Wow!! Who did you guys hire!? This place is usually pretty dull tasting. A solid 5 on average but, TODAY EVERYTHING from my fries, to the burger and chicken sandwich that I order was absolutely fresh + amazingly satisfying! 10/10 I know it's just fast food, but quality is so important and when it's as fresh as it was today, it would be hard to put out anything less! Thanks for the tasty lunch.

Haven't been to BK in a while, but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of food, service, and restaurant cleanliness. They were out of apple juice for the kid's meal but offered a fountain drink or orange juice. We took the OJ and it was a good size bottled drink. Also, there was a disgruntled customer using profanity and saying something to us about the cashier using the middle finger? The woman was very professional. She didn't say anything back, just gave the man his food and change. My kids did complain that the bathroom smelled bad, but that's to be expected.
Best Burger King experience I have had so far. Friendly drive through staff and the food was hot and fresh. Will definitely eat here again.

Dining room was clean, food was good, fries were not hot. Restroom was clean, but out of seat covers. The spicy chicken sandwich looks totally different from the commercial, but hey it's only $1 and I added tomato to the sandwich.

Trying to redeem a promo from the app, the female employee said "I don't know, you need a code" but didn't know how to retrieve it and just stood there looking at me, very unfriendly. A nice woman waiting for her food helped me (she pushed two buttons).
It's Burger King, so you know what you're getting. The staff, however, left a great impression. Responsive, smiling, courteous and found me a good value deal on what I wanted, even though I didn't ask it know. Very nice.
My kid wanted the 2 whoppers for $5 deal. No cheese but good amount of food for 2 people if hungry for cheap. I had a spicy chicken sandwich that was hot and fresh. The lady at the register was not proficient with the register at all and I had to remind her I needed my change, she said how much? 😄
Hey, it's Burger King, and they really try! I personally like burger king, and their whoppers. This burger king tries- and they do the decor and all that. The food is what I expect, but it was good. I gotta give it up for the service. It didn't take long and the cashier was really friendly and down to earth. They also have a drive thru, parking is usually pretty good here- and you can come here about an Ikea/Walmart visit. You don't have to worry- it's not too crowded here, but the food was made fresh- and it was a pleasant experience. Now I wouldn't come here for late night for safety reasons, but overall- not a bad experience. Enjoy!
The app gives great deals for families. Drive thru pick up is efficient and drama free. Food is great. Bacon king is the move if not choosing the classic Whopper. There's a young man that works there that is super polite and chipper. Nice stop for food
One of the Burger King location in West Sac near Ikea & Walmart. Ample parking space available. The place was clean and had few people. Their burgers are delicious & good in size. They provide good customer service. Though their washroom was locked and had to ask an employee to open it & then refill soap. The experience was decent overall.
They were pretty fast food was good but we asked if every thing was in there we ordered 4 sandwiches and when e drove to our destination which was far we are camp host at shirt tail we went to eat and our fish sandwich was not in the bag & iut was listed on our receipt so we were upset and it was to to far to go back. Pretty disappointing.
Price was not what they had advised so spent more than I had wanted or expected for a so- so burger. Staff was polite and place was clean. I give the French Fries 4 stars. Yummy!

This is a weird Burger King. The drive- thru sticks out at a strange angle making the turn towards the sole window a bit dicey. Nobody really knows what to do in this drive-thru line, so just do your best. Otherwise, it's okay. Sure, the quality of the staff can go either way, but the food is fine. This is Burger King, not a Michelin star rated dining experience.
Decent food and service. I have had quite a few times when they forget to put the sauces that I ask for in the bag or the soda is out of flavouring and is only bubbles. Most of the time the burgers are good and they don't load them up with mayonnaise like some other fast food restaurants. The fries and onion rings usually taste fresh and the people who work there are normally friendly.

Stopped by Burger King in West Sacramento today for National Hamburger Day and was pleasantly surprised! We made a small purchase and received a free hamburger as part of the promotion — what a great treat! The service was quick, the staff were friendly, and the burger came out fresh and hot. The bun was perfectly toasted, and the patty was juicy — just what we needed on a warm day. Love seeing fun promos like this — it adds a nice surprise to the day. Hope they continue offering deals like this more often. Thank you, Burger King, for the great food and experience. Definitely recommend stopping by this location! 🍔✨
I had the most pleasant interaction at this location. The employee by the name of kiwika, which is an Hawaiian name was really so polite and really well mannered. You don't find many young people today, that has manners like he does. And can we talk about the fact that he is only 19 years old with a job you better get it boi. Yess. Love it. He had me park for fresh fries. He forgot my pie and cookies but that's ok, I will see if I can go back tomorrow , for them. I tried to call them several times but they do not answer anywho. Istill like him well. He made the whole ordeal awesome Everybody makes mistakes. The food was ok, went there because hubby like the bacon melt.
This location has a Standard of Mediocrity Have visited this location possibly 10 times since I started working in downtown Sac (it's the closest BK to my office). The meat is consistently under-reheated. The service staff appears to be disinterested, but they can do their jobs (feels like they're all quiet quitting). I ask myself why I keep going back here when it's always barely passable, but sometimes that's what I want (food that will meet the bare minimum to satisfy my body's need for sustenance)
Getting food at this location is slow. I get it short staff and what not but sometimes I would be waiting at the speaker just to tell them I'm picking up an online order for 30 mins. Can't really complain too much cause the food is cheap but it sucks when they couldn't get an order right or they didn't inform you that something is out. I ordered rodeo cheeseburgers and they didn't tell me they were out of onion rings. They just put raw onions in them and didn't say anything. On top of that they didn't even add cheese. It's disappointing cause you find out after you get home and have to drive all the way back just to get it corrected. It's very unprofessional in my opinion. But the workers were very nice and remade our order. Still didn't have onions rings but they fixed it otherwise.
This store never ceases to amaze me at just how horrible Burger King is getting to be. This seems to be a chain wide deal too. Seriously I want an ice cream cone and im told they don't have any ice cream, seriously in Sacramento on one of the hottest days of the year so far, last time they couldn't handle making my burger or the lady behind me burgers correctly. These should be staple items for The King. Sorry in this neighborhood it goes to McDonald's or In and out. Burger King needs to step up their game or get out of it altogether.
Every time i go here, great fresh whopper jr. and good fries. Can't complain. They are my go to for a small bite ! Friendly staff too. Update on breakfast was sloppy and greasy. Still friendly staff - but terrible presentation on food and it looked squished into the paper.
I went in when there was no one at the drive-thru and I was the only customer inside. I had to wait 20 minutes for nuggets. Right after I ordered, the lady who rang me up asked her coworker to drop the nuggets and she said “no”. Whether she was joking or not it prolonged my food being made because they waited until 10 after just to put them in to fry.

Service is mediocre to non existent during evening hours. Orders aren't correct a good percentage of the time. They stop taking orders around 10:30pm even though they are open til 11pm. Overall, I'd avoid this location & pick someplace that gets frequented more often & has a manager who actually cares vs this place. I gave the benefit of the doubt, I lost this round
I went today to buy the new street corn whopper and let me tell you it was over price, and the taste was tasteless, it had no flavor and the corn chips they put in it, it was soggy.
The food is good but this place seems like something goes wrong like one time they ran out of beef and another one is they didn't have change. Also some cashiers get upset when they get the order wrong. Rhe need to be nicer.
Main problem I have is even though I order no mustard and no pickles more often than not I end up with mustard and pickles anyways. Very disappointing because even if you pick them off the flavor is still there so I usually just go to other BK stores now when I want BK
I had to wait for my order which is ok. When brought out was wrong. Took some time and brought out again. When I got to work I did not get what I ordered. Supposed to get double whopper combo got single. I called to let them know with no answer several attempts.
2 stars because I understand that they are understaffed there, however service in general was fairly poor. Food-wise it is consistent with other burger kings under the condition you order anything that basic. When we went there were 3 employees, 2 people in line before I was, and maybe 3 people for drive-tru. It took about 8 minutes for the first person in line to get helped by the cashier and about another 5 for us to get to the front. From there it took about 20 minutes to get 2 double cheeseburgers and 2 whopper juniors. In the time we were waiting, 2 different customers from the drive thru entered the store saying that their order was wrong and the person infront of us also had their order wrong, however they had to wait at least 5 minutes to get someone's attention to get help. 3 customers and a Walmart employee also left since they were not being helped.
Burger King does not accept Burger King gift cards here. 😳 They do not have trays to eat inside. They do not have ranch. They do not have a double quarter pound king here. They do not have frozen drinks. Employees are the only reason why I gave this place a 2 star. They are great! Feels like a failing Burger King.😢
I tried out the mobile order app and ordered 2 ch’king sandwiches, fries, and 2 cokes. 15 minutes after I put in the order, I arrived to the store, and they never even started making my order. After telling him that I arrived, they threw the chicken in the fryer and said six minutes; I ended up waiting for an half an hour. Once I got home I found out that the sodas were watered down, the fries are stale, the sandwiches were good. I get that a lot of people are understaffed right now, and a lot of restaurants are struggling, but that’s no excuse for having poor quality.
Wow!! Being a previous fast food employee I understand the importance and value of “Speed of Service” or “SOS” with Drive-thru operations. Asking multiple customers to pull up and wait in the parking lot is ridiculous just to keep your SOS low. Completely not appropriate poor operational management. It took an additional 10 minutes to get our food. It’s called fast food for a reason, not pull up and wait food. Please invest in your team and ensure they understand the value of operational processes and how to improve without requiring the customer to suffer.
If your gonna sell tacos make sure you give the people the amount they buy.I went here yesterday and I bought 6 tacos and they only gave me 4 then offer d me cookies that were hard as a rock.If you want all the tacos you want I recommend going to the Burger King either off of Freeport or the one in Carmichael at least they give you what you order.
My order was made correctly however, I was asked if I was dining in and after saying yes, everything was still put inside of a bag. The only problem I had with my order was that my whopper was cold. The cheese did not melt at all because it was already cold by the time they put the burger together.
Worse service I've ever had when it comes to fast food. Every time I've tried to give this place a shot, it takes 10 min in the drive thru just to ORDER. last time I came here I started a timer to see how long it would take. I was in line for a good 5-6 minutes before the timer started. Only to get an "hang on a sec", "okay what did you want to order?" And then it took another 10 minutes just to pay and gety food. First one is how long it took to order, second one is how long it took the first car in front of us and the third one is the car directly in front of us. The last one is how long it took to get my food. Guaranteed this is the last time I stop at this location. Then the cashier had the nerve to huff at me because I wanted to make sure my food was all in there. My son's milkshake was melted and they wouldn't replace it. If I could leave 0 stars I would. A Bk in a 7/11 goes faster than these guys AND better quality.
Very disappointed they had me waiting for my order for 15 minutes so they told me to park so I wouldn't be on the drive thru. On top of that they gave me my order wrong not what I had ordered. Too bad I was already home when I realized that. They didn't even apologize for making me wait. I prefer Burger King over McDonald's but with this poor customer service.... Guy taking order needs customer service training. They were out of sauces. We were missing an order of fries. Food was cold. There was not a wait, I should have taken that as a sign. I won't be going back.

Wost place I've had in years no ice, no a/c,no ranch, cold food and burnt old fries not to mention the worst service I've ever seen would give no stars if I could. Maybe the owner should look in to all these problems. they close early and do nothing
Horrible... Simple order, repeated 3 times and with the restaurant being fairly slow "no one inside", they managed to get it wrong and serve it cold. Probably over of the worst experiences EVER! If I want in a rush I would've gone back to return the garbage.
We've had problems in the past with this location, you go through the drive thru, ten minutes, twenty minutes, FORTY MINUTES, before closing and NOBODY will answer you but you can see them clearly through the window. Very unprofessional and dis pleasing for customers. Not cool.

Probably one of the worst burger kings ive been to. Open sign is always off and every time we order they're always out of something. The girl at the window isnt very friendly either. Ordered on the app ahead of time and I'm currently waiting for about 10min now with no other cars in front of us. Horrible.
The 763 Ikea Court, West Sacramento location needs to get their act together. On 11/19/20 I ordered 1 ham and cheese croissant NO EGG. I said no egg 4 times and it was repeated back. I was the only car in the drive thru but yet I had to park to wait less than a minute for my order and of course it came with egg. On 11/20/20 I thought I'd give them a second chance. Today there were at least 6 cars behind someone at the window. Instead of parking that vehicle and getting the rest of the orders out they kept that car at the drive thru and made everyone else wait. I finally got my order without egg but cold as ice. Don't know if I'll give them a 3rd try.
The fries are absolutely disgusting. Burger King fries have never been my favorite but usually I can tolerate them because I love whoppers. Anyway the fries from this location are extremely dry and stale. They taste like stale fries that have been reheated. I bought two meals from here the other night and both me and my mom put the fries straight in the trash. I tasted one of the fries and I'd never been so disappointed in my life. If the fries are going to be this bad may as well give them away for free.
They serve old food when you ask for fresh you get attitude and a salty sandwich. I'm never going back there. I asked if my sandwich was fresh and she said you didn't ask for it fresh. I guess if I get botulism and get sick I asked for it. My stomach is now upset from the possibly old salty sandwich they gave me that was supposed to be fresh.
Seriously slow. They serve 1 person in the drive thru about every 5 minutes. Long line of people waiting. And when you get to the speaker they just make you sit there and wait. The staff should be fired and the place should be shut down.
Went through the drive-thru, and I ordered their new family bundle which was 1399 which one you pay is not 1399 by the way. He asked me if I want to cheese I said yes but he didn't specify that it was more. But I completely thought he said something else cuz the monitor sucks. And when I went up to the window he got an attitude about the fact that he had to take the cheese off just very rude disrespectful manager will never go there again and I ask for no salt on the fries it was salt on the fries I ask for the cheeseburgers all the be playing they only made two of the cheeseburgers plain yeah not going to that location again
This is a very, very bad Burger King. I got a half cooked chicken sandwich that was raw in the middle. The service was the worst and their prices are jacked up for some weird reason. Why are the whoppers $10????Run, do not go here!!!
25 mins+ in their drive thru for them to give me mu onion rings(an order of fries with 2 soggy onion rings) then i asked for what i ordered for them to give me onion ring mush(old af) then they have the nerve to ask me to pull around front. I just went here for dinner at about 830 845 on August 21st, and I honestly would drive further if I am craving a burger or go to in n out because I had a very irritating experience. My husband and I went and ordered a 2 for 10 whopper meal with onion rings and ranch instead of fries. Well we waited 5 minutes to order and they were definitely not busy. The guy was so quiet we couldn't hear him, and when we got up to the window he was rude he told us the total and then walked away and ignored my husband having the money in his hand, we got no reciept and one frie and one onion ring. No ranch. We want back around. Still no reciept and had to ask for ranch bc they didn't bothe. 😒
Horrible customer Servise. Wasted my entire lunch break in the line at the drive threw. Ordered 4 combos for my employees , the manager told me it was to big of an order for the drive thru. Place has poor quality anyways. Everyone else will get my Servise but this place.
After waiting outside and calling 4 times before they finally answered and told me they are only talking orders at drive up window I went to the window and at 10.10 am they told me they were not making breakfast when they usually make till at least 1030 I know with covid 19 it's tough but you would think they would try and take care of business as usual to some degree but not answering the phone or acknowledging someone at the door is just rude and then denial of making breakfast when it was well before the end time. Oh well another business that will struggle to stay open and that is sad

Check if your order is correct 4/5 it's not. Messy burger downded in mustard is what I got. Would have returned to complain but Was on a lunch break. Waste of $10 dollars and couldn't enjoy it. Went hungry remainder of the work day. Thanks West sac location.
Apparently this Burger King ran out of burger patties. So they gave me some old chicken sandwiches instead of the whoppers I ordered. Same price for old, unwanted food. Definitely did not get it my way at BK. Screw this location. Businesses like this place won't last long trying to dump old food that should be thrown away on unsuspecting customers. SHAME!
Don't EVER eat here, the food was old and cold. Didn't get the order right at all. No Ice for their soda machine and soda had funny taste to it. The manager says the door is broken but they locked it on purpose because the drive thru was busy and they didn't want people to come in the front. There was another couple inside with us. Customers were trying to come in and the door was locked inside too! Complete waste of time, I wish we hadn't spend our money here. Never coming back.

I placed a mobile dine in order when THEIR WAS NO ONE IN THE RESTAURANT OR DRIVE THRU and it took 45 minutes of waiting and then getting up and asking someone. I even had requested if they could make it fresh and they did that, but by the time I received my food it was dead cold. I keep trying to give Burger King the benefit of the doubt but this seems to be a problem no matter what Burger King you go to. Not to mention the absolute lack of professionalism in this Burger King with all the employees cussing.
Took over 20 minutes to receive order. Bathroom smell smacks you in the face. Toilets full of paper and obviously hadn't been cleaned all day. Kitchen floor has trash up and down the aisle. Tables had empty cups and hadn't been wiped. Felt VERY uncomfortable eating food prepared under these conditions. Only 3 employees who were more interested in their cell phones than fulfilling orders. Customer from drive thru came in obviously upset with service. Won't eat here again. Employee turned off "Open" sign and locked doors even though it's supposed to be open until 11 pm. Shame. 12/20/2018
This location is a joke the management the people that own it the people that run it everything about this place is a joke. I’ve came and picked up four orders are ready from this place via Uber and they tell me every time they have no orders only place in Sacramento that does this to customers. Each time they act like I’m bothering them and they’re rude the people who own us are only in it for money and they’re so rude Update. This location is still a joke. There taking 30 minutes to get out doordash order. They need to turn off the app. If you cant hire enough staff. 3 employees. To handle the drive thru. Walk ups. Cook and doordashs. Is ridiculous.
I am giving 1 star only cause the french fries were decent. We wanted to get dinner here. It was so difficult to findd this place as the lights were off. Finally managed to find the place. We entered the drive thru and again faced the same issue. The menu lights were off. I could barely read anything from that. We manged to find menu online. Most of favorites items on menu like chicken king were unavailable. Ended up getting chicken sandwitch and fries. We drove up to the counter and explained the issues. The storekeeper acted as if they had no idea about this.
You have to wonder how long Burger King is going to stay in business. They obviously don't care about quality or service. I gave them a two star review a couple of years ago at this location, now I'm changing it to a one star. I just walked in and saw an angry customer asking where his food is because it's been over 10 minutes. Employees seem lost and confused.
WORST SERVICE AND QUALITY I’VE EVER EXPERIENCED. My wife and travel out to this area for shopping frequently and need to grab a quick bite. THREE TIMES IN A ROW they have got our order wrong AND not given is a part of our order. The one time we caught it quick enough to turn back they weren’t apologetic or caring that they failed to give us $10 worth of the food we ordered. The replacement food we were given was also cold. We will never be coming back and encourage anyone else to stay away. Very disappointed.

I went to this Burger king to give it one last try. This one located at Ikea court in west Sacramento was horrible. The meat was cold, the fish sandwich was like warm and tasted like you were taking a bite of old greasy oil! This is the 3rd time I tried a different Burger king thinking it was location but that didn't even work. WHAT happen? years ago I used to love your food. Very Disappointed!
Worst Burger King I’ve been too. Got the original chicken sandwich and the chicken was hollow I could literally stick my fingers into it. It was dry and hard. They put little Mayo in the middle of the sandwich with barely any lettuce. Very unsatisfied. I couldn’t even eat the burger they gave me for exchange for the chicken sandwich that’s how bad it ruined my appetite 🤢🤮
Went there today through drive Thru ordered a sourdough king at 11 this morning and she said they were out of meat. How are you Burger King and out of meat when you just opened up? The lady also had an attitude and kept trying to give me chicken fries. Won’t be back it’s not the first bad customer service experience at this location.
Imma start checking all drive-thru orders for these fast food chains. It seems people have lost their sense of customer service. If it wasn't for us buying the food, y'all wouldn't have a job. Every single time something is messed up. They took the order correctly and I watched the food preparer look directly at me and still made it wrong. What's the problem???
Teach your staff to work - this is the first and second thing. Let the food be hot, these are two and three. Let them not confuse orders and fourth. Let them offer to put something extra on the burger if needed. I forgot to tell them to put cheese in because I thought there was cheese there and they didn’t offer it. the burger was cold, the potatoes were cold. and they don’t have large size potatoes, they give you small ones and that’s it. Well, when you started to be indignant, they gave you a second small one, although you paid four bucks for a large one. The owner of this place is not very good at his job.
Came to the drive thru 10:30 pm Sunday Jan 11 2026. Hispanic worker says he’s too busy to take my order. I wait a little and ask if I can order and he says “I told you I’m busy”. I just wanted a burger no need for the hostility. Never coming to this location. I used to come here every night and he consistently makes the same excuses. We all have to work and do our job. I hope he loses his. No customer service whatsoever.
Horrible experience. I ordered the Loaded Croissant Combo and it was a complete disappointment. The croissant was rock hard, barely had even half a slice of bacon, and was cold on top of that. The hash browns were also cold and hard, like they’d been cooked, reheated, and cooked again. Absolutely gross. I should’ve gone somewhere else.
The last couple times I went here.I got real sick this last time.I didn't even make it out of the parking lot before I got sick.And my wife got sick so I don't know what's going on with burger king lately.I would have to advise everyone to stay clear
Not allowed to use the restroom coz they just cleaned it. Food served was also cold. Never coming back to this location. Very unfriendly staff and service. BK please hire some good people and train them well.
4/21 I find it disrespectful that a staff on drive thru had us waiting for a while as they were distracted. Confused our drinks - and to make matters worse leaving hair on our food. Truly disappointing. I get a person can get distracted in busy hours, though being careless and unprofessional is something else.
I immediately regret my decision to come here. Haven't been to a B.K. in a while because they have been terrible every time. This time was no different. Their "clean" tables with crowns on them were still dirty. Staff was friendly and quick but messed up my order (they did fix it right away but I was the only customer inside so...) Chicken sandwich was dry (it was hallow)and bread was so dense and heavy. Onion rings(if you can call them that were dry and gooey at the same time) call me old fashioned but I like actual onions in them instead what I got was an onion flavored goop and chewy dry baked like outside. Couldn't even finish my food.
