Dunkin' Donuts coffee is hands down my favorite, especially when I visit the USA. Their coffee latte is simply unmatched—smooth, flavorful, and just the right amount of richness. I've tried Starbucks, but Dunkin’s latte wins every time for me. It's my go-to pick, and I never miss a chance to grab one whenever I'm in the States. Whether it's morning or mid-day, Dunkin’s coffee always hits the spot. No matter where I go, Dunkin’ Donuts coffee feels like a must-have treat!

The young ladies working here early on Memorial Day morning were such a pleasure! So refreshing to hear such kindness in the morning. Very much appreciated.

I'm in town for work, and I've been going to the nearest Dunkin' for 2 weeks , and my coffee has not been right. I thought it was a south Florida thing, not Cold brew ( maybe an espresso ice coffee blend) . Ventured a little further from my hotel and 2 times at this location, it was perfect! The young lady at the window remembered my name on 2nd visit and was so pleasant!

My husband had purchased a coffee at another location and upon tasting it, realized it was made incorrectly. He had asked for 6 creams and 2 sweet and lows and the sticker said 6 sugars and 2 sweet and lows. We stopped in at this location and the manager there very gladly made a new coffee for him.

Please read - I wrote a negative review a few months back and since then, almost every experience has been super positive. Changing my review to 5 stars. This is my go to Dunkin and I love to see good change!

Best Dunkin in the area! <3 All the ladies are very personable and sweet they don't treat their guest as drop-in's like most restaurants. It's always like interacting with a good friend you see everyday. The music you can hear from the outside and it's always inviting and cheerful, it really truly cheers up the outer environment of the location. Staff are polite and the food is fine, but the drive through took forever. This location is always very crowded due to its location on a major roadway. Parking is very limited and parking lot is very congested due to long drive through lines.

Service is good. My concern is the staff not covering their nose or mouth entirely while handling food. Also some of the staff handling food or not wearing gloves.

I went here this morning, forgot to order my donut, so i asked the girl to please add it. She said “ sorry we cnt add anything at the window…. We are timed” well if they were timed, adding a donut would have been the easiest add on for timing… she just didnt wanna do it. Sucks cuz i was planning to order from them to cater my company mid year meeting. They must not need the rev. Yeah today was just a $1 donut. Tomorrow a better deal, but no customer service. I’ve given this Dunkin’ Donuts location multiple chances, but today was the final straw. The manager, Veline, seems to be causing major issues for both the staff and overall operation. I understand that drive-thru efficiency metrics matter, but forcing guests to stop before the window—even when no one else is there—just to “catch up” is frustrating, especially when mobile orders placed well in advance still aren’t ready. Almost every time, my order is incorrect (which is why I switched to mobile in the first place), yet the same issues continue. It’s disappointing to see a lack of urgency and poor leadership impact the experience this consistently. I truly hope this store improves—for the sake of the hardworking team members and loyal customers alike.

Has all the basic items except for the best donuts they make - the French Cruller. Very busy and limited staff so there was a long wait. Parking is very limited and hard to get to as you can only arrive heading east on Sunrise for the entrance off 4th. It does have a drive thru.

There are seriously neglected areas in this hotel that need to be addressed. 3 of these are in the room itself. Neither the tv nor phone worked and there was serious mold in the shower ceiling. I called the front desk from my cell and was promised someone to come fix them and no one ever showed up. On a safety note the side door to the north parking lot doesn't close and anyone can come in unnoticed.

Lid of hot coffee was not on completely and opened up causing it to spill inside my car, plus my flavor shots were not added even though it was clearly marked on the ticket. This was at the drive thru.

I use the Dunkin app. The promise is you order with the app and it will be ready when you come in. It usually is in about 15 minutes.

They don't seem to get the "on-the-go" ordering. Never ready, usually just looked confused. Last time my iced coffee was just cream. Not sure even had any hazelnut either.

First time going to this Duncan and I was thoroughly surprised at how clean it smelled inside. However, when I went to the drive-thru to pick up my order on the app they still have certain items that have been discontinued that's not their fault. Unfortunately, she did not verify my order just gave my drink and told me to have a nice day and I was like," I'm missing stuff" so they were able to compensate me for what was discontinued. Then, they kept forgetting napkins and straws and little things that they're supposed to remember to put in the bag when you're serving a customer and they told my mom passively please have a nice day because she kept asking for things. You're supposed to put in the bag in the first place if you're going to work in fast food service please be fast and efficient and thorough with your job.

I love dunkin but this is one of the worst ones I've been to. The drive thru is usually pretty slow, they seem to be out of things pretty often, and today I got a coffee & immediately brought it back because it tasted like soap/a cleaning product. When I went inside, multiple other people were in there saying the same thing. The manager was nice and refunded me (and then I went to the awesome dunkin a mile east). Everyone else there is nice but always unprofessional. Another time I was there a while ago, the egg wrap was pink and cold in the middle.

My empanada was initially served as cold as ice, But they kindly remade it, and it was quite nice. The hashbrowns, however, were stale, The churro iced macchiato was the sole item not to pale.

I use the app daily. In this location my order is not ready 80% of the times when I arrived. Many times they did not even start it, and they are not busy at the time of my order. The service is not great and the product is inconsistent. If there is other location on your way to work I recommend you to go there, that is what I will do until they improve their service.

Dunkin donuts is greedy for discontinuing the Sausage, egg and cheese option for the 2 for $5 deal. The only option is bacon, egg and cheese. This complaint seems petty but the bacon one has no bacon on it so its just an egg sandwich. Its greedy and messed up. Today me and my kids were going to Dunkin donuts and when we got there I happen to notice that the store was closed now mind you Dunkin donuts close at 9 but the store was closed at 5:15 something is definitely wrong then I seen people in the lobby area with one of the workers. Somebody needs to call corporate on this store because this store is not professional this is a brand new store that just opened months ago and already they're doing BS in this store I'm going to corporate with my complaint because I'm not satisfied at all of their customer service.

Worse Dunkin I've ever been to, bad customer service! Staff doesn't want to work. Drinks are not made right and they expect you to take it that way even though the drink is not made right. I would stay away from this place. I go to Dunkin everyday and I've visited alot of dunkins this one is by far the worse I've been to.

So usually the service here is awesome, the people working here are always nice and friendly. But this morning at 430 no chance the lady working, Yvonne, Sooo amazingly rude. So went through the drive through, went to order and her opening line was "what do you want?", so I try to order and she cut me off to cash me out mid way threw my order and when she read back " 2 egg and cheese wraps 2 ham egg an cheese wraps a med. Black coffee, and a large ICE black coffee" it was already wrong she on the drink side. I politely corrected her, and she was muttering on the open mic, being extremly rude the whole time. I go to the window. And my order was wrong but before i could ask for 2 new coffees she had left and gone and hid. Literally vanished. She gave my wife her hott coffee med which was right but it was loaded with sugar and cream, the complete opposite of black, and my ice was med. Black atleast though. So I will not be going early in the morning again and will be checking my,meal at the window prior to accepting my meal from anyone there.

I come to this Dunkin’ Donuts everyday. Aria the cashier is completely disrespectful, laughing while taking orders. The staff continuously makes you pull up and back up so the counter doesn’t read how long they actually take make your order. Aria was playing with her hair without gloves and then touching our orders, drinks. When you finally approach the window she is rude, no hello, no personality. I have been here 2x after picking up my daughter. No one in line and it still takes forever. 2 doughnut n 2 coffee. Took them over 15 mins. After I told them, dont worry about my change, cause im in a hurry. They still proceed to finish whatever talking before they even start making my drink. Also there was 2 people working. The server/cashier deandre has a nasty attutude. I had 3 drinks and she didn't plan to give me cup holder. When i asked her she yelled at me why didnt i say so when i made the order. She always when i go there slams the window on me. My last order i forget to order my donut. Everytime I visit this location my experience gets worse and worse. Wait time gets longer and longer. And the less I want to stop and spend any money here. 15 to 20 mins drive thru wait time. Cant even complete your order before they rushing you off to the window. Opportunity to upsell and make money but instead they dont upsell and dont even ket you finish your order. They're out of almost every donut I was looking to get more than six varieties. This is not the first time that this location has told me that they had none of the donuts. I was looking for during daytime hours.

This Dunkin donuts is hit-or-miss best. Today, lSunday October 18th I went to get a coffee and a muffin. I told the young lady with the red long weave my coffee tasted like hot water with cream and instead of her changing my coffee, she told me " she didn't know decaf was supposed to be strong and I was the first person to complain about it." When they first opened, they (DD) were awesome, now I guess you get what you pay for. Take the extra minutes to drive to the Dunkin at the 1500 block of East Sunrise Blvd. They do it right there and if they don't they'll fix it.

The worst experience ever they tried to overcharge me for a beyond sausage. I am a vegan no cheese and no egg. Every other DD I go to rings it up as a English muffin and a beyond sausage patty because that is all I get. It is rang up separately so I am not paying for stuff I don’t eat. One of the worst Dunkin Doughnuts around. This store should be avoided. The management needs to fix how this store is run. Unbelievably slow, most of the staff standing around and doing nothing. Took almost 10 minutes to get 2 coffees with cream (nothing exotic) with no other customers in the store. This store gives the entire DD stores/franchises a terrible reputation. Really sad.

Always mess up my order and I've been going there everyday for a almost a year now. Yesterday I ordered a ham and cheese croissant stuffer and I swear it came straight out the freezer into my bag. I didn't realize it till I made it to work.

I placed an order for a cinnamon raisin bagel and strawberry cream cheese, she states they don’t have strawberry cream cheese. So I changed my order to a sesame seed bagel, with plain cream cheese. She first said they were out then someone must’ve told her they had I also asked for a small coffee with a shot of expresso in it…. $7.35 later I received stale bagel as tough as a brick and mediocre coffee, and to top it off no receipt, probably to prevent a bad survey, needless to say I won’t comeback to this location.

I wish this Dunkin was on point because it is on my daily commute to work, I've given them multiple chances to make up but 9 out of 10 times they mess up some part of my order or don't leave a pleasant experience. Very slow 🐌 drive thru or pick up from the store. In the morning, they keep the door lock, which force you to go to the drive-thru and can't pick ur order from the store. Meaning more waiting time. Dunkin Donuts #353915 I came into this Dunkin donuts on Saturday June 12th 2021. And me and my kids ordered 3 avocado toast one with bacon, 2 caramelized crazed medium, 6 donuts, 5 bacon snacking, 5 Hash Browns, one English muffin with bacon eggs and cheese, 1 plain bagel with bacon egg and cheese And 2 small hot chocolates I inserted my card debit card and the cashier Yvette seemed like she was new because she did not know what she was doing. Yvette said it did not go through even though the receipt printed. Yvette made me insert my card again to charge me for the meal again, a second receipt printed. I thought it was strange being the fact that the receipt printed the 1st time Since there were so many people in line I went ahead and inserted my card again and please keep in mind a second receipt printed. As I was paying my bills as usual on June 16 Wednesday I noticed my charge for Dunkin donuts was there twice So I went to the establishment today Saturday which is June 19th and the manager there shanice I believe she said that was her name. She wasn't physically in the building I had to speak to her via Yvette cell phone said that it was impossible for the system to charge twice after I told her that I received two printed receipts. I even told her I called my bank and they said there was a double charge from Dunkin Donuts.  I would've considered just getting my order today but they said they would have to charge me. I would like either my money back or a credit for the $57.22 I spend that day.

I always came to this dunkin donuts for 15 years. I no bad experiences until tonight when I went through the drive through and ordered a smoothie. She told me I had to come in because the owner said so. I told her I didnt have a mask so I can't come in. She said if I order anything on the Baskin Robbins menu I had to come in. I told her I just wanted a smoothie. This must be a new owner because before they remodeled it was better service. If you want people to come in the store Take baskin robbins menu off of the drive through screen. I should be able to order anything on that screen . She argued with me for about 4 minutes. I never come in the store. that is what the drive through is for.

Unprofessional workers. They are disrespectful. I waited for the manager so I can ask said manager a few questions and they were talking loudly to each other saying "Why is he still here?" Like I didn't hear that. The inside is almost always closed and there's literally always flies inside the lobby. First complaint is: Cashier in the Drive-Thru window greeted me with a baby on her hip. A real live baby, one or two years old. Sad part is she made me some hot tea. Food• Food is prepared sloppy and not fixed how you tell them to prepare it. Food is over cooked, (burnt). black is over the corresant and hash browns. Drinks • Drinks are not prepared like how you tell them to prepare it. Coffee may taste to sweet or to bitter. Other drinks like refreshers maybe bitter. Service• Bad costumer service, they don't take the order responsibly, you can tell them to add something else on your order, but you ain't gonna get it. You ask them if they have a certain item. They would like to lie to you and say don't have. When it's early in the morning, and restaurant open 1-2 hours ago. And if they miss a item your ordered for. Instead of just giving it free. They would love to charge individuals, for the mistake they made. Atmosphere • The atmosphere around here is not pleasant, you have individuals come here to sleep inside the restaurant half of the morning. And individuals coming inside asking for free meals, and individuals stealing drinks out of the refrigerator they keep bottled sodas and other refreshments in.

The lady in the drive through who took my order who was white with black hair and black glasses was completely disrespectful towards us. the service with her was terrible, however there was also another lady that was supper nice and even gave us a smile which should be the bare minimum. the white lady yelled at us and rushed us through the entire time while we did know our order and tried to tell her and she was yelling and completely rude.

Went at 6:27 AM to get 2 dozen donuts for my class. The doors were locked. A nice young lady opened the door but the manager wouldn’t open the lobby even though, the lobby is supposed to be open at 6:00 AM. When I asked if she would open the lobby, she rudely told me no. I mentioned that the lobby should be open and she kept cutting me off to say that she wasn’t opening the lobby. She was extremely rude. An older lighter skinned black woman. Probably the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. They’re always out of products or don’t have the ingredients. Very poor customer service skills from the staff. I gave this location another opportunity, and sure enough even more disappointed. Bagels were hard and burnt. They gave me an incompletely order because they didn’t have it, instead of asking to replace what they ran out. The employee working the driver thru was horribly rude and neglected and refused to give me his supervisors name. This location needs new management.

I am traveling here from New York City with a group of my friends. We stopped here for morning breakfast and coffee before heading to key west. That’s a long drive so we needed to use the restroom. However, after one of my used the restroom they closed both of the bathrooms. That was extremely rude on their part. Mannerless. Bad service!!

One of the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in the area… when it comes to getting a special that is clearly posted on signs, they tell you in order to get the special, the loyal card on app needs to be scanned. I go to other locations and I never have an issue. I can assume they are trying to make more money off drinks that are special .I wanted a refund NO ONE there knew how to do a refund so they dipped into the “tip” jar which was not fair to them. Worst Dunkin I've been to in all of Florida and Georgia. The girl taking orders was unprofessional and disinterested. The iced coffee she made was one I have never tasted before.. I get the exact same iced coffee every time I'm at Dunkin, Vanilla iced coffee. Not very complicated. The service was poor, 10 in the morning and the Donuts were looking old and sweating, no selection and I threw the iced coffee in the garbage after the one sip on my way out. I ended up driving to the Dunkin down the street and it was AWESOME! I'll never return nor recommend this location.

Manager is literally locking the door so more customers don’t come in. This is insane. There are only 4 customers inside. She has herself and 2 workers also. Honestly, Dunkin’ Donuts feels like a social experiment to see how much people are willing to tolerate before giving up. I left feeling sick, not surprised, just disappointed that I ever expected better. The food tastes like it was designed in a lab, forgotten on a counter, then reheated with zero shame. Everything is greasy, overly sweet, and strangely lifeless, like the joy was removed during production. It’s impressive in a way how consistently bad it is. You don’t eat there for pleasure, you eat there to remind yourself you deserve better. I won’t be back, and honestly, I’m amazed this place is still open. Definitely not recommended unless regret is on the menu.

Unsafe Food Practices & Disgusting Customer Service I had one of the worst experiences ever at this Dunkin’. I ordered two croissant meal deals and was given bagels instead. When I went back, the manager told the cook to take the bacon, egg, and cheese off the bagels and put it onto croissants instead of making fresh food. I watched the pregnant cook use her bare hands to pull the food off the bagels. Completely unsanitary and unsafe. When I told the manager or who was acting “in charge” that was unacceptable, she got nasty and started insulting me right in front of everyone calling me “ugly” and “fat.” Other employees just stood there. This place has serious food safety issues and horrible customer service. Avoid this location the health department needs to inspect them ASAP. I will also be emailing regional and district managers and corporate, TODAY!

Usually a good place to grab food, but on 9/25/25 I was handed the wrong order. To make matters worse, the food was so cold I had to go heat it up at home, and the coffee was 60% water with 30% creamer and 10% sugar. I had to make coffee at home to add to my sugar water.

I went to the drive thru and the worker was rude, impatient and got my order wrong. I tried to clarify my order and she abruptly cut me off and tried to correct me only to mess up my order instead of waiting and listening. Had i not been in a rush i would’ve went inside to complain but instead i just threw away the worst drink ever. Total waste of money and horrible customer service experience. Do better Dunkin.

This place needs a health inspection because the hash browns tasted like freezer ice. The egg and cheese sandwich was at least good but I haven’t had the drink yet because they have a MOLDY STRAW. This location needs a health inspection if feeding folks black mold with these dirty straws!

The cashier argued with me after ahe assumed what I wanted and started adding random dougnuts in the box. never asking me what I wanted in the box, then throwing boxes on counter, leaving my other ordered items open, and every time I asked, came back yelling at me. Place smells like burned food, actually my croissant was redone because they forgot it because they were talking to each other. Picture attached of the new one, not nice. And no receipt paper, so I had to ask to take a picture on the POS screen. I will never buy from this location.

The girl at the register at 8:30 was horrible. she was sooo rude that she even forgot to give us our drinks. when she told us if we could leave . and we told her we are still missing our two caramel machiato, she realized she didn’t . still with an attitude and just so rude. horrible ! not coming back not worth it .

HOW PIG! This gum has being stock in the drive thru order box for months already. No one from DD pick it up and trow it. I reported today and the girl just laugh. How nasty!… all she say was ahaaa laugh and “Can I take your order?” Really???. No wonder why that gum stills there. What a trash the person who trow it but now DD worse for leaving there for months. 🤮
