I was there this morning and ordered a cinnamon Dolce in Venti size. Received Alicia mobile order that was called a London Fog. It was actually Tea.😝. So not only did they mess my order up but someone else as well. Pay more attention!! I wasn’t thrilled with the tea. My only treat for the week and it was ruined. ☹️ Terri C

I’m writing to express serious concern about a recurring issue at your store that feels both manipulative and financially predatory. My fiance has repeatedly been charged for a Venti coffee despite not requesting that size — and more importantly, not even being asked what size they would like. The default seems to be charging for the largest size unless otherwise specified, without confirmation. This results in automatic upcharges that push the cost of a single coffee well over $7. Even worse, employees consistently fail to tell you your total — not on the ordering screen, not on the drive-thru board, and not at the window — so you don’t even realize how much you’re being charged until it’s already happening. That level of price obscurity is unacceptable in any setting, but especially from a company of Starbucks’ size. Do better or continue to permanently lose customers.

At this location today I didn't receive the excellent service that I usually do at Starbucks across the nation. The young employees were engaged in some unprofessional behavior, one of which actually seemed to be visiting on a day off or something and was making quite an obnoxious scene of himself. I was also disappointed to discover there were only two padded chairs at this location, and no padded seating at the tables. Not possible for me to settle in and get a few hours of work done. Disappointing.

Went in since drive thru was long and about to Washington Street line was way faster as they were making for drive thru more than inside took 17 minutes for my drink and another 4 for my sandwich. Drive thru probably went through within 10 minutes or less.

Every morning, I go to the Irvington Starbucks. Every morning, I am met with unfriendliness and leave feeling like a burden. This is not the Starbucks culture I am used to. Going forward, I will boycott this Starbucks and go to Cherry Tree, where they know how to treat people.

Let’s start off with when you get walk in with awkward silence like no one is happy to be there. Then the next part might be partially my fault of not purchasing something and using the bathroom, but the part that bothered me was it was for my kid and still no remorse. This is what the lady behind the counter said to me ( it doesn’t matter how hard you push it won’t open ) . I couldn’t tell by the keypad on the door ?. Very disappointing Starbucks do better !!!!

Stood at the register for five minutes and not a single one of the four employees acknowledged me. One employee, rather than acknowledge me, took out the trash, walking past me in the process of doing so. Still couldn't be bothered to greet me. I don't know what I expected. Garbage people.

Please take down the pride flags or at least do better at making ALL LGBTQIA+ people feel welcome here........ Like, I assume, "pride flags?! I'm gay! There will definitely be kindness here!" nope, that's why tt's honestly so weird seeing this building draped in pride flags because more times than not I am treated like some monster they're afraid of. It's always the women too. idk if it's the black thing, or if because I'm a guy or whatever but the fear these workers emulate is mind blowing. A cashier once got a male cashier to swap places with her, long line of at least 13 people, I'm the only one who's order she didn't take. That was 2 months ago.... After 7 years of coming here. Tuesday was the final straw, the cashier was LITERALLY trembling, grabbing at her glasses as I walked towards the counter to get my drink. like an attack against her was eminent. I love 2 minutes from here, but now I will drive out of my way, waste gas I can't afford and find a new Starbucks. Because y'all are just so afraid of black men and I don't know why. I asked people on reddit if I'm crazy and no, I'm not. I'm not the only gay black guy to experience the fear aura y'all have here. I hope y'all do better at making ALL lgbtq people feel welcome.

I’m used to quick welcomes and quick service from Starbucks. This is the first location that is unable to divide into teams of staff handling the drive-thru while other staff handle the walk-in patrons. No one made sure we heard our names loud enough to pick up our items and then my food had something on it. I purchased a sparking drink and a cheese danish for $7.30. If I’m paying that much for two items at least warm my food up and not have something on it. Terrible service. This area needs organization and cleanliness!

I bring my own large mug... the first time went fine, They charged me for a Venti which I happily paid. The second time they charged me for a Venti And then left an inch and a half at the top and refused to fill the cup all the way. The third time I went in there Blake looked at me in a condescending way and asked me what size I wanted in the cup... I felt like he may be implying I didn't have the money to afford an entire cup... At any rate it felt snarky... I don't need the drama and i'm not going back. I have my own coffee area and can make my own😘
