Sbarro is located in the Grapevine Mills food court serving up pizza, pasta, breadsticks, and more! After a long day of strolling through the mall while shopping til we drop, we decided to grab a quick bite to keep us fueled for our shopping spree. We stumbled across the food court and decided to get slices of pizza at Sbarro. The line was fairly short, but the staff did a great job getting the guests in and out. We went ahead and ordered 2 cheese slices and a pepperoni with 2 garlic bread sticks. After ordering the slices, the staff puts the slices in a toaster conveyor, which quickly reheated the food, keeping it nice and hot with a slight crisp to the crust. As we paid for our food, we went ahead and ordered strawberry lemonades to complete the meal and quickly tried to find seats to sit at since the food court was packed due to a weekend afternoon. We sat next to the carousel where the ambiance was live and crowded with hungry shoppers trying to fulfill their growling stomachs. Overall, the pizza was A-OK, and the cheese to sauce ratio was decent. I wasn't a fan of the crust due to being a tad bit dry and hard. The breadsticks were dry as well, with little to no moisture, making it hard and chewy. The prices were fair and decent for fast food in a food court establishment located inside the mall.

This is my son's favorite pizza place when we visit the mall. However, they charge you extra for a drink. Even though the price is clearly marked on the sign. Staff was either super friendly (server) or super grumpy (cashier). You never know which attitude you're going to get. Pizza is good. I wish they would let it go a tad bit longer on the oven.

This is my son's favorite pizza place when we visit the mall. However, they charge you extra for a drink. Even though the price is clearly marked on the sign. The pizza looks amazing. We ordered a slice of pepperoni, a slice of four cheese, an order of bread sticks and a sausage and pepperoni stromboli. everything was cold to the taste. The stromboli was brown on the outside but undercooked on the inside with uncooked pepperoni and bits of uncooked dough. Same for the bread sticks. Four cheese pizza tasted like cardboard with zero flavor. After spending $25 I'll never eat there again. Save your money or try the Gyros and Wings as they definitely taste much better.

Didn’t eat here after I saw three flies around the food and one who was sitting on the pizza. Absolutely disgusting.

This place is horrible! My mother was very clear about our order of three cheese slices and two pepperoni, BUT the cashier charged her for mushroom. My mother went to tell the cashier but the lady said no. My mom didn't get her money back so we just ate this terrible pizza. The cashier's name was Cynthia.

Went to order a whole pizza for my employees and they had maybe 3 people in line. She said it would take an hour. That’s bogus. She just didn’t want to make my pizza. Lazy.

I hate that my kids always want pizza at the mall. Because if they didn’t we would never go here. They are so rude, every time. I don’t think they do any customer service training. So, so, so rude. And it’s the whole staff, never had a nice interaction here. And the pizza isn’t that good. Just good enough for kids to like.

These past few times that I have been to this sbarro , the pizza quality has been terrible, the service is very slow, and this time they didn't even put the pizza through the warmer oven and mine was cold and my spouse's Pizza was all sloppy you couldn't even eat it right the pizza was just everywhere not crispy at all soggy and they need to put their gloves on while handling the pizza I would not recommend to come to this location!!

Was there twice last week both times was a disappointment the lil oven they have your pizza conveyor through is not nearly enough time for the pizza to "warm" up let alone the Stromboli, it's ice cold in the middle. There's plenty of other restaurants to choose from, this Is definitely the last time I go to Sabarro.

We ate there August 1st and my three year old became ill shortly after. He was later admitted into the hospital where he tested positive for salmonella. I was already uncomfortable when an employee came from the back and began handing food without gloves. He had long, visibly dirty nails. The food was expensive and gross as well. I will be contacting the health department.

We ordered 4 cheese pizza combo. It was alright. But the person assisting us ( African American looking/ bit older) said that he wasnt going to refill my drink before assisting everybody" in the line first!!!!!! Which was all the way at the end of their store window. I wish I would have recorded it on camera but this is the truth that I'm writing right here. It is outrageous to even make your customer wait for something that takes few seconds. I will never ever ever come back to this store and would recommend everyone to stay away from such horrible service being provided there!!! God knows if they care about their food if they have no concern with their customers once they pocket their money!!! Horrible horrible horrible experience!!!!! Shameful to not know the basic decency of running fast food industry .... just shameful!!!!!
