Ridiculous!!! dirty we ordered on the kiosk no receipt was sent to my phone My son asked for a refill on his drink and the associate got an empty cup filled with soda and came and said here open your cup and poured the drink into the other cup....what the hell

Checked online and said it was open till 1am. Drove down to KFC and to my lost it was close per staff on-site at 12am. Really was looking forward to it after a concert.

French fries was very cold and really hard... she said she just put the sauces in bag when i arrive home. DOES NOT. I do not recommend this place to visit. Also Boxes & cups was mixed With taco Bell. Who other place will do that.? Thats crazy.

I placed an online order through the app that was marked as ready for pickup. When I arrived, the restaurant was already closing and refused to give me my order. I was charged and was not able to cancel since the order was marked as ready.

Why the hell are y'all sending liquidy macaroni and cheese bowls instead of the mashed potatoes bowl people order? Thankfully the food is dirt cheap so it isnt as painful to throw that garbage where it belongs and get a refund.

I ordered a $7 box just now from the drive through but they forgot the nachos and cinnamon twist. Im calling to report it to the manager but the contact number is out of service. I was also given no receipt. Totally unacceptable

Food worker doesn't wear a glove to handle food. When I ask to talk to manager, she said they all wash their hands every 5-7 minutes so they good to go. So you telling me based upon the photos that I took, that u only wash one hand or you just do half the requirements of the county food safety board?? She and her cashier also accused me of lying and the video I showed them, she claimed "I edited the video." Another customer saw the whole thing happen and vouched for me. When I took pictures of their food grade and license number, she changed her tune. I'm not hard up for a few tacos and burritos. And if I was going to scam a business, it wouldn't be a taco bell. Will follow up tomorrow with general manager in person, and county food safety board.

The staff here plays around, you can hear them through the speaker laughing and being loud as they take your order. They got my order wrong. I had to ask the female employee to repeat the order and had it wrong because they are playing and Laughing while working Shameful service and very disrespectful

Horrible food, carbonated water (I paid for Sierra Mist), cold chicken strips, cold macaroni and cheese, cold tacos, all my regular hard shell tacos hard sour cream, I AM ALLERGIC TO SOUR CREAM! Can someone explain how so many things went wrong on 1 order?
