Clean. Food was fresh and hot. Service was friendly. Much better than that dump in Middletown. Ill NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. This one was AWESOME.

Its fast food with the speed to match. Solid service and never a let down. Good every time.

Fast, great service and well cooked food. A stand out among burger kings and a welcome sight after a long day at Legoland.

The specific bk I went to had the nicest employee when I was checking out and I couldn't buy a whole kids meal and he snuck a toy in my son's chicken nuggets so sweet much appreciated

I tell you I love going to Burger King I especially love that they offer mozzarella sticks and onion rings my two absolute favorite items from the Burger King. The last time my husband and I went there we were greeted nicely by the staff. We placed our order and paid for it and received it in good time we were satisfied that we got the correct order and went home and ate it

Went for a late hour lunch, 15h00, with the family. The spot was empty and maybe because of that the space was a little bit cold. The front desk was great.

Google app must be broken. It will not let me give this fine establishment 7 stars. Wierd. If we made our first right hand turn we would have went to McDonald's. Must be fate. My guess if I asked for no cheese or mayo there I would have gotten extra cheese and mayo. This is the best Burger King on this planet. God bless America!

I'm giving this place 5* based off of the food consistency and freshness. I haven't dealt with anything old or "microwaved" from this BK. Even if the food doesn't come out piping hot, it's not some garbage they threw together like most places. If I'm passing by, I try to stop here as this is one of very few, that has the same quality when ordering food. The staff is nice and respectful. I haven't had any issues eating here or ordering here. I would definitely come again.

I’ve been to many BK, but this one is so far the best! Everything is super clean, even the parking lot. Food is fresh and the staff is very nice. Wish I could say the same thing about the one in Chester which is much closer to me!

Went here with my family as a party of 3 on June 10th 2023 for a late lunch around 2-3. We were heading to a Goshen hotel for a wedding, so we were in the area. We had to decide what to order, after looking at the menu, we decided. I ordered the Impossible Burger, which is burger king's new plant based burger, with fries and a soda. My mom ordered the original chicken sandwich, and my dad ordered a whopper jr, and a BBQ whopper. We had take out. Cashier was very nice. Price wasn't bad either. We ate inside for this trip, and the dining room was clean. i like their soda machine where one can choose their own soda, but the touchscreen was a little non responsive... Food was good, we enjoyed their fries, as they taste less salty than mcdonalds, and i enjoyed their impossible burger! May stop again if we are ever in the area!

I had visited Burger King later last week and I was greeted with so much enthusiasm and it was very refreshing to hear someone excited to take my order and be very polite with helping me with my order. It’s not every time you go to a fast food restaurant and hear a cheery voice! Josh one of the managers there was the one that helped me, so kind! And greeted us with a huge smile.

This BK is always on point. Their fries are salted and crispy. The workers are friendly as well. It’s clean inside and the bathrooms are clean. Best BK I’ve had.

The place is always so nice and pleasant. The food is always hot and fresh and I always have a great time when I’m coming here.

Stopped in a week or so ago and waited in a 20 min drive thru line at like 3pm. Looked like 2 people working. Usually not like that.

The food was fast and the workers were very busy and yet pleasant.

Food was good but the online mobile app is still not perfected. Food was.not started and the other person's order did not go through even though the app said it did. Took more time to figure out then order in person. Otherwise food was good

Went to try the impossible burger...it's pretty good, I would definitely have it again. It's not like the commercials where you can't tell it's not beef, but at the same time it's not that artificial taste from other veggie burger

Suited right off highway, close to Orange county heritage trail for walk, jog and bicycling.. This burger king has a big parking lot, very narrow drive through, great burger in beef, chicken and fish. Best French fries in the fast food industries.

The food was very good, fresh hot. I am visiting Burger King more than McDonald's because I get my food faster, Burger King does not have sit-down service which wastes a lot of time it seems.

This is a clean restaurant. I went inside and was pleasantly surprised that it was orderly and the staff was super nice. The ambiance helped me enjoy the food. The food was hot and good.

The restaurant was clean and efficient... we didn't have to wait too long for service and the order was on time and accurate. The people were friendly despite the rush and the extreme heat (50 degrees Celcius). The sandwiches were mostly tasty and fresh for the exception of my wife's sandwich (the regular chicken sandwich) which was cold and not fresh. Hope this review helps

The burgers are much better than McDonalds in my opinion. The fries weren't so good, but the service was fast. I ordered take out. The restaurant looked very nice, but this is e October and it was freezing inside. The people sitting down were wrapped up in their coats.

About what you'd expect from Burger King in Germany, and then some. Spacious venue. Location does not accept Discover credit cards and kiosk machines do not print out on receipt your order number so if you don't memory number, be prepared to show receipt and have staff take it away from you and never give back. Restrooms are located upstairs, so keep that in mind. If a guest does not clean up after themselves, it may take staff awhile to realize to clean up after them. Prepare for 15 to 20 min wait time. Generally on par of what you'd expect from Burger King in Germany. Food prepared perfectly and consistently. No refills on soda.

They're getting sloppy with the way they serve the food. Im getting lots of old fries, a few times got the very end of hash browns with LOTS of fries in there.

RIP off with the up sizing! They charge you for each up size and if a special meal it goes back to regular price! Our $14 meal was $22 so disappointed this is why we don't eat at BK and go to our local Diner instead!!!

When traveling, Burger King is the way to go. If eating in car, it is convenient. Food is ok.

I can honestly say I usually dont have any problems here usually but I guess it's the people who are there. One woman who works in the cooking area was just mean and glaring at anyone possible. And even rude to 2 children just asking where children could sit. But like I said usually I have a great experience.

Overall, the restaurant was clean, the food was pretty much as expected. The issue was there was a younger gentleman that was running around doing both drive thru and front counter, he was great, but what seemed to be a newer hire was being trained. Our sandwiches were done quick, but to get our fries and Motz sticks took so long others were served before us and the sandwiches were warm as opposed to hot because of our wait. It seems like it was an unexpected rush while the trainer went to take care of the dining room. Not sure, but there was other orders with fries that were sent out early.

Slowest BK I've ever been to. They're on Mayberry time. Yokel Central, stay away from this restaurant.

Just picked up my order. I ordered a large chicken sandwich meal with onion rings and a coffee. I got a medium coffee and don’t know if I got fries or onion rings because it’s a little bit of both! Ridiculous! I don’t have time to go back and change my order but it’s frustrating to pay for something you didn’t ask for. Seems like they changed management. The previous manager was fantastic! Too bad! Won’t buy here anymore

Burger King is simply not my taste, if I'm in search of fast food I would normally go to taco Bell but I do have to say that burger King is fairly resonably priced, I thoroughly enjoy their mozzeralla sticks, even though that's not what I would go to burger King for.

Terribly understaffed. Only two people working there, and one was out of sight most of the time. Drive-thru and app orders heavily prioritized over customers placing orders at the counter. I waited for a few minutes, was looked at but ignored. A guy came in for an app order and was served immediately. Considered walking out. The person was nice when she finally helped, but she needed help putting my order in the register. As someone who has actually worked at a BK, I don't understand how the standard for service has dropped this low. The staff is treating the job just like the company is treating them. The final nail in the coffin was the soda machine. It's the only place I can find Surge. That was out, as well as almost a dozen other flavors including Coca-Cola. How do you let your restaurant run out of Coca-Cola? I don't think I've ever seen a place so neglected.

It's honestly a shame to see so much wasted potential. The place looks abandoned, dirty and poorly maintained. The staff always seem understaffed and in a bad mood. This could be an amazing place but it's all so sloppy. Only go to this restaurant if you have no other options and are REALLY hungry.

So relived to see the BK sign through the dark and wet night. The place is huge but at this time of night, just a few stragglers scattered here and there. Most probably escaping the cold rain I figured. The ordering was quick and I waited in eager anticipation for my crispy chicken and fries with the soft drink. It'd been a long day and I was weary of travel. The food arrived very quickly and I found a seat in the warmth. The fries looked fresh but was tepid to the touch and tasteless indeed. The crispy chicken burger looked deflated and the only crispiness was the edges, stale from having been sitting under the lamp a tad too long. The fizzy drink was fizzy, watered down and tasteless. You couldn't blame the staff, they looked beaten within and what use was it complaining. If they didn't take pride in their work, the outcome was littered in my tray. Fasting teaches you to be more tolerant and so I was. I placed my tray away, just because I tell my kids to do that as it's good manners. My gut feeling was to just leave it there on the table as an exhibition of discontent, but manners maketh man. Oh BK, how you have you forsaken thee!

Nice sized hair right on my sandwich. Anyone working around food should wear a hairnet. This place is a repeat offender of hair in my food. I just have to give up on this BK because I’m always left disappointed by the lack of care they put into their food

Nice place.... Edit. Do not visit this store. My favorite employee who had worked there faithfully for over 25 years was fired for not accepting a transfer. This is horrible to to do a person. There is no loyalty anymore. Businesses feel as if they can do whatever they want. People are what make the business successful not the owners. I only know this employees first name and we have only had brief interactions at the restaurant. We are not friends. It just disgusts me to see good people treated this way. Please drive a little further in either direction up the highway and chose another restaurant. There are fine choices within 5 miles.

Food is definitely not worth the price! Large order of fries was actually a small size even though I requested large...we bought the double burger griller with bacon and grilled onions...onions were raw!

I ordered the 2 for 6 dollars. One was a Whopper, the other was the BK fish. I am starting to itch :( The fish was salty and not fresh. The Whopper was slopped together. I was very disappointed :(

The drive thru is so slow. It is ridiculous. If you order on the right they take two cars before they get to you. The worst.

Asked for off fryer chicken nuggets and it took them 30 seconds to give them to me when it takes almost 3 minutes too cook given the fact that I work at burger king I would know, on top of the nuggets not being off fryer they tasted disgusting, and they had only had 37 orders for the lunch shift so far (my order was at 3:50pm) so those nuggets were probably sitting there and he just threw them in the fryer to reheat them.

We've traveled thousands of miles this summer and had wonderful service & meals at almost all of the restaurants. Sadly, the worst is in our own community. The staff here is not pleasant nor professional. Our order is never accurate and there is always a wait. In addition, they are extremely expensive compared to other fast food restaurants.

Pregnant wife wanted a quick late night meal on Saturday midnight, signs say 1am open till, they closed before 12:20! Wife not happy!! Also, they never seem to get the order right, avoid this Burger King if you can!

My family stopped in late this morning around 11, there was a couple of people in the dining area, no one on line at either the counter or drive thru. We were at the counter for a few minutes and there was one girl who peeked at us from behind some equipment she didn't even acknowledge us she just went back to work, and eventually got some other girl from the back who had her face in her phone and didn't look at us she just pointed to the kiosk and said and put your order in there and walked away. We just turned around, walked out and went elsewhere.

They messed up an order, and refused to remake it, we were eating inside so it’s not like we were tryin to pull one over in them, made else buy another meal. Management was rude, tables were very sticky and they would wipe them off for else.

Came by tonight 10/16/2020 and ordered 2 value fries, 8 piece nuggets and a frozen coke Witch one out of the four items were free due to the treat book that they have. The fries were good and the frozen coke, but the nuggets were a big disappointment, were cold and old. Have been sitting there for awhile, not appetizing whatsoever. I called the store and spoke to manager Bernices and I let her know the situation and she said "thank you for letting me know" but didn't offer replacement nor a refund for the inconvenience and nor did she apologize. Highly upset about this and not only that employee Rick wasn't wearing his mask correctly witch is a big no no because of this whole Covid-19 thing and could be a big fine to their company. Managers need to coach employees in a better manner. Wouldn't go back to this location.

Dont even deserve one star. On multiple occasions were unable to get an order correct. Have made several attempts to reassure this review is warranted. 6th time tonight was the very last. No cheese on burgers when we specifically asked. We called and manager was rude. "Your order #? ". Sorry ma'am, no receipt in the bag, managers responded " then you didnt pay for cheese". Sure hope the rumor is correct McDonalds coming to Goshen.

ordered on the app a couple weeks ago at 11:45pm which there drive thru is open at that time there was someone inside but they shut down the entire drive thru and would not come to the window after sitting there for an hour. wasn’t able to get my money back. i’ve ordered on the app many times before and no issues with app or food but this time and not being able to get what i spent back was Unbelievable and unacceptable

Save yourself a trip. I waited at the drive through for 5 minutes before anyone took my order and no one was ahead of me. I ordered a total of 6 wraps and came home with 3. The pickle fries were terrible and didn't come with any ranch to dip when the picture is advertised with ranch. The food was Luke warm. I know its a burger King but come on now at least act like you care. I tried calling and the phone rang and rang and rang. What a shame to have in the lovely town of goshen. Won't be returning or telling anyone to visit this location.

This location needs better management. Tried using rewards and was told it was too late. I’m all for diversity and speak Both English and Spanish. Not knowing that I did they proceeded to speak about me in Spanish complaining about having to use the BK app, I responded in Spanish and told them I understood everything they said and they said next time I should have communicated in Spanish. Stay away! First if all the man who took our order at the drive thru window was rude, talked too fast and was just downright obnoxious. And he got the order wrong Secondly, the BB burger was disgusting. 1:20 in the afternoon and it was a left over. Slopped together, BB sauce was barely there. Just all sub par. Best to go to Wendy’s or McDonald’s im Chester. $19 for a single BB burger. 1 whopper, small fries and small soda. Insult upon insult

I was there last Wednesday and I went through drive through and waited for 10 min. I assumed something was wrong with the speaker so I parked and went inside instead. I put my order in through the touch screen and it took 30 additional minutes to get food. I could have sat down and ate at a restaurant in the time it took to get my "fast food" order. Completely unacceptable. I wish I was exaggerating but it took 40 whole min of me being there. Insane!

Delivery was delayed, and when the food finally arrived, it was far below standard. The fries tasted like leftovers, and several items from the order were missing, including cola, sauces for all the sides, and one other item entirely. After waiting so long, it’s frustrating and unfair to not receive what I paid for. A complete waste of time and money.

Atmosphere: 0 stars. People here throw their garbage around, as if it was a garbage dump. Half the lights weren't even on in this restaurant. The staff can't clean up fast enough, cause people are trash and don't understand how to put away their trays and trash. The food was okay and hot, but they can't serve everything that you order at the machines. If they don't have chocolate sauce or can't make you a milkshake, then you'll only find out once you wait at the counter. Also, the fries were barely salted. The building itself is very cool, but the garbage and dirt everywhere and the mismanagement of food and what you can order gives the store 1 star in my opinion .

Probably the worst Burger King I have been at. They are slow, constantly preparing wrong orders, not following hygiene rules (eg the cashier goes with returned food back to kitchen)...etc. it's fun to watch how bad and chaotic they work though

Bad, bad, bad. Incompetent staff, long wait, cold fries, ordered Emmentaler King burgers, instead we got a different cheese. When I complained, I was told “it’s the same thing” and the Emmentaller was anyway discontinued since one week. Unbelievable.

lack of staff and very un-helpful. a friend of mine waited for his order more than 30 mins and then they say that his order was out of stock. he changed his order and waited another 30 mins or more.... many orders were out of stock when the cashier machine took orders. if there was notice/information of out of stock, people would not order and not wait for very long long time... place is mess and does not clean the table, take out garbage and just a mess with no absolute air-conditioning for summer day. I will never go back here

First wait 10 min to be served with only one customer in front of you, then wait 15 min for the food. Workers are all foreign with minimum german knowledge and very reserved and cold. Cold is not inside this restaurant because in the heart of summer, no air conditioning. Everybody was sweating like they ran a marathon. One of the worst Burger Kings I’ve ever been. Too bad, BK is way better with the food than McD but not like this…
