My sandwich builder “Keerthiga”, was pleasant : offered combo , suggested new toppings. I had a nice lunch today and my sub was Perfect. Thank you Keerthiga at John St Location !

How is this place allowed to be open? This building is NOT accessible with people with disabilities. Not to mention the first couple steps doesn’t seem safe for the average person. I miss the previous location I think it was 211 John st south (just down the street) That being said, the food was top notch as always, and the service was fantastic. Keep in mind they seem incredibly under staffed because there was only one, what seemed to be eight year-old working(OK yes that is hyperbole. He must’ve been no older than 14 though.) he still did a fantastic job. My only gripe with this store is the lack of accessibility because my wife and mother are in wheelchair and or cannot walk upstairs.

On Dec 5th around 1pm me and other customers where instructed to wait for a large order to be complete , cashier said it would take 10-15 minutes. Proceed 10-15 minutes later after waiting patiently the cashier rudley tells us 10-15 minutes again. Poor service. We all walked out.

The portion sizes have significantly decreased yet the prices have hugely increased. Power bowl was very small but cost almost $20 and their sandwich breads are quite smaller than they used to be . And a single footling sub can cost between $15-$20 on its own because there aren’t combos left. Before a whole combo including a drink and either 2 cookies or a bag of chips would cost under $20

WILL NEVER COME BACK! Staff are beyond ignorant. There is a new sauce that I wanted to try and rather then put it on my sub and potentially ruin it if I didn’t like it I asked to get it in the side. The employee denied and got very rude about it. Told me I can have any sauce on the side except that one it must go on sub. I was told if I don’t like their rules about the sauce to go eat somewhere else. They only carry white cheese everytime I am in there

Laziest subway yet. No napkins. Didn't even bother to cut it. Did not deliver our drinks, and no attempt to resolve when we brought it up. Thankyou for being the worst.

Train your staff. Teach them how to speak with customers. I always buy the same sub. If you can’t grill the sub after 7 then I’d your responsibility to let the customers know so they can decide. I never told her that I won’t pay any extra charge and just asked for little extra cryspy onions, she directly told me you can’t harasse me like that. What!!! It’s your duty to do that I never told tou that I won’t pay and this is harassment to ask for extra crispy onions. Never coming back. Always at desi owners.

Avoid. Adviod. avoid. I ask for my sub made to order when I arrive in the app as they never get it correctly otherwise. In canada you have a reasonable expectation to see your food prepared in front of you. They now argue this. Last time I did an app order they forgot the cheese and toppings on a pizza sub. Extremely cheap on topping and zero customer service. Too busy dealing with skip orders and barely.undrrsta d English. Never agian.adding this store in particular to the boycott of tum Hortons and other businesses.

The lack of hair nets especially on a female who’s hair is a rats nest just makes me think the care and etiquette that goes into preparing and making the sandwiches correct me if I’m wrong but it is mandatory that all employees wear hair nets. Also the poor amount of toppings makes coming for 20$ a sub not even worth it terrible terrible need to go back to when subway was good and they cared

I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. The employee named Aakash provided extremely poor service. I specifically asked for my sub to be grilled and cut in half, but it was not grilled, and when I requested it to be cut, he handed me a knife and told me to do it myself. On top of that, my sub was completely wrong , I had ordered it online with red onions, tomatoes, crispy onions, and sauces, but he only added lettuce. Even the patty inside was cold, as if it just came out of the freezer. The second sub I ordered was also made incorrectly. Both sandwiches were so poorly prepared that I ended up throwing them away, wasting both my $ 17.00 and time. Aakash’s behaviour was rude and unprofessional, showing no understanding of basic customer service. I’m very disappointed with this experience and will not be visiting this location again. And I see in reviews no one taking care of customers reviews you guys need to improve your customer service and you should reply us but unfortunately you didn’t care about our money. Worst place ever I see this subway.

Ordered through Uber Eats, all 3 subs had the incorrect sauces and toppings. Double checked our receipt, yup every sub had the wrong toppings. We couldn’t even eat them, because we didn’t like the topping and sauces they randomly just decided to put on. Contacted Uber support, useless. Now out $50 for 3 subs that went in the garbage. Will never order from this location again.

Yesterday night we placed and mobile order for pickup. I picked the order and came home. As and when i started eating it was just awful. The bread was so hard. I asked for few extra veggies as I order veggie delight, just the spinach and lettuce were extra which was not even in the list of extra in my order. Everytime in my order I ask for extra onions they never do extra onion, for onions they just add couple of onions and that’s it. And some disgusting smell was coming from my subway. Once they added wrong cheese in my subway which was order few days back. I am observing these kinds of mistake from my past 2-3 order. I won’t recommend this place at all. And never going back to this place.

I ordered snackwiches online. Horrendous. One singular slice of ham. Toppings not ordered proper. Don’t go here, its basically all bread, no meat or veggies.

I ordered a sandwich for pickup. The food was warm and delicious but the quantity left much to be desired. Despite asking for more veggies, the sandwich had barely any. The amount of meat in the promotional materials compared to the actual sandwich was disappointing. Online menu said 1300 calories in my sandwich. There is no way it was anywhere near that number.

I ordered 2 subways (veggie patty )through this store at night and there is as little sauce as if its not even there . I can't taste any of them and I have added like 5 sauces in both of them . Moreover the dip is like one drop of the sauce given . I often use to order from this store but now its a big no . I feel like I wasted my money ordering from here .
