We saw the reviews for this location and avoided coming here. One night, we decided to try it. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised. Little Caesars is his cheap night food so he obviously doesn’t expect something from a 5 star restaurant. However, the pizza he received both times (tonight was his second time here) was fresh and had plenty of toppings. I ordered online, went in early to pick it up and it was already ready! The only thing I wonder is why it’s so hot inside? And no chairs.. maybe those things can get fixed? I had good service both times and unless something changes - we’ll be back.

it's a hit and miss with little ceaser here . it can be either good service or bad service and the food can be freshly made and have pizzas ready to sell or there won't be no pizzas to sell and have to make more and wait for them to make it . or get a cold pizza

They had a attitude when told they need to refill the hand sanitizer today. They also did not cut my supreme pizza. Customer service was not the best.

I spend over $50 every time I order, CBS up until recently they've been good, but now they apparently only give less than half a cup of sauce because that's all they can fill it. I asked for them to fill the cup up at least more than half and was told no. Girl at the counter had a bad attitude and I won't be returning to this location. I'd rather drive further to mill st. Where the customer service is better despite the area.

This location has its moments where the crew just does not care about quality. The crew needs to take the time to make it like its theirs, plus re-check it as it comes out of the oven to ensure quality of work. For some reason people don't seem to want to take pride in anything they do any more, its an "oh, well, it's not mine" attitude. That's a terrible customer service mindset to have. I have faith in you LC, you need to step it up a notch.

I got two of the crazy stuffed crust pizzas and they forgot the whole point of it being like a crazy bread crust. I drove home and opened it disappointed. It just sucks when you pay for what you want and wait for it and it comes wrong obviously.

Usually love this location but we ordered a pizza last night for delivery and it showed up raw????? Dough uncooked and cheese not even melted. Not sure how that got sent out.

This place sucks I ordered online. Got confirmation on my order even got the qr saying that I had an order and it was ready, I got their and no one was aware of my ordered proceeded to make the pizza until I was already there this was so unprofessional they said I didn’t have an order but when I asked for refund they had the order all of a sudden? Make it make sense

I ordered a pizza with the twix brownies they sell here. I went to pick up my order one hour after I placed it and when I was handed my food they tried to give me the M&M's brownie instead without telling me anything. I told them I ordered the Twix brownies, not the M&M's. The employee just told me they don't have any and they can't do anything about it. This lil Caesars had an HOUR to either cancel my order or notify me that they didn't have all the food I ordered. Huge waste of time all because they can't do something as simple as notify people when their order can't be fully fulfilled. Lazy employees make $20 an hour but can't even do this simple job.

I want to give 0 stars!! I went in an ordered a pepperoni and cheese pizza . The young cashier ( who seemed to be the only one working btw) said it would be 10-15 minutes. The packed lobby should have been a warning sign!! The other workers were walking around doing nothing cussing . I waited 45 minutes!! The young man who originally took my offer went to lunch and came back and was so shocked to see me still waiting for my order. Management needs to address its staff because it was a disaster

Guys, 1 hour + is Not okay for little ceasers pizza… idk how you try to justify. Especially when we walk in there and mostly see kids just fooling around in back, moving so slowly like it’s no big deal that they’re so behind. Then I walk into the other pizza place across the street and I see the whole crew busting butt, cranking out food in Less then 15 minutes!!!! Lost one meaningless customer I guess. Over an hour wait for cheap pizza is not a good deal. You need new Management..

The employee that was packing the pizza on 12/14/23 @8:52pm was the absolute worst I've ever seen. He had the nastiest attitude from a man that I have seen in ever. He made me bag my own food and pushed my food to me, now mind you He never greeted me nor said no more then 2 words to me. His demeanor is not worthy of great customer service

Was a little shocked at my experience. Went in a few minutes before closing (understandable that there wouldn't be a lot of selection) and ordered three pizzas and wings ( just what they had in stock, didn't want to make them make new pizzas). The guy let's me know that they only have extras left, and that they are 15 minutes past when they are allowed to be served. I was like whatever, show me. He opens them up and I dismiss one because it looked off and took the other two as he put the other two left on the ground, next to his feet. I waited a few minutes for my wings and the last pizza ( which had just come from the oven). Everything good. As we were leaving, I noticed the employee reach down to the ground and pick up the two pizzas he had set down from the ground, open them up and show the next customer them. Trying to sell them pizzas that had just been on the ground. I worked in the food business. I know for a fact you can't serve food that's been on the ground.... Sure it's in a box but dude. Anyway, we went home, ate about two slices of the extras and were like "gross" and ate the fresh pizza. Don't think I'll be back.

Don't walk, run from this place. The store was ran by children and teenagers. I asked to speak with a 'manager' because an employee kept walking back and forth eating pizza, dropping food out of his mouth where they prep food. I was informed by that manager that this is policy. That they don't have a break room. An employee was taking a nap on top of the sodas. The trash was overfull and trash was on the floor because of it. If my kids are sick with food poisoning i will bring the police with me to shut this place down. Disgusting... Revolting... Shame on this business!!!!!!!!!

I went in to pick up an order today 01-02-24 at 9pm. The young guy in front was super rude giving rude looks and just being a little jerk, super bad attitude for no reason at all. He took forever to get .y order ready, my order was supposed to be ready at 8:59 and I got it at 9:09 since he just had it sitting on counter, I think his job was to box it and he couldn't even do that without being a jerk. He was a skinny little hispanic guy with tattoos and he shaves a little slice in his eyebrow. He just wears air pods and ignores you. This guy was literally just sitting in a chair when I walked in, the only dude not working. Guys like this should just quit if they dont like customer service or working.

Wish I could give them no stars. Made my order and then waited about 30 min. After being tired of waiting asked the cashier and found out my pizza had been ready and was just laying there. No one had called it out. By the time I got it it was no longer fresh. I will never go back and would advise that you stay away as well. There are much better pizzerias where you get fresher and better tasting pizza.

Or the Horrendous horrible CUSTOMER SERVICE, if that's what you want to call it, is THE ABSOLUTE WORST at any place I've ever been. I've put in orders online through app, and paid with cc...only to pickup and they don't have items I ordered, or food is wrong. When you ask for a refund, oh man. They don't give refund! And if the employee actually does so, it'll take 5_7 business days...then they will try to recharge you cash 💸!!!!and you're not getting food or what you ordered in the first place. The employees were hanging out with friends in lobby instead of helping customers. The other employees don't bother helping at all...refused to give name refund or food. The store never has inventory and you won't know til you've waited 2hours...the company doesn't hire anything but teens who don't care. The location is dirty....these employees didn't rectify any order or refund ...and they are being paid 20$ an hour....for what? Super rude..didn't care. Expected me to drive back home for separate payment and reorder whole order again!I will never go back to this location. There's too many places for pizza that will deliver what I ordered no problem. My order was over 40$ each order. Never again!!

I don’t even care to do reviews, but this Little Caesar’s location has to be THEE worst and deserves this rant. lol. I mean, I LOVE this chain, and with the new puffs.. I’m going here more than I care to admit. But I try to avoid this Grand Terrance location as much as possible, but sadly, I live closest to this one. So I foolishly give in and randomly order from here… and they never fail to disappoint .This is definitely the location you have to THOROUGHLY check your orders before you get home.. or you’ll get disappointed one way or another. 2 separate accounts.. the best part of the crazy puffs.. garlic butter.. was not put on. I’ve had cold pizza once I got home (3 minutes drive) after waiting 15 minutes for my order. How does that even work out!?! And these are consecutive occasions… At this point, I feel like the workers just don’t care.. and are hoping you just don’t return. Mission accomplished. I’m done with this place. I don’t know when this went from the best LC location years ago… to one that I’ll avoid from here on out. And I see similar posts, so you know it’s just the staff. Get a new crew, please.

They didn't have any "hot and ready" food ready to go, lots of people waiting around, some 40+ minutes. There seemed to be 10 employees working but no one at the front. Several looked at us but no one said they'd help us soon, we just stood there forever. After one customer left, the staff started loudly and openly complaining about her and insulting her in front of other customers. We left without buying. Don't go here.

I normally like this location and come here all the time but they are now somewhere i will never come to. I had all my breadsticks smashed and not baked all the way, they still had Raw dough. The pizza dough was also raw and too soft. I could still taste the dough itself and not the sauce or pepperoni. Don't come to this location until they get there staff sorted out

My delivery order was completely wrong. When I contacted them I was told I'd hear back in a business day. When I said I would like the pizza I order because what was delivered on allergic to, they said we don't do that and ended the chat. I don't know why I keep giving them chances, they mess it up every time

Food, not good. Pizza was so thick on one side it was like a deep dish, then on the other side it was so thin it wouldn't hold up. They didn't even cut it correctly. Service was terrible. No hot and ready's available and they said it would be 20 min. Then we paid and he said 30 min. Went back in after 15 minutes to check and it was sitting on the counter.

If I can give a negative star I would. We placed an order online and we placed it ahead of time to be there on time and not have to wait. We left when we received the confirmation that said “pizza is ready” When we arrived employees were talking standing around not all of course but the main ones the customers can see which is fine I understand it’s not busy BUT when asked for our name on the order about 20 times NO ONE knew what was going on. The cashier boy started walking back and forth asking everyone about it no one can give him an answer. So he proceeded to hand us over to another employee who also took our name and couldn’t find us. In that moment they got a rush of people with the same situation. We were brushed off to the side while they took more orders. The employees at the time making the pizza looked like she didn’t care very carefully applied every cheese strand on that pizza. The phone was ringing no one answering. We ended speaking to another employee who then asked the employees making the pizzas if they’d seen it because he had seen them come out. I think that one figured it out one of them messed up and gave away the pizzas because I don’t see what else is the solution to this bizarre situation GET IT TOGETHER please We cancelled our order and left to dominoes

I rarely do reviews but this place needs a whole new staff. There are two managers that actually care about the customers satisfaction. The workers are not welcoming and stand around talking before engaging with customers. Also laughing, on their phones or seemingly just walking in the kitchen while the store phone is ringing off the hook. Food is always a hit or miss ut often a miss. Pizza is either cut terribly or lacks quality. Wings are sometimes colds. Bread sticks are sometimes hard or without seasoning buy sometimes both. Nothing wrong with workers playing music to boost moral or stay upbeat while working but there are times the music is inappropriate especially when kids are present. Hope this gets solved soon. Thank you.

So yet again an issue with this location. I ordered 2 crazy bread combos and was given 1 sauce. I, yet again, ordered 2 custom pizzas with extra toppings and sauce. Yes, extra sauce was done...but the toppings were all in the center of the pizza. Theres about 3 to 4 inches of pizza from the center that has only cheese and no toppings. That causes the center of the pizza to get soggy. And whoever cut the pizza did a poor job. We're having to tear the pieces apart. I'm done ordering from this location. I will be ordering from the one by el super on mt Vernon. HOPEFULLY they do a better job.

Tried to get a quick pizza for dinner so we ordered through the app on the way there. The app notified me that the pizza was ready but the warmer was empty. We waited another 10-15 mins before asking the cashier if the order was ready. It was sitting on a table in the back. The employee assembling the pizzas was fiddling with their headphones in between toppings without washing their hands.

This location NEVER answers the phone, they don't acknowledge customers when they walk in either, they don't even take the "next in line" for orders! Chimpanzees could run it better than that big fat lazy girl who is the alleged manager and who insists she doesn't know who her own boss is! The food is inconsistent because they cut corners all the time when they're busy!

I paid a little over $30 for the base menu items, are you kidding me?? How do I get a refund for this, its beyond me how poorly managed this place is.

I waited in the lobby for over an hour cuz I didn't order online. The guys in the back were laughing that it took so long and didn't cut the slices. Terrible place Terrible employees and TERRIBLE pizza 🤢🤮

No one apologized, gave an update, or even acknowledged how long people had been waiting not to mention there was like 6 people in the lobby waiting and like 15 pizzas just sitting there What’s the point of ordering ahead if the service is still this slow? Completely unacceptable. I will not be going back to this location
