This Burger King, despite being located on the highway, does not have a drive-thru service; it should, but perhaps its structure doesn't allow it.
It performs like any other restaurant in the chain, however the parking lot is very small so it becomes a bit complicated to get there when the spaces are full.
It's a fast-food chain branch that meets its standards. Clean, fast, and no different from other establishments of the brand in other cities across the country. Well located, next to the gas station, a few steps from the bus station, and a short distance from the toll booth. Limited parking. It's better to park at the gas station and walk to Burger King. It has a children's area, despite being a small restaurant.

You know, it's fast food, it's meh, but gets the belly full in a pinch. Also good location since it's just meters away from the toll road.
Everything was fine, but I ordered a milkshake and they didn't have whipped cream. I had to go there and it was empty. The staff were having a conversation with bad language; I think that given how empty it was, they should have kept a professional demeanor.
Franchise fast food, nothing special, but it satisfies your hunger. The fries are good, the menu is good, and they have soda refills, so you can get some relief from the combo price. The restaurant has a quiet atmosphere and they have a restroom.

The guacamole was black, lots of lettuce, almost no cheese, nothing special. Oh, and they reluctantly gave me condiments. Honestly, I didn't like it. And the service... to top it all off, they didn't give me my receipt and told me they didn't have change. The girls turned up the air conditioning and it blew on my back, and then they started singing at the top of their lungs. Anyway...
A very neglected place, dirty bathrooms, no water, the soft drink machine had few options and the ones they had tasted bad.
There was only one flavor of soda, the girl who served us was super arrogant and served us reluctantly.
The food was fine, but the service left much to be desired. Orders were incomplete, yet they charged as if we'd received everything. We waited a whole hour to receive what was missing, and we were the only ones there.
We stopped by by chance. There was only one other couple already eating. One person ordering and us. And it took over 20 minutes to deliver two burgers. It's the slowest and most time-consuming Burger King in the entire country... About 15 people already gathered, and they still hadn't delivered. I think only one person is working in the kitchen... bad franchise!
We arrived around 11 am and the service was incredibly rude. They didn't even give us napkins, and they didn't have any coffee either. The person serving us was completely unresponsive when we asked for anything, and even when we left, the breakfast was awful; it almost made me throw up.
Burnt meat, I asked for jalapeños and they gave me 4 slices. I talked to the employee and she said that there were few because they were free. After spending $310 pesos, I asked if she could sell me some and she said that she sells hamburgers and not chilies. Also, it seems that there were no more papas. There were few and very golden and that's despite the fact that they charged me for growing my package to medium.
