I stop here every morning to get my coffee and sweet tea on my way to work and it wouldn't be a good start without them! Denise is a wonderful manager and with her there I am confident that all will be great with my order! When I do order breakfast I know it will be hot among with a freshness that is a must! They are all great and it is a wonderful way to start my day! They are all very friendly! I only have to start out ordering my coffee and they finish my order....but sometimes I throw them a different breakfast meal just to keep them guessing! Thank you and please let them know how great they all are~ I do want them all to know how much they are appreciated!

We have had ordered s wrong and where told to come back and get what they forgot. The one down the road in Savage accuses you of stealing and lying. The morning week day crew at this McDonald's is very very pleasant.

I come through often with a mobile order- most of the time just for a drink before i go into work . The team at this location is always extremely friendly and efficient, they always greet me and get my order out right away. Whenever i get food here the order is always correct and the food is always hot. I super appreciate everyone at this location y'all are rockstars!

I love the McDonald's app. Go on there and look for deals. Make sure you check for all the deals. Often there is a good deal there. For example, during the football season, if the Minnesota Vikings get two touchdowns or more, you get a free Big Mac when you order something else. That's a great deal! Also on Fridays they have free french fries, just order another item. The app can save you a lot of money at McDonald's. I always like their consistent quality. Also, when you order through the app it's much faster and you don't have to take out your credit card. For me, employees at McDonald's are almost always friendly and accommodating. My favorite dessert at McDonald's is a soft serve ice cream cone or a caramel sundae.

Manager lady that is working the night shift on April 19-20 that is working till 4:00 a.m. was very nice to me and help me after the lobby was even closed because I had a truck and trailer because I couldn't go through the drive-thru I call that kind of her to help me that is excellent service!!!

Very tasty, hot food and of course great prices compared to other fast food restaurants. Took a little longer than usual this time at drive-thru, but then most McDonald's are usually the fastest at drive-thrus, so not too bad. Clean bathroom as usual too. Used the App so The full price for a big mac but the quarter pounder was twenty nine cents.... Again, normal.

The drive thru was fairly quick over the lunch hour. I went for a frappe and to get a quick lunch for my son (nuggets). The frappe was just ok, not the best but not the worst. Nuggets were crispy and the fries were warm. The cashier that we paid was very friendly and personable, but the employee at window two that gave me the food was silent and made it slightly uncomfortable. But in all honesty, I wasn't there for conversation. I do think that their food is getting expensive, almost sit down restaurant prices.

Seemed to be slow service on a Friday night at 6:45. We went through the drive-through and while there was a line, it seemed to move slowly - not sure what the hold-up was. Our order was correct, but I swear to you, no McDonalds - including this one, ever EVER remembers to put in the sauce for the McNuggets. We ordered two 10-piece, and our displayed order clerly showed three sweet and sour packets...which were never put in the bag. Otherwise the food was fine, fries were a little bland (not enough salt?).

I usually hate coming to this McDonald's because staff is short with me and messes up my order somehow, BUT tonight we had the nicest guy taking our order! We requested to wait for fresh chicken tenders in the drive thru which he was very polite about and made sure to let someone know in the kitchen to make some for us. We pulled up to the 1st spot to wait and when he brought the bag out, he told us they accidentally made two other snack wraps without fresh chicken so he just gave us those along with the 2 fresh ones! I used to work in fast food and I just really appreciate when someone gives me good service even through the drive thru. :) Thank you and hopefully I'll have another experience like this one the next time I come here!

This location has stepped it up over the past year so I have adjusted my previous review. The service has gotten much better (needs work on serving hot french fries though) and the drive through times are improving. I appreciate the order accuracy and I definitely want to give some praise to Anthony who is an awesome employee! He is usually the one who takes the money and orders. He is a great asset and has a wonderful personality and smile each and every time I visit. Thank you Anthony for being one of the biggest reasons this place is turning around! Previous Review a Year Ago If you have another McDonalds you can go to....just do it. This location has more issues than I have time to write about. The drive through is extremely slow and you will have to repeat your order several times before they get it right. In the last three months, I have not had a single time where this place has gotten my order right. Yesterday was the final straw with this place. I got my BBQ sauce but no chicken nuggets. To top it off, they filled a small bag so full that my french fries were spilling all over the place. I usually check my order before I leave, but the small bag did not leave me much of an option unless I wanted french fries all over my car. The visit prior to this, I got medium fries when I ordered and paid for large fries and to top it off, the medium fry was not even filled properly. This place needs some serious help. The employees are rude, slow, and cannot double check or fill orders properly. I have reached out to management and have yet to receive a call back. This service is unacceptable! I worked for McDonalds for for seven years and treated the customers and the McDonalds products with respect unlike this place. What a disappointment.

I really hate fast food, but sometimes its handy...and this place surprised me...had a couple laughs with the girl taking my order, the decor is kind of localized which was neat. Not cookie cutter large chain decor.

I went to drive through, i picked out my food like usual but one thing I've been noticing is the humongous increase in pricing for just the breakfast item menus, for two egg biscuit bacon sandwiches with a large coffee cost about 15 to $18. When did breakfast ever cost almost a full entire hour of work? The employees were courteous and nice. The food was warm, so that was good to go still.. I am probably not going to be going to McDonald's for the rest of 2024 due to these ridiculous cost prices.

The selling point of McDonald’s is consistency. I’ve only been here twice so I can’t really vouch that hard, but they’ve managed to get my order right both times despite busy lines at night and me ordering online with special instructions. That being said their service is more or less bare minimum, they don’t speak unless they need to. From the looks of the other reviews though, seems pretty damn hit or miss.

Service is fast but food is sometimes not fresh how can you have a line of cars and still try to give someone cold Fry's and then getting an attitude when you ask for fresh ones. It's Hit or Miss sometimes with the service there.

It's McDonald's - I have only been through the drive thru to pick stuff up, I have never been inside. I have had mixed results with getting our order correctly and timely - Either we get everything right and it comes out slowly, or we end up missing something (sauce for nuggets/straws/wrong sandwich) but the drive thru is pretty speedy.

It normally takes me 15 minutes to get my medium fries after my late night shift. Service is better during the day but service is lacking late at night. If there are more cars in the drive thru after 11pm, go some where else. otherwise friendly staff. Food is sub par but that's not why we go to McDonald's.

I ordered the M&M McFlurry and a Sweet Tea. The order was brought out to me. The. McFlurry had way too many M&M's in it. I've had them before, but this was way too much. I noticed that the ice machine on one of the soda fountain units is STILL NOT WORKING!! Management should know that soda does not taste correctly and will have a flat taste to it due to the lines of syrup going into the machine are not chilled. This was noted 11 months ago. They are making their fair share on food pricing and should be maintaining their equipment.

I've been through the drive through a few times, and haven't had any problems. I stopped at about midnight the other night, though, and had absolutely horrible service. The guy at the counter took the order for one person in our group, then disappeared outside. No one took his place. After several minutes he came back in, only to go straight to the bathroom for another few minutes. Finally we got our orders in, and waited much longer than normal for our food. I realize the staff is light at that time of night, but that's no excuse to completely ignore customers. I realize that's just one experience, and since my others have been fine, I'm giving this location a medium rating.

It is ok. I have had better, but I have also had worse. But I recommend checking your good before you leave. They have messed up alot of my orders, which is why I don't go there much. They have given me a chicken nugget box, but it had old nasty lettuce in it, and none of the nuggets I had ordered. They are not checking the orders as they go out, so it falls to the consumer to make sure their order is correct for this location.

Didn't take my order at the drive thru speaker, waited a good 3 minutes without anyone telling me anything, pulled up to the second window and just see employees just standing around talking to each other, don't get my attention for another 5 minutes at window. Only reason I'm giving it a 3 is because one of the employees redeemed you guys by giving adding 2 free Big Macs cause I ordered it but cancelled it.

I ordered the frozen cherry drink and the machine was not working so I agreed to get the blue raspberry drink. It was terrible. The blue dye overpowered the flavor and I could not drink it. A complete waste of money and I will never order this flavored frozen drink again. The fish sandwich was very good. Slight disappointment regarding the amount of cheese. When did McDonald's start putting half of a slice of cheese on them?

I went in and out. Cost for a breakfast sandwich and coffee was over $7. I can get breakfast at a real restaurant for the same cost if I watch for the bargains. (Perkins offers 2 eggs, 2 pancakes and 2 bacon for $6). Once we stop paying these prices, perhaps Corporate may rethink. The staff person I saw said it's because everyone wants $15 an hour, not even a livable wage. That's not the problem. Corporate greed is the problem.

Every Thursday I get oatmeal on my way to work. Today and last Thursday I’ve opened it and it’s just been water. It was filled all the way up to the top with water. Today I brought it to the attention of the person working in the window and said something wasn’t right just to be told “sometimes it comes out that way” no, it doesn’t. If you make it correctly. I have visited this McDonald's a lot. This time I did my order, pulled to the window to pick it up an I totally forgot to add some sauces. I was hoping that I can ask for only 1 ranch sauce, but they didn't want to give it to me. It's $0.33 and I supposed to do another order and wait another line to get 33cent sauce. This is horrible service. This is why I prefer Chick-fil-A, because they care about customers and will not allow 33 cent sauce to ruin relationship with customers.

One thing about McDonald's is that it doesn't need to taste good, it just needs to be consistent. Unfortunately for this Burnsville McDonald's, they are not consistent. The bread is stale, the food is rarely hot and they can't figure out how to make the food look presentable. Another problem the Burnsville McDonald's have is that they rarely get all the food you order in the bag if you're going through the drive thru. MAKE SURE YOU DOUBLE CHECK BEFORE YOU LEAVE! I got shorted a cheeseburger tonight, so it wasn't that bad, but sometimes they forget something really important. If you have the choice, go to the Apple Valley McDonald's or even the Bloomington one on 96th and Lyndale. Good luck to you, I hope you're experience is better than mine.

This has been one of the best McDonald’s around for a very long time. The last 6 months it has gone severely downhill. Food quality is bad. Old and over cooked food. Sloppy put together of sandwiches. Old fries. They just crumple the top of the bag and overfill it. The help has changed a lot. Seems like a lack of discipline and terrible communication. They are talking and texting when they should be focused on getting food to customers. Not sure what changed but we are moving to the next exit south in Lakeville by bowling place. Owner needs to get a grip. My thinking is volume is going down or will soon. Lauphing and screwing around seems to be the priority. When the help is laughing and not helping customers I think something needs to change. I will take my business to another place. Most times they say nothing to you and don’t even thank you or even make eye contact. I appreciate how hard they work but they could use some training and leadership.

Recently my sister was taking our family’s order at the drive through, the person taking our order had some difficulty hearing her so they made us go to the window, she ordered two chicken nugget meals (one being a M and another a L) and then just an extra Mchicken and a Oreo mcFlurry, they charged us 53 for those orders, my sister was confused but we let it slide. Once we reached the second window they gave us DOUBLED of what we asked for, we told them that we didn’t order this much food and it lead to a lot of confusion, the managers and the other staff were nice. But for all of this we only got $3 from this mistake. My sister and mom was ok with everything but its frustrating how they had to pay double of what we asked for.

Decided to get two bacon McGriddles and a large caramel frappe to start my morning only in return to receive a 6 hour stomach ache followed by puking twice across 3 hours and no sleep because of which, since I couldn’t stomach to eat anything after until lunch the next day. Will leave a NO STAR review if I could. I never would take the time out to leave a review about a FAST FOOD restaurant, but I had to after the service I got. I guess it’s my fault, I read the reviews online and thought “maybe it’s not as bad as these reviews are saying”... I was ABSOLUTELY WRONG ! In town from Texas, and decided to go by McDonald’s around 1am before going back to my hotel room, and was greeted by BY FAR THE WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER !!! The girl I believe she said her name was “Alyssa” had no people skills or costumer service experience. Had a TERRIBLE DRY RUDE ATTITUDE. Will be calling to complain. PLEASE READ THESE REVIEWS and STAY AWAY. I don’t even know how people with such poor attitudes can even get hired, says a lot about the management.

This location is very slow at night time because of short staff. That the manager has to close the inside of the store at 8pm. The drive thru gets back up at ten when they have just one drive thru open. You will wait in line for 20 minutes or longer to get your order. That turns out to be cold when you get home. They will miss things from your order and your food will be cold.

So 2:30 in the morning after a rock and roll show ...starving and waiting for a half an hour in the drive thru. Would have never waited if I'd have known it was going to be this long but at a certain point you just have so much time invested and you're hungry that you wait. They only take cash for some reason. None of the employees who were handling my food had masks on properly. Went inside to order to go.because the drive thru was backed up. Guy taking our order was good. But the manager and 3 other employees were standing by the computer screen where the orders are posted, checking cell phone and gossiping. Someone got our food and when it was brought back the manager tried to say she called our number but didn't. We never left the counter. She got an attitude and we asked for our money back and left. Even before our food was given to someone else, it took way too long for it to come up. There was only 1 other customer inside and they still screwed it up. And you wonder why you can't get more than minimum wage. Also tried to email mcdonalds corporate and their website wasn't working right.

Went through the drive thru and ordered a medium fry and large diet coke. Wasn't busy at this time. Got to the window and they didn't repeat my order and had really loud rap music playing so they probably couldn't hear my order. They gave me a regular coke. Tried to go inside the restaurant and it was closed. Got back to the drive thru and there was a line. They should probably focus on the customer and not music that was blaring. The fries were overly salty as well.

This McDonald's is the worst one I have ever been to. Staff in drive thru are rude and more focused on fooling around with each other than doing their job. I have been told they can't do multiple orders through drive thru, then the next time they do it. It totally depends on if they feel like it or not... I have been given old food and even had them enter the wrong thing then get mad because I tell them they added two items when I only needed one. Fries are always soggy and old or thrown in the bag so all over the bottom.

twice on two seperate occasions my foods been made wrong; they take the food back into the restaurant behind the counter with fresh food. first off, make the food correctly - and second, please tell me you are not reselling food that’s been down the block! one time they had me pull forward to wait for fresh food and left me there for 20 mins with no cars over a cheeseburger with just ketchup and cheese only, i had to walk into the store. since managment changes its gone downhill.

Horrible experience. I placed a mobile order, checked in at the spot, and proceeded to wait 15+ minutes. I called to let them know I was outside waiting and was hung up on (I had a small kid throwing a fit in the car, so going in wasn't going to work well). I went through the drive thru and was told that a manager would help me at the second window. I pulled up, the girl (non-manager) gave me my food, added ice to my pop (shows how long it had been sitting for) and I then had to remind her we had 2 frozen fantas. She told me the machine wasn't working, so I requested a refund. So after 30 minutes of waiting - I left with cold, gross food, a flat/ watered down pop, and no apologies from anyone. To top it off, the girl at the window pulled out her phone to sit on while waiting for anything.

We told them the order number AT THE SPEAKER and all of a sudden you never got the order? It was disaster at first start. Right when I got to the drive up menu, the female employee was not focused on what I was telling her. Possibly a new employee - okay. A gentleman stepped in and took my order. I had to correct him a few times. Got to the window, he read off my order correctly, I confirmed and handed him my payment. While in line, I looked at my receipt. NOT my order! I just paid for someone else's order! I told the woman at the pick up window and gave her my receipt. She gave me my order but there was a random sandwich in my bag! Plus she had me pay $11 for the amount that to make up for what was not paid for my order even though I had paid for someone else's order. ...What?! I should have not had to pay for the $11 - that should be on McDonald's to pay for this entirely terrible experience! The food wasn't even a good quality!!! There is nothing about this experience that even deserves 1 star.

Ordered 2 of their menu meals with 2 pops and sauce for the chicken nuggets. Summary board showed 1 meal. They then added the second. Found no sauce in the bag for the chicken nuggets, which were disgusting without.

The worst customer service ever I was missing some food out the bag then she kept saying it's in there. My friend stopped here as she had a free happy meal, but the app wouldn't let her redeem it. The service at the drive thru the worker wasn't able to understand this and instead of getting the manager like we requested several times made her feel guilty for having others to wait and just paid for the happy meal she was supposed to receive for free.

They gave me flat coke with no ice when I ordered a sweet tea. Takes them 50 minutes for drive through orders after midnight. I mean seriously? It doesn’t even take that long to reassemble the oven after cleaning, unpack a truck, reorganize the freezer, fire up the oven, and then push a tray of burgers through in the time it takes them to get 4 cars through. Better off just driving to Apple valley than waiting in line here

Super fast but every time I come, night crew always misses something in my order. Also they never talk... First time was a large fry and 2 cheese burgers. Second time was a 4 piece plus the sauce and a mc chicken. And tonight was another mc chicken... it’s good to be fast but it’s also good to be accurate.

If you are using the McDonalds app, avoids this place, they dont know how to process an online order that was already paid for. Ordered drink and fries through the McDonalds app as we have done many times prior, paid for the order, got a drive through code, pulled up the window, the lady said that we didn’t pay for the order, we explained yes we did, that’s the only way you get the order code, we even pulled up our bank statement saying the money was withdrawn. The lady kept arguing saying we didn’t, and she called another lady, she said the same thing, we didn’t pay. We ended up canceling the order, and drove to another McDonalds 10 minutes away, we used the app the same way, they did not have any issue processing the order. Please do a better job training your employees, they were very rude and dint care to listen.

I don't ever think I've been so mad! I used the McDonald's app to make an order at 10:10 and then showed up at the restaurant 15 minutes later to find all the lights on, but the place was closed. They charged me $30.03, but I never received my food. When I went in to talk to the manager they said there was nothing they could do. I said I just wanted the food that they already accepted my money for, and the manager told me to contact McDonald's corporate/customer service. So I did, and they said there was nothing they could do & told me to contact me bank to dispute the charges. This has always been my McDonald's go to in my neighborhood. BUT NO MORE! So irritated by the lack of customer service & the restaurant in general has really deteriorated. Really....you're going to lose a 20-year customer over 30 bucks. I don't run my business like that.

My McDonald’s in Burnsville, MN is the most disrespectful store around me. I tried presenting my free meal coupon that I was mailed because my last order tasted and looked like what they pulled out of the trash bin, my fries were terrible and brown.. my chicken sandwich was inedible.. but they wouldn’t take my coupon and I have 3 kids so I could report it right away but the contact place online didn’t pick up the time and date so it invalided my message and wouldn’t send anything for help. What do I do? This is frustrating as hell. These interactions are what make people stop spending their money for places.

In drive thru they charged me for the wrong order. They charged me for the car behind mes order. The last never confirmed, amount or order items. She just stuck her hand out for my card (my fault here). When arriving at the 2nd windows they started to hand me the wrong items. This is when I figured out they charged me wrong. They asked for my card for a refund. Instead of refunding me, they charged me again without my permission for my original order. They handed me back 2 receipts and said it's been refunded.....long story short my card was charged double. For both orders. I have to noe wait for a refund. Thr manager Rebecca (name on jacket) she gave me a name of Becky was rude.... and no help. They wanted me to pull ahead and leave the windows while they had my card. I refused and was told I was holding up the line. I'm still waiting on the refund.

I went here to get some fries only. I asked for them to be made fresh, and they said no problem. When I got to the window, they immediately handed me my food, and I thought, 'Wow, that was fast.' So I tested a fry, and they were very cold. I told them at the window that I requested cooked-to-order fries, and they had me pull forward and wait 5 minutes for fresh ones. When they brought me the new order, it was just as old as the first ones. Horrible experience—not sure I'll be back

This has been going on for months. There are 2 soda dispensers. On one of them the ice maker is constantly empty or inoperable. On the other one the ice maker doesnt stop dispensing ice when you pull the cup away. And the tap that dispenses regular Come has been out of order for several weeks. This McDonalds is quite busy but I don't think the franchisee cares about it's customers. I think they don't respect their business.

The employees like to use racial slurs and the manager likes to cover for them. This is all after giving them multiple chances on messed up orders, hair in food, and other disgusting, unsafe practices. I suggest using any other location than this one.

I think this the worst one I have been to ever. Everytime go there I get an attitude from staff when im very nice to them. I work fast food for 6 years so I never say anything because I know how it is. I went through the drive thru late on a weekday(they are open 24 hours) around 250 am I set there said hello serval times no one said a word. The menu changed to breakfast so I left and gave them a call they answers said they were switching to breakfast and had to close I said ok but you just let me sit there that was rude then as I was talking he sighed and hung up on me. Not to mention a guy huffed and whined oh my god while taking my order one time. So rude

What the heck is going on with this place? New management? A ton of new workers? Not sure what the change has been but the last few times we have been here we have waited for upwards of 20 minutes just to have someone talk to us at the drive through (WE HAD A MOBILE ORDER!!!!!!!!!!) then told to park and wait another 10 to have our food not brought out to us, then having to go in and them hand us COLD FOOD. When told we wanted it warm they throw stuff around. Are you all ok? I think cooperate needs to make a visits because this is nothing short of pathetic

Come here often and service is usually pretty slow but today literally topped all. Had an online order, waited at the speaker for TEN full minutes and no one said anything. The other lane had 8 cars go through. So I pulled away and went to park, went inside to get my food. Took them another 10 minutes and got it wrong, so had to wait again. How hard are literally TWO ITEMS to get correct?

One of the worst drive through greeting I've ever encountered. Waited for 3 mins before being greeted. When the gentleman came on he mumbled are you using a app. I told him no and he said what do you want. I drove off. They will not be getting my business. Especially for the prices they are now charging accompanied with terrible customer service. Not worth it.

Do not go to this McDonald's. The staff is unfriendly. I hate being called out when they're wrong. When you're in there the staff seems like a circus. The staff does not read or care what your order is. They make what they want, And expect you to be okay with it. They do not answer the phone when customers call. I'm surprised it's still running. If passing this McDonald's on the highway do not stop. It will be a hassle. What's a staff not knowing what they're doing and not caring what they're doing. Down to the atmosphere of the building. Take it from someone who's been here several times. This is not somewhere to get food. From staff to wrong orders. You will only face a hassle. And the staff rolling their eyes at you. Maybe a real manager should come out and take a look.

Today on August 5th at 2pm, I went with my 2 son's and ordered a happy meal and one large fry. I repeated my order twice before giving my drive thru code and the guy taking my order confirmed it. I drove to the first window and paid, the lady wished me a good day without offering a receipt. At the second window we received our drink and happy meal and then I asked the lady if the large fries were in the happy meal box, and she rudely responded "no, check your receipt." I told her that I don't have the receipt. She proceeded to speak in Spanish to her coworkers and summoned the Manager who was also communicating with them in Spanish. The Manager approached the window and demanded a receipt, and I had to reiterate what I had told the previous lady. The Manager then walked away yelling "I will get your receipt." She returned moments with the receipt and started lecturing me about the importance of having the receipt, and stated that I drove off while the lady was handing out the recipt ( which was not true). For the sake of peace and the fact that I had lived in Savage for 14 years and always came to this location, I told her I will pay for the fries even though it wasn't my mistake. She turned to the register without handing me the receipt, and said something under her breath in Spanish. At that point I decided I didn't want to order the fries anymore because I didn't know what they were going to do with my food because she was still complaining in Spanish to the co-workers. So I told her nevermind and drove off. I am a professional nurse at Fairview Mental Health Unit. I deal with mentally challenged patients day in to day out and they behave way better than the McDonald's staff I had to deal with today. I can't believe life has become so hard to the point where people lack compassion and will argue over 3$ fries. The staff were rude, condescending, and demonstrated lack of customer service eticate!

Made me wait in a parking spot for 5 minutes because I asked for a small water at the pay window. Not that difficult to fill a cup with water quick. And the line was short. And the lady at the window said she had other customers to take care of. I paid for a meal. I'm at the window. Help me get a water. I'm a paying customer. Rude.

whats the point of ordering breakfast before their cut off time, just to get there and have them not even begin to make my food even though i stated i was already there and my order had been in well over 10 minutes. person misinformed us regarding the cancellation and refunding of my order as well, saying it would come back in an hour or two after he doesn’t accept the order (again WHY DID YOU NOT ACCEPT THE ORDER WHEN IT CAME IN BEFORE BREAKFAST ENDED????), just for me to go back into the app 10 minutes after leaving, its still open on it with the drive thru code, so i had to manually cancel it myself and it told me that i would get my refund back within 7 DAYS. not 1-2 hours. it seems like i was refused service because of their choice and now im out money for 7 days? just because you guys prematurely started transitioning your food over from breakfast to lunch and didn’t feel like fulfilling an order you should have BEEN accepted when it came in does not mean i should have been denied service of something that i ordered with enough time before your cut off. also who wants to eat a burger at 10:30 in the morning??? mcdonald’s is such a joke bro. 😭

Ordered 3 #1 combos all with the same drink with an additional mocha frappe. At the window I was handed all the food, my mocha frappe, and one drink. I told the woman at the window I was missing two of my drinks as I had ordered three combo meals and they each came with a drink. She immediately demanded my receipt which I gladly handed her as it proved my order. She proceeded to take my receipt state at it and then take 3 additional minutes to get me ONE more drink and acted like she was done, I had to again say in all missing one more drink, as there were 4 drinks total, she was speaking Spanish to another woman as she took 3 more minutes to get my last beverage. This was ridiculous, I am extremely disappointed with the service at this location

UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE AT MCDONALD'S (1/15/2026, 7:30 pm) I'm still fuming about my experience at the McDonald's location tonight. The lobby was closed, but the drive-thru was open. According to the sign on the door, the lobby is supposed to be open until 11:00 p.m. I asked the manager why I couldn't come in, and instead of getting an explanation, I got yelled at. When I asked a simple question, the manager got angry and told me I had to stand outside in 20° weather to place my order. As a truck driver, my rig can't fit through the drive-thru, so I was stuck. It's ridiculous that the manager didn't offer any explanation or accommodation. It's clear they prioritize profits over people. Shame on McDonald's for employing managers who treat customers like this. Worst experience I've had at a McDonald's in a long time. 1/5 stars, would not recommend."

The mid to age white woman who I believe is a manager because she wears different clothing. Is so ungodly rude? And just a disgusting human with her attitude. I asked if there was an upcharge for me to get a pop. She rudely responded. You can get whatever drink you would like. But failed to tell me that there's an upcharge. 11/17 time was 10:10am she worked the 1st window Definitely should rethink her position. And for McDonald's itself, now, all of a sudden, there's an upgrade When you get a pop with breakfast. Are you kidding me right now? I want to share my bad experience at this McDonald’s. I placed an online order and, even though it was already paid for, I had to wait over 20 minutes to receive my food. When I got to the window, I ordered fries and a Coca-Cola, paid for them, and the employee confirmed the purchase. After paying, they suddenly claimed the fries and drink were not paid for and refused to give them to me, even though I had already paid. Not only did they waste my time, but they also showed poor organization and terrible customer service. It is unacceptable to pay for something and then be denied what you purchased. Because of this experience, I am seriously considering not returning to this McDonald’s.

I ordered three $5 meals, and I was supposed to get a sauce for each one. The girl at the window was really rude. Then the manager started telling the girl in Spanish to charge me. I asked for her name multiple times and she said no at first. Her name was Ixel or something like that. She came and told me that I have to pay for the sauces with a horrible attitude. I don’t mind paying for them at all, but I told her I ordered at the drive-thru, so they should have charged me there. The way she approached me was really rude. I told her there’s no need to have that attitude over some sauces, and I can pay for them even though I was supposed to have one free for each meal. ( plus no hat no gloves and nails bagging my food?) What a great “customer service” and “managers” y’all have.
