Edit: The restaurant responded, and their tone speaks for itself. Instead of addressing the core concerns about unclean dishes, undercooked food, and poor service, their response is filled with accusations and defensiveness. I’ve been to countless restaurants and left over 800 reviews, and this experience stands out for all the wrong reasons. We gave them an opportunity to correct the issues we experienced, but their focus on accusations rather than the actual problems says a lot about how they handle feedback. As you read this review and their response, focus on the facts: do the falafel in the picture look properly cooked, or do they appear unthawed from frozen? The image speaks for itself.
