Pretty good takeout food for movie night, especially with no wait times inside the actual restaurant. Their app for ordering online is pretty broken a lot of the time though.

It was a very good experience for fast food place.

So they messed up on my order, but Lindsay the cashier immediately fixed for me with amazing customer service like that I will be back. FYI she should get a raise because of how she handled that situation

Nice, brand new Taco Bell. Although the renovations don't really seem necessary (they recently completely tore down the old Taco Bell and built this new one on the same spot), it is nice inside and they have a good, usual menu.

There is plenty of parking, inside it is clean, staff is very friendly. Service is quick, it is open late Friday to Sunday for those late night owls. There are other business near by.

American tacos couldn't be crunchier than this place with it's friendly senoritas and caballeros dish out for you. A bottomless plate is recommended as the stomach can fit as many as one can shove and stuff in it.

as far as taco Bell's go this was by far the cleanest well-organized and nicest one that I have been to in quite a long time definitely worth the five stars and if you're passing through give it a stop as far as taco Bell's go definitely worth it

Good fast and cheap!

This is the cleanest and freindliest taco bell in the area. Large waiting area and dining area inside and out. Also a covid aware staff with easy and safe ordering.

Good I was the last customer of the night and they were on the way to lock the door yet they still let me in to make an order and with a smile. Food was great.

I recommend this Taco Bell over the one on Hollister. Parking is good and place is clean. Has inside and patio eating. They are redoing the location currently.

We went in during the dinner hour and the dinning area was clean, we were quickly helped and our order was accurate and food was served hot.

The remodel and new layout work great. My kids love this place. Quesadillas with chicken, no sauce. Cinnamon twists, strawberry freeze. Boom.

This taco bell always does their best to accommodate you. They value your business and the strive to get your order correct. Sometimes they make mistakes, but they are always willing to correct it free of charge. I would recommend this to others bell as the best in the area.

They always get my order right and it's delicious! I love the fact that this location is open late as everything else in this town closes early lol plus it's affordable!

Quick and friendly service. Food was good and restaurant dining room clean and well maintained. No drive thru because it's in Santa Barbara, but great experience overall especially for the Friday after Thanksgiving. Thanks and nice job to the crew and management.

A nice place to start a day with a good breakfast and if you are especially lucky you'd meet 'Jacob' at the counter. He's a very nice and friendly professional. Because of Jacob, It gave me the impression, that the other staffs there are like him although I didn't get to interact with them. The foods there are nice and reasonably priced. I learnt that the place was recently remodeled and they did it pretty good although I have to agree with the one other reviewer that the parking space, especially the 'handicap spot', could be a bit hard to maneuver in and out. I'd definitely go back there.

it's pretty amazing how much taco bell innovates their menu. chicken chalupa? egg taco? they're not all perfect, but the enthusiasm is inspiring. might be the only fast food chain with am RnD budget. Good price, restaurant is clean

I just recently discovered the breakfast menu.. it's amazing. There's no real atmosphere in this Taco Bell. You generally use the kiosk. No real human interaction. They're always making the orders. General, at least the times I've been there. Which is totally fine. The food is done quickly.

Actually this TB location might be my favorite. They are consistently quick and the parking is really good. They are genuinely friendly and I can’t recall ever having a problem!

All the employees at this location are really friendly and helpful and try to do their best to make your meal the way you like it. This place is always so fantastic to get a quick bite. The drive-through is very fast. The service is amazing. The staff is always friendly, and this taco bell is fairly clean and offers consistent service / good quality. They do not have a drive through, but are open for in store orders during covid.

Normally I would just let you know what you get today when I went in I asked him if they had a few items that they canceled off their bed like an answer me though so you said yep what do you have a combination burrito he said yep do you have a Mexican pizza no but you're coming back soon so I started pushing when I said you have a tostada and unfortunately she said I don't know why the very clean, very nice employees and fast service too

As far as Taco Bell is concerned, this one is very nice. There is ample parking. The place is bright, spacious and clean. Serves normal Taco Bell food.

Surprisingly good. I can recall when their tacos weren't so great, 30 plus years ago. The chulupa was also good.

My son and I like to go here. The food is good and the seating is good. It is conveniently located at an intersection. The parking is ample but the lot is sometimes hard to maneuver around. The biggest drawback is the homeless people. They seem to set up shop and sprawl out in a whole section making it hard to feel comfortable. But the food and people that work there are nice and it DOES have a convenient location.

Taco Bell here is better than the one over on the Mesa. I do wish it had a drive thru. They need to go back to order numbers instead of names. I can't understand half the time, and It makes me feel bad. But I love Taco Bell, and prefer this location to the others in SB/Goleta.

Taco Bell is a national/international fast food restaurant with several locations in the Goleta/Santa Barbara area. It’s a Mexican fast food chain with modestly priced food items. It is not for those looking for high quality gourmet Mexican food but if you want a fast hot, inexpensive, adequate meal served in a hurry this is the place for you. The tacos and burritos are inexpensive and are not too bad. Although not known for serving healthy food they have slowly been adding healthy menu choices over the years and it is now possible to eat healthier there. Great place to stop for a fast inexpensive meal.

Always me and my boyfriends go to when we come into town. Always clean, great seating choices. Staff is friendly. Fast service. Right off the freeway too so it's convenient.

Never a bad experience and always what I came in for: Really good fast food. Taco Bell cannot be beat for the flavor and I highly recommend this particular Taco Bell (Fairview & Calle Real in Goleta). In fact I'm heading over there right now.

Gets 4 stars because the staff was very kind and the service was efficient. Given Covid circumstances they are doing a fine job. Sad to see that Taco Bell no longer offers a green sauce option for their burrito.

There are 4 Taco Bell restaurants in my area. Of these restaurants I think the Taco Bell on N. Fairview Ave, Goleta, CA is the best location. The restaurant is clean, employees provide great customer service and they don't skimp on the food!! Great food ata good price!!

Taco Bell is a perfect standby. Their consistency is top notch and they always provide a good experience.

No drive-through. They cater mostly to the delivery companies. I suggest ordering ahead as the wait can be long and there isn't a decent place to wait. No inside space to eat, but there are some tables outside. The food is just okay and the service is not that great.

Products are getting more bland and more expensive. Even a bean burrito taste bland. First time in a couple of years won't be back

This location has great chalupas. However, I would avoid their crunch wrap because it is not worth $4+ for the amount of meat that comes with it. My most recent visit two days ago I tried to compensate for the crunch wraps’ lack of meat by paying $0.80extra for extra beef in what would become a $5+ crunch wrap. The picture is after purchasing extra beef:/ I highly recommend buying almost anything here except the crunch wrap.

The food's okay, but they're not generous with the toppings, and yet they're raising the price. Also, they get upset when you ask for more hot sauce, and they act like it's coming from their own paycheck. They expect you to use one hot sauce package per taco.

Friendly employees and seems to be clean in the inside. But after my family and I ordered burrito supremes and tacos we all got sick that night and all the next day.

Too busy to take anyone's order. Everyone was told to use the kiosks, which caused a problem if you were paying cash.

18 minutes to get 2 tacos is just way too long to wait. No matter what time of the day it just seems to take forever to get your order.

I haven't been to this fast food place in about 10 years. I gotta say the portions are much smaller and cost more money. They have a bigger menu. But case in point, the Nachos Belgrande used to be quite large, now its about the same size as the lesser Nachos. So if you are particularly hungry, you'll have to order more food. Then your meal is about the same price you would have paid at a regular place. Really it tasted good, but I'll be avoiding it in the future.

I just left this place service is horrible the person taking my order look like a new trainee and was having a hard time with the register so he called some lady named irma I'm assuming it was a manager she totally ignored him and would not come and help him out made eye contact with me and him and just ignored us very bad customer service once again her name was irma

Gave my wife the wrong order. She asked for a potato burrito being a vegetarian and they gave her a beef burrito instead. She found out after her first bite.

OK, they get really crowded during the lunch rush, lost one star from original review due to poor service as of late: messed up orders, missing items, even forgot about my order entirely once and I had to remind them to make it. Brought it down to 1star it used to be worth your money but no longer

Ordered 6 taco and 2 burrito and I only got 3 taco and 2 burrito which neither of them looks like made when I ordered. Looks like made 3 hours ago and just reheat. Prefer the hollister taco bell. Those staffs just like noob.😩

If you're a vegetarian or on a plant-based diet, a word of caution: i definitely wont eat there again, or At any taco bell chain for that matter. The reason: "microbiomes" are different contextually because of differing food lifestyles.

I ordered a cheesy bean and rice burrito with potato’s added to, so they don’t give me any beans just rice and 3 itty bitty pieces of potatoes. It’s not the first time they have done me dirty, but it’s the last. The worst Taco Bell in the county.

OmG, I ordered 2 regular Tacos and a Mexican Pizza. Tacos were okay but the Mexican Pizza was extremely disgusting. I went up to the counter and asked for another. Customer service was okay. They gave me another one just as bad. It is as if the 2 flower tortillas were expired. Took that back as well and just ended up asking for another taco.

I've been here on multiple occasions, but everytime I order a bagful of items, I'm always missing something! This last visit, I ordered 2 quesalupas, 2 5 layer burritos, and a cruchwrap. I usually check my order to verify, but I was in a rush, so by the time I got home, I realized they didn't give me the crunchwrap I paid for.

Disgusting. What happened? Got food about 4 months ago from this location and it was fine. I know to expect that the "meat" is augmented with non-beef "filler," but a semi-beefy flavor still would come through. This time, this was a decidedly "non-beef," food-like product, and the bean mixture was also gross tasting. Whatever "beef" and/or bean product that was in the taco supreme, burrito supreme, and Mexican pizza had a very odd and sweet, aftertaste, like corn syrup. Utter slop. What a rip off.
