Wow! What a fabulous meal in Barbara’s we had. Excellent service. A fantastic welcome from Martin, as always. Steak was perfectly cooked and all accompaniments were very tasty. The waiter knew a lot about the wines too and made useful recommendations. A thoroughly enjoyable meal. We will be back very soon. Thank you all for a wonderful meal and dinner experience.

A lovely place to eat- we had the Caesar salad, steak and chicken with peppercorn sauce, and it was all delicious. Also can highly recommend the king prawn starter, so good! Sergio and the other staff are lovely and welcoming, will definitely eat here again during our stay.

Absolutely brilliant, you will not be disappointed. The staff have obviosly been well trained and are a credit to the hotel. The food is reasonably priced. The perfectly cooked Argentinian steak melts in your mouth and can be washed down with a wonderful selection of local wines. If in doubt ask Martin who is manager and sommelier. He also looks after the pool side bar as well.

I have just eaten the best fish and chips I have ever had and on Tuesday I had the salmon fillet on a bed of the most delicious mash potato and roasted veg. I thoroughly recommend this restaurant and can't wait to come back.

Chateaubrieand special. We tried this on a previous visit and have to say was less impressed on this occassion. The steak was delicious and well cooked but there was a long wait following the starters. The restaurant was busy but staff whilst friendly appeared disorganised, we were served by so many different waiting staff. This offer is excellent value for money but the lack of ambience in the restaurant (very bright lighting and extrodinarily hot considering it was late October) deters me from wishing to return on our next visit to the G.d.Sur

Sadly the restaurant didn't make a good job and destroyed my good experience of the hotel kind of. After a friendly greeting from the lady at the start I was able to make an order quiet fast. I even got my extra lemon for the water within seconds. The pimientos dos patron were very good, though the pizza had way too much cheese on it. Very sad. The older waiter was coming after a while and asked if it is okay, while I was honest. He stayed calm and friendly and thought similar. I asked for the bill at the younger waiter and waited more than 30 minutes with him going by again and again without saying something. Also my table with all the cheese of the pizza was still on my table for the whole time. It must have looked awful for other customers. When I asked the older waiter again the bill came within 5 minutes. Sadly the pizza and the long time to pay made the experience not so well. Pimientos pardon 5/5 stars Pizza 3/5 (still ok if you scrab of the cheese) Service 2, because of the other two good ones in total 3 The price was very good.

Tapas promo is an awful “sausages with potatos”. Food is below average. I would avoid this place.

Enjoy the in depth review: We ordered a caesar salad, salmon, a portion of chicken breast and chicken nuggets with fries for the kids. Sadly, the service and the food did not meet our expectations at all. We were greeted with annoyed/stressed/unfriendly staff and some of their attitudes (not all staff) were dominative and dismissive like it was just-an-another-day-of-feeding-the-tourists “🙄”. However, the attitude towards the kids was nice, they enjoyed the experience more than we adults did. I asked for an another packet of sugar, and it was sadly not delivered, I thought they must have just forgotten and still enjoyed my cup of sour coffee. The latte cups are of great size here, and they come nicely hot too. We tried to order two glasses of Riesling wine, but we got two glasses of some low quality sour water by default, the waitress just said “white wine ok!” and brought us it, very meh, could’ve at least told us that you had none instead of just running off. Let’s just say that the pricing of all this food was a waste of money, and I would not recommend this to anyone. I don’t really know if it’s worth mentioning that we had to ask for the bill two times before we got it to two different staff members, they really seemed to be forgetting things. The food in this restaurant was not good, I mean honestly, why would you burn the crust of a salmon on purpose and overdo it whilst doing so? The mashed potatoes that came with it tasted like one of those packets that you mix with water (milk would be too good in this case) and pray it tastes the same like real mashed potatoes, and on top of it it was like liquid, flowy and lacked the flavour I’d expect to be there. Like a slop. The caesar salad tasted no better than chewing on rocks (the bacon) and the sand from the Saharan dessert (The chicken). I’ve eaten better caesar salad dressing from Lidl for 4€ than here at this restaurant, I wouldn’t ever dare to compare because they’ve probably exceeded a lot better at it 🤦‍♀️. Other than that, the salad itself was alright, very bitter, but alright, I didn’t even eat half of it though - the flavours of it altogether did not mix well, it was again very MEH and my appetite just vanished from the moment I looked at it. The chicken breast with the pepper sauce tasted exactly like it suggests…pepper. Just pepper. Imagine a bland chicken coated in pepper, with a side of ok potatoes and a meh ordinary salad - that’s what you’re going to be looking at if you order it. Nothing better. All and all this is a restaurant you eat at once and never come back, the atmosphere and the pricing are too pretty and expensive for the food and service it offers. We were also having a good laugh about the decorative wine glasses and dishes on the table when we sat down and they ended up taking them back and replacing with different wine glasses with our wine? somewhat dysfunctional for them to wash 6 wine glasses and 10 clean dishes instead of 2 and 5 (if they wash the decor) 😅🤦‍♀️. If you’re looking at this place as a lunch/dinner option, just hop off this review and go look at the restaurant by the golf course that’s nearby (5 minute walk), they’ll serve you a meal worth your money, and an attitude & experience worth experiencing on your wonderful travel journey. Garlic prawns without garlic

La cuisine n est pas bonne et industrielle. Les tarifs sont beaucoup trop élevés par rapport a la qualité, donc je n y reviendrai pas. Par contre le service est professionnel et la salle est grande et agreable, il y a de la place entre les tables.

Salmon under cooked and staff were unwilling to accept this. It was very disappointing and a second disappointment after a poor experience in 14 January
