Xitzin Cafe Guadalajara Reviews
Very nice latte
A small, super-hidden place, but as soon as you step inside, you feel like you're in an urban retreat. They have a wide variety of beans to choose from, according to your tastes, with a menu of traditional coffee-based drinks and more specialized brewing methods. In my case, I ordered a Chemex with fruity Oaxaca beans, which was spectacular. The barista also gave us some tips on how to order more appropriately according to our tastes, based on the type of honey-washed beans, etc. It's one of the few places I'll return to thanks to the coffee passport. The price is very reasonable, it's a great place to stay, and I'll definitely be back.
Good specialty coffee spot. Chemex, Kalita, V60, espresso. Modern style beans, several choices. Friendly staff.
Perfect coffee, delicious sandwich, cool & cosy atmosphere
Best Cappuchino and Toast/Sandwich!! Regards
Skip Starbucks. Small hole-in-the-wall coffee shop. My favorite coffee spot in Guadalajara. Smoothest lattes. Coolest staff. Very friendly atmosphere. Chill and relaxing.
This is hands down one of the best specialty cafes in Guadalajara. They brew an amazing cup of coffee! Walked by this place one day and felt in love with it ever since. The staffs are welcoming and really knowledgeable about their beans. They can talk to you about coffee all day! They have all different kinds of slow pour methods to try. Love the fact that they have new beans about every couple weeks so you don’t get bored. We got to try so many different beans from all over Mexico. Cozy atmosphere, good music, and an excellent cup of coffee…every single time!
Not sure if barista speaks English but the two guys were really happy to spend ages to me talking about all the beans they have. Nice chilled out vibe.
Great pour over coffee. Cozy location.

If you're driving, it might go unnoticed, but it's not as small as it looks. They have a nice terrace (there were other people there when I went, so I couldn't take pictures). The interior is fine, but not very comfortable for lingering, especially not for working on your computer. However, the atmosphere is pleasant. The coffee is good, and they have a variety of hot and cold options. The pastries didn't look appealing; they were in a small display case, bagged. I didn't try them, so I don't know if they were any good, but they didn't have much variety on display either. The girl who served us was friendly.

An okay cup of chai in a tiny café tucked away in Colonia Americana. Upon arrival, the barista took my order, though the interaction felt a bit impersonal. I ordered a chai latte with oat milk, and with limited seating available, it’s not the best spot to linger. The chai latte itself was average—nothing memorable. Prices were fair, and while the service slightly improved by the end, it was just an okay coffee experience overall.
Good coffee, horrible staff.
