East Wok Glens Falls Reviews
Ordered from here for years. Always good, always fresh. The only place I order from.
Love the food and the employees are so nice
Best vegetable lo mein around, always extremely fast on preparing everything. On point time estimates. General Tso's chicken is consistently delicious. I have never gotten sick from their food unlike other places. Only Chinese place I will go to

Got the shrimp and brocolli combo on a Sunday. $13+. Took it home. Shrimp small and tasted funny. I asked for brocolli to be cooked well. Ended up barely cooked at all. Been eating their for years. Quality going downhill. Not sure I'll return after this.

Ordered beef chow fun and it consisted of small pieces of beef, cabbage, thin rice noodles, egg and no sauce. Very bland and unappetizing dish.

We have ordered from here for years and unfortunately, over the last two years, East Wok has gone downhill. After a bad meal a few months ago, we decided not to order from here anymore. Last night, we forgot and ordered again. I guess it was a good reminder to never order from here. my husband had chicken with cashew and the only vegetable in there was celery. Very unappetizing. I wish we had taken photos before we threw the celery out. I ordered sesame tofu. And for the second time in several months, the tofu was very hard, over fried. I don’t eat egg rolls, but my husband says they’re not good. Unfortunate.
First time we went there and will be the last time. Ordered food for delivery , to darn cold , tip driver open bag rice not there . Called they said we can give you store credit. No I would like the rice it goes with my meal , oh ya paid extra for pork fried rice . After 2 calls and waiting for 21/2 hrs my husband goes get the rice. Not blaming driver . POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Dumpling were thick and gummy. Not enough sauce or flavor for the fried rice, seemed dry. Crab Rangoon were delicious though.
Aside from the hidden delivery charge, this place is hit or miss under current ownership. One day great food and the next tough dried up chicken or pork. There is absolutely zero consistency and even though they speak fluent english, will try to create a language barrier should you have an issue. Is not worth the price and hassle considering there are 8 other places to order from.

Just tried East Woks beef lomein for the first time. It's the most expensive $8.95 for the qt. Didn't look llke a Qt to me.Checked 3 other local places all cheaper .75 /1.00. If you're going to charge more the food should be as good, if not better than it was neither. It wasn't bad but I've had alot better. Won't go back not a fan.
Shakyamuni Buddha is Who created Chinese culture, so I'm justified in saying that this review is not Asian hate or whatever can be claimed of it. I placed a call about 45 minutes before I went to the location to get my order. I went shopping in Hannaford's next door, as I assume the order would be cooking, which it did. I was quoted a price of about $16 on the phone, but when I went in person, they quoted me a price of $18.35. Seeing that I was visibly upset, most people would just not care about the extra dollar or whatever they were trying to charge, and so when I walked out the door, I assume they would have called me back in. I waited about 2 minutes, and then came in, mad as a storm, as she still quoted this price. I said I do not have change and put $18 in the bin. She tossed the sauce and other things in as if I was garbage, and that is NOT, absolutely NOT acceptable. I don't care how this meal is going to taste, I don't care how they were feeling tonight, I've had a really rough day, and they didn't have the right to treat me like that. Most people would just say okay it's all good, but these people decided for an extra dollar or two to leave themselves a bad review. That's their problem and their prerogative and not mine. I review highly to places that deserve it, and I review lowly to places that deserve it. This place deserves a one-star review. Don't eat here, there are about 15 other Chinese locations in this local area, and it's very easy to get to any one of them. Any one of them is probably better than this place. I do hope the meal will be good, but the unprofessional customer service that I received tonight was absolutely unacceptable. Have a good day.
General Tso chicken was terrible. The sauce was thick like jelly and flavorless. The chicken combo that used to easily feed 2, is now barely one serving. The side of S&S pork was 70% batter, very little meat. There are better options than this place.
I ordered beef with no broccoli and got little to no meat, my sister ordered sesame chicken and her and my 2 year old son ate it and both have been throwing up the past two days
Dont order via door dash if they mess up your order they will offer credit for next time. Door dash was easy and great but i called after delivery because the food was completely wrong. She said "I dont know how this works and I can give you a credit for next time" all i wanted to do was pick up my correct food. Not a redeliver not anything special just the right food at my time and fuel expense. I will not be ordering from there again and I was a 1x per week customer.
I don't often leave bad reviews, but East Wok was bar none the worst Chinese food I've ever had in my life. The General Tso's chicken was soggy and tasted like 3 day old fryer grease, the crab rangoons were mostly dough, cream cheese and onion. Normally I give "fast food Chinese" a few fair tries as it often depends on who's working but this was gross enough that I'll never be back.
This food made us sick. Everything was like shoe leather. Sesame chicken could not even chew broccoli was raw. Beef lomain with no scallions or taste. Saytay beef absolutely not edible . Tried it again because Asia delight closed on Sunday. Don’t waste your money gross gross gross
Terrible meal tonight. Paid $30 for boneless ribs that were basically all fat and two quarts of chicken and brocolli where broccoli was totally undercoked. Couldn't bite it or cut it...called to tell them how disappointed we were and how it basically went in the garbage. Her reply...if you called earlier, we could have replaced it. Seriously? Will be taking biz elsewhere...too unpredictable there ugh!
Place is a dump! Food is trash! They lose orders or say you never ordered even when showing them on my phone that I indeed ordered. Blamed a third party answering service. That dumpster fire gets worse by the day! Never again 🤢🤮
Up until today I thought this was the best Chinese delivery place in Glens Falls. Tonight the food was terrible, it smelled so sour, and spoiled that I had to remove it from my house. When I called to complain, I was on hold for 10 minutes, and then told there was nothing they could do, but asked if I wanted to order something else. I'm sure I'll be on the Triads hit list now, but I don't care. Worst food, Worst service, Worst smell!
Got home and large fried rice was missing. Orange chicken was old and hard. Worst food ever. And the place is not clean. Never again

My daughter hasn't had meat in years and you just fed her a shrimp egg roll when we ordered vegetable. Thanks. Vegetarians beware.
