I am ridiculously picky about a burger and it was perfect. I give very specific instructions on how I want it and they nailed it! The fries and tots were cooked perfect as well. They were so friendly and I'll probably start making the trip from Joshua any time I want sonic. They know what they are doing!

Came late after a baseball game in cleburne, Wednesday 5/14, the two employees were the kindest I’ve come across! Didn’t catch their names but they went above and beyond to make sure my carload was taken care of! Great job Sonic!

I've been here twice in the last two days. The manager came and introduced himself both days, and both days he was making sure the front area was clean and well kept. He talked with all the sitting customers while orders were being popped out left and right. My dirty Dr. Pepper's were mixed AMAZING both days. Very impressed with how Tito is running the place and how friendly the staff is. Absolutely coming back every time.

I have used Sonic frequently until recently when they changed their app. You now have to get a code in order to get onto the app and I find this very annoying! It's not a secret trying to order from Sonic that I need a code to get on the app. SO I NO LONGER USE THEM!

Terrible service. The employee was rude from the moment I got there and had a nasty attitude early Monday morning. I waited for no reason even though I was the only customer. Then my cup had a hole in the bottom like it was poked with a pen and my drink spilled everywhere. This is NOT my first bad experience with her—she is rude every time. This was very upsetting and completely unprofessional. Management seriously needs to do something about this.

The food is still ok if you can get service, im doing this review while standing at the gas pump.I'm filling up my truck. I went in to order food since I noticed it was not busy. I noticed the lady in the back, cleaning, and the lady up front was just wandering around playing with cups. I stood there while she walked by me twice. Did not even acknowledge me. So I guess I will drive down the street to dairy queen for breakfast. I will try it another day, maybe.

Everytime we come they don’t make the strawberry lime side right at all . No limes in it hardley any strawberry mainly sprite is what they put in it . It was clear my drink I had to mix it around gave it a lil color but not a lot . This happens so many times I come to this location . On my wife’s burger was crumbles of burt bacon tastes really bad . Fries on my combo was cold

Edit to add I’m pregnant right now and food is life. So I actually drove back up there to have them remake it. I feel like a Karen but pregnancy cravings you know. The young girl working the front that fixed it was very sweet. This is probably way more on the cooks and manager. Ordered a chili cheese dog meal with no onions add mustard. When they gave it to me it had onions on it so I gave it back to them to fix. I was super nice to them and wasn’t trying to be a pain, but I’m allergic to fresh onions. Got home and open it up and it’s clear that they just picked the onions off because half the chili is missing and there’s like no cheese. And I still can’t eat it again because I’m allergic to onions.

I’ve been a loyal customer at Godley Sonic for years, drawn by my young child’s cravings for their shakes and burgers, especially during his recovery from brain cancer treatments when his appetite is low. Last night’s experience, topped off by a disconnected phone call today, was the final straw. I took three of my kids (ages 4-10) and ordered shakes, a burger, fries, and chicken strips via the app. After waiting 10 minutes, they started making the shakes and stored them in a freezer while we waited another 10 minutes for the food. When I pressed for our order, they handed over the shakes to appease us, but the kids needed their meal, not just dessert. At 6:57 PM, after a 40-minute wait, I requested a partial refund, explaining that one of my children had surgery the next morning and needed to get home. The staff refused, directing me to use the app for a refund, which isn’t possible. They said to call back the next day. By 7:00 PM, the $36 order was finally bagged and ready. Today, post-surgery, I called at 7:38 PM to discuss the issue with the manager, but the line went dead mid-conversation. I’m unsure if it was intentional, but no one called back. I’m done with Godley Sonic and will take my business elsewhere—it’s not worth the hassle. This was the first time they couldn’t resolve an issue, but prior problems should’ve pushed me away sooner. Orders are frequently incorrect, requiring follow-up calls after getting home. Last night, there was noticeable bickering and miscommunication among staff, and several customers waited excessively for online orders while the drive-thru ran smoothly. They even retrieved my receipt from the trash to fulfill our order after 20-25 minutes. Too many issues have piled up. If Godley Sonic improves its service, I might return. For now, my family will visit the Joshua location.

This is the meat ultimate burrito. It's about the same size as the hot sauce packet all tortilla and next to zero filling. Not worth money this is the second one I've had like this. Asked for 5 creams and sugar got 3 instead. I wont be back.

So I went to this Sonic , 1st I ordered a kids meal the girl that took my order asked me if I wanted a toy included obviously the kids meal comes with toys (the promotion says toy included ) I ordered another kids meal & they didn’t have chicken tenders , she asked me if it was okay if she gave me Chicken bites & still asked me if I wanted a toy included . I pull up to the window & they charged me , the lady that charged me didn’t even give me the change right … the receipt said 11 something with change … this girl gives me 6 something instead .. then I check my order since they were already messing up since the beginning , so I just wanted to make sure it was right… They forgot to give me a toy for the so called kids meal , so I let them know & you can tell it bothered her that I asked for the other toy … they so called toy for the kids meal was a plastic spoon . Theres like 6 or more ladies in that kitchen & I only seen one lady running up & down doing all the orders while the other ladies were all standing with their arms crossed . I have worked with costumer service for 10 yrs & let me tell you , their costumer service is the worst . I like to give good reviews , but honestly this place is not worth going to . They are very rude & on top of that they can’t even give out the right change nor the order right . 🙄

So I will preface that I used to work about nine months ago and I quit because I was moving. Now I stopped by twice this week and it’s really gone down hill. I ordered an ultimate breakfast burrito and they gave me a super sonic breakfast burrito with out the jalapeños which isn’t the same, on Tuesday. Now today my family and I drove through godly and stopped by for drinks. I got a lavender lemonade with cold foam, it had none of the lavender flavor and you could tell by the color and looks of it, it just looked like the regular lemonade. Now both times when we brought it to there attention we got met by Erika’s attitude, she was rude and pretty much saying we were wrong. I know we aren’t because first with the breakfast burrito I knew what was on it because I used to work there, and as for the lemonade I’ve gotten multiple times at both locations in stephenville Texas and every time I got it with the flavor and the color purple and never with attitude I didn’t know came with the drink. Now I used like Erika as manger but she grew such nasty attitude and I can tell it isn’t just towards me because I’ve seen the comments on the short redhead girl with the attitude.

My family spent 30 minutes waiting to get to the window for the lady to be so rude to us… like our order was an inconvenience. I totally understand being busy, but the staff seemed to be lost in what was going on. They ran out of chili for the frito wraps and they didn’t communicate with the issue at all. She was filling cups in the stacker instead of bagging our food.

The red haired girl that was working in the drive thru line today 1/31/26 at 7:00-7:15 was horrible. Did not get more than half of order right. We said it very clearly on the intercom and not once did she confirm she heard us correctly, nor repeat it back. We then order a LARGE ocean water and when she handed us a medium we said oh no we ordered a large and she said “well you already paid”. One not our fault you heard incorrectly and couldn’t care to double check and two she barely said a word rolled her eyes and then made another because I made a upset comment loud enough for her to hear. I usually do not leave bad reviews but from being in a customer service background you should also confirm the order and if someone says they ordered a different size it 99.99% because the order taker either heard them incorrectly or or entered it wrong. We also got the wrong sized chili cheese tots and no mustard for corn dog, again even though she said “ketchup or mustard” and we told her. I will 100% go back because we love sonic but train better on customer service!

Nice people. But I can almost guarantee you they will unfortunately get your order wrong every time… The last 3 times I’ve been up there, there is something wrong with my order… Might just drive to Cleburne if you’re wanting Sonic TBH

Was asked to repeat our order 3 times and still got it wrong. Everything was wrong!! Ordered a BLT and got a bacon egg sandwitch. Ordered a chicken sandwitch with only mayo for it plain and dry.

Just starve before you go here! We’ve lived in Godley for about 6 months. We never go here unless it’s half price burgers on Tuesday. We’ve have ate here many times. First off the mobile order is never ever correct. Always a missing drink, burger, or fry. It’s crazy, I place a mobile order and they can’t even count the number of burgers, drinks and fries they’re making for an order. Then the car behind us has a drive thru order and they haven’t even started making our mobile order; which was supposed be ready 5-10 minutes before we even arrived. Worst part is the service; they will literally smoke vapes and cigarettes right outside the door in the drive thru and it’s gross. Then they go back in stink like smoke to make your food and breathe it in your face; it wreaks. Then you tell them something is missing and the manager comes over and is like what burger is missing? Ok, let me open every wrapper and try to figure that out, while all the other food gets cold. Then we tell them they always miss something in the order and let them know what they missed giving us and there is no replacement, refund or apology. We’re never rude and are regulars so you would think it would be different. I would say today is the absolute last visit! We’ve given so much of our money to them and no more! It’s trash! Avoid it!

We came the night before without an ebt card and got free kids meals the next day they are telling us we can’t get them without scanning our ebt card?(my mom wasn’t there so we didn’t have the ebt card)But we literally did it the night before with no ebt card?I would put zero stars if I could but they don’t allow that😂

We ordered 2 large cherry limeades, large cheese sticks, and medium cheese tots. It took 20 minutes for our food and we were the only ones there at the time. When we placed our order we asked for Marinara and Mustard and of course they didn’t put in the bag. While we were waiting for our food, there was 3 female employees standing outside by the drive thru window, smoking weed vape pens…like really!! It’s absolutely ridiculous. Totally disappointed in this Sonic and will NOT be going back.

We want to love this location so bad, but it is just consistently awful. The employees always seem so lost and overwhelmed, the wait time is RIDICULOUS, and the food quality is always unacceptable. We give it a try over and over, in hopes for a positive turn around, but they just aren’t quite there. Someone needs to step in!

This place continues to disappoint. You pay that much for food it should edible. The hamburger meat tasted very old, the onion ring were bad like the uncooked bag was laid out all day, the sweet tea tastes like they don't clean any of the containers. I gave this places several chances but no more. The owner and managers should be ashamed.
