Lilly took care of me answered all of my questions and was extremely friendly and commutative when I entered the building she was radiating a positive aura and she looked like she was the only one doing her job she took my order and made my food which was amazing and I couldn’t have asked for a more positive experience the guy with the black shirt was also extremely nice and positive

Mighty is the best fast food restaurant ever. Every time I come to Buffalo I eat here. This time, my brother, cousins, and I ordered $150 worth of tacos and burritos for my family. The employees didn't miss anything. Im talking 20+ customized burritos, 40+ tacos. Superb
We wanted a quick meal, so we each ordered a burrito. It was delicious, but small. I could have easily eaten 3, but we were in a rush and had to leave still hungry.
We stopped after a Bills game, around 8:30pm. It was clear we were a nuisance to the staff simply by showing up. All we were wanting was a hot meal after hours out in the cold. We will go back but the lack of decent service will be talked about for a while!
I don't like writing bad reviews, really I don't. However, the order wasn't correct. We got the correct items but the sauce in one of the buffitos we got was supposed to be mild but they put in hot sauce and they put in far too much within the burrito. Eating it caused pain as we aren't accustomed to such spicy foods. Employees were very nice, so I don't want to give them too much issue but please don't put in hot sauce when we ask for mild.
I ordered 6 meatless tacos. 27 dollars. I ordered sour cream on the side because my friend was coming over, she may have wanted it. Every taco was drowning in sour cream. My boyfriend and I can’t eat dairy, so we had to order dinner from somewhere else.
I've been coming here for over 15 years and I feel every time the service is worse than the last. I waited in the drive thru for over 25 minutes. They always seem understaffed and employees that just don't care. Also the three cheese burrito was missing the nachos cheese and sour cream
Stopped for lunch-3 burritos ordered. We were there 45 minutes for 3 burritos. One of them barely had filling (appears they ran out of beans and wrapped it up anyway). Just pitiful, awful service and product.
Disappointed in the customer service today I’ve been ordering from this location for over 10 years and always get the same thing — a Three Cheese Beef Burrito with no salsa. Today, my order was made incorrectly and came as a burrito with no sour cream instead. The receipt even showed “no sour cream,” which wasn’t what I said. When I went back up to the counter to politely let the staff know, Connie immediately told me that I said “no sour cream,” which wasn’t the case. I tried to calmly clarify that I asked for no salsa. She then went over to a coworker and started complaining about the situation — loud enough for me to hear while I was still standing there waiting. That really could have waited until I walked away. Her coworker kindly helped clarify my order, and Connie remade it. When she handed it back to me, I said “thank you,” but instead of responding, she just dropped the burrito into my hand and turned away. It was really disappointing and felt unnecessarily rude, not sure why it couldn’t be handed to me instead of dropped to me from mid air. I understand everyone has bad days, and I even told her I hoped she had a good day before I left, but the interaction left a very poor impression. I’ve always loved this place and have been a loyal customer for years, but the lack of professionalism and customer care today was really upsetting.
Food was good but there was a female employee named Patrica flirting and touching the manager while they were talking about going to a concert together. Really disgusting show of PDA by people of the food industry. Will tell people about this.
I really don’t like leaving bad reviews. But we literally have been watching employees standing out side smoking while we were waiting for our order that was supposed to be ready 20 minuets ago…andddddd we are still waiting! Unreal! Update…we got our order and this is how our tacos were handed to us! Nice.
The food was honestly terrible—I couldn’t even eat it. It tasted old and borderline spoiled, to the point that it made me gag. The fountain drink was good, and the price was affordable, but even for the low cost, it still felt like a waste of money.
I received the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced here. I tried first using the website to order food, then the app and when using the app it didn’t confirm my order taking me back to the home screen, nothing in my orders saying I was charged. I gave up trying to do it online and went through the drive thru. The girl asked me if we had did an online order and we said we tried but it didn’t go through, she told us we were charged for it and we were also charged for the food we ordered at the drive thru. She charged me twice. I asked if we were able to refund the drive thru or online order so I would only be charged for one meal because that is what I wanted. She got her manager and her manager proceeded to rudely tell us “uh we just made all of this food” and did not refund the second order, if they proceeded to make “all of this food” then where was my second order if I was charged twice she should’ve gave me the food I was charged for twice. I’m very disappointed in this treatment the manager and employee continued to stare at me in silence refusing to help this issue.
