This is a good taco bell. there is not much to say other than it is one of the good ones. You get taco bell food, which is not really Mexican. But, so long as you know what you are going for, they make, what you are looking for, very well here. I will go again when I get the craving for taco bell.
I simply ordered a single crunchy taco in the drive thru, to hold me over after a long day. The quality at this location is on point and service was quick and friendly.
For the amount of people that were in the restaurant, they definitely we're pretty fast in having the food ready. We hand the Cantona Chicken Bowl without beans and rice, extra lettuce & was actually pretty good.
Willow was the drive thru order taker for us tonight. She was so sweet through our difficult order and repeated it back to make sure it was right. So many times you can hear frustration in the voice of the order take and never once did she do that. Top notch! Thank you Willow.

My food, while not always perfect, at least isn't stale, which is peak TB. And they're crazy fast, so I never wait.
Went through the drive though, Mrs Kelly was absolutely charming. She was very personable while taking the order, and that really makes the experience different from average stops. The staff at this location is top notch. 👌
Very efficient and helpful staff. We "had" to come to a different Taco Bell considering our experience last weekend at a different location. We are satisfied. Nice, clean seating area. Kiosks and drink stations, clean and sanitary as well. We have quenched our Taco Bell craving for the year! Lol.
It is ok. The drive-thru takes forever, and it seems like they purposely keep you at their speaker whej ordering to account for time. Because of this it definitely does make the customer service part lack quality. I wish this part wasn't the case, but also for the most part the people on the speaker are nice and pleasant. But my husband used to work for Taco Bell as manager and keeping someone at the speaker for a long period of time is pretty much cheathe system, and making longer lines and upset customers. Maybe one day it'll be remedied.
Y'all - I know you're busy and you're trying to get food in and out but you still have to clean your dining room. There was not one clean table available... And this is not the first time!

Now you have to do your own order. They don't print receipts out when you're finished. I guess the next thing will be in the kitchen. Making our own food after we do our own order? That is stupid!
I hate the fact their 5 layer burrito and other items got smaller. The worst part is that when you dring it up their relay is "It's always been that size". If I knew in 2003 that they were going to downsize it I would have taken a photo because these kids (16 to early mid 20s) serving don't know any better and they don't definitely don't know what customer service is. I get y'all are fast food but good grief Taco Bell, what are y'all doing! A toddler eat more than what y'all put on my crunchwrap! I have a picture of this sorry amount of food. 😡
This Taco Bell is close to my work so I used to frequent it. Then they switched to kiosk ordering. Now, you cannot get a live person in there to talk to you. And if you happen to flag one down, they will not take your order. I guess this is the way things are done today, but I will not be going back.
Got up charged for a large baja freeze, when I just wanted the fountain drink. Tortilla used for my burrito were stale. Only got 2 sauce packets for 3 entrees. Worst tacobell in the metroplex. Worth the drive to western center to avoid this store.
Girl with glasses at the window was pretty rude. Didn’t greet me, seems like she doesn’t like her job. If you can’t fake it til you make it, you shouldn’t be around customers period or work at a place that involves customer interactions. It’s not hard to greet and Be nice, otherwise you come off as a snob. Just saying. But the food be good though.
Awful…I told myself a year ago I’d never eat here again…why I didn’t listen….ordered a Burrito Supreme with no tomato’s and it had NO meat…NO Sour Cream…it was basically Runny Beans and Lettuce. And Cost me $5.19 that was TOTALLY not worth it. They have a meat problem here because the last time I got a taco and the meat was like water. I think they are trying to cut corners here…but don’t know why because the prices have gotten ridiculous. Taco Casa from Now ON! Do NOT waste your time or money eating here.
Went to the counter to order and the worker asked if I had an online order, I did not and got told to order from the kiosk then, wasn't even busy. AI is coming for your job

I ordered light beans and extra beef on my Mexican Pizza and got this masterpiece.... It takes little to no effort spreading light beans and beef together on a 6" tostada. Almost as little as hitting the $.99 "extra beef" button on the POS. Whoever put this Picaso together didn't understand the assignment... lol Would have given this a 1 Star... but it was still edible...
Average Taco Bell aside from how disgusting the inside area is. Food and trash on the counter where you place an order, the drink section has some form of mold growing on the grating, and the floor and tables haven’t been cleaned in months. Decided throwing away my order was better than getting food poisoning. If that’s how you keep you indoor seating, I couldn’t imagine what the kitchen and bathrooms look like.
I hate leaving bad reviews, but after two sub-par visits I feel I need to. Our second time visiting this location was two days ago. We’d placed an order online, because hubby wanted to try the churrito (he remembered ordering it when he was young). It was only available in the app, so we ordered ahead. When we arrived, it seemed that they couldn’t find our order, because the lady up front asked for details several times. The churritos were missing ingredients, and the restaurant was very messy. The lady up front was visiting, chatting with another customer for some time. If I was the manager, I’d have hoped she’d be cleaning the dining area instead. Last time we were here, it was the same situation, although they seemed they seemed to be short handed, or not staffed appropriately. We recommend choosing another location, unfortunately.
This place is a disgrace I'm not even lying I've been to this place a few times and they usually screw up my order but tonight was very different as I got charged for double the amount of food that I got and I asked simply why and that I've never been charged that much before for that same amount of food and was just told it's because I subbed beef from chicken so I could charged for 12 tacos instead of six which I ordered six only. And then they asked me if I wanted my receipt and I told them yes and after waiting about 3 to 5 minutes they come back to the window and say the machine isn't working. This place is terrible would not recommend terrible service as well.
If you’re planning to go to this Taco Bell, you’d better plan on ordering through their app or going through the drive thru, because they absolutely WILL NOT take your order inside. Three times in a row I’ve been there, stood at the counter and waited for someone to take my order and they won’t even acknowledge my presence. Never again, I sincerely hope they go out of business.
My food was gross looking. My taco looked like it was starving and 5 days old. I spent $30 and most of it went in the trash.
I think I got food born illness this week from the guacamole. I've been sick for three days now. 1. Smells terrible when you walk in. 2. I had to use the filthy kiosk to place my order. 3. The little potatoes and cheese came with the terrible looking guacamole. I thought twice about eating it but was hungry.
Horrible experience double charged for something and they then missed 2 items I never received. Daniel the assistant manager could only say” I'm sorry they are supposed to confirm the items/order back to you…” what a joke of customer service.

Look… just because I asked for no tomatoes did not mean I also wanted no meat on my tacos. Wow. I’ve never been more disappointed. I keep trying to give you guys chance after chance cause sometimes you actually get the order right but leaving the meat off my soft taco and out of my beefy 5 layer is a bit ridiculous. You have officially lost mine and my family,s business for good. Props to your drive thru girl though. Can’t remember her name but she definitely has customer service going for her. Ordered uber eats they didn’t give us any of our 5 tacos no Cinnabons and the quesadilla was like barely filled
I drove through here and after getting my food at the window, the employee handed me my soda. I took a sip and it just tasted like club soda—there was no taste. I kindly explained this to her and asked her to replace it. She refused to redo it and handed it back to me. She very rudely said that there was nothing wrong with it so it should taste fine. Then she slammed the window in my face. I would have just ordered a different soda at that point, but I didn’t know what to do after she just turned me away. So I just left with the nasty drink. Terrible customer service.

Be very careful eating here! I contracted a terrible food-borne illness from eating a chicken quesadilla and spicy potato soft taco purchased from this location on 11/16/2024. The potatoes in the taco appeared to be old and were dry and inedible but I didn't think much of it at the time. A few hours later, I started feeling a little off and had full-blown symptoms starting the next morning. Based on other reviews of this location, this establishment doesn't seem to care about maintaining sanitary conditions. I'm currently on day 4 of the worst symptoms I've ever experienced from food.
Waited 15 minutes before they told me they were out of one of the two items that was ordered, inventory must not be not verified at this location. Team on prep lines seemed to be lacking direction, with major downtime despite a wrap around drive through line and several backed up pickup drivers in the lobby.
Missing items, like a Mexican pizza , chicken cantina taco , and we asked if they could make a double decker with a doritos locos supreme they said yes as long as we agreed to the upcharges which we did making it a $7 taco and then they forgot it. Our mistake was not holding up the drivethru line to double check the order or checking b4 we left so were out about $15 bucks worth of items. In hurry to get home before the kids got off the bus. Also need to mention the rude service, and things tasted reheated in the microwave. I don't expect it to be perfect or anything but definitely have had much better taco bell at other locations.
This was a good Taco Bell 2 months ago, but today I went in and they made my burritos skimpy! There was very little beans! I don’t like skimpy! I went back in and it took 25 minutes to get 2 burritos and no apology!

I have never seen a food establishment so dirty. I couldn’t eat the food I ordered because of the excessive flies in the restaurant. Nothing had been wiped down. There was food, dried soda, and dust everywhere. Everything was filthy. It didn’t look like the floors had ever been cleaned. Several employees walked out into the dining areas to grab trays, never wiping anything down. The bathroom was so gross I walked next door to Discount Tire. This place should be shut down. I can’t believe they are allowed to serve food to anyone.
My husband ordered the loaded beef nachos and it was very bad! It looked as if someone had been eating it and it hardly anything on it! We are not going back to this location,I took a picture of it..but can't post it on here for some reason!
Do not go here! Ordered 4 items and after 30 minutes I walked out!!! No one even talked to us, there were tons of people waiting for their food and their answer was drive through has priority!

Go to any other location than this one. Trust me, it’s worth the drive. For a few reasons (see other reviews), but the last straw for us is— This location only gives you 1 sauce packet per thing you order, which is not enough. They told me it is a policy implemented by the owner. Literally will never give a single packet over the limit, as they said they will be sent home by the manager if they do. If it is THAT important to the owner to save $0.05, I figure it’s worth an extra 10 minutes of my time to go to the next location
If I could give a “0” I would. Ordered with mobile app and to no surprise the drinks were wrong and after leaving the drive through and going home they didn’t put the tacos in the bag! Too far down the road to turn back. Thanks for the waste of money and time! Terrible service!
Be very careful at this location. I am lactose intolerant and I ordered all my items according to my food allergies. I watch the guy literally put cheese on my food and then flick it off once he noticed it was ordered without cheese. To my shock the manager had the nerve to tell me cross contamination happens. Like really 😒 cross contamination means it may come in contact with my order. NOT it will be put on my food and then removed. Shame on the manager. Will definitely be calling corporate over this. How dare the manager scold me when he literally put the cheese on my items.
The floors are dirty, the tables have not been cleaned from what you can see of the kitchen it looks like a bomb went off in there. I will not be back, ever!!
Usually I’m not the one to post on something unless I think it was outrageous but this has happened multiple times now! I had the simplest order how do u mess it up ?? Like how do u keep messing up my order it’s to easy.. Anyway.. I made sure to specify that I didn’t want onion and got the exact opposite 🙄 And THIS BAD at that seriously.. Like since when does lettuce come on a bean and cheese burrito?😂
I ordered with the app, I was told my food would be ready in 3-5 minutes. I came inside to wait at the counter, there were 2 people served Infront of me. 17 minutes later ( I timed this) my food was set on the counter ( I only ordered 3 burritos). My name was not called to let me know, mind you... The only way I knew the order was mine is after the employee walked off my name was on the receipt stuck on the outside of the bag. The drink bar had trash on it and the trash cans were full. I should have known something was up when the first guy who got his food told everyone on the lobby "good luck" DO NOT come here on your lunch break, you will be late for sure!
If I could give this Taco Bell less then 1 star, I would… I keep trying to give them a chance but always disappointed. Today, every table is dirty. The windows look like they were cleaned with a dirty rag, and the place smells like a dirty rag. My husband asked for a medium size cup lid and he was told “it should be over there”. He would not have asked if it was!! We will not be back.
They put absolutely zero effort into Door Dash orders and leave items off the order.
12/23/25 @ 1225 am, drive through worker on the PA system and order give out was extremely angry, slamming windows at us and extremely angry, he shouldn’t be working in customer service until he learns to manage his emotions.
Took the drive thru. And not only did they mix up our order the first time. But messed up our order when they had to remake it.
Terrible experience here. :/ I know it's TacoBell how good can it get but Damn!! This location was so cold inside you could see your breath. And the whole location was nasty! Not 1 clean table and the bathrooms were beyond nasty also! And pretty sure the employees we're all taking turns going to the bathroom and partaking in an extracurricular activity.
This is far and away the worst Taco Bell I know. The people are always nice and it’s the closest to my house but in the last 3 years we’ve gone maybe 10 or more times and they literally always mess up the order. Every time. Without fail. They never get it right. And it’s printed on a screen in the drive thru. But in the back they’re just not paying attention. Check your food before you leave always at this place. Wish I could rely on them for what I ordered. This last time they even shorted me a taco.
Worst Taco Bell location I have been to. I got a chicken quesadilla which I included a picture of. It looked disgusting and was folded up. My meal also came with a taco which they didn’t even put in a wrapper. They just placed my taco inside the bag. It had sour cream and tomatoes on it which the regular taco doesn’t even come with. I threw away the food after I got home and went somewhere else. Do not give these people your money.
Rude horrible customer service from an order women. She handed me my tea with no ice and I ask for unsweetened and she gave me sweet tea. I asked for napkins she didn't give me napkins. I asked for hot sauce. She didn't give me hot sauce. She opened the window and handed me the bag and never said a word.
You pay for extra cheese or ask for no meat and when they screw up your order the manager there wants to call you a liar and ask you to prove it!!! Put my order in online before a line stacked up in the drive thru.there was 3 cars when I put my order in .They managed to get 12 cars out of the line. before completing my order that had half of it missing the fries was cold waited 15 minutes and an additional 6 for them to fix it . I don’t care about your drive though times complete orders in the order they come in.

This is as stated in other reviews, the worst Taco Bell around here. We ordered through the mobile app and when we got our food, it was cold and old. There was no meat on the crunch wrap, it was basically a big flour tortilla, with a corn tortilla and some sour cream in it. The potatoes were cold and the drinks had like 2 ice cubes in them and they were half melted. The 5 layer burrito's weren't any better with as little meat and food in them as possible. You can't get any less food or value for your buck than this. We called and spoke to Matt and he was nice, told us that he would replace both of our cravings box's (we had 2), he said the entire meal. Next day I had my husband stop by on the way home and pick up our replacement. Matt wasn't there and the manager on duty was rude and ended up only giving us the food, he wouldn't give us the drinks. To make matters worse, the potatoes on our fiesta potatoes were old, very hard and crunchy, they were nasty. They tasted like they had sat there all day and then they just put cheese and sour cream on them. The cheese sauce had weird strings in them, like it was old. The crunch wrap's were very similar to the day before, your basically eating tortilla's with sour cream and very little insides. My daughter's crunch wrap had a molded diced up tomato on it. She didn't find it until she was almost done with her meal. My stomach has been bugging me all day. Don't waste your, time, money or stomach as you will be left sick with probably food poisoning and wondering "where's the beef". I wonder if the GM and Taco Bell higher ups know what's going on at this facility? One of the worst experiences I've had in a long time.

Been to this location 3 separate times now, all 3 times, something my order has been wrong or missing. My brother actually got sick from our most recent time coming out. 2 times I have reached out to support just to get no response. I understand that Taco Bell is pretty bottom of the barrel fast food, but this location specifically has been horrible to me and my family. Spend the extra 5-10 minutes going to a different location, or better yet, just go somewhere else entirely.
We’ve come to this Taco Bell numerous times and have never had this bad of service. I order and paid for 3 crunchy taco supremes, get all the way home which is 25 minutes away, I have plain crunchy tacos. I call up, and the lady who answers suggests to come back to have them remake it after I’ve already informed her I live 25 minutes away. That was not realistic at all, I’d be out almost an hour over tacos. She puts me on hold and a man comes on the phone. He asks me what I want him to do about it. I suggested to either refund me the difference, or put it in their log that I’m owed 3 crunchy taco supremes at a later date. He says he’s writing my name down and putting it in their office. I asked who I was speaking to so I can reference when I go in. He proceeds to say “ummmmmm” with a long pause, then say he’s not allowed to tell me his name. Fine. I asked what your position? Are you a manager? Assistant manager? Team lead? He said “yeah something like that” I said how am I supposed to believe you’re talking my issue serious and I’m actually going to honored these tacos if I can’t even reference who I spoke with. Again what is your position. He said “uhh a trainer”. Then reiterates to just come in, state my name and get my tacos, and hangs up the phone. I hope the manager will train their trainers on customer service and how to resolve issues that their staff caused.
Literally ordered a grilled cheese burrito with chicken, sour cream, rice, cheese, tort strips and received rice, and cheese…and a few fort strips. Only other item I ordered is ice cold, a few remnants of beef, full of guess what.. rice and cheese wrapped snug in a cold tortilla that just came out of the bag. Disguisting. Thanks for that awesome quick dinner after a very long day at work! 2.23.2026 this shift needs to be retrained.. waste of everyone’s time. You owe me some hit and correctly made food Taco Bell. Also.. your Mgr on duty should not talk over someone when they are asking how you forgot the chicken on a chicken burrito. 2/16 Manager Katie had us pull up wait 12 mins for fresh fries gave us old fries I pulled them out and they were flimsy and cold, clearly old then two different people lied about making them fresh so we waited another 5 minutes for fresh fries almost 20 minutes after requesting from the beginning that we just wanted to wait for fresh ones. This is a reoccurrence

This is the WORST Taco Bell EVER!!! This is my 2nd time ordering and when my husband picked up the order 1st it wasn't ready 2nd they couldn't find order. And may I add $30.00 order When he finally got it home it wasn't what we ordered. Tried to call but phone is off hook NEVER NEVER will I Ever order from this Taco Bell again
I keep going back because there is no other Taco Bell around, maybe I need to start to go to Taco Bueno down the road. I ordered Taco Supreme, they but normal on the screen, I corrected him, he fixed the screen, I got home and had normal tacos in the back... ugh... ridiculous. aside from the wrong order the food was decent. but it's not the first time my order was messed up
Dine in, you have to be a specialist and order your own food as five employees watch. The lobby was stacked no offer to take orders at the actual counter. All this self service crap has truly ruined any customer experience! Simply amazed how these companies just don’t care about the people that buy the product.
I didn’t hang around to eat here. One of the most disgusting dirtiest eating establishments i have entered in a while. I think the health department or inspector should check this place out. I left when I saw the bags of trash stacked by where they are preparing food. Maybe that’s not a code violation but the look just made me decide to eat elsewhere. There were napkins scattered all over the floor. Trash all over the tables. Just a bad vibe.
A whole area of the tables were dirty. There was no hot sauce in the hot sauce area and took forever to get attention of people working in the back.
I will be contacting your corporate office for this location. Had to wait a long time just to get my order taken inside and while I was waiting one of the employees passed me to go the the bathroom. Reeking of weed looking dazed out of his mind. This person is looking like a manager on the taller side and he’s listening to music. And here I thought weed was illegal especially using it at a work place. That is astonishing that you allow your employees to come to work high. I tried to stop this young man on the way back inside behind the counter but I just got ignored.
Terrible time today 10/24/25 quesadilla not fully cooked and cheese barley melted, drink was supposed to be diet and wasn’t which is especially frustrating being a diabetic and nacho fry’s only filled half way. Don’t know if it’s just the people here today or if that’s how this Taco Bell is becoming but I’d avoid if possible
Store is absolutely disgusting. Kitchen area looked like a tornado went thru it. Dinning area was disgusting and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. The girl at the register had a bad attitude. I’ve been to this location before and didn’t have issues but this was gross. A door dasher asked about the order he was waiting for and she gave him attitude also. I never do these reviews but these people need a wake up call. Do not recommend eating here.
Every time we or any DoorDash driver comes in, we end up waiting 20 to 45 minutes—even when the order is ready and we’ve gotten a notification that it is. It doesn’t matter if the store is busy or not—they simply don’t hand over the order promptly. This is really disrespectful and needs to be fixed. Manager, you should be ashamed of the kind of employees you have hired in your store.
A kiosk to order dine-in food--you've got to be kidding me! And we're still charged the same amount of money even though we have to place our own orders??!!! We walked in to eat and apparently there's no one at the front taking orders. There are two kiosks where you order your food...and 10-15 minutes later I have no idea when we will ever get our food b/c no one will talk to you. I will NEVER come to this Taco Bell again. If all of the Taco Bell's are going to this kiosk inside then I will never go to another Taco Bell again. Also the men's restroom has been locked since we've been here. I don't know if someone is using it or if it's just locked but for 15 minutes it's been locked and no one has come in or out. The women's restroom is extremely dirty and the paper towel holder is about to fall off of the wall. 100% shocked and disappointed.
Do not eat here. I got a chicken quesadilla and a beef taco 9/7. I didn’t eat all the food as it was not good and something seemed off. I’ve had horrible food poisoning since early Monday morning. Reporting this location to the health department to try and prevent future instances of this for others.
First thing I noticed when I walked in is how filthy this restaurant is. We waited a few minutes and nobody came up to help us. There were about six people working in the back. Two people sitting in the lobby and maybe two cars in the drive-through so they were not busy. Took my kids for an early dinner because it’s easy and quick. Well not today. A girl finally came up to us paused and then started talking on her headset to take a drive-through order. Still nobody greeted us so we walked out. Not sure why we even went to this Taco Bell. Wont be going back to this location. I know it’s Taco Bell and I shouldn’t expect much out of them but a “be right with you” could have gone a long way. Glad we didn’t eat here. It’s obvious that the owner and manager don’t care about the cleanliness or customer service of this location.
Keep trying to hope this place will get better and it never does. Ordered the crispy chicken taco today and the chicken was disgusting 🤢🤮 cold and old and the put my taco in the bag under the thing of nachos so I had to scrape it back into the taco. THIS IS SOMEONES FOOD!!!! I love Taco Bell, but this location is sloppy and you have to check your bag and items because they get it wrong 90% of the time. They did get my simple order correct today, but they were so sloppy I couldn’t peel my taco away from the paper. I am paying 3.00 a taco. I should be able to pick it up and eat it. Do better!!!!
They mess up my order every time I go there and today was worse because they messed up my order and then when they remade it they scraped the old burnt dry beans from the side so I couldn’t eat any of the food. I’m allergic to dairy and I try not to make things a big deal but I can’t eat cheese melted in my tacos. I thought they would be understanding but this is what I got back…a log of dry hard beans on every taco
