Chipotle has been a go to place for years. Still good with fresh healthy ingredients for any diet. Prices are still somewhat decent though the drink prices have really went up. Definitely won't be buying drinks anymore.
I hadn’t gone to a chipotle ever, until I finally went to one. Now, this was a while back, I’m talking months ago, that I went to a chipotle for the first time. I felt like it was like subways. You walk up, ya say what you want, they make it right there in front of you. Just like subways… But with a Mexican twist. They’re really good!
Great place and environment. Has outdoor seating. Staff are nice and friendly. Definitely more on the expensive side but food is amazing quality. Never had a problem at this location. This is usually a busier store then others that I've been to. Still amazing place, definitely recommend.
Food I ls good most of the time. Some times I get chewy chicken in my bowl. And the workers kinda look like they hate their job. But I get what I want from there and it satisfies me. I recommend coming here for their food
Oh my gosh. So the customer service was great, I only get a bean/rice/cheese burrito and so I asked the guy if I can have more rice and beans, and like a rational human being said of course since I wasn't adding anything else. And it's the best Chipotle burrito, size taste everything, I've ever had. Wasn't charged extra for a normal sized burrito. Yes.
Had a great dine-in dinner here. Everything was fresh and flavorful, the line moved fast, and the team was helpful. Restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was nice. Will be back!

Cruising down the street hungry, I decided to turn into the parking lot and get some Chipotle. It had been a while since my last visit but I thought a custom burrito was just what I needed. I stepped into the store and ordered my meal. The line moved quickly and I was satisfied in short order.
Great food, fantastic service, nice non-lyrical music! Overall super nice for lunch! Just watch out for this cheese chunks! Somebody else may not have been so pleased ☺️ EDIT; they asked me to reach out. Goodness, that CONTACT US page does not work. I’m sorry to myself for trying.

This is a great location! The employees have always shown to be great team players! Some of the stronger leaders and protectors have gone, but the culture remained the same. I’m shocked, and saddened that some of the individuals lack that team spirit. Closing the doors during business hours and walking out is totally unacceptable! Pay was mentioned. But I can only assure you that the employees are paid well! In fact, I was impressed to hear of the pay, which is more than senior care or any other in home service for that matter. We have to be more careful as to who we pass the torch to. We often address the mission statement or the business itself, but neither of the two are at fault. Who was the torch passed to, because they are now the face of your business.
Typical location. Dropping one star due to amount of seating. There are about 5 tables inside the restaurant, but they intermix with the line. Nothing like sitting down for lunch to enjoy the view of the people hovering over you in line to order. To help out, they have outside seating, but it's in the shade and faces Sunrise Blvd. Fall-winter, you're going to want a coat to sit here.. TL;DR, great place to get food to-go.
Came for dinner and tried the new chorizo. It had a tasty, mild spice to it. Everyone was friendly and made eye contact as they spoke to us which was refreshing! We ordered chorizo tacos, chicken burrito bowl, chips with guac, and chicken quesadilla kid meal. It was all fresh and filling. My daughter got a kick out of watching them grill and chop meat. I appreciated the free chips/guac which is a promo they're running when you sign up for their reward program. That process took about 3 minutes. Over all the place smells good when you walk in, the line goes fast, food is tasty, and restaurant very clean.

The flavors were perfectly balanced, and I couldn’t get enough of it. My husband ordered tacos, and he echoed my sentiments, saying they tasted fantastic as well. I was so impressed with the quality of the food that I’m already thinking about returning to order a bunch of meals for meal prepping in the future. This place definitely has a winning combination of flavors that I can see becoming a staple in our meal rotation. Highly recommend!

Food was good and fresh. The manager was amazing! Very welcoming and friendly. The only reason I took off two stars is because the other workers weren’t very enthusiastic and hospitable; which is two of Chipotle’s 13 characteristics as an employee.

I like Chipotle food but have discovered a huge flaw in their app and service that upset me so much that I'll never order from them again unless they fix it. I run a business in Rancho and buy my staff lunch every Friday. We used to order from Chipotle regularly until I got bit by their poor customer service practices. Each order was $80-$100. I used their app to place and pay for orders. Had no issues before the pandemic. Then I placed an order 11/2021 for 8 meals and paid for it on my CC via the app. You have to pay in advance using the app. When I arrived at the restaurant to pick up my order and due to supply chain issues, they were missing several key ingredients that really affected all 8 meals. Now I understand supply chain issues. I experience them in my business. But Chipotle never communicated any issues via their app or even after the order was placed. I didn't find out until I showed up to pick up my order. I didn't want any of the food at that point since it wasn't made the way I ordered it so I asked for a refund. Guess what? They don't issues refunds for app orders in their restaurants. I would have to email their customer service and request a refund. It was a huge pain in the backside and took a week+. Never again. Here's another fact...You can't call their restaurants in advance of ordering via their app to see if they're out of ingredients. When you call the msg specifically tells you that restaurant employees don't answer the phone.
I placed an online order thinking it would be a more streamlined experience. Myself, along with a group of other customers wound up waiting over 20 minutes. People around me were asking if there was a way to cancel. The food was acceptable and they did get the order right. But shouldn't that be a standard expectation? It is a little over priced for what you get as well.

Rude. The employees don't open the door for business. Their business hours are clearly marked on the door as 10:45. My catering order was supposed to be ready at 10:45 and the entire staff just looked at me through the glass and refused to open the door for 3 minutes. I understand if I were trying to come in past closing time, but that was not the case.
Never open on time. Employees have zero sense of urgency.
Never coming back to this Chipotle ever again. I did my usual thing of getting 2 soft tacos where I ask for a tad extra of rice and beans. The server didn't give me enough basic black beans and when I asked for a tad more; he became very rude and said that if I give you anymore then I'll have to charge you for a bowl. I have been to Chipotle all over California and usually go 1-2 times per week and NO one has ever told me this nonsense or been so rude. I usually like to tip; yet I left without leaving a tip.
I made an order on the website, came to the restaurant, there were no customers and all the employees were standing and talking, I asked where my order was? They told me to wait a little, and they continued talking among themselves... I asked about my order 3 times, in the end I waited more than 20 minutes. This place has disgusting service...
I’m loyal to this chipotle. I come here probably once a week, but for the past few months every time I’m here they are constantly out of EVERYTHING. I come during dinner time well before closing and they are constantly out of food and seem to be in no rush to replenish the line. It’s frustrating when it’s literally their job to replenish the line so I’m not sure what the issue is.
I asked for a half and half meat choice on my burrito bowl, by selecting chicken and beef steak. When I asked for half-and-half portion, the server gave me a “funny” look and then I said “if that’s OK.” She timidly dipped the spoon into the chicken and scooped LESS THAN HALF of a regular portion and did the same with the beef. As I walked up to the cashier the server said “chicken, no, make that beef steak.” I was charged an extra .50 cents over the chicken price. I asked Tanya the cashier why .50 cents extra and she smugly replied that I chose steak. I politely explained that it was a half portion and a small one at that. Tanya then replied; “that’s just how we do it here, if you order half and half, we charge for the more expensive meat.” I politely explained that the portion was VERY small and that it did not seem right. Tanya again dismissively said, “that’s just how it is here.” Nobody told me about the add charge when I ordered, as they normally do when buying guacamole. I now live on a fixed income as I’m disabled. Is the .50 cents going to financially hurt me deeply? Probably not. I felt a little punished for asking the server to mix up my order. I should have been advised. Tanya was a little smug, condescending and dismissive. I didn’t appreciate the treatment or the add charge for the tiny portion of both meats. Was my burrito bowl fresh and delicious? Yes, but the meat was very sparse and felt gouged. If I am out of line here please let me know. I have been a loyal customer to chipotle for over 10 years. When the media was beating you up, I continued eating at Chipotle and kept telling people that the food is excellent and that there are no problems. Can someone please email me and advise if I am in the wrong. There is a young lady by the name of Catherine, Who is extremely rude and unprofessional. It seems that at this location if you go anytime after 7 PM everybody has an attitude about being there. Which is surprising because the manager is overly nice and she always goes over and beyond. This staff member was unhappy about working. My food was toss at me. I was told Company policy to not give names. ( she forgot it's on my receipt) I value my money. I don't care where u work. Treat people with human kindness.
Seriously??? How are YOU ALWAYS out of salad dressing?? A blender is $20!! 3 strikes you're out!! Ps hire some adults cause the constant "I don't know" by all the kids working there is beyond frustrating It's seriously time to hire some adults in this location because the CHILDREN here obviously don't have what it takes to run a "fast food" type restaurant. I usually go here at lunch a few times a week and have a great experience. I took my family there last night (5/6/17) around 6p.m. so we could all take a break from cooking and enjoy some quality food. My daughter was ordering a burrito and trying to decide which kind of beans she wanted and the a larger African American employee with darkened acne scars (no name tag) asked her forcefully with an unnecessarily raised, frustrated tone five times in a row without pausing what kind of beans she would like ...Quite literally giving her no time to answer and bringing her to tears. My daughter did not understand why she was being treated like this and neither did I. She is only 9 years old and has never been so disrespected in her life. I certainly did not think Chipotle would be her first experience like this. I had to send my daughter over to my wife and finish the order myself ...I will not be bringing my business or my family here at this hour any longer and if I do see this woman during lunch time, My work crew whom I have informed of this experience and myself will simply take our business next door.
I came for lunch at 2 PM, but there was no rice, no beans, and some meat options were unavailable. When I asked how long it would take to restock, the staff couldn’t give me an answer and seemed uninterested in taking care of customers .
Ordered online and ask for extra rice and beans. Got less than a normal order. First time at this location because it’s near work, never going back to this location. North Natomas location is MUCHHHHHH BETTER! They almost give you to much food when asking for extra. Very disappointed with the Rancho Cordova location!!!
I’ve been going here for years and what started out as fairly good has just become terrible to the point I’ll never go back there again. Worst atmosphere and feel from employees and they always have an attitude or seem miserable and don’t want to fulfill online orders and will just stand there. I’ve only written a handfu of negative reviews of places but this places deserves it. Even being so close to me I’ll never go there again after years of terrible service that’s only gotten worse
This location is definitely on the lowest tier of chipotle standards! The brown rice is always undercooked. The employees are so scared to give a decent amount of protein and guacamole that you have to ask twice to get the ‘normal amount’ after being glared at by the employees. Feels like you’re stealing their personal food, crazy!
GO TO THE CHIPOTLE DOWN THE STREET. Got a BOGO coupon and went in. Got 2 burritos exactly the same. They were equally terrible. Pretty sure she was the manager too. I've been going to this Chipotle for years. This will be the last time I go to this location. The rice was so pourly proportioned, had to ask for a little more. The steak was so skimp, everything fell off the spoon into the chicken bin and she tried to move on before I asked for extra steak ($6 PER BURRITO BTW). She put enough hot sauce in them to drown a mule. I asked for heavy cheese and heavy sour cream....here's the punchline. First there was barely ANY sour cream and NO cheese. The steak that I paid $11 for WAS ALL FAT!!!!! I do mean ALL FAT!!! I'm 43 years old and have made less than 5 reviews in my life.... This place is absolute trash. GO TO THE ONE DOWN THE STREET.

I ordered a bowl and took it less than a 5 minute drive to my work. I started eating it and it was ICE cold to the very bottom, nothing was warm, not the rice, beans, nothing. I took time to drive back to the store on my lunch break and tried to be super understanding ...I've worked many food jobs in my life. The employees obviously didn't care at all, didn't even get a single apology or mention of food safety with rice meat and everything basically feeling frozen cold. I've been on / off with Chipotle but I just can't justify being treated like an issue when I'm not willing to eat something that has been so poorly cared for or prepared and then being treated like I'M the issue when I just calmly mentioned 'hey this is cold, I'd like a refund' no mention of, sorry do you want something else ...they just clearly didn't give a shit. I'll def NEVER eat at a Chipotle again, $15 for a cold bowl and to be treated like I was doing a disservice by purchasing food or asking that it be lukewarm, absolutely ridiculous.
Food was not fresh. Solid beans, queso was horrendous. I got a burrito nothing special not very big and was wrapped like you had your toddler wrap a gift, if you can imagine that.
