everything you should expect at a taco bell fast food polite staff. They need to get the order board fixed though, but since they repeat your order in exacting detail i wont remove a star for it. I only just suggest you fix it soon some of us with very specific orders due to allergies prefer the extra conformation

I've been to this location a few times while I have been on work trips to Granbury. My order has always been correct and the staff has been super friendly on all trips. Most fast food places (including other taco bells) the employees act like you are bothering them by ordering food or going through their drive through. These folks have always been polite and friendly. Keep up the good work!! You guys are rockin' it.

Food is great here. Probably one of the better TBs in the area. I've noticed that mobile ordering can be hit or miss with getting the correct items. My gf is lactose intolerant so its important to us. But I'm patient and the staff is always quick to correct any errors.

I have to be completely honest, I almost wrote a bad review last week after once again being let down by the food here. However tonight I was delighted to find that they finally listened and didn't put any tomatoes on my crunch wrap! It was a GD miracle to say the least. Keep up the good work, I always love the service and now I'm just as happy with the food.

Fairly modern and clean location that includes digital boards for self-order/checkout. I love the $5 Limited Time Box that includes nachos, a beef chalupa, and a beefy five layer burrito - all paired with a diet Mount Dew Baja Blast. My wife and I came here around mid-afternoon, and there was no wait to order our food. Service was prompt and friendly. Would definitely come back

Came in last night, I normally come thrue the drive through. When I do I don't get all the items that I order, so I went in. When I went in there was no one at the counter and a lady in the back greeted me with a big smile and told me she would be right with me.then I placed my order. The same girl that greeted me gave me my bag and check to make sure everything was in there.when I got home everything was there and was great! She told me Har name was Audra after I asked......she's a keeper!

We Dine at this Taco Bell often. We were very pleased to see Steven back and working. He's been gone for a while and we told him that we had missed him while he was gone. He's very customer service oriented, a hard worker and we feel a big asset to Taco Bell. We previously have owned our own restaurant and Stephen works like an owner works. That's a big compliment.

I'm posting this to let you know this Taco Bell is requiring ordering by kiosk screen. It does seem to be a new practice as they seem to have someone ready to help you all the time. I do like it because it does give you more options to modify things that you've always ordered. I gave only a four for the atmosphere because it does not seem to have the positive vibe that most of our local restaurants have but the service was very helpful and it may be that I am distracted by the kiosk. Hope this helps. Jim

Great customer service, everyone was so nice got my food quickly and had a very pleasant conversation with the cashier!!! The lobby was so clean and they obviously they know what they are doing and how to hire amazing people. Managers were all nice and pleasant. 10/10 will recommend to others and will be coming back again.

I wanna say this is the best location hands down. Wrote a bad review for the Glen Rose location and had to call this store to have my order made properly! I love April! She took the time to take my call and make sure my food was made correctly!! My tacos weren't even cracked!! I will never go back to Glen Rose again!! I will forever go to this location as long as April is there!! Thank you APRIL!! 😍

Good morning so I wanted to come on here and write a review good and needs work is what I will say! I come threw the line more often than not on my way to work in evening time I order on the mobile app and normally I have all my stuff correct and I order the same thing every time 2 or 3 beanie cheese rice burritos with no nacho sauce add extra jalapeno sauce and potatoes, I had to start getting extra jalapeno sauce at this location because if I don't I get absolutely no sauce (not sure if it is because i take offf the cheese sauce). So that is one thing I am writing about but other than that food is always GREAT!! No other problems with the food trust me I would continue to keep coming to this location if it wasn't good! Now one thing I will say is when I order mobile app no one ever reads the order back to me even though I order on the app I still think it is only right to repeat order back still. This last time I went I Messed up on my order on the mobile app I was trying to put extra jalapeno sauce but ended up putting extra cheese sauce that I had removed at first I am lactose intolerant also vegetarian so I can not eat it if it has cheese on it. My reason for saying this is if it was read to me at the drive threw line I could have corrected it (again it was my mistake but could have been fixed) and I would have been able to eat on the way to work I was already way down the road when I finally opened the food and realized it was covered in cheese, I couldn't turn around to go get it fixed or I would have been late to work for sure. I got lucky I seen a homeless man and I handed it to him he was in shock but was super happy all in all together we helped some eat but can we work on repeating mobile orders please. Please please please understand I am not trying to put this location down just trying to give good pointers from someone whom use to work fast food. Thanks again for all y'all hard work

Food was done very well. All items were correct. I enjoy dining inside and unfortunately I had the strange feeling that I was being forced to wait for a cashier. I do believe they are forcing me to use the kiosk. I watched and I wasn't the only customer forced to wait. The kiosk is a good idea but I come in for the interactions with people. These kiosk have a problem taking orders the way you want them. Then after I am done I have to wait for someone to come give me my cup to get my drink. I know first world problems, right. I'm just explaining why there isn't 5 stars.

Customer service was superb! I didn't know the was a change to the steak burrito and it was hot, when started eating it. I took it back up the counter and the shift supervisor gladly redid my order, when it was my fault. The young girl at the counter was very sweet. I can overhear her apologizing to customer over a machine that was not working. Offering other items to remedy the lack of. District manager or facility management, please provide support in being sure the machines are in working order. I can see that there is teamwork here. To keep your wonder staff, give them the things they need to keep customer happy. Happy staff = happy customers. Thank you, Stevie

It's clean. The food.is what you expect from Taco Bell. The service however is about as cold as it can get. One of the 2 kiosks to order from was down, people waiting in line to use it while employees litterally stand behind the register doing absolutely nothing.

People who go to Taco Bell, this is a decent taco bell, but not all the time. They've messed up orders a couple times for me and served me a burnt crunch wrap before. Though I go anyway because if I feel like taco bell, I'm not necessarily driven away by the couple bad experiences. Most fast food joints have done this at one point or another. Service isn't phenomenal. Food is sometimes amazing. Atmosphere is less than notable. No real description worth mentioning. A restaurant on the side of the road... Haha.

The place runs like a well-oiled machine. I've been to many different locations of Taco Bell and this is one of the best locations. As a delivery driver and also as a customer I have had good experiences here. The food is ready quickly and it is good. I also give huge props for customer service here, the staff is better and more friendly than every restaurant or fast food in Granbury. My only complaint: the parking lot. It needs to be redone. I mean, Granbury is a retirement home, how are these folks going to get their grandkids in safely when they go to eat? By the time they get across the road into the restaurant they are going to be frustrated and hangry!

I quit eating at Taco Bell in the 90s because the quality & portions had declined dramatically. After hearing some positive feedback from trusted friends I decided to give them another try. Not only was the taco meat delicious, but the option to order extra meat was a pleasant surprise. For a modest upcharge I was able to get a generous and satisfying quantity as I could get at a true Mexican food restaurant. Glad to see they turned their business around.

Food is typical Taco Bell. I only use the drive thru for convenience. I gave it three stars because the portions are getting really small. I ordered a pintos and cheese and the new smaller cup was maybe 1/2 full. The burrito supreme was super skinny and looked about the same size as a cheese roll-up. The taco shell was broken in two pieces.

While waiting on my order two teenagers came in from the drive thru trying to explain to the cashier that their order was messed up and the pink hair cashier quickly told them off trying to say she personally took it and didn't mess up and was going to have to charge them extra to fix it. The teenagers looked defeated and left which I felt the cashier could of handled the situation better than coming across as rude to them.

My daughter loves tacos but hates cheese (right now). We love the food here but for some reason when we order no cheese on the #1 3 #Supreme taco meal. It either comes with cheese and something else missing like tomatoes. Or it comes with no cheese and only meat and lettuce. This may be a weird taco request because everyone seems to mess it up even the competitor down the street. I understand but my preteen daughter is always upset when we get tacos.

Well you know it's Taco Bell so you know what to expect. As far as food goes this place is as quality as your best Taco Bell. Beware of the pink-haired girl. She seems to have an affinity for the ladies however guys who order aren't treated as well.

Yes, I do like Taco Bell. This taco bell is normally fast and orders are usually correct. I am not real sure why they took the counter person out and added..order by yourself screens because you need your cup. Guess they want us to wait until food is ready to give us our drinks. I will still return. Cheap, hot meal when in a hurry

The lady working the counter taking payments was nice and friendly. Getting the wrong order during lunch rush hour and not finding out til after i open bag and its too late to return or fix. Not cool. Especially when there was a major price difference in what i paid for compared to what i received.

The last two times I have gone here they have messed up my order. When I called they didn’t even apologize they just said come back and we will fix it for you. Then when I came back they asked for my receipt! Who Keeps a Taco Bell receipt.... I told them forget about it and that’s when they said they would fix it this time but should always keep my receipts. So.. I think three stars is a good rating compared to how I would normally rate these kids of stores. I am sure I will end up going again but will check my bag before leaving the drive thru.

The food wasn't the greatest but it wasn't the worst either. Every time my husband and I go there , they get our order wrong almost every time or we're missing an item or one of the food items are cold. Not every single time but almost, but for a cheap price, I can't complain too much though at any restaurant I would expect my order to be right and have great customer service.

😳😳😳🙏I take my chances because I love Taco bell! 2 out of 10 times they get it right! The guy manager is the best! When he's there food comes out right! The lady with short colorful hair not so much! Very very unprofessional...can't believe she still works there! One time she opened all my burritos on the counter to see what burritos were missing from my order! Literally opened dug in them then wrapped them back up and put them in the bag!!🤬🤬🤬 I was so shocked I said nothing because I thought it had to be a joke! Nope🤦‍♀️

I had 2 orders. # 4 was all good. However, I ordered the # 2 Supreme. Should be 3 Supreme soft tacos. I got 1 Supreme taco and 2 regular tacos. The sour cream... OMG was 1 shot on the left side of the taco. So, no sour cream until the last bite. I mean really???? I got 2 different kinds od tacos and all 3 were made incorrectly. I will NOT return. What makes employees serve foods like this??

I love me some Taco Bell late at night but I hate that people don’t know how to read. I’ve ordered multiple cheese quesadillas with extra creamy jalapeño sauce and I either get none, barely any, or they give me a chicken quesadilla instead. Cheesy roll ups add nacho cheese are my favorite little snacks there but when they don’t add nacho cheese it ticks me off dude. Sometimes there’s awesome at making it other times it’s like come on actually read the orders please…..

This was my first time ever to eat at a Taco Bell. The food that my family and I ate was slimy and mushy. Not our cup of tea. The young man taking our orders was not friendly. The atmosphere was family oriented. The only reason I give this a 3-star rating instead of less is because I appreciated the clean tables.

You have reminded me why I stopped eating at Taco bell. You never get my order right......ever. once in a while is ok but you guys never can seem to get it right. It's not that difficult when you make an order read the whole thing. If it says no lettuce then don't put lettuce on it. If it says add sour cream......what do you do? Make it standard? That is what happens every single time I've gone to your location. So I won't be back. Train your crew to read the entire order.

I love Taco bell! They are great, they have great prices and the staff is always great. The low rating is because the lady working there coughed all over my drink. Gave it to me and then got frustrated when I asked for a new one and wouldn't even take back the one she coughed all over.

It's ran by kids so don't expect much. Every single time we have gone through the drive-thru our order has been wrong. Apparently telling them no tomatoes and put the sour cream on the side is far to complicated for the person working the drive thru to understand lol. The 5-7 layer burritos are never hot they're always cold and all the ingredients are put in the burritos in clumps so it's really like eating 5-7 bites of different burritos because you can only taste 1 or 2 of the ingredients at a time instead all of them at once but then again what do you expect from disgruntled kids who don't care about their job causee they weren't trained right and the atmosphere at work probably sucks as well(hypothetically speaking) essentially you get half of what you pay for the other half is a surprise lol

Just got off work. Got to granbury and decided to get Taco Bell. The lady working drive thru was awesome. Can’t fault service. 2 star review because two items were missing from my bag. Should have looked before I drove off but not one customer in the store or drive thru line.

My order in the drive through I order my food and as I always do after receiving my good pull over and double check my order. I had notice that an item was missing so I go in with my receipt and told the front cashier that my order was incomplete that item had been left offf. She took my order again for the missing item , charged me for it . Then proceeded to take three more orders the were next in line. Two of which were carry outs. As I waited for my one missing item , the first carry out revived the meal , the last customer received her meal , a gentleman pop up out no where received his meal , the the last carry out received her meal. As I’m still waiting being asked a two too many times if I had been helped yet , I finally received my one item that was mistakenly left off my order to began with. I’m not sure is this how customer service works, but I sure would hate to see how it did if in fact it didn’t work. I waited over 12 minutes, short handed or not folks there was absolutely no reason three customers and a surprises customer should have received the meal before mine.

Horrible!! I ordered a number 6 and 8 and I only got the number 6. By the time I got all the way home I didn't notice the number 8 was missing. The number 6 chalupas and taco were upset down and all contents were on the bottom of the bag and no number 8 was to be found.😠 Needless to say I had drive 20 mins back up there because they don't answer the phone, to get my number 8. Got it back home for the second time and it had no sour cream that I had asked for the first time. I'm very disappointed in their service 😡!!!

Had went to pick up my order and no one was at the register. There were 3 people in the office with one dancing around with a broom stick. Food was getting cold just sitting on the pick up shelf while waiting to be attended to,so i went ahead and put in my insulated bag so food would stay as warm as possible since bacteria can build uo and who wants to eat cold food. Eventually i believe the manager finally came up and i asked for my drink,he WAS EXTREMELY RUDE popping off i do not like you guy grabbing food off my station. I am to be the one to hand it to yall. As i understand people grab wrong food alot or steal, my food that i was picking up was just sitting and getting cold while 3 of them were standing in the office and not attending the front. All Customers deserve respect and fresh food. As a driver,we are on a time limit and our customers are wanting fresh food. Not food thats just sitting getting cold because people arent doing their job playing around. Drivers are customers and deserve the same respect. And there's absolutely no reason to be rude,especially when YOU are in the WRONG. Disappointing as this Man us usually very nice.

My experience here is normally phenomenal but today it was the complete opposite. The workers here today were SO RUDE! The lady that took my order seemed like she was having a bad day or something. After she took my order she read it back to me and it sounded perfect but then when I got to the window we were missing a bean burrito, and the lady that took my order lied to the manager about not reading the order back. And they were extremely rude about and didn’t even offer to make me a burrito

The worst organized taco bell I've ever visited, they weren't even that busy and it still took forever. I ended up canceling my order because I couldn't wait any longer. I ordered at chick-fil-a instead and was in and out in less than 5 minutes.

Jasmine made this experience terrible. I had made a drive thru order but checked it before I drove away. It wasn't correct but no big deal. Stuff happens. I took it back inside to ask for another. A female behind the counter saw me walk up holding my food but instead of waiting on me she went around the counter to talk with a friend and continued to do so while I waited. I finally asked if anyone was working the counter and she said that the people were busy. I asked if she worked there. She said yes but continued talking with her friend. I told her that was a google review for her and she smiled big and said that I didn't know her name. Well, Jasmine, I do know your name and I know you do not care about customer service. Everyone else was working hard and were very busy. Too bad Jasmine made a great Taco Bell meal into a one star review.

I don’t know why I keep giving this place a try. Every time I receive disgusting and incorrect food. They have attitudes about THEM messing up your order. This place should just fire the employees and start fresh because doesn’t matter what shift it is, there is always an incorrect item and/or old nasty food. Ex: anything they fry tastes nasty. They need to clean their deep fryer and replace the oil.

So I go here at 11 at night to get some food after work. After sitting in the drive thru for 25 minutes I get to the speaker. The first thing they tell me is they are out of beef!!! Now you are trapped in the drive thru and can’t leave because there are cars in front and behind. Why don’t you either have a sign up before the drive thru or someone outside telling people. It’s kind of a big deal when you run out of meat at Taco Bell! I’m furious and not only that they say you can upgrade to chicken but charge you twice as much to do so! I understand running out of a product in this age but to not tell people until they wait 25 minutes then charge them double is a scam! Shame on you and your management. $15 for 6 tacos! I can get a nice meal for that!

Place an order for carryout with the party pack of 12 and everyone of was cold and also got cheddar fries they were also cold and I did not want sour cream on any of it and they all had sour cream. Somebody needs to shut that place down when I called back to let them know their mistake the guy laughed and hung up on me

Horrible experience. Order thru the app and the girl on the speaker told me to drive around the drive thru and get back in line because she didn't see my order. Mind u There was 3 cars in front of me. She gave me the bag of food and I had to remind her of my drink. My order was missing a burrito. I never have this experience at the taco bell I go to frequently.

Should give them 0 stars. Everytime they have ruined our online order for someone ordering. They always keep the beans on or go extra when everything in order says NO beans. There’s a family member who doesn’t eat tomatoes but their food always has tomatoes when order is marked NO tomato. Calling them is a waste of time, line is always busy.

We were held hostage at the drive through line for 40 minutes. The drive through is not wide enough to pull out of if you don’t have time to wait for a slow line. When we finally got our order the nachos were soggy as though they had been made 40 minutes ago when we actually placed the order!

An hour before they closed, we were told they didn't have the meat, beans, or cheese needed to fill our order (2 individuals). I will say, this is the only time I've been given enough sauce...probably in an attempt to not have to heat up the necessary ingredients. Good luck.

I came here on 03/30/18 at 10pm and ordered 3 tacos, all 3 tacos were so smashed I couldn’t eat them. Wasn’t even worth a refund cause the person behind me said his were smashed too. If you’re going to serve fragile foods, maybe you should handle them better.

Absolutely disgusting! You might think taco bell is so good. But this location is not good at all. Very poor customer service and very very bad food. The employees just don't care honestly. They just throw the food in the bag and send it. Collecting a check and going home. Better luck going to TACO CASA !

Can’t rate what you didn’t receive. Placed an order and according to the, “energetic” cashier, they never received it. I gave the order number, checked and double checked the address to see if it was somehow my fault, nope, I had the right address and everything on my end was correct. I wasn’t able to get my food or my money back. The “wonderful, full of life” cashier offered NO assistance other than, “ I don’t see it.” I don’t frequent this establishment and I see why I don’t now. As a hiring manager myself, I know it’s extremely hard to hire people that actually care. Be careful with the mobile order app.

This is the second time I have received stale over priced food from here. I bought 2 culupas both were so stale that I could barely chew them, I also got a small tea and a 2 pack of cinna bons it was 17.00 the stale chulpas were almost 7 a piece, which isn't a big deal as long as there edible. This is only the Toco bell in Granbury.

I can't eat their greasy taco meat. It makes me sick and vomit. I ordered everything with steak. I'm missing every thing I ordered. I got items I didn't order. The few items I got that I did order were missing all of my add ons and had that terrible ground beef on it. I live in Acton. I had to give the food to my room mate and now I don't get dinner and can't get the order replaced til 11:30 pm tomorrow. I will consider editing the score and review if they give me every thing I ordered with a full refund. $32 on taco bell and I got $13 worth of nasty stuff I didn't want. I'm livid and hungry. Thanks taco bell.

I'm not eating here again, hopefully it'll be shut down and be under new ownership soon. - Employees, all rude, food, bad quality. (One guy who answered the phone was really nice and apologized for the inconvenience.) Guy in the drive thru doesn't wanna be there (guess what he doesn't have to be.) Seriously ticked me off and then they wanna serve food from a disgusting old oli batch. Hire better people and spend the extra money to abide by Texas Food Handlers regulations and cleanliness standards.

Food was great but the service here is terrible this is the only one in town and I love taco bell but since the service is so bad I won't be coming back cashier just stole 5 bucks from me and then looked at me like I was stupid but clearly says on the receipt she [athena] owes me my change the red headed manager who's name I don't know is so lazy every time I come here she is on her phone leaning on something couple weeks ago she ignored me for 22 mins before telling me to go thru the drive thru foods great service is terrible

It kinda sucks that they force you to use the kiosk. I went in today to try and order but wasn't able to modify it the way I wanted to, so I went to the front counter. The person at the front wasn't the friendliest, and I didn't appreciate being told I HAD to use the kiosk when I was already standing in front of the employee. So I just left instead. My parents are older and aren't the best with technology, so I'll definitely tell them to avoid coming to this location.

I went in to order my food and take it to go. A sweet little girl was attempting to see if my order was being prepared or not and how long it would be. Standing at the front counter I could hear what I assume was a manager yelling at the employees and putting them down. The girl working the front counter got yelled at for just simply asking for the status of my order. I was made to feel very uncomfortable watching and listening to this woman put down members of her staff. I will no longer be coming to this location until this lady has had something done to her.

I have never gotten the correct order going through the driveway. 😂 before you leave OPEN YOUR BAG & make sure you have what you ordered. a couple of weeks ago I had to exchange 3 different peoples orders because every bag they handed me wasn’t mine.

Worse experience ever waited in line for 20 min for two burritos and one drink. When finally got the food the lady at the window was cover in Hicks’s and was talking to other employees not even paying attention to the customers. Handed us our food with the stuff falling out of the burritos didn’t even give straw for the drink cause she to worried about talking. Then called to talk to the manager that was there on 11/25/23 at 4:20 pm was very ugly and unprofessional I have never been to a place that was so unprofessional and disrespectful to customers. I am highly defended from Taco Bell employees.

They seem to have discontinued customer service inside and instead put it outside where it makes no sense. Go inside and wait at the counter for no one to ever talk to you, then get fed up and order on one of the 2 touch screens that are uncomfortably close together. Go through the drive-thru to have some angsty, bored, and uncomfortable teen ask you what you want before you've even seen the menu. On top of that they forgot my drink and the sauce I ordered. How hard is it to do such a basic job? You can't even get an order right for one person. Stupid place with terrible management.

Ordered around $40 worth of food. Completely messed up the whole order, didn't receive half of it. I should have checked, when considering they mess up every order I get there. But I didn't. So instead of driving back up there a manager said he wrote down my order and I could come up anytime to get a free replacement, as I live about 30 min away. Went up today, 2 days later. Lady taking the order refused to go get what the manager had written down, instead insisted I try to remember it all. Got the food, even less than the first time. Also, the one thing I stressed was no tomatoes. The entire bag and every two u did get was covered in tomatoes. If I could give 0 stars, it wouldn't be a low enough score

I gave a one for the food, ordered the 2 Steak chalupa Supreme, shell one of them was as tough as rubber, on the other the shell seemed over cook and broken so everything feelnout of the bottom. Gave a one for atmosphere although dinning area seemed nice enough, when I went to the men's rest room the place was disgusting dried and sticky urine on the floor, and walls surrounding the urinal area, the controls to the urinal where so filthy that I refused to flush it. When I looked the condition of the sink I did not even attempt to was in Fer that I would leave more dirty than when I arrived. I did find it humorous that there was a sign at the door, above the overflowing trash can that stated the restrooms when attended to and cleaned every 30 minutes. I was obvious there has not been a cleaning (not even a wipe down) in many days. Honestly makes me wonder what the food prep area look like. At least it explains a little about food quality. Cannot comment on service as we used the sel service kiosk and only interacted when pick up our order and nothing was said or exchanged.

I think the picture says it all. Absolutely disappointing they are so greasy you can’t eat them. Didn’t think that much grease could come out of two tablespoons of meat. What happened Taco Bell?

This was our first time going to this location since we moved here. Our experience was HORRIBLE! We used the drive through, the lady that took our order was very rude from the start. After finally getting our food, it took awhile, we looked in the bag and it was as if they literally threw the food in the bag! The fillings for the tacos were in the bottom of the bag instead of in the tacos, and our food was cold! I don't know that we will return to this location, I would rather drive to another town than deal with this again. I hope everyone else has better luck with this location.

Store employees are too busy playing and talking to this car in front of me. There is even a car behind me, I just want to pick up my doordash order and go. They also took a long time at the box and we're screaming and laughing so loud I could hear their conversation from my car. Very inappropriate and 30 minutes later still doesn't have the order ready.

Im about to go in on this review. As an Army Vet I have a pretty good grasp on the importance of respect and I love this Taco Bell because everyone is polite ane professional...Everyone except the one male cashier up front and this is coming from a male patron. I work in the food industry now; not fast food but still I dont understand how someone can treat certain customers one way and disregard others. I literally stopped going inside to avoid him but today 01\14\2019 at 2:00p.m I decided not to let his negative attitude detur me and attempt to make a order with this man. Plain and simple he makes my request seem insignificant and throws prices at me before he even asked if it could be done. I really hope this gets back to his management and they handle my complaint in a professional manner and not brush it off.

If I could give a zero, I would. No drinks given to the Uber driver.. open the bag and there are zero sauces in the bag (I made sure to put 12 on the order just in case) but it was sealed well with 3 stickers to let us know they were open for breakfast!

After 11 pm they ignore the lobby living people to wonder if they care about customers. The management is rude and only cares about drive through orders. Good luck, if you want a late night order

DoorDash expensive NO sauce!!! Drive thru did you put hot sauce, yes ma’am. Check and there is not any. Very disappointing you spend $30+ and no hot sauce what a waste!

I placed an order on DoorDash at 11, and not only did they never make my food—they closed without fulfilling it. I only ordered three items, so there’s no excuse for it to take hours. Don’t eat here. Don’t waste your time or money.

Wanted a toco salad. Didn't have Suggest a cantina bowl with chicken. Okay. Got home. Very little lettuce. ,At most 2 tiny tiny pieces of chicken, a little bit of lettuce (not much). some quacamole and a splattering of sour cream. The rest was a whole bunch of rice. Paid over $8.00 for a plate of rice. Won't be going there again. .

I got charged for two nacho fries I went in there to get both my nacho fries because they were not in the bag, only the cheese sauce was. She told me that I had to pay for them.even tho i did not get them after I had ordered them, this was the manager that I was speaking to and she had a really bad attitude with me and was so rude.

If I could give zero stars I would. I went to taco bell today and got 4 tacos out of those 4 tacos one of them tasted like bleach. I called the store and told them about they thought I was pranking them. The lady I talked to was so rude and hung up on me. If you don't want to get poisoned don't go here

Have been a Taco Bell customer for years, but quality has gone down so bad at the Granbury Texas location that I went today for the last time. Got an order to go which included a Nacho Bell Grande. This item has gone up in cost 60% in the past 18 months. Cost aside, the one I received, when I got home, had NO CHEESE on it, no chopped tomatoes, just a big glob of beans on top. The KIDS working there need some training. But I won’t be back to this location.

Large orders don’t matter, they will skimp u not matter how much you pay. Order 6 soft tacos with and the other 30 without lettuce and u get 25 with lettuce. Oh and even tho their 1.80 a piece don’t count on anything but tortilla and a pinch of cheese. If you don’t like what you do for a living don’t take it out on people paying good money for food, find another job or deal with ur decision. This is pathetic

We went through the drive-through. I ordered three beef chalupa combos with no lettuce and no tomatoes. Drove home (25 minutes away) and found out half the order was not in the bag. Opened up the chalupas, and every single one of them had tomatoes as well as lettuce. Took that off, and it's not beef but chicken. Not a single thing about my order was correct. It wasn't even worth eating or going back into town to get it replaced.

The picture speaks for itself. My fresh doritos locos tacos were practically Mush. They all fell apart on even trying to get them out of the wrapping. The picture included is the BEST of the three I received. I couldn't even eat the other two because they were so stuck to the paper. My partner got beef burritos and said they tasted terrible. First off, no one has high expectations for this taco bell. Yet this visit reached a new low. This location has a habitual problem of messing up orders. After ordering a chalupa with no lettuce or tomato, I got one that had ONLY meat and tomato. I stood at the counter for a good 10 minutes before someone saw me. When the girl did see me, she continued what she was doing. After having to ASK for help, she yelled for help. They don't value customers whatsoever nor their time. The employees don't value sanitation, as I watched a girl who made food come out into the lobby wearing gloves give someone a hug, she then went back to making food without changing gloves. The tables stay dirty which is why their is a FLY PROBLEM. employees are more worried about smoking cigarettes by the dumpster than doing their actual job. This place needs to reevaluate their employees or they will eventually close. Oh and if you order a quesadilla, the picture is what you get. Some tortilla smashed together with a little bit of sauce and no chicken. Joke of an establishment.
