Use the SONIC APP; Service is almost instantaneous, and the price is discounted. Can't beat it....

They are so timely and accommodating! They have yet to get my order wrong. The car hops are always really sweet and I have always been greeted with a smile.

They must have hired a new cook. Ordered foot long, chicken sandwich, #1 burger and chicken tenders. Food was fresh, hot, buns were perfect and tasted great. Excellent Sonic experience.

Good service, we ordered drinks through the app when we got there and it only took a few minutes for them to get it out to us. Super speedy service!

Gotta give props to this Sonic. Our Sonic in Anna has the worst tasting water. We visited this this Sonic Location and it was great. The staff were fast, professional, receptive, the quality of the food was great and the slushies were spot on. The kids working here represent good old fashioned work ethic.

Typical Sonic. Pretty responsive in taking and delivering your order, much better than some other ones for a late night stop.

Very good sonic, staff is friendly and recently got upgraded with the new screens which makes it a lot easier to view your order and how much to pay.

It's always a good place to stop and eat to get good quality fast service food at a reasonable price.

I love Sonic my food is always hot. Most of the time quickly brought to the car. Only small issue I have is the order taker they can be a little "Sassy".

Overall it wasn't bad at all. The stalls and parking lot were a little dirty, but the food was as good as usual and it was worth the trip.

Waited 20 minutes for fast food; they forgot a drink, took 5 min to bring it out. Get back home to find they didn’t include my kids food. Shame on me for not checking I guess.

I've been going to Sonic with my family for frozen treats since before I can remember, and it's not bad. While I'll admit, it isn't the best, it's nice for a small treat, their strawberry shake being my favorite. However, unlike the name suggests, their service time can be subpar on most occasions, so don't go if you're in a pinch

Had 2 slushes, "stale fries" and a smash burger that had more cheese than meat.

Hoping things get a little bit better soon. Drinks are never marked anymore and I’ve been given the wrong drink about 3 times in the last two weeks.

March 20, 2022.... The Attendant said the kitchen is closed... Only serving Drinks... ?? Maybe this is for the best.... Not too impressed with this location... Always seems to be an issue...

Food is just ok but service has always been good... for me. Need to clean the ice machine or put on a water filter because the drinks taste like metal and mildew.

Sonic I know you are everywhere in Texas but you really got to work on the consistency of your food please.

The food's good when they follow the instructions, had several burgers that I haven't been able to eat because of an onion allergy when they don't remove them as requested.

Again, food ordered some of the extra atoms were not put on the burger. Again.

Not a lot of options in the area which keeps this Sonic a bit lower rated than the others. Many order signs aren't lit or the credit card machine doesn't work. On many others, either the speaker or microphone is bad. This location is not being kept up.

Food was good, order was missing a burger, and kid meal was supposed to be a plain and dry cheeseburger, but had everything on it.

It has been a long time since I have found a Sonic that the staff is horrible the young lady that came to my car was rude and had a frown on her face and I order in the app and always give a 20% tip. Tea wasn’t very good and my M&M Blast only had m&m’s on top of the ice cream none blended into the bottom ice cream. I will never go to this Sonic again. I live in the edge of Gunter towards Celina I will just go to Celina they are amazing !!!

Everything tastes like old grease. Even the drinks have the taste of old grease, and they leave a greasy feeling in your mouth. They are always understaffed every time I've been there, and I don't think that I've ever gotten my order, and it was 100% correct.

Here's the thing, if you order a Blast after 6pm, you're going to get soft serve ice cream that has been blended and if you are lucky they might put the candy of choice in it. I just ordered the Turtle Truffle Nut Blast and I kid you not I got like 4 pieces of chocolate and 3 nuts and that was it. And this literally happens every time with every candy choice for your blast. Just so you know, you're just getting mixed soft serve and that's pretty much it.

I ordered the Oreo blast and was very disappointed. The picture shows that the Oreos were supposed to be throughout the blast however, the one I got had Oreo sprinkled on the top. The rest of the cup was filled with vanilla ice cream.

Customer service was absolutely atrocious. If you enjoy being treated rudely by a bunch of teenage girls then by all means, this is the Sonic for you. From now on I will drive 5 minutes further and go to the Van Alstyne Sonic.

The worst fast food store. They never have change. The workers are always in a bad mood and always give you burnt food. Terrible service.

3 trips in a row they gave me the wrong food. I understand getting a custom order a little wrong but to entirely serve the wrong food is just stupid. This has happened 3 times in only 1 week so add up how many wrong orders I’ve got in the past year. And then the girl walks off as I’m explaining to her what they got wrong.

I'm sitting outside this place waiting on a refund. They didn't give me my whole order so I returned it, because at this point they don't deserve to make a profit. But I can't get a refund, because the "manager" is apparently the only one trained to process a refund, and is "gone to the bank" (On Sunday?) Bottom line, avoid this place. But, if you insist on having a bad time, at least check your order very carefully before driving away..

I stopped here as I was passing through the town. The employee (named Brooklyn I believe) who took the orders was extremely rude after we asked her to correct our order on the screen. Customer service means everything these days and I am baffled at how poor it is here. Take your business somewhere else!

The employees and general manager at this location are SO RUDE! First they didn't put cheese on the specifically ordered CHEESE TATOR TOTS. Then my strawberry limeade had barely any strawberry in it. We were charged different prices for the exact same things. Then when we complained about it they got mad and rolled their eyes. I WON'T BE GOING BACK! MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS!

I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. I gave this location MULTIPLE chances the past few months.The food looks like it’s been sitting out for days and they can never get a simple order right. Management treats the poor hardworking teenage employees like trash and with NO respect. Not even like human beings. Would rate zero stars if I could. Don’t waste your time or money.

Went at 8:20 pm; didn't get food until 8:55. Stall was not working so car hop took my debit card into the store to swipe it, but kept my card for 15 minutes; now I'm worried about card into theft (why keep it for that long). Our order was incorrect and by the time it was all rectified everything was cold. Unfortunately, this has become the norm for this Sonic. I'll not be back. No apologies, nothing.

Worst Sonic around. I try and give them chances all the time, and EVERY time they either don't give all your food, tater tots are undercooked, and when your order is wrong they just have someone come out and hand you the rest with no apology and a bad attitude. Definitely don't get a breakfast burrito bc they barely put anything on it compared to other Sonics. Employees have horrible attitudes espefially the one who takes your order over the intercom. Just bad all around. I'd rather drive to Celina to get Sonic.

Just got back to the office for lunch with my meal. (only 1/2 mile at the most) Just aweful. Ordered a Jr. Deluxe Cheeseburger. It was as if it had been made about 30 minutes before I had ordered it. Cold hamburger, wilted lettuce, one butt end of the tomato and only one pickle. Ordered it with mustard; got Mayo. Even the fries were not hot. Terrible experience. The only thing right was my drink. Waited over 20 minutes for burnt over cooked fries & tater tots with our order. Burnt because the oil needs to be changed. That was gross! I don't understand why you can't change it out when you are required to every so often, its on a schedule! Maybe higher up management needs to step in. I won't go back.

Just wanted to get a snack for the road. Ordered a medium cheese sticks and large Jalepeno bites, ended up with two orders of medium cheese sticks. No marinara and a single side of ranch. I guess they at least got our drink order right. We were miles down the road before we realized the incorrect food order. Contacted Sonic headquarters and was basically just brushed off. If only you could tip after the order, that would have at least saved me a few dollars.

Haven’t been to a sonic in ages but we needed a quick breakfast. Initially the carhop had an issue hearing me and assumed there was an issue off the bat. So we asked for the specs for the burritos since it’s not on the menu. Then we get two burritos with no meat.. assistant manager finally came out and fixed it. Carhop is new and accidentally kept a buck. We did let her keep it, but this place needs some work. I worked at sonic for 7 years. Yall brought me back the same bag we gave you that had the incorrect order; that’s a health violation.

BEWARE! Ordered Rt44 Powerade slush and Rt44 Dirty Ocean Water. I drank about 5 sips and started to feel uneasy in my stomach. After I continued drinking, I knew something was off. I hadn’t eaten all day so I knew it was the drink. When I opened the lid, I could smell the SOUR cream…. So disappointing…. I worked at sonic 4 years during high school and this is not the SONIC way! It’s sad that I won’t even eat ice cream here because it’s likely they don’t clean the machines as often as the HEALTH DEPARTMENT requires. SMH

Most rude experience we have ever had at a fast food restaurant. The girl taking the order was rude and kept interrupting with questions about the order. All we wanted was to be clear on what we did want in the sandwich, in her frustrations she quickly told us we could take our business elsewhere and hung up. We called back but no one would answer. I realized it was 20 min till close and they weren't interested in helping us. I could not believe the way we were treated. I won't be spending my money as a place that allows the employees to treat customers this way. All we wanted was a snack.

Worst Sonic I’ve ever been to. Order came out in about 1 minute. Food was hard, cold and gross. Drinks weren’t right. Didn’t add the lime to the drink, just the bill. Only way to make a difference is to never go again. Sad.

Does sonic not give Marinara sauce anymore? Are they just skimping out? Got some mozzarella sticks with my burger and there was none. A few weeks ago, got 2 big orders of mozzarella sticks and literally got one sauce. ONE. For two big orders despite me putting 4 on the online order. Do better. I know yall are the only fast food place within miles but come on. This isn't cool. Also like to add, since when are the mozzarella sticks filled with water? 🤮

The app is terrible. It keeps saying "unexpected error." Tried telling the lady the app wasn't working. She couldn't care less. She said it works and ended the discussion. She couldn't be bothered to come out to look at my phone. App suddenly works just long enough to place my order. Yet still ended with "unexpected error." This location ALWAYS puts way too much ice in your drink. Food is so-so regardless. I'll buy my calories elsewhere. Wait, what? So you are a franchise, great. What about my other comments? Typical.

Ordered at kiosk on outside dining. Never gave us a total. Ordered 2 blasts and 1 shake. Sat waiting approximately 30 minutes. We flagged a server,she apologized but still not served. 15 cars were served but not us. When we asked yet again we were told all the 15 cars that Ordered did not take as long to prepare as our 2 blasts and 1 shake. We left and never got served. Last time there a server got rude with us. They lost my money. I will go somewhere else from now on

We waited over 35 minutes for food. The order was wrong. We ordered a #1 mayo combo and a #1 mustard no onion combo with cookie bites, cinnasnacks, and another drink. We only got 1 #1 with mayo mustard and all the veggies on it. We were missing the other combo and the sandwich we did get was wrong. They were so rude. Wouldn't refund money and charged us for another sandwich and side. After we tried to offer a solution they wanted to refund the drink from the original order and the second sandwich and side they charged us for to recharge my card for the entire combo. What a disaster. We had friends stop with us and they waited a longtime for their order which was also wrong. The car hop was a blonde girl. Her name started with an A. She looked extremely busy. There were 3 or 4 other people in there that didn't appear to be doing anything but messing around and make to much noise for her to hear the orders correctly. She claimed to be the manager. We just left. Worst service I've had at a sonic in a longtime.

Seriously, it’s a burger place and they didn’t even put the burger patty in the burger! I live 15 min from this sonic so I didn’t drive back. Stopped by to grab a burger on the way home just to take a bite and have no hamburger in The hamburger!! Seriously?
