Updated and edited: I had an Uber order delivered and Soo many things wrong with my order 😕 First of all; I didn't get my drink, straw but no drink, so my Uber deliverer bought me one, from her own pocket, to make up for it. Second; I didn't get Any napkins whatsoever. Third; I did not get ketchup for my fries, which have been Very Salty lately. Fourth; I asked for No Onions and my Whopper sure looks like there were Extra onions put in 😡 Lastly; there was very little lettuce on my Whopper. I remember when they used to have so much lettuce it would fill you up! All of these mistakes and it wasn't even the hight of lunch or dinner hours, it was 3pm 🤷🏼‍♀️ I don't know if there are different people at this location but it isn't as consistent as it used to be. I would retract my previous review but I still gave it and at the time it was very true. Always consistent, delicious, fast, friendly and great value

It's no different than any other chain restaurant. I come here regularly because they have an indoor playground for my kids to play. However, the place always seems to be below par when it comes to cleanliness. The playground is dirty and stinky on a regular basis. Even when it seems clean it looks dirty. They need a real cleaning rather then just sweep and wipe down. For a food establishment in my opinion is way below par...food....that is another issue since most of the time my burgers seem to be average. I think out of the many times I've come here my burger buns seem and feel cold and at times they break apart due to it. Why do I keep coming? Because is the only establishment here that has an indoor playground and relatively cheap food and where my kids can play.

OK service.. friendly enough, fries were under cooked.. tried talking to one dude with no response.. just a blank stare 🤷‍♀️ whatever. It was close to the hospital

One of the dirtiest BK's I've ever been to. The floor was covered in what looked like coffee grounds throughout the entire dining area. The seats were sticky and foul. The table tops were uncleaned. I honestly didn't want to touch anything and didn't even bother using the restroom like I needed to because I was to scared at the state of it. It actually does have a kids play place but it was significantly colder than the dining room. Told by management that they aren't able to adjust the temperature.

I ordered a crispy onion whopper but what I got was a burger with a few crispy onions that was completely drenched in mayonnaise. it had so much mayo on it that you couldn't taste anything else. im glad I ordered some other items because there is no way I can eat my burger.

Sub-par service. Cold and extra salty fries. And the tomatoes still had the green core in em. For the most part they are nice people working. They just need better training.

Dirtiest Burger King I ever went to the kids play place was full of trash The tables were dirty like they haven’t been cleaned. The bathroom was filthy and smelled nasty and I found a cockroach crawling in one of the bathrooms.

I noticed that the workers are extremely hot I can feel the heat coming from the kitchen like they have no air couldn't even enjoy my food because of the heat wave that kept coming from the kitchen I mean the least they could do is get a swamp cooler or something a portable air conditioner just to make it a little more bearable but I think they're just like every other corporate business trying to save a dollar as a customer I'm happy I was able to go home to Central AC but I feel so bad for the workers who had to stay there and suffer that unbearable Heat

This is a classic example of why you should check your food before leaving the drive-thru. The burgers were supposed to be Texas Double Whoppers with light sauce. Burger King obviously does not care whether you come back to eat at their restaurant again. You guys should be ashamed of yourself. $31 for this.

Stop messing up my order. Every single time something is wrong. Worst burger King there is. Order 4 sauces, you get 2. Order 2 items, you get one. Every single time I'm here, something is wrong, usually something completely forgotten

Will never go back food was dry and old taco was drown in bbq sauce for some reason kept putting food in and out of different bags soda taste like pure carbonation would rate minus stars if could 💩👎
