I recently ordered from this location due to it being on the way home. I was met with urgency and awesome customer service from manager Rikki. She was very responsive and helpful with my order being corrected. She offered great resolutions and empathy for how my order didnt come out the best. She highlighted this experience for me and wingstop should be appreciative of the care she gives to customers. I will visit soon thank you !
Baby I’m 5 months pregnant and just had the best experience at midnight baby I ordered inside waddled back to the car the lady that took my order brought it out to my car for me CHICKEN SO HOT N FRESH I COULDNT PULL OFF I JUST DUG IN SHE REALIZED I WAS STILL IM THR FRONT OF THE STORE AND BROUGHT ME NAPKINS LOVE I STAY IN OAK CLIFF N ORDER WINGSTOP 2/3 times a week this has been the best
I ordered a 10 piece as usual and I only received 6 of them I eat hear almost 3 to 4 times a week and get the same exact thing garlic Parmesan all flats but this was first and only time that my food was not right maybe because they were about to close and I’m a dedicated and consistent customer so I’m kinda of upset that my order was not right but knowing them they know me an why I want this matter should be resolved but thanks to whom this may concern I took a picture of them before I started eating
I wanna give a review on this lady named Raven that works at this Wingstop. She is very nice very professional and know exactly how to take a meal and speak to customer. I give her a five star rate of customer service.!!!!!!
I just went on December 26 on a Friday evening at around 10pm. I just want to say that the woman upfront was so nice,helpful professional. Just her vibes makes me want to comeback.
Estaban was the best. He suggested a meal deal for the same pricw. And your manager is awesome too. Best WS Ive ever been to
When I order from this location during lunch hours the lady at the register has the best customer service skills I have seen in a very long time! She calls back your order and makes sure you received what you ordered with a smile and you can tell she takes pride in what she does. On top of that the fries and Wings were perfectly cooked! Shout out to the crew! I will definitely keep coming back here.
The wings were great as usual. However, we did have to wait over 20 minutes to receive our order.
Update: So since my last post, I haven’t ordered from this location at all, but my daughter told me that since the Manager has been stopping by during the day at times, they’ve been making the food much better. I was craving wings, so I thought I’d give it a try and what do you know!?! They made them exceptionally well!! I spoke with David and he ensured me that my order would be correct and they delivered!! So I changed my stars. I'm beginning to think this location doesn't care about how they prepare the food. The wings, particularly the lemon pepper wings, never have seasoning on them. So I thought I'd order them with extra seasoning this time, and they still didn't have any seasoning. This place is too expensive to not be prepared properly.
Fries were undercooked and way underseasoned, check your order before you go!!! I hate giving even slightly bad reviews but man we paid over $70 and the entire family was complaining. Been coming here for years and this time I was very disappointed When food costs as much as it does these days it should be made right imo
Placed an order for door dash, which cost 72$. They forgot the wings in one of my combos. They wanted me to bring my whole meal back up there… to get cold to prove it… which makes no sense… so I drive up there and explained I’m missing my 8 boneless, not the fries and not the drinks but just the chicken… I had to pay again. No manager on site. Lost my buisness for good. Manager came in and was very nice and told me she would credit me it. Thank you so much.
I spent $37 just for all our food to be too salty to eat. When you place the order, the statement says to just go to cashier and tell them your name...I did just that. When the cashier found my order and was about to hand the bag to my son she decided she needed the last 4 #s of the order...even after teller her what my specific order was. 🙄 This would not have bothered me as much had the food been good. I'm super dissatisfied and disappointed. What a waste of money.
Yes, ordered a 10 pieces ,mostly thumbs, fries cold. Call the store ,spoke with Tye, the manager at the time. No Customer Service skills at all, she wanted to control the conversation, by arguing with the customer. Tomorrow, I will be getting a refund for the complete order. On hold forever.
The last chicken wing dinner, that I ate from a 10pc combo. I had also veggies to go with the meal. Tell me why, I'm smelling urine while chewing my food. This is so disgusting and disrespectful why would somebody wants to smell and eat anything like that. That will be my very last time eating there period. And the people started off so good in the beginning. No Q&A. Sad.
They’re going to get your order wrong. You’re going to have to drive back. Just go to the Wingstop on Arkansas. It’s just 5 mins away and they do a good job
This was hands down the most ridiculous experience I’ve ever had at any Wingstop. My order was completely wrong, items were missing, and the food that was in the bag was ice cold like it had been sitting out forever. I called expecting a simple fix — just remake the food I paid for — and instead I got attitude from the manager the moment I opened my mouth (mind you, I had to wait on hold for 17 minutes before i got to speak to her). I’ve never dealt with someone so rude, dismissive, and unwilling to take responsibility. The manager flat-out told me they “can only give the missing items” and refused to remake anything, even though the rest of the food was stone cold and clearly not fresh. No apology. No effort. No basic customer service. Just straight-up refusal to make things right. If this location is going to mess up orders and then argue with customers instead of fixing their own mistakes, there is absolutely no reason to come here. I expect someone from management or corporate to contact me directly to make this right, because the experience at this store was unacceptable. This store has gone downhill since the recent “remodel”. If i could, i would give this location and this manager 0 stars. My visit happened on Tuesday, December 9th at 9pm.
One they got our order wrong, and expected us to take it wrong. My wife brought the food home. I ordered Cajun and lemon pepper. I don't know what that was but it was not Cajun. Barely any sauce and did not have the seasoning on it. The chicken wasn't cooked well either. Normally their is a crunch to the lemon pepper. The skin on both flavors was very rubbery. I couldn't even finish my meal. Worst wing stop ever.
If i could give them 0 i would do not shop here i ordered 2 chicken sandwiches they gave me just 2 patties and no bun or nothing and also wouldn’t refund me horrible customer service
Waited 40 min to get food, which is normal. Got wrong order, tried calling, rang for 10 min non stop. So I just got something else to eat, didn’t want to have to wait another 40 minutes after getting to restaurant. I stopped by today to get a refund and manager asks me who I spoke to, no one since no one picked up the phone. She stated I should of taken the fold back last night, that it may have been someone else’s food. Who would want their food back after it has been in my house. It should not take 2 hours to get an order right. I had pic of my order and the food that was given to me. That should of suffice, will just let the credit card decline the charge
The owner has gone way too greedy at this location. I ordered 60 wings and was only given a 3.5 ounce container of ranch. They say they limited to one per order. How does that make sense? And when I asked to buy more, I was told Cash only? Why? I used to go weekly, but with all the additional fees and then being stingy and quality just going downhill over the last few months it’s not worth it.
Yea, no. Don’t even waste your time ordering at this location just drive however far to the next location. They gave me mild wings that were damn near clear in color and old fries.. asked them to fix it they threw a bunch of sauce on the wings and gave me even older fries.. thank goodness I’m in my soft girl era and I don’t cut up no more 🙌🏽 Anyway don’t waste your time or money here
Worst wing stop I’ve been to. Food is fine but the store is filthy and the customer service is terrible. I came in and the guy at the register brought us a high chair for my two year old, which is nice, but he wasn’t observant enough to notice that it was filthy. I asked him for a sanitizer towel, and he couldn’t find one until I told him to ask someone in the kitchen, and then suddenly he knew. My child had already gotten dirty from the seat by the time we had realized how nasty it was, and we had to clean her up. A restaurant should not get its customers dirty because they failed to clean properly. It was at Noon, and we were the first customers in for lunch rush, which tells me it was the closers who failed to clean it. I am the general manager for a restaurant so I understand that it’s father’s day weekend and those closers were likely busy and tired, so I certainly view this as a management issue. Workers performing their job to a good standard shouldn’t be difficult, it is a managers job to make it easy for them to do so they can always succeed. Also, it is cruel for a restaurant serving saucy food that you eat with your hands not to have mirror in the restroom, which was also disgusting and poorly maintained. Just from a building maintenence perspective, there are a variety of health code violations present. This place needs serious higher management reevaluation.
