4/23/25 ⭐⭐⭐ Tried the Mango Chicken and Teriyaki Chicken with rice at Basil Thai. 🍗🍚 Honestly? It was just okay—nothing bad, but nothing that really stood out. The flavors were pretty flat for the price. 😕 The drink situation was the biggest letdown. $2.89 for a fountain drink with no refills, and they charge $1 if you want one? 🥤🚫💸 That just feels stingy. Not terrible, but probably will never be back. 🤷‍♂️

I ordered the Basil Fried Rice. Chicken. Spice level 4 out of 5. The meal came in about five minutes. Service was good and no complaints there. There was zero spice to my order. Zero. The flavor was good. I like my Thai food spicy and since there was no spice, I have this place 3 stars.

The food was mid,at least it didn't sent me to the hospital like the seafood bar grill, I hate how fast paced they wanna go and how impatient they look when I'm trying to order like CHILL, I'm never eating here ever again.

The meats tasted old on the “made to order” side. The ready stuff in the counter was decent. If you stick to that, you will be “ok”. With other options at the food court, try those instead. Even the Siracha tasted off. We hardly touched the food we got made to order.

Asked for a lettuce wrap and got Some random chicken wrapped in a flour tortilla they barely heated it food was semi cold tool like 20 minutes 0/10

Food was bad. Expensive. I felt like crap after eating half of the orange chicken and all my energy went away after eating it. Orange chicken felt frozen and was just bad. The real tragedy is paying 1 dollar for the refills. Was trying to support a small business but instead got high prices and crappy food

I would not go here!! Me and my boys took some samples and we liked one of them so I got a plate of just one entree and rice along with a horchata, they tried to charge me $15 more for 2 more items that I did not have and all the workers were in on it. They thought they were going to get away with it until I started talking mess to them they removed the charges. Do not use your money here and if you do pay close attention to what they charge you for

The employees were so nice while giving samples and the sample tasted soo good. So we went to buy a plate and they kept rushing us before we could even get a look at their options and were so rude. AWFUL portions especially for the price. Even in California you can get more for cheaper. Go to the Panda Express at this food court instead.

Ordered pho and the meat had MOLD on it . Took it and show them and they were just brushing me off and acting like that’s normal when it’s literally MOLD. Asked for a refund and it was $15.10 and the dude hands me $15 so I don’t even get my full refund when I almost ate mold. Save your day because the worker attitude is trash.

I should have gotten the same portion of Panda express for just $13. They didn't tell me they would charge extra for everything. I had to ask for more rice, like double the amount. I was surprised by the small original portion of rice they put on the plate. But at least they didn't charge extra for the rice. The total for the drink and food was $22 😢

Not recommended for the price and the portions. If you want to eat Chinese food is better if you go to a buffet then go to the mall. You will enjoy it better. Specially if you have a big family. At the mall you only get food for $ 13.00 dollars. At the buffet you get food, fruits,desserts. And water. Hopefully this will help you. God bless you.

This is literally the most disgusting place. Our food was cold and old. When I went back up to the counter they said the food was warm and refused a refund. They then told me I could have hot to order food. Which basically validated the food we originally got was cold. It was only when I threatened them with a call from the health department that they refunded our money.

The samples of orange chicken my husband and I tried were SO good. Then we ordered it and it was AWFUL! So much so that we threw it away and got Taco Bell instead. It tasted like it was fried for too long and had a burnt, oily taste to it. Definitely don't recommend!

The most racist place I've ever been. I would have given zero stars if possible. At Grapevine Mall's food court, we headed to Basil Thai, where a girl was offering samples to everyone—except us. The moment she saw us, she turned away and ignored us, despite our intent to purchase. We didn’t think much and ordered the Pad Thai, which turned out to be awful. I visited again and, just passing by, saw the same girl. She repeated her behavior, turning away the instant she saw us. This wasn't a one-time incident; it was clear discrimination. Do you think Indians can't afford a $10 meal? This behavior is unacceptable and disgustingly pathetic. I hope the restaurant management addresses this blatant racism.
