I must have been there during the dinner rush on a Tuesday evening at 7 pm. Went inside and waited about 10 minutes before someone came to take the order. Food is typically good Wendy's yummy for the tummy.

Not a fan of fast food, I visited this Wendy's place by coincidence and got surprised with the quality and taste of the installations. Everything pretty clean and comfortable and felt pretty modern with very gentle staff. Sadly the food was smaller than expected from their menu pictures, but still overall an enjoyable experience.

We were given Hard cold stale fries in both our orders. My daughter said that her fries were hard. That's really messed up.they barely gave us fries too. My tray was half full and cheese wasn't even melted pure disappointment. I will never go back here again it's just getting worse and worse. You'd think that the customer service would be better and the food too. Prices are high. And poor customer service. Just like everyone else. They'll be closing down eventually the quality of food have gotten poorly and prices. Keep rising in customer service is lacking more and more

This Wendy's has gone down hill ! I should of known better with it being empty ! They don't give discounts to our Veterans or Seniors ! We didn't order any food because it had food sitting around ! Not made as you order it ! It's a huge NOPE here ! Sad because this was the best Glendora Wendy's ! We went over to IN N OUT where the food is made fresh and hot !

Food is so little, nothing was as on their pictures. I just went to drive through Only received 3 nuggets and I bought 3 biggie bags and a child kids meal. Fries were not even full. Very disappointed, I always take my kids there.

Just went through wendys for some chicken sandwiches they told me to wait outside while it cooked guess it was not cooked long enough I just bit into raw chicken.

Ok so I ordered through the drive thru and they had me drive around and park in the parking lot. 15 min latter I got out of the car and went inside. Total BS. Was not busy and they had at least 6 working. I ordered 1 burger mushrooms and cheese and 2 PLAIN Jr burgers which they DRENCHED with catsup. 3 spicy chicken nuggets which were the best thing served tonight. Obviously these kids did not want to be there the burger meat was so dried out I really could not eat it which is surprising because normally I love Wendy's burgers. Because they are normally very juicy. NOT TONIGHT!

Very rude customer service. While my kids ordered the worker yelled at them for asking a question and not ordering fast enough. The worker should act professional and polite. They don’t want to visit that particular Wendy’s ever again!

I went into Wendy's Saturday night about 6 PM at the dinner hour and ordered a cheeseburger. They served me a cheeseburger with a piece of meat from a warming drawer that was dry and tasteless. That's why they have no business at that restaurant. And they're lined up at the In and out across the street. Because they serve fresh hamburgers. I will never go back to Wendy's again.
