Decent customer service but it took at least 10 minutes to make three drinks a cheeseburger and two orders of fries.

Best time to eat at Whataburger is early in the morning for breakfast or really late at night for breakfast! If you just want a place to get a hamburger ,French fries, coke.Its a good place to eat.

The food is great. The lady that waited on me was very friendly and she smiled. I thanked her for it!

I had a bad experience last winter at this Whatabuger. I decided to try again since it was my favorite Hamburger stop. Pleasantly suprised by the efficiency, the cleanliness, and the friendliness of this staff. They have been Exonerated. Great Job.

Place was clean, associates were masked,however entrance was NOT based on customer having a mask pulled up over his or her nose.. Decent food, good service, we ate in. I would stop back for a quick meal if I was hungry and in the area.simple meal, burger and fries, associates cleaned and disinfected area as soon as we finished and got up to leave.

The food is great fresh ect. The only complaints I see are from my perspective is the unruly customers trying their hardest to be rude and disrespectful it pains me when hard working employees get berated and disrespected you may find the hours of 9pm-2am to be the worst especially on weekends its just bad placement if you ask me a VFW that essentialy caters to the lowest brow citizens and literal teenagers by filling them with booze yes that's right alcohol fueled citizens/youth on the street and in public areas such as Whataburger acting as though they can and most do whatever they please without repercussions its horrible to see first hand. So the restaurant its self is great the employee's are friendly and work hard and the food is great. Beware of weekends.

We were so impressed with this Whataburger! Very friendly, sweet, helpful server - she definitely went "above & beyond" to make our stop there exceptional! Used the drive thru, and our dogs made sure they were seen. Young lady at the drive-thru window added snacks for the dogs, which prompted my dogs to ask me to write this review. Five stars for the friendly gesture, and yes, our Whataburgers were great as well :-)

Visiting town for the first time, we knew we had to try this Southern favorite we’d heard so much about and wow, it did not disappoint! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service? Simply outstanding! The two team members who helped us were beyond amazing. so kind and full of Southern hospitality. When we mentioned it was our first visit, they not only guided us through the menu but also surprised us with a thoughtful welcome gift, including stickers, coupons, and the sweetest well wishes. The sweet young cashier Aaron and her lovely coworker. It’s rare to find this level of kindness and genuine care, and it made our experience unforgettable. First of all, let me just say that I am from California, and was sure that their burger was going to be just as average as the rest. I was wrong! I went into the location unsure of what to get and the manager suggested this Monterey melt (cheeseburger), after verifying that I liked spicy food. She then paid for my meal and gave me a backpack with a keychain and cup. Ok, I almost cried! What a sweetheart!!! This sandwich is not one that I would have ordered on my own, but glad I took the advice because wow! it was amazing! I have not tasted a burger like it. Today, I received great customer service, food and hospitality. Thank you!!!!

You can always count on Whataburger for a good burger or grilled chicken sandwich. The employees have always been nice and the service is good. Definitely a good place for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

This Whataburger has gotten so much better lately, definitely cleaner... The burger was fresh and the fries were fresh... Service was spectacular, definitely a turn around!!

Total ended up $13.16 and while I had time sitting in the drive through, I looked up history of that year...not much really happened, some people were born and some died. Toast was a bit squished. Also needs more vegan options.

My first time at a whataburger. It was similar to burgerking but less of the flambroil taste. So the griddled burger King of the south. Soooo much mustard. They marked all of our burgers with extra mustard.

Food is great we always love to come when we visit town. Will give it a 5 if they make sure we get spicy ketchup and make sure they get my order right. 😉

Great food but COLOSSALLY slow service. It's even worse through the Whataburger app in my opinion as well. Love the product but only go here if you've got time to spare.

Let me sit in the pouring rain at the intercom, knowing with it raining I was getting soaked with my window down. Didn't put Ketchup or napkins in my bag like I asked.

Staff were nice but had to wait for a long time on food and then our order was wrong. Gave 3 stars because the girl apologized and git our food corrected but then it still took a long time.

Service was amazing top notch ,the only issue is the cleanliness of the restaurant like the pictures on the wall had fly poop all over them and windows had greasy hand prints .I know I sound like a Karen , I probably am a little OCD .Aside from that food was good not Amazing my chicken sandwich usually has drippy sauce and it's so good this time it was drier same with my husband's burger he ordered , which really it's probably not supposed to be all messy and drippy but i like messy drippy lol .They probably actually made the food the right way for once .But the server was extremely nice and they brought us our food out as well.And other interactions I saw with other patrons ,the servers were super nice and had a smile and great attitude, I loved seeing that .So all in all they are doing a wonderful job just a little cleaning in the lobby ,I know how busy it gets behind the counter so I would say put an extra employee on the schedule just so you know you have someone to take care of the lobby and bathrooms .

Its needs more more help on weekends. here in Graham TX at night time on weekends. Too many people come in and u have a 3 man crew. People get very upset because of this. The food is great. The service is great. The restaurant is very clean. ( You just need extra people 5 at least 2 register,1 window, 2 cooks ( always ) ...... The food I'd great it just takes way to long to get. First impression was trash bags sitting by the entrance. The lobby was empty at 9 pm on sat. night. Ordered #1 with cheese, paid with a 100.00 bill. The cashier went to the back, came back with a set of keys, she got my change and left the store keys on the counter. Good thing I'm honest, I ask for the mgr., gave her the keys and explained what happened. The next two guest in the door were mistakes from drive thru. And they didn't put cheese on my #1... 0 for 3 whataburger. ..

Incredibly slow, we waited over 20 mins in drive thru. I ordered a double WBJr & got a single we were at the park by then & from out of town. Might have to try the new competition next time.

The staff was absolutely the most unprofessional Ive witnessed. Lots of arguing between staff on work duties. Employees using foul language and smoking just outside the entrance door. Thankfully the food was decent

Breakfast platter sucked even McDonald's does better but same size portion. Staff was good and polite. Eggs were watered-down and sausage dry, pancakes were ok.

Burger was alright, all I could really taste was bread. Fries were cold, and dr pepper was nasty, had to exchange for coke. Service was great, and was understanding about exchange the drink.

Disappointed.. 1. How does Whataburger run out of onion rings? 2. Who has eaten a whataburger and not needed a damn napkin.. our bag had 0 napkins in it. The fries were cold, and our chicken sandwich was a mess. Please take pride in your work no matter what it is and do a good job.

overall this Whataburger look really nice since they remodelled. They wrecked my order my Burger had tomatoes when I specifically asked to have them removed they didn't bring a milk shake and forgot onion rings. Hamburger patties are extremely thin. Onion rings were just a greasy mess. French fries were good. They corrected our order however is wasn't corrected until were almost completely finished all of our burgers and then we received are onion rings and milkshake.

I saw the man behind the counter drop french fries and still he put them in the bag, and it took 30 minutes just to make a salad.(there was few customers in the store)🙄but the food was good 👍🏾

I am so disappointed. I arrived into town about 9pm on a Sunday to attend a funeral Monday morning. I hadn't stopped to eat and everything is closed but fast food. I had earned my first app reward and placed my order. The drive thru took forever. The vehicle in front of me took 10-15 minutes to get their order. When it was my turn, the cashier took orders for 4 minutes before waiting on me. She couldn't figure out how to redeem my reward and then it took five additional minutes after dealing with my app purchase to get my food. The food wasn't any better than the service. The fries were cold and old. My burger was messy and thrown together. Graham Whataburger needs to do better.

Loud rap music from the kitchen greeted us as we walked in the doors of this small town establishment. When we stepped to the counter to order (we were not greeted), the girl behind the register acted like she had no idea what she was doing. (We hope to assume that it was her first day on the job). We finished placing our order for 4 (in which she had to stop us multiple times to ask for help with the register), and stepped aside to wait for our drink cups. When none were given, I asked for them. The girl who had taken our order, looked puzzled, handed me 1 cup, and then acted like she couldnt give us any more cups. She went to ask for help in the back. Another woman came forward looking puzzled, asked if we had ordered food as well, and then went back toward the kitchen- still without handing us the 3 cups we were waiting for. 5-10 minutes later, the original girl came back with milkshakes in hand (which we had ordered) but still no drink cups. I asked for drink cups again, to which she promptly went behind the counter, and pulled 3 cups and handed them to us. Our to-go food was delivered after about 15 minutes, and we went to the car. Upon passing out food in the car, found that the chicken sandwich I had ordered without mayo was completely void of any veggies or dressing. I went back in with the sandwich in hand and was met with a different person behind the register. As I explained that my sandwich was incorrect, he either couldn't understand that I wanted a chicken sandwich with no mayo, or he couldn't hear me over the loud music still coming from the kitchen. He eventually understood, and brought me a new sandwich a few minutes later. On a good note, once we finally received our correct, complete order...our food was tasty. However, we will not be returning.

Service was terrible they know ept running out of fries and only cooked one basket at a time. After the wait for fries to cook my burger was cold and bread soggy.

Manager does not allow open carry, and furthermore lied to us saying "they" didn't allow it, when we are well aware of Whataburger corporate policies, which state it is up to each GM as to what they allow. Own your policies, or at least put up signage, instead of embarrassing patrons in front of your other customers. Or better yet, allow law abiding citizens their right to defend themselves.

I will never come to this exact restaurant ever again. The lady tht works the register is a total B!!! I had my son with me and it urked me to sit and listen to her yell at everyone in the back. She threw the number on the counter and had an attitude about everything I said when giving an order. Btw the Lady was an older lady her nickname was after fruit.

Absolutely one of the worst Whataburgers in Texas that I've been too. 38 min to complete a 3 hamburger order. They have been out of an item the last 2 times I've been in there. Last time it was fries this time it was mayonnaise and ice!

I get that arriving a little before 11 can cause delays, but 20+ minutes in the drive thru with 4 cars in front of me was excessive. Add to that the cold fries and sloppily made burger, it made for an experience we won't forget and won't repeat. And, how does a TX staple like Whataburger run out of Dr Pepper?!?! 1/5 will eat gas station burritos next time

Worst whataburger ever!!! They took so long to get my order I asked for ketchup and they gave me ketchup in the gravy cup and said that my meal does not come with ketchup. The employees are always out of it. By far the worst whataburger I have ever been to. Save your money people.

Placed an online delivery order that never showed up. Called about 30 minutes after ordering and they had just got my order on the screen. I have been waiting another 20 minutes after the call and still nothing.

Although there were zero signs posted they let me know I needed to leave my pistol outside, and 2 nights later 2 guys jumped a man outside the door and beat him so badly he died 3 days later. A lawful citizen cannot carry, but during the bar rush folks are free to beat a man causing his death.

If I could give no stars I would. This is absolutely the worst one I've ever been to and whataburger is my favorite fast food place. They give it a bad name. Floors are nasty, the whole place needs cleaned, I watched a couple walk out because no one come to take their order after 10 minutes of standing at the register although when we came in the girl was super friendly, our order took 20 mind to come out, the food we ordered was totally wrong and my grill ck taco had eggs on it... just a bad experience overall.

We pulled up in the drive thru to order 2 milkshakes and a medium french fry. The lady told us there was no milkshakes, we would have left but unfortunately we were already blocked in. So we decided to get the french fries. We waited in the line for 34 minutes from time of ordering to getting our fries. Mind you we would have left a long time ago, but were blocked in. Finally get our fries and they are COLD!!! I am very upset with how bad this location has gotten.

We travel a lot and Whataburger is usually our go too place. The experience at this location I would not stop at again. Completely out of ketchup, completely out of buns... tables were dirty. Those items I could have looked past if the food had even been cooked correctly. My chicken strips were WAY over fried it was hurting my jaw just to chew on them. My daughter wouldnt touch her burger and my husbands burgers had grease just dripping off of it, and the frys were cold. :-/ very unfortunate that we chose this place to eat on our 20 hour trip... hope we dont get sick... one plus was staff was friendly...

Extremely disappointed. Been here a few times when I go to pk lake. Was good every other time. Except this time. Drive thru lady was rude got everything wrong on The order. Spent $52 here and ended up sick. Order 2 cheese burgers one with just ketchup and one with ketchup and mustard. Nope got one burger with everything on it no cheese. The other one just a burger and bun nothing else. Ordered a jalapeno burger with cheese. Got burger with no cheese and 1 slice of jalapeno on it. Looked like they dropped to burger before wrapping it. And there is the Swiss mushroom burger witch is my favorite burger was absolutely nasty, tasted like spoiled mayo. And of course fries were cold and had an extreme amount of salt. Shakes were not mixed all the way. I am so disappointed I will never return to this wataburger.

We had stopped there to eat for a school thing. When the cashier saw the kids coming in, she rolled her eyes and complained out loud. When one of the kids would order, she would throw the order number on the counter, plus she didn't answer any questions asked by kids. And when a kid forgot her number, the cashier banged it against the counter and yelled at the kid. When other customers asked what was wrong she replied that she was fed up with the kids in there and fed up with customers.I understand she might have been having a bad day, but she shouldn't have taken it out on a customer.

Couldn't enjoy our food for the group of young people across the room dropping the f bomb. Not family friendly after hours. I had to ask them to stop cause I had my son with me. Management finally said something after several back and forth rude comments from them.

I had an online order that I placed 10 minutes before breakfast. I ordered 3 honey butter biscuits, a grilled chicken sandwich, a pancake platter with an extra side of hash browns and a large drink. I went through the drive thru after getting there at 11:03. We got to the window at 11:13 and were then told to go wait in curbside one. After waiting there for about 15 minutes, I went inside and was then told that they forgot about sending me around and the food had been ready. I didn’t make a big deal and took my items and left. I got home and found they only gave me the pancake platter and the hash browns. I had 2 bags so I didn’t think I had to check. I then went back and told them the mistake about the missing food. When the cashier told a man in the back to make the food he made a remark that he had made those and they were in the bag but walked away and made them anyways. I got the honey butter chicken biscuits but did not get the chicken sandwich. At this point I was tired of the hassle and just left with what I had. I don’t normally post reviews but I have had multiple bad experiences with this Whataburger and today was by far the worst experience.

went thru the drive, sat for abt 12 mins at the speaker and wasn’t acknowledged, I even spoke up and asked if anyone would be ready or was to take my order, say for 4 more mins, nothing. The drive thru line was actively moving up, and once again I wasn’t even acknowledged. Pathetic.

Went in and ordered 2 med shakes at 11:12 at 11:27 still no sales but the people who ordered food after us had already gotten their 3 meals, I know for a fact it doesn't take 15 min to make 2 shakes. When I went to the cou terminal to request my money back the shakes were made and had been sitting on the counter long enough they were melted. Got my money back and left I will not be back!!!!

Really gone down hill. Placed an online order at 12:13. Showed up and took nearly thirty minutes to get to window. Was told they didn’t have gravy, was offered hash browns instead. Not acceptable. I was told they could cook gravy but would take about five minutes. Now been waiting thirty minutes for gravy. Order placed an hour ago, still no food.

I went there for a late night drink trip didn't think much of it and left my shoes at home, and went inside because the line was long. I stood there for a bit with no service. Then an employee noticed me and instead of taking my order he decided to be rude to me due to my lack of shoes. Then he went on with his day leaving me unattended to. Had to leave after a whole 20 minutes of standing there with a judgemental and rude atmosphere. Never even got served. Never going here again. Awful experience.

To say I'm beyond ticked off is a understatement, I did take out placed my order said it was going to be ready at the latest 8:11, waited until 8:11 then got there and told them my name for the order, 20 minutes later they finally checked and said oh its been here the whole time, cool now I'm late for what I am doing and now my food is cold and get this not even all there, the fries were so old and cold they became rubber, the onlything warm was the gravy. I remember why I stopped coming to this location.

The food and workers here are amazing! I unfortunately contracted light food poisoning from the soda (Dr.Pepper), from the drive thru. It gave me a bad stomach ache, almost immediately. I then caught a fever and diarrhea. Please consider cleaning the soda machines.

Service sucks, food takes 20 minutes to come out, when food gets out its cold. This is everytime we go. This time the manager took our order and I inserted my card in the machine. He walked off. I had to pull my own receipt off the printer and was not given a tent number or a thank you. Waited 20 minutes for 2 cold burgers. This was the last straw. I will not be back.
