Food is great and the staff work very hard. They should try to keep the restrooms more tidy. Didn't want to say it but shrink-flation is real. I purchased one particular combo and while fresh and delicious, the burger was noticeably smaller. If customers are gonna dish out the bucks the food should be ample and filling. Hope this trend DOESN'T continue. I mean, what would Jack say?

We had JITB at this location for the first time, while on vacation. It's great for the price, if you know what you are getting and not over-expecting greatness. The store was clean and the staff was friendly. I'm giving 4 stars because it's not Mr. Chow, but very good for what you pay. I had the ultimate cheeseburger and some tacos. Thanks!

Jack is hit and miss. Sometimes food is ok. Really dirty and parking lot is busy. The fries I got were mew.

This rating is Jack in the Box on Pacific in Glendale. Yesterday we ordered the steak fries and I must admit they were delicious. A sourdough breakfast sandwich which was ok. However, The three meat lovers burritos were small and horrible. The burritos were all dough with very little inside of them. We had no idea how terrible they were until we were home. They are deeply in need of a food quality control person. Also, the problem with this location is that they habitually forget to put something in the bags leaving you with incomplete meals. They forgot the fires, or a sandwich or something. I call each and every time to let them know that and I have yet to speak with a sympathetic manager; they seem more annoyed than concerned. Their score would have been a little higher if more intrested in correcting these issues. A final word, the next time you're in the drive thru and if the line isn't to long...check your bag/s.

It is 5:24 AM on a Saturday. Dining room is closed which I expected. But they are also blocking their drive through with a yellow cone and won't answer their phone. So I wouldn't say 24 hours.

They do not care about the customer. They screw your food up and act like it's no big deal when you saw it o. The screen correct, paid more for the food then you ever have in the past, you drive back to work for you half hour lunch and your food is all wrong and you can't eat what they gave you. I spent my whole lunch driving. Spending my ti.e and gas and in the end I got a I dint care attitude. Save you time and your money and do not go to this Jaxk in the Box. Horrible experience.

If you happen to use a coupon here, be cautious because they will give you less food or they will play with your food. One time I went to the location, I ordered large fries and it was overly salted when I got my food. Second time I went back, they decided to half fill their fries and both time I have used a coupon. My suggestion is check your food before you take off. They did not cheap out on condiments though... that's the only reason for 3 stars on the service. Food is 1 star no questions asked.

Waited 30 minutes in the drive through line. There were only 3 cars ahead. Best part, got home and our order was missing the curly fries. Got charged for it. Too tired to drive back.

Second time going to this location and both experiences were bad. The first time I went I ended up ordering some bacon cheddar potato wedges and literally only one potato wedges had cheese. Decided to give this location another try today. I had a coupon a for Buy One Get One Free Burger, placed my order in the drive through, ordered 2 Ultimate Cheese Burgers with medium curly fries and I told the lady that I have said coupon, she acknowledged it. When I got to the window they handed me the bag with just 1 burger and I told them that I have the coupon from the app. Manager comes and tells me she needs a PRINTED version of the coupon because the need "Proof." So you're telling me... all the coupons on the Jack In The Box app needs to be printed out? Yeahhhhh no. The coupon on the app has the coupon code "875" Last time going to this location. I'd rather drive few minutes more to go to the Jack in the Box off of Glenoaks Blvd. **Update** Got home and my medium Medium Curly Fries aren't even filled all the way
