The restaurant hasn't changed in at least a decade and could use some upgrades but the food was actually really good. I got a vegetable plate and it was very satisfying. The broccoli was cooked and perfectly seasoned. The wait wasn't too bad despite being the Sunday-after-church crowd. Our server was very good despite an order mishap that was no fault of hers. I wish I remembered her name. The manager was kind enough to offer to make amends. Overall good experience. Pics below. (Sorry. I'd already started eating my salad.)

It took a minute for the hostess to seat us as she was not at her station, she was in the back, and another person sat on a stool and said she will be back in a minute??? After being seated, 5 minutes later, the waiter shows up and says I will be with you in a minute. SMH. Finally, he shows up to take our drink order. We are ready to order and place our order. He brings my drink and then tells us he has no coke Zero. We had to change that?. 8 -10 minutes later, he came over and said the kitchen made one of our orders wrong and the manager was in the kitchen fixing it. My order was ready. We had him bring my order out, guess what, he brought both out at the same time. My order was semi WARM. Not once did he offer to refill drinks. It will be difficult to bring myself to go back. Too many things went wrong on one visit.

Went to cheddar’s scratch kitchen for the first time after hearing a lot from friends. Food was ok. Had to wait for 30 mins to get seated. Honey croissants were good. Cheese curds were also good. Steak was ok. Dijon chicken was horrible with no gravy at first. Had to ask for the gravy again. Service was horrible. We ordered drinks even before we ordered appetizers. We got waters instead and after constantly for five times we were told that they were busy and drinks take time. We got our drinks even after we finished our dinner. I understand that they were busy but I don’t really think drinks take more time to prepare than steak and certainly doesn’t take 1.5 hours we were there to be prepared.

I’ve decided I’m done with Cheddar’s. When I walked in, the doors were visibly dirty with fingerprints everywhere. I know you don’t eat the doors, but it immediately made me question the overall cleanliness since so many people touch them. It was around 2pm so it was slow enough to grab some cleaning products and do a quick wipe down. Once inside, the restaurant smelled like a dirty cafeteria. The host and waitress were very kind, which I appreciated, but unfortunately the food didn’t make up for the experience. My appetizer wasn’t served as hot as expected. The buttery croissants were overcooked, with the tops slightly burnt. I ordered the chicken fried chicken, and while it looked cooked, the texture was rubbery and bouncy almost undercooked. When I cut into the edges, those parts tasted fully done, which made the inconsistency even more concerning. Overall, Cheddar’s feels like another Chili’s- poorly managed and lacking attention to quality. I still tipped well because the service was kind, but I won’t be returning.

If the food wasn’t so good, we’d never come here. They ALWAYS mess up our delivery or pick up order. We thought pick up would be better but no 🥴 today is no different than the other 10+ times we’ve ordered - gave fried shrimp instead of grilled (and put it on top of lettuce for some reason?), missing my drink, and gave an extra pot pie. For other orders we didn’t get our ordered croissants, no salad dressings, missing drinks, whole missing entrees….its truly russian roulette ordering from here. You’ve been warned 😅

My family and I went to this location after viewing my fathers body at a nearby funeral home. It was the worst experience I've ever had at a cheddar. We were seated at a booth on the bar side and had been waiting over 15 minutes before we realized that no one had came to bring us menus and take our drink orders. However there was a young lady standing behind the bar area doing nothing. My sister said hello 👋🏾 to get her attention. When she came over there was no smile, no sorry for the wait, just a frown on her face as if we interrupted her. She took our orders, my mom asked if we could have croissants and she said "yeah". When she brought them out 6 or 7 minutes later they were extremely burnt underneath. My sister who was facing the bar waived her hand to get her attention and she acted as if she didn't see her and never came back over there. So after a few minutes I took the platter of burnt rolls to the bar and politely asked if we came have some more, her response was "what"? So I repeated myself and she said "yeah". We waited forever for our food and when it came out, mine wasn’t there, she said she'd return with it, but did not return for 12 minutes and all I had was a Philly. When it came out the cheese wasn't fully melted, my mom's pasta was dry and hard pasta on top as if it was place in an oven to heat up. As we were eating, a couple was seated at the booth next to ours, she immediately came over to take their drink orders, she smiled and had an actual personality, which means she treated us badly either because my sis had to call her over there after 15 minutes of waiting or because of our race, either we we will not be back. She only came over once to check on us, and only brought refills upon request. Horrible. Here is a picture of her watching TV at the bar as our cups were empty.

The food was okayish. Went for a date night but it was not worth it. Tried their steak and honey dijion chicken. The chicken was not good at all. Also, we ordered our drinks before we ordered our food and that came almost when we were finishing our food! It was not okay- we acted okay cause our waitress was kept checking but for some reason drinks were not ready which was super weird. Oh and my mashed potatoes were missing the gravy even after I asked for it. Overall, didn’t enjoy the experience. Not recommended for date nights!

Worst visit ever today. Almost an hour an the my burger an fries came out cold an old, my wifes came out steaming good. Mix up an they said they would bring an other or remove from bill, 20 min later fixed confusion, no food an it was removed from bill, no refills an mold in one cup.. left to eat somwhere else an my wife ate alone.

The service here is a big joke to put it lightly. Never got a text about my pick up order for curbside. Called to let them know I was there and the lady who answered didn’t even ask my name and who the order was for. Just said “she’ll be out shortly” with no name or knowing what spot I was in. Like really? Went inside and told them the situation and waited for my order that was supposed to be ready 25 minutes after I placed it. It was ready an HOUR later only for me to be missing a whole item, and had to wait longer. The staff just sits around the open in front of everyone when it’s slow and that’s a bad look. Go to back and hangout if it’s slow. Makes it look like you are lazy, which the person that answered my phone call is the definition of lazy.

OMG WHY, WHY.... was hoping maybe something had changed but no...... I went it just for the spinach dip and croissant and I can finally say I will never go back. The spinach dip was was spinach and cheese thrown on the top with a bit of sour cream. The Croissants that are what at least always is great and perfect were cold and just yucky. Sorry try giving this place another chance and wont do ot again. Any one know of o e that has good food and clean restrooms?

This place is just awful. The host and manager are clueless hence the review. Do not waste time. Way better in the metroplex. Came in at 7:30pm ... was quoted 30 -40 minutes. 8:14pm still no table anx was quoted an additional 30 minutes. Sheria amd Latrese... find new careers. You are in the wrong industry.

The food was great. That was about it. It would’ve been a much more pleasant experience had our server- a bar tender- had been at all attentive to our needs. Not only did she ring up one our dishes incorrectly so the portions were wrong and some of the food incorrect, but she didn’t even refill our drinks. When we asked for a refill and it was wrong, she was visibly annoyed and was flippant behind the bar. She never ended up returning with it. She didn’t check in on us for thirty minutes after dropping off our food. She only had three tables- including us- and two people at the bar. Yet she checked on everyone excluding us multiple times. We were the youngest people there and she seemed to have no respect for us, regardless of our polite tones, requests, and the fact we remained quiet. We didn’t stir up a fuss.

These croissants I ordered were so hard and were not fresh at all. I don't live close to this location so it wasn't worth the drive back to get my money back. To top it off I had to wait about 15 mins in curbside pickup for this order. I squeezed one croissant and it started falling apart it was so hard

On Sunday, we went to celebrate a family members 92nd birthday. We had a large party, with only one waitress. My mom ordered the monte cristo, which came out burnt. She sent it back but decided to get her food to go for lunch the next day considering the time lapse. What you see in the pictures is what she found while biting into her sandwich on her lunch break the next day. A whole order slip was deep fried into her sandwich. The general manager didn't care when she called, blew it off as if it was just a simple mistake. Told her they couldn't give her money back and not to bring the sandwich back in to see that she wasnt just making something up. Corporate office said they would call back...but haven't. So since they didnt want to see the their mistake, I will let everyone else see. #ChokingHazard #Unsanitary #Rude

I was dissatisfied with my visit. I treated my family when I dined in on a very busy evening on May 28 at 6 PM. Our server Victoria was excellent, but we didn’t get to note our concerns about the food quality with her, being that she didn’t check on our table often. The salmon I ordered was very salty. I’ve ordered this dish (the Blackened Salmon with Broccoli and Corn) on multiple occasions in the past and it has always been great, but there seemed to be a very heavy hand on the salt on this occasion. Please see attached. My sister’s Ribs & Tenders, as well as my kids’ chicken tenders were delicious. On the other hand, the Steak & Fried Shrimp my brother had didn’t taste good. The shrimp was overcooked, and his steak was also excessively salty.
