Yoshinoya Glendale Reviews
Isaiah took my order today, and he was very professional and friendly! I also saw him taking the togo order for this old lady, and it was heavy, so he helped her take those orders to her car, too. What a champ. It's hard to find a nice young worker like this nowadays. The food is great, nice team members 👍
The food is good. We always order and pay online, and we go pick it up. Our order is always ready within the time given online. The girl at the front counter is very friendly. Parking might be difficult at certain times, but it is worth it to maybe park a little further and walk over there.
Not too bad. I had the combination and still taste the same when I was a kid. They have a lot more on the menu to choose from like different kinds of steak, fish and seafood. Also I tried the boba flavored Yoshinoya Thai tea. The drink was ok but I would give them more time to catch up to making the tastiest boba drinks. Establishment was ok for dine in and the staff is friendly and helpful.
I’ve been going to Yoshinoya since the 80’s, so it holds a special place in my heart and history. The food is good, but not super delicious. And the service always seems like they don’t like being there, but accommodating if you know how to order. The clientele is usually of the lower economical scale, but that’s because the quality is good, and the amount of food, makes it a great deal.
Food was good, well, I like Yoshinoya, but the portions are getting smaller and smaller, that makes them look like kids meals.
We ordered food and left. It smelled so bad here, like a dirty bathroom, that we left. We lost our appetite just by going in and waiting for our food. There were also a lot of sketchy people going in and out, so not family friendly at all. They got one our orders wrong, giving us teriyaki chicken instead of habanero. Food tasted ok.
This location consistently gets orders wrong. I’ve ordered here twice this month, and each time something was missing—either an entire order or a side dish. This isn’t a one-time issue; it’s happened multiple times in the past as well. It’s been very frustrating, and due to the repeated inaccuracies, I’ll be avoiding this location going forward.
This is no way a review of the employees only the portion of food and the pricing. *$15+ for an XL combo. This isn’t an XL this is a medium at best. The plate itself fits in your hand. Don’t continue to give these people your money. P.S: you’re better off going to a Chinese food place and spending the same or less than coming here, and by here I don’t mean this location I mean any in the world.
The place was kept relatively clean, I ordered the large Tokyo fried chicken. While it was good, I found 3 small pieces of bones, the tips of the fork they gave me bent which makes using the fork challenging, The server Evelyn seemed bored and didn’t bother to smile she handed me my order without napkins or forks, I had to ask for them. Out of all the Yoshinoya I frequent, this location has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Given a choice, I wouldn’t come back to this location
I ordered my way and it didn't mean anything to them. The didn't even serve my boxes full.. The place is not very well kept and their customer service is lacking. Not very well managed 😡😤
Slowest service ever. Wasted my entire lunch break here just waiting on food alone. Cook in the back didn’t know what she was doing. She kept asking the cashier for clarification on orders. Had to leave to go back to work before my food was even finished.
The reason why I'm giving this Yoshinoya such a bad review is because it smells so horrible every time you come here. And the restroom is so disgusting. The worker's here never do their job cleaning up and need to get fired!
Boba took 15 minutes! The bobas are old. The worst boba I’ve ever had. The whole space smells like dirty kitchen. Would not eat here
Been buying since 2011 and today was the most lack of costumer service of the cashier. When I asked something she just talk back with an actitud. So confrontational and she even got my order wrong. I talked to Michael the manager at the spot let him now about her lack of professionalism but seems like he just wanted to hear my complaint and go back. Total careless. Hopefully this cashier get some training back about costumer service and stop giving actitud to costumers.
worst experience of my life in this location! first off the place smells like urine! and then I ordered the food and they served me all cartridges instead of beef also they forgot to include the veggie !! I couldn't chew the beef I had to spit out most of the beef which was all dried up, they served me old meat which was sitting in the pan for many hrs and very very salty!, I am so disappointed . I don't think i'll be returning to this location any longer, what a shame!.. I have been having this type of experiences more often that not with Yoshinoya branches , the employees don't operate like they use to , I mean the employees don't give a dam about the company and they are bringing the company down! its clear to see like a day light. I am visiting Yoshinoya less and less as time goes by. I have many other choices I could be spending my money at!
It was our first time going to Yoshinoya today and the big lady at the register offered us no help when she knew we were confuse on how to do things such as ordering. I know it was something we should understand by looking but the menu was confusing that the choice of protein included bowls in it which made me confuse even more. It was easier looking it up online than in the store and the lady could have helped us understand how it works instead of snickering making us look like a bunch of idiots. Customer service in this place is really bad. Not coming back here again.
