This location has been horrible the last 3 times I've ordered here. Last time I was quoted 15 minutes when I ordered online and ended up waiting an hour and a half at the store for my order. Today, I was also told 15 minutes, and I've been here for 1 hour so far. The dining room is full of people waiting on orders and the lady in the back yelled out for people to stop looking at her for their orders and if we don't like it we can cancel out orders. She keeps cursing out loud, asking why everyone keeps ordering pizzas on a Friday. This place is very unprofessional.

I don't usually leave bad reviews but I just spent $71 for a large delivery order. All the food seemed off. Like it was very old and stale. One of the pizzas was literally burnt, almost black. Can't believe it would leave the store like that. It was a lot of money wasted. Very disappointed and upset about being ripped off for over $70.

Today is a bad day for pizza here. Usually it's a 5 or higher with the pizza hot and fresh. But today it was not hot and tasted microwave fresh. Whoever is in the kitchen should not be.Usually the pizza is at least a 4 and has been a 5+

Ordered from Pizza Hut’s website, got a doordasher that had three different orders that were all half an hour away. The manager remade the order but forgot to add the drink. This is the last time that I eat here.

Terrible. Wish I works have taken a picture instead of just trashing our order. We were on our way to do some shopping in Granbury, we placed a Togo order for two melts, we got our items and left we made it to Walmart up the road to get our child a Wendy's meal and park to eat. A good portion of one of our melts dough was raw. The other had a small portion still raw. Neither had melty gooey cheese as hoped. If we weren't already out and in a time crunch we would had gone back. Thankfully neither of us got sick so far. This place needs some standards. When I got there, there was no one at the register, a person from the kitchen had to fetch someone. And even she was in more of a rush to get back, I had to ask for my order after she questioned "she already got you?" Then I had to ask for my drinks. After she verified I ordered my drinks and gave me my items she went straight to the back. Definitely will never order here again. I've read their reviews but still have them a chance. The reviews are very accurate. Avoid at all costs if you value yourself and your family health. Because this place does NOT.

Plain Truth

Haven't eaten here in a while, so I thought hought I would try it. BTW.....I prepared myself with a bottle of Rolaids, Imodium as well as Zofran for nausea. So pleased I took precautions!!! GLAD I DID! I guess hell has to freeze over b4 this place gets closed down. They have the worst pizza on the planet. I should have just went to General Dollar and bought a Totino's Pizza. Their meat had a tin can taste & the vegetables tasted like they were on the verge of spoiling like right at the slim stage. I'm not even sure they put sauce on it unless that's the tin can taste I was tasting. I honestly do not see how this place stays open. I really hate like hell that I spent money on this place today, But I tell you one thing it's gonna be the last. Save your money go next-door and get Pastafina pizza which is what I should've got to begin with. I'M DONE with Pizza Hut!

I get that people make mistakes sometimes on orders especially if they are busy but I kid you not EVERY. SINGLE. TIME I go to this Pizza Hut something is wrong with my order and they never have more than 2 or 3 people in the restaurant. Either the toppings are wrong. The breadsticks or Cinnabons are burned. The Pizza is paper thin with giant crust or ill order the pan Pizza and they call me and tell me they ran out and give me the cheaper crust but don't offer me a partial refund or something to compensate. I wouldn't recommend you wasting your hard earned money at this location.

This was my first and probably my last order from this place. I ordered a meat lovers pizza, and it was anything but a meat lovers. It was lacking the meat to qualify as a meat lovers. A meat lovers pizza should have meat falling off it when you pick it up. Have each slice covered in some much meat you don't see the cheese underneath. This looked like a two toppings pizza. When I walked in and the service was quick and great. I wish the pizza was great. Not a great first impression from this pizza hut.

This was one of the top 5 worst pizzas I’ve ever eaten. The crust looked and tasted like cardboard, and had zero flavor. Had to throw it out. Whoever makes the “hand tossed” pizza, clearly is a rookie. Will never order from here again. Service was fine, pizza tasted terrible

Order wasn't correct. Ordered half pepperoni and black olives, half cheese. Paid extra for the olives. They didn't even divide the pizza correctly. 3 slices were cheese, 5 were pepperoni (no olives). Breadsticks were burned. Barely any marinara. They also now use Door Dash to deliver. I would have saved money ordering straight from Door Dash with the Dash pass. We won't ever order from Pizza Hut again. Domino's and Papa John's have much better quality.

I order from the app and pizza was ready by the time I got there to pick it up. Lets just say I know now that when you are racially profiled you get what you didn't order. Is there a shortage on toppings or what? Who ever the manager was on duty she needs customer service training. The Regional/General manager needs to come in and have a long talk with her. Such a disappointment. I guess I will continue to go to Benbrook.

Whoever cuts the pizza needs to take some classes or something. Because this just ain't right. I've got one slice as big as my hand then the next is the size of my finger. Literally. Not much exaggeration there. Come on. You had one job. It's not rocket science. Pictures don't even show the smallest slice.
