I came from Houston, TX and wanted to try out a chicken restaurant when I was visiting DFW. A friend also recommended me this place so I might as well try it out. The garlic soy chicken is what I had. Not disappointed at all, I really liked the flavor and thought it was delicious. The service and staff were friendly as well. I will come back again in the future.

Been here for a few years and continue to enjoy the soft, juicy, and saucy chicken. I'm glad they changed the paper box packaging to plastic box because the paper box completely fall apart from sauce and steamy hot chicken when I'm home. Tried the hangry hot chicken burger for the first time, and the spice was a good burn. I highly recommend if you like spicy.

4/2024 for $14 the half chicken is really filling. Got the garlic spicy again and still like it 2/2023 I ate the half and half snow onion chicken and garlic spicy chicken here before. I would recommend the garlic spicy (sour/sweet/spicy) over the snow onion personally. Came back and tried the hangry hot chicken burger, which was $8.65 with cheese and taxes. Chicken in the middle was good (juicy, sweet, spicy, with crispy ends), as was the coleslaw. I wished they used a brioche bun instead, which would have amplified the flavor.

Great Korean fried chicken. But let it be known that their Red Hot Pepper Chicken is not for the faint of heart. I tolerate spice very well and one piece was enough for me to take a break. Great flavor, just extremely spicy. Garlic Soy is a can’t miss. Very good portions and flavors!

I really wanted to love this place but it was basically just regular fried chicken you can get anywhere. Got the soy garlic green chicken and it was missing the onions on top (one of my favorite types of Korean fried chicken). It also wasn’t extra crispy like it should’ve been. It’s supposed to be double fried and have corn starch to help with the crisp but again, it was just breaded chicken. It did taste good, no complaints there but if you’re charging $18 for a small and it doesn’t have the features of a Korean fried chicken not the onions it’s supposed to have on top for added flavor then the price isn’t worth it. The soondubu also tasted burnt and not at all like the strong pepper paste flavor it should’ve had.

I visited the restaurant on 6/8/2025 at 11:04 a.m. regular 8 pcs chicken for $18.39 tax included. Chicken not good at all. I used to go here all the time. The chicken pieces were very small with lots of fat on it. I will not be back. The service was great.

The prices for the chicken are outrageously high. A seven piece flats/ drumette was $18!!!!! There was a random $1 fee for nothing that could be explained on the neither the receipt nor the menu. That being said the chicken was delicious and the fries were nice and plentiful but soggy. I ordered tempura shrimp but it tasted seriously frost bitten. The outside was super crispy but the layer of batter that touches the shrimp was still mushy and raw. I couldn’t eat more than one. Service was nice but I wouldn’t return as the prices didn’t match the quality.

I was charged $15 plus tax for a small wings order when their menu clearly showed $13. And they could not even explain why.

I came today around 4:39pm to get a regular chicken sandwich not the combo JUST THE SANDWICH and it’s currently 5:45pm and we barely got our order WE WAITED OVER AN HOUR FOR 1 SANDWICH and nothing more im very disappointed AND to top it all off they got my order wrong i wanted it plain but they still added coleslaw, sauce, and pickles WHICH I DID NOT WANT AND THE BREAD WAS STALE, SOGGY, and broke easy. won’t be coming here at all! THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME TRYING IT TOO I SHOULD’VE LOWERED MY HYPE ABOUT IT.

AVOID this location due to it's poor service and erratic quality! I had some friends over for fight night and ordered online. When I arrived, the employees told me that they had not received our order. After showing my order conformation on my phone, they basically told me "sucks to be you, buddy". They didn't even offer to refund my charge or make another order. The service and food quality is very hit-or-miss. I hope the Korean chicken joint on Cooper is better. I was so excited a CM chicken opened on grand prairie but I am totally disappointed. I just made a pickup order today for a total of $98.48 and the gave us the wrong chicken. I came home with 3 regular fried chicken when I ordered three different flavors. It clearly shows on the receipt. Also they didnt give us any of the radish that comes with the chicken. Meanwhile when we picked up the order the employee giving us the order made sure with us that everything was in there and rushed us. I will be filing a compaint with my credit card company because I called the store 5 times to get in contact with someone and they would not answer. I could not drive back 20 minutes when nobody would even answer the phone to have the correct order ready for us.

Cashier did not seem to care or have any motivation to sell at all. She just kept saying they were sold out (at 1pm). They were sold out of whole chicken as well as certain flavors like their main spicy sauce. How can you have a chicken restaurant and run out of chicken? 🤷‍♀️ Nevertheless, we were excited to try this place for the first time, but we will not be returning.

Snow onion chicken is terrible. CM Chicken in Carolltion wakes it 1 million times better. 1. Look at the color of the sauce in my photo.  Not white like snow onion chicken. Didn't taste correct at all. Definitely not snow onion chicken. 2. The coating on the chicken was paper thin and falling off. Definitely not done correct. Not korean style. 3. And the chicken itself had problems. Looked like freezer burn or something.

I honestly don't see how this place has a 4-star rating. I paid $50 for 14 pieces of bone in wings, fries, and 2 boba drinks. It took almost 45 minutes to get my food, and that was only because I walked up to them and asked them if it was almost ready. It turns out my food had been sitting on there, and they never rang my buzzer. Fries were cold, and chicken was meh. Not crunchy like at all like other places I've tried, and barely any sauce on them. I was almost ready to ask for a refund. Also, why are you asking for tips when I'm walking up to you to place my order, getting my own food, and cleaning up after myself. Not only am I never coming back here, but I'm actively telling others to avoid it, too. I feel robbed.

i don't usually leave reviews, but i had to leave one for this place cm chicken is located in asia times square food court, it's pretty easy to find. my friend & i got the garlic soy chicken. for all of the chicken we got, i thought the pricing was pretty cheap. $23 for 2 boxes full of fried chicken. the problem was when i brought it home to eat, the chicken inside is completely raw. it was a bigger piece of chicken, so the chef should have fried it longer. but raw chicken!! seriously?? it's not safe to consume at all. i felt so disgusted after eating that one piece of chicken that i didn't want to finish the rest of my food. i wouldn't go here unless you want to get salmonella! don't serve raw chicken to your customers.

Horrible experience, two girls attending yet none of them wanted to take my order. They kept nudging each other on who gets to take my order. On top of that they forgot I even placed an order I ended up waisting 40 minutes of my day on food I never even got. I couldn’t even explore and shop, this was my first time driving an hour for this area, everything started to close, that’s how long this whole situation took. I asked for a refund, they couldn’t even give it back to me in my card they had to give me cash… They also kept making excuses at first it was “our food takes a while to fry” which okay but close to an hour wasted? Then they changed the story to the cook got a rash, in that case why is he cooking my food in the first place? Lastly, they kept on laughing it off when asked for their names, and manager information. Seriously, I am not one to ever write a bad review cause I get it no one wants to work, but for it to be this bad?

Seoul Chicken was a horrible experience, my friend referred to this place after seeing it on TikTok and it was not worth it. At first, the servers were good and friendly, but the wait is absolutely insane. The food came out, the chicken is low quality and the Garlic Soy is the one thing I do not recommend. When I tell you, it was horrible, it was unbelievable. The chicken was soggy, overall bad taste to the math, and you can tell where they bought it was low quality. 2/10.

Horrible experience, two girls attending yet none of them wanted to take my order. They kept nudging each other on who gets to take my order. On top of that they forgot I even placed an order I ended up waisting 40 minutes of my day on food I never even got. I couldn’t even explore and shop, this was my first time driving an hour for this area, everything started to close, that’s how long this whole situation took.
